As it was put if season more than half the park was closed and a few of the main big rides too I dont think the reduced priced reflected the closures however whilst there we had a good time and my teenagers didnt mind going on more of the kiddie aged rides. Sadly there was a road closure so it took double the time to get there on the coach. The tour guide let us chose the pick up time - 4 pm was ample and we got there at 10:30

The transfer to the park was good. Land of Legends itself is impressive, but the queues are very long which means there is not enough time to go on many rides or slides. Would have been good to leave when the park closed, just an extra half an hour.

We were not told we would be leaving the park at 16:45 hrs. And it seemed that no one else on our trip was, - we were told we should be back around 19:30, so we assumed that we would have left at 18:00. Very annoyed about that for a £220 excursion. (Should have read that on the previous reviews... ) The lockers were nearly £12 not the £4.50 we were told - had we know that we'd have taken enough for just one. And 9 of the 18 rollercoasters were not open - and staff didn't seem to care!

Our guide was so so lovely and brilliant. Didn’t catch his name but he did the guide on the first of October and was brilliant so lovely and very informative! Even apologised for being 15 minutes late which we of course didn’t mind .Park was good aswell , we brought fast track when we were there as it was busy that but not really a necessity if you don’t mind waiting a little longer for rides. Overall really good experience!

Landd of lendends is an amazing theme park, the only bad thing I can say is that for the money paid for the day is abit much for what you can actually do. There is not enough time in the day to even get around the water park never mind the theme park.

Generell ganz gut, die Attraktionen sind gut in die Szenerie eingesetzt mit einer guten Auswahl. Allerdings ist der Themenpark sehr teuer. Außerdem sollte man mind. 60kg wiegen, um alleine alles machen zu können. Sonst kann es wie bei mir dazu kommen, das man die Attraktionen gar nicht erst erleben kann ^^

Pick up and drop off was on point very friendly. However land of legends isn’t worth wasting your time in going, the queues are ridiculous we were there from 10am till 5pm and only managed to go on 2 slide. A whole day of our holiday was wasted on going here. I don’t recommend in going here at all. My kids were so upset that they didn’t get to go on more slides. Don’t waste your money or your time in going.

I was scammed with the pricing, I have been told to pay 7050 TL for only my daughter swimming with dolphins, and then for 2 digital photos and one 20 sec video they have told me to pay almost 6800 TL. I have found later from another person that she paid £86 for 2 kids swimming with dolphins and all of 4 of them having pictures and video in the package. I was offered no package even though I asked for one, I was told that for myself I would have to pay also 7050TL and then for the pictures.

This trip is very expensive and too short, we got on 4 water slides and for an overall cost of more than 400euros with food. It is not worth the money: The food in the park is very expensive and the staff on the entry were rude. The TUI guide was helpful and nice.

Der Eintrittspreis ist OK. Aber die Preise für Essen und Getränke im Park ist horrend! Es sollte zumindest (vor allem im Sommer bei 35 Grad) zumindest kostenlose Trinkwasserspender geben! Aber alles in allem ein tolles Erlebnis!

Im allgemeinen war The Land of Legends ein super Ausflug, für einen Tag leider doch zu wenig Zeit, doch dafür kann TUI nichts dafür. Der Park ist so groß und man muss sich ja doch wenn der Perk gut gefüllt ist ein wenig bis lange anstellen. Mir und meinem Sohn hat es auf jeden Fall sehr gut gefallen.

The land of legends itself it amazing, but it’s really upsetting that we paid almost £400 to TUI for this experience and had to leave at 4.30pm to get showed changed and meet the guide to come back , the park is open until 7pm and some of the park 10pm , this is a lot of money to pay when other excursion companies cost the same and pick you up at 10.30 pm , almost £400 to go on two rides is not acceptable, I know TUI can’t control queues , but peak season should be later pick up

My daughter and I go on this trip every time we visit the hotel. This time its our fourth visit. Booking the trip is always easy the reps are so friendly and helpful. The bus arrives at the time it states and is a comfortable safe journey. Explanation about the park is always clear to understand. Even though I think the trip is a little pricey overall the experience is a good one from start to finish.

