De Kloof van Gaitanes is dé must-see natuurlijke attractie in het binnenland van Malaga. Deze diepe en steile kloof heeft een legendarische wandelroute halverwege zijn steile wanden – de Caminito del Rey – die je aflegt op deze dagtocht. Na een schilderachtige rit door de natuur stoppen we bij een typisch dorp. Je hebt wat vrije tijd om rond te dwalen in de smalle, met witgekalkte straten. Daarna trek je je wandelschoenen aan voor een wandeling van 8 km over de onlangs heropende Caminito del Rey, oftewel het Koningspad.Je vertrekt vanuit de met dennenbomen omringde stuwmeren en volgt een spectaculaire route tegen de steile wanden van de kloof. Je gids en plattegrond geven je een inkijkje in de geologie en fascinerende geschiedenis van dit gebied. En aan het eind van de tocht wacht je een welverdiende pauze in El Chorro, waar je de kans krijgt om te lunchen.

Our guide was so lovely! He was very informative and helpful from the moment we stepped on the bus till the moment we were dropped back at our hotel at the end of the day. So charming and full of information about Malaga.

Enjoyed walking round the mountain walk way, and bridge.. Didn't like the last part of the tour on the dusty path.

Overall, the tour was excellent. The only very slight criticism that I would make is that it felt a little rushed. I appreciate that many people want to experience the walk, but there were few opportunities for photographs.

We found the 1.5K walk at the end difficult. The many steps at the end was a struggle. The main walk was great but we did it in 42degree heat.

We enjoyed the experience overall but the journey there was a bit long. The stop off in the small village was a little bit of a waste of time for a couple of hours, which we could of spent having a breakfast instead of a 7am pickup. The Caminito del Rey itself is a brilliant day out, we loved it, the scenery and the guides made for a great experience.

Amazing trip, Camino del Rey walk exceeded expectations, spectacular scenery. Will definitely do again. As we had an early pick up (7.22am) presumed that walk would be early in day unfortunately as we had a two hour stop on way in Ardales (too long) our slot on Camino was early afternoon. This was OK in May but may to too hot at other times. Guide was excellent and took great care to ensure everyone on group was taken care of. Bus Driver also excellent on very narrow mountain roads

Fantastic trip through the Caminito Del Rey with plenty of time and being able to go at your own pace. Spectacular views. The beer at the end was perfect whilst we waited for our group to finish. Guide was great and very informative. An amazing experience. Highly recommended. We had too much time in Ardales, over 2 hours. Whilst pretty it was very steep although made it up to the church. Little to do there apart from get a coffee. Would have preferred to have gone straight to Caminito Del Rey.

The guide at the Caminito Drl Rey was fantastic and the gorge walk was fabulous but rushed.The guide on the bus was unfriendly, and unhelpful. He also did not return on the bus from the Caminito. He told the bus driver to go a different route. A tour that I was told would return between 3.30-4pm did not return until 6pm!! 4hrs were wasted on a bus driving from hotel to hotel on return I was flying home the same day. Ardales is also a total waste of time. Nothing there. Just a money making racket

I enjoyed a lot the way how the service was. Tui people are very friendly and always with a smile. The trip was amazing and lot of walking. The view of Caminito ********** Rey was amazing as well. I strongly recommend this trip with Tui.
