Wat te verwachten
Op deze schilderachtige dagtocht staan een paar van de moeilijkst bereikbare gebieden van de Algarve in de schijnwerpers. Je avontuur begint bij een pottenbakkerswerkplaats in Porches waar je traditionele handwerktechnieken ziet. Vanaf hier maak je een paar snelle stops bij Praia da Marinha, Benagil en Algar Seco, om de verschillende kliffen en rotsformaties te bekijken. Daarna bezoek je het vissersdorp Ferragudo. Hier heb je ruim de tijd om te lunchen in de haven, voordat je de dag afsluit met een wijnproeverij.

Brilliant day from start to finish, more time in the village would have been good, Lois our guide was great if I’m being really picky then the vehicle could do with an update Those with walking issues this is not a great one for you a lot of uneven ground and steep terrain

The whole experience was enjoyable we loved the landrover defender we travelled in and the driver guide was brilliant all passengers mixed well and we had a fun day , scenery was outstanding and the final stop off at winery was refreshingly tasty . Only dislike was we was 30 minutes late being picked up , so a message from them could of been nice to say they wad on the way .

Liked the trip. Quick & easy way of seeing the centre of the Algarve. May be could have done with some more time at the cliff stops to go down onto the beach. We were a little concerned for the older people who had booked the trip & were on our mini bus. They had difficulty getting on & off it, plus 2 of the stops required using many stairs, therefore some mobility & fitness. Fine for us, not for them. They did not get the full benefits of the trip & maybe should have been warned before booking.

The guide (Victor) was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and skilled at leading the small group comprising the group of two Scottish and two Dutch clients. Great humour added into the conversation from time to time all worked well and helped bind the group together with some laughter and fun together. I particularly enjoyed the variety of things to see and learn about, thanks to Victor’s experience and knowledge of his homeland.

The guide arrived on time, Tom took us to the pottery and we then changed guides to Vasco . Vasco was very knowledgeable and a pleasure to spend the day with. My only concern was when our first guide was talking and driving his hands came off the steering wheel a number of times. The trip shows you a good selection of places and the winery was very interesting . We would recommend this trip.

Enjoyed the blue fit activities very much allowing time for both relaxation and activity this is important to me. Blue fit staff where very kind and helpful making every activity enjoyable. Hotel staff worked very hard and ensured that every service was provided to a high standard. Tui Blue app was amazing making sure you knew about all events on your phone.

Our guide Michael from Portutours was brilliant. His energy and enthusiasm for his country was infectious. He was very knowledgeable. The scenery was amazing and we really enjoyed the wine tour. An included lunch would have been nice but we had a fabulous fixed price meal in a little fishing village.

Our guide, Vasco, made the trip for us. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and funny. We saw some beautiful places and the visit to the vineyard was our personal highlight. It was a stunning place and the wines were delicious! All in all, a very enjoyable day. Thank you, Vasco!

It was a very interesting well presented tour. The tour guide arrived on time, his vehicle was clean and comfortable. He was very informative regarding the areas we visited and answered all our questions. He was keen to pass on his knowledge and was friendly and approachable. The tour itself covered a lot of coastal area and was very interesting with many photo opportunities. The history of the family run pottery business and family run vineyard were very interesting without pressure to buy.

This was undoubtedly the best value for money holiday excursion trip I have been on. It was a full day out which covered a lot of the algarve from the life and culture of the people to the stunning scenery. Our guide was excellent nothing being to much trouble his commentary and knowledge adding to the experience. The only downside was the old land rover used by the tour company for our trip whilst others enjoyed the luxury of modern air conditioned minibuses on such a hot day.

This was a great whirlwind tour of all the gorgeous coastal sights of the Algarve with a friendly, funny guide! There was a good split between driving time and time allowed to walk around, take photos and enjoy the scenery. The stop for lunch was in a really lovely town with lots of choice for restaurants and some nice shops. The wine tasting was the only disappointing part of the experience. There was a lot of time spent talking about the maker and it was nice to see the vineyard but I wouldn't describe three (v small) glasses of wine as a tasting. There were also no tasting notes provided so it was self guided. Overall, it was a lovely day out but I would look for an alternative wine tasting.

Our guide Ricardo was very friendly and I polite and gave us a lot of information along the route. We visited some lovely places and would have liked longer to look round the town where we stopped for lunch. The mini bus was unbearably hot. We couldn’t open the windows and the Air Con wasn’t very effective .

Our driver was very knowlegable of the area and funnybat the same time. We enjoyed the experience and would only nore that the downside was the allocated time in some areas and no time other than for lunch in the last town, we couldn't see anything as there was no time left.

Vasco was a fantastic tour guide with an extensive knowledge of the local and regional geography, flora and history and was a delight to spend time with. I would strongly recommend the tour to anyone interested in learning more about the Algarve and experiencing some of the incredible sights it has to offer.

Drive along the coastal route and villages seeing the coast line with a bit of local history. Very informative and friendly guide. Visit to a local pottery factory and winery to see how a small local family started in the wine trade. A little wine tasting and chance to buy some local produce.

A fantastic experience with a great guide (Vasquez I think, called himself Tesco) Very knowledgeable with a great sense of humour. Showed us some fantastic beaches and caves amongst others rounded off with a brilliant wine tasting experience. A great day out with a good guide & well worth the money!

Had a very interesting trip which Vasco our driver made enjoyable. He was knowledgeable and kept us entertained with his corny jokes.
We had plenty of time for seeing the various coastal sites with time in Farraguda for lunch. The vineyard was worth a visit and we had chance to sample their wines.