Park price point far too high-trying to be high-end but infrastructure does not support all that claims to be on offer: regional power cut meant many rides didn't work for hours. Lots of other rides closed for maintenance - in peak season! My son even quoted, "The rides are legendary as no-one has been on them to tell!" On complaining, all we were offered was free ice cream each! Appalling customer service and felt like a lot of money for very little. Locker additional £12! Dolphin show great.

Um den ganzen Park genießen zu können, inkl. Shows, braucht man wahrscheinlich 2 bis 3 Tage. Bei einer Attraktion fast 11/2 St. Wartezeit. Geht sich dann bis zum Bus fast nicht aus. Haben dann abgebrochen. Haben somit nicht allzu viel machen können.

To make the experience better, I would recommend giving an option to do a half day excursion for people that do not wish to shop or only visiting for rides as the day is long. The experience in some of the shops in the main shopping centre wasn’t great as the staff were rude

Transfers made visiting land of legends easy, and entry prices were reduced compared to buying direct. Only downside was leaving a little earlier than we would have liked - we could have spent longer in land of legends. But overall good, we knew this when we booked the trip.

The TUI rep was excellent, very helpful and knowledgeable. Gland of Legends was really exciting for all family including two boys age 15yrs and 16yrs. Would have liked to stay longer than 5pm to make it worth the high price., didn’t have enough time to go on many rides. Boys were disappointed to leave so early, but had a good time. The driver had “Road Rage ”, drove really fast, had near misses, he was shouting and arguing with other drivers, pressing his horn. We were grateful to get back alive

Leider hat der Guide nur Englisch gesprochen, obwohl versichert wurde,das er auch Deutsch spricht.Abgeholt wurden wir vom Hotel 1 Stunde später,und keiner hat information bekommen. Die Reiseleiterin wusste auch nichts davon. Die Preise sind nicht wirklich überschaubar gewesen,man musste immer aufladen gehen und man hatte keinen Überblick wieviel noch auf dem Band ist, was man bekommt. Ansonsten war es sehr schön.

Hello, this was the worst trip we have ever taken on vacation. The Land of Legend area has room for many more people than there were! Despite this, the waiting time for the attractions was several hours!!!! The attractions were very poorly organized by the staff. The slides were not used 100% (there were huge breaks between the children who used them). We definitely do not recommend the trip and would rather spend a day with the children on the beach at your resort.

The park is clean with a good range of shops and restaurants. However, wait times are often much longer than posted—15 minutes turned into 40. Many rides were closed or had 60-minute waits. Be aware: most rollercoasters require children to be over 150 cm, which wasn’t made clear at booking. Also, the day feels short since you’re picked up 2 hours before closing. You’ll likely need more than one day to fully enjoy the park. Disappointing overall. Would not recommend for the price you pay.

Die Bezahlbändchen sind umständlich konstruiert. Besser wäre es, wenn man für jeden Bezahlvorgang das Bändchen ranhält, alle Ausgaben summiert werden und man am Ende beim Rausgehen alles auf einmal in seiner Wunschwährung bezahlen kann - statt dass man im Voraus eine Summe X als Budget raufzahlt. There was so much to do that we found the return time of 5 pm too early. We should have booked direct and got a taxi. I spoke to another holiday maker at our resort who had a terrible experience two older men taking photos of her blonde daughter which was distressing to hear. There were no queues for water rides except one ride (15 mins). There were too many height restrictions on smaller rides that didn’t make sense. Our 2 yr old couldn’t go on many of the small rides.

We loved the tour guide, he was really helpful. The only thing that bothered us was that the coach didn’t turn up at the time that was stated. It was around 20 minutes late. If we had live updates in the app, then this would’ve helped us know that the coach was en route.

We absolutely loved the land of legends theme park, amazing place and would love to go back one day. The tui rep on the coach was lovely and explained everything well. The low score for safety was due to the coach driver, he was a nice man but there was an issue with random diggers and road works in the middle of the road which caused a 45min standstill. It was a frustrating situation and the diggers were dangerous but the driver was driving way too close to the car infront and it wasn't safe

We took a 5 year old and 1 year old, neither child could get on any rides or water parks. Because we had kids us as parents had to go on solo riders and ruins the experience. We was advised to not take towels or lifejackets as they’re included… when we got there they was not included. The rides were fun, but not as enjoyable on your own. Feel we was sold a dream and told kids could go on everything and loads to do, but the smaller splash parks were the highlight for them.

For 300 euros we arrived late to the park then was sent in. Once in we were told our 6 year old wasn’t tall enough to go on any of the water park rides and half the roller coasters etc. our 10 year old wasn’t tall enough but didn’t weight 60kg so couldn’t go on any water rides. I am a ex bodybuilder so weight 120kg so I couldn’t go on any rides. We ended up in the splash pool all day. There are no clocks about and so we missed the bus home. This was a 100euro mistake. Lunch was 100 euros. Ouch

Only 10am - 5pm in this amazing park is not long enough to see a quarter of the experiences, A map when booking would have saved a Lot of time, as we could have planned our agenda and saved a lot of time. Also the option for a later pick up, 7pm would have been better for us.

Abholung und zurückbringen ging problemlos. Wir kamen vor 10:00 an, zurück ging es kurz nach fünf. Die Preise im Park sind ziemlich hoch und leider darf man kein Essen reinnehmen. Auch Gummibärchen wurden bei der Eingangskontrolle weggeschmissen. Wir waren zuerst im Erlebnispark, dann bei den Delfinen und später im Aquapark. Alle Attraktionen waren leider im Aqua nicht offen. In einem Tag ist es nicht zu schaffen. War cool, weil es nicht so voll war im April.

Great splashpark and rides. Something for everyone. No issue with lockers or queues (though we were off season). Food prices are similar to other theme parks. Alternatively you can use the shops, cafes and McDonalds just outside the theme park, and re-enter for free. Payment via wrist band was no problem and balance was refunded on departure.

Der Transfer hat gut funktioniert. Der Guide war sehr freundlich und hat alles gut erklärt (in Englisch). Der Themenpark hat besonders unserer 12 Jährigen gefallen.Die Kombination aus Funn-Aquapark war mal etwas anderes.Besonders war auch die Delfin Show. Die Zeit ist sehr schnell vergangen,wir haben gar nicht Alles wahrnehmen können,aber es war ein sehr schöner Ausflug.

The experience was amazing, the guide and driver were fantastic, we couldnt have asked for anyone friendlier! The park was immaculate! So so clean! Excellent value for money, we wanted to book for the next day aswell but were too late :( Not to be missed! If you can, book more than one day as there is so much to do and see and the one trip 10am-5pm is not enough time in this amazing place!!!!!

The guide was great. Transfer pick-up was 20 mins late, but once it did arrive we could relax and the trip went smoothly. Timings could be improved - we arrived at the park at 9:30 but it doesn’t open till 10. We had to leave at 16:45, but the rides close at 18:00. Would have preferred longer at the park or to have been informed of the pick up time in advance. We were only told about the 16:45 meeting time once on the bus heading to the park. Make this clear at time of booking.

The bus was a bit late leaving us in a bit of a panic because we were the furthest hotel away for collection. But it eventually arrived. The park itself was excellent, very clean, and plenty to do. The prepaid wristbands are a good idea but you never know how much money is left so you feel like you need to keep topping up. Guide was good and clear in her instructions.

Good: easy to get there and guide (**********) was great, water park and theme park were fun and food was relatively cheap Bad: you arrive at 10am(opening time) and leave around 4:30/4:45 so we actually got into park around 11am only giving us 5 hours, unless you buy fast pass you won't manage to get on much, we only went on 4 rides and 4 slides and we had to rush eating to make transfer back Transfer back should be later as most rides open til 7 We never got to see the mall.... disappointed

Well organised and glad I got to experience this amazing waterpark. Dropped of at 10 and picked up at 5. Just the right amount of time I felt. Admittedly queues are horrendous for the more popular rides and the prices for food and drink within the park itself are incredibly expensive. No problem getting a sun bed though at the time we arrived. You can re enter though, so the short walk to the fast food outlets located out of the park itself can save you a small fortune.

TUI Betreuung im Hotel und Guide im Bus waren zwar sehr freundlich aber konnten keine Infos, die eigentlich sehr wichtig wäre weitergeben. Vielleicht sollten die Guides mal selber diese Ausflüge machen, damit sie eine Ahnung davon haben.

The queues were horrendous and the management of the queues was slow and unorganised. We paid £500+ for a family of 6 and from 9.30am until 5.00pm we only managed 5 rides. The cost of food was on the expensive side and we were unable to take any food or drink in with us. It was a relatively quiet day so i can only imagine how busy it could be. Transfer was 2.5hrs each way. Indicated that it was 1hr by rep. 20 mins traffic congestion but would have still been over 2 hrs. Need to communicate realistic timings, kids were a problem due to 5 hrs driving in 1 day. Fabulous day but transfer information was incorrect.

Great day out, the roller coaster was the best I've ever been on and when we went there were barely any queues! Meaning we got to go on it 4 times and do most of the other attractions. Staff were friendly and premises were very well kept. ???????? Be warned though, make sure that if you did book with a transfer to and from the resort to go with them as they give you wristbands on the bus! We got on a random bus & the staff wouldn't let us enter and so had to wait for the official Tui guide.

The park is well run but very crowded after 11 getting queue jump bans is an option but there is still a long weight on some rides. Moving as quickly as you can from 9 - 5 without queue jump will get you on 5 rides and watch a show

The coach journey took longer than we hoped with many stops, but was a nice coach and good driver. The Theme park was really good however frustrating that they take your euros and give you back lira, and you can’t take any food or drink in. The guide said the lockers were free but were not, also we wanted to leave earlier but when we tried to find the host several times he was not at the meeting point Starbucks. The toy shop in Mall sold my son some stuff which turned out ti be fake BEWARE !

Der Park ist super. Muss man erlebt haben. Der Eintritt ist ziemlich teuer, aber dafür kann Tui ja nichts. Es ist nur ein leichter Aufpreis für den Transfer. Die Zeit die man dort zur Verfügung hat war für mich völlig ausreichend.

Sehr spannend und unterhaltsam. Besonders der Wasserpark ist optimal zum abkühlen. Ansonsten spannende Attraktionen und viel zu erleben. Hatten von 10 bis 17:45 Uhr genug Zeit alles ausgiebig zu erkunden. Man sollte auf jeden Fall für 2 Personen mit ca. 100 € zusätzlich für Essen, Fotos usw. rechnen.

We were all looking forward to go to land of the legends. As this was a day excursion we did miss out on the free shows which started at 10.00pm. The land of legends is really for young kids . My 10yr old son enjoyed his experience very much. As the money loaded on wrist band was about 1000 lira which is roughly £50 went in a flash because everything is 3 times more expensive than uk price. A packet of crisps all cost 80 lira and so on. I wsnt very happy about that people are forced to spend.

The entrance price is generally what you would pay to go to a theme park here,so that was fine but the price of food and drink in the park was extortionate-were talking about £8 for 1 slushy drink and £13 for a burger and chips,it was so much cheaper to go and eat and drink outside of the park,we went to Burger King which was £4 for a big whooper,chips and drink. You have to put money on your wristband to spend inside the park but don’t put too much money on,you can’t get it back otherwise.

Schon zum zweiten Mal gebucht. Einmal via TUI vor Ort und einmal via TUI-App. Und wenn wir Deutsch buchen, dann hat das einen Grund. Beim ersten Mal hatten wir es direkt der TUI Mitarbeiterin im Hotel gemeldet. Das war im Mai 2022 und jetzt Oktober 2022 gerade wieder das gleiche erlebt. Finde ich ein No-Go wenn ich direkt deutsche Reiseleitung buche. Es gab einige Leute die kein Wort verstand haben. Und im Park und mit den Aufladen der Bänder gibt es doch schon einige Dinge die wichtig sind.

Then went over to the water park and I think that’s where things suffer. The slides are excellent overall but the queuing system is awful. Four slides are fed by one stairwell.

For the price, the ticket included with the transfer is great value for money. Taxi prices alone if we were to have travelled independently there would have been more than the price paid for this experience. That said - the transfer arrived very late and when we arrived at the park we had to wait 20+ minutes for the other transfers to arrive with the TUI rep. The slides at the water park were great, I’d recommend going out of the park to the shopping for food as it’s EXTREMELY overpriced inside.

Loved land of legends however booking through tui wasn't the best idea. My partner wasn't feeling well the night before, i rang to rearrange for the day after and it was impossible to get a response. I called the morning we were going to see if they could give me an answer, they opened at 9am and our transfer was at 9:30 the lady on the phone said she would give me a call, i explained if i don't get an answer now i wouldn't be able to get a refund! I felt we had no choice!!!

Het was een leuke ervaring en ik heb een leuke dag gehad. Alleen de transfer was in de ochtend een half uur te laat. Het park is super mooi maar enorm duur, je stond bij sommige achtbanen een half uur in de rij. Dus of het mijn geld waard was, denk het niet. Dus als je een leuk Westerpark in je resort hebt kan je beter in je resort blijven.

Es war sehr schön, 14 Tage war ich dort. Ich würde es jede Familie mit Kindern empfehlen da beide auf seine Kosten kommen, mein Kind hatte jeden Tag Spaß gehabt. Das Fotoshooting war katastrophal, Dir wird 2 std geraubt um am Ende zu sagen das man 300€ für 15 Bilder zahlen soll, fern bleiben selber die Bilder mit dem Handy machen.

The reception is awful I don’t think I have ever experienced such a poor reception at a hotel. Got our keys and then told to go and find a bell boy to show us to our room! Needless to say no bell boy available so asked another guest where our block was.

Wir waren nur im Aquapark vom Land of Legend, deshalb kann ich nur darüber Auskunft geben. Leider sind die Rutschen meist viel zu überfüllt und bei einigen kommt es aus Grund von zu wenig Wasser gar nicht zu dem gewünschten Rutscherlebnis. Desweiteren sind bei den Rutschen mit Booten ein mindest Gewicht erforderlich. Hat man dieses mit mehreren Person nicht, wird man zur Seite gestellt und wartet dort (und diese manchmal ziemlich lange). Ich persönlich würde nicht nochmal dort hinfahren.

It’s a cool place to visit and sort of a must-do if you spend as much time as we do on social media websites and keep seeing it popping up. It’s a cool aqua park, small theme park - we didn’t care for shopping but the avenue seemed pretty. The theme park is overpriced (as expected) and don’t be fooled - you need fast track unless you want to queue for 45-60min on each slide. We paid 25TL for water, 250TL for a chicken wrap and soft drink, 250 TL for pizza, fries and a drink, 175TL for lockers.

The park was amazing, however it's very busy, even with fast passes We didn't do everything we wanted to. The day trip is far too short. We didn't get to the theme park until 1045am, so already missed a significant part of the day. We shud be at the park 9.30 at the latest to collect bands and walk in. Leaving at 5pm is toi early when themepark shuts at 7pm. At a cost of nearly 600 pounds for a day I would want to maximize my time. If I go again I'll book privately. The host was fantastic.

The place was ok but the staff in the park were a nightmare. The payment system in the park was a joke and at the end of the day when we were getting what was left of credit on our wrist bands. They only paid back in lira. Not refunding the card I paid on. Then I asked for a itemised bill of what I'd bought through the day and found that items had been added to it and charged. Then when asking for a refund. The staff were a joke pretty much saying they can't talk English. Absolutely disgusting.

The guide was very late, due to her needing to be at 4 other resorts at the same time. Then after arriving you wait for nearly 45 minutes for her to collect the arm band- then after you go in she leaves and you are excepted back at 17:00 when the land of legends closes at 19:00. That’s really unfortunate especially because the ticket price is £70! So, we had to make our own way home with an extra £25 taxi fear. This needs to be changed.

Really enjoyed our day at land of legends. Muztafer the guide was very nice and gave some interesting facts on the journey to the park. We really enjoyed all the rides (only went on waterpark as it was so hot) and the food wasn't too expensive. Only negatives was you are not allowed to take own food into the park (only water) and finding the coach in the carpark after was a bit confusing. Overall though loved it as did my daughter.

So much to do! You need way more than one day but we crammed in as much as we possibly could, from relaxing by one of many pools to adrenaline rushing roller-coasters and water slides, great looking at photos and videos clips of our terrified faces as we plummeted down each drop on the roller-coasters (we'll definitely mine ??) although very expensive to purchase as well as a simple bottle of water, only one bottle is allowed to be taken in the rest have to be bought ??, still an amazing day!

The Land of Legends was amazing - highly recommend and was cheaper with Tui than booking direct. However, we were picked up 20 minutes after the stated time, arrived at the park where we had to sit in the bus for another 20 minutes and then stood outside the front entrance for another 30 minutes waiting for the tour guide to get out wristbands. Then we’re meant to be collected at 5 which wouldn’t have been enough time so we had to get a taxi back to the hotel at more cost..

TUI Guide collected us on time as promised. He was very welcoming and introduced himself to us all on the coach. Arrived at the park 09:52,We waited 30 minutes for teh other coach to arrive and then it took a further 30 minutes to get our tickets even though we had a dedicated queue for Tour Operators. Also he was due to pick us up 17:00 even though the park closes at 19:00. maybe a second bus to collect us could of been a better option to allow us longer in the park. overall a good day

More for younger children than teenagers -weren’t impressed with water slides and queues time Huge -not well sign posted. Especially how to get out. Bands for money payment - nothing has a price on it so don’t know how much ice cream drinks are etc unless you ask. If paying as 2 groups within a party be careful not to give your order as one. Waiter in reef restaurant caused chaos and kept scanning all our bands. We were charged for multiple meals each losing money because he charged twice

Park is kleiner dan verwacht.de prijs is te duur voor zo een park. Het park zelf is wel leuk. Eten drinken is wel heel duur. Blikje Cola €5,50. Bijna niemand spreekt Engels.Moesten 16:45 bij de bus zijn. Aangezien we er pas 13:00 aankwamen vind ik het heel duur voor paar uurtjes. 16:30 waren wij bij de uitgang en werden hier geweigerd. Moesten via een andere uitgang eruit. 15 minuten lopen naar andere uitgang kwamen wij uit op zelfde plek.Resultaat bus is weg. €100 taxi moeten betalen. Rotte dag

Party of 10 all enjoyed both parts of the park. Couldn’t add the 10% off on the app and spoke on the phone to someone for over an hour and she finally gave me an email to get the discount back. When I used the email address it didn’t work.

Probably wasn’t the guides fault, however one person was 40 minutes late for the return to the resort, this lead to us missing a dinner reservation, plus left on a bus for 50 minutes without water etc the bus should have left after 10-15 minutes, not everyone else’s fault the individual could care less …

Felt that we overpaid for the day. The park closes at 6pm and we were having to be picked up at 4.30pm - why? Only 10 minutes away from our hotel?? Alot of other people said the same thing. Was very hurried and not getting a full day of value - very dissappointed. Had two very upset children who were veryupset having to leave well before closing time.

Guide was late. Was informed he'd be 10 minutes but waited nearly 20 minutes on our bus outside Land of Legends. Not really kept informed but what can you do when they are the ones in control of getting you your passes and into the park. Yes we got our 20 minutes back but does not help when you just want to get going. Our bus driver was very nice

Not best value for money. Way over priced at £71 a person. Being picked up at 9:25am to arrive at 10:00am and having to wait until 10:30/10:40 to get into the first gates. By the time we got into the park it was 11am. We then had to find the lockers which were a faff in themselves as there was no guidance on what we had to do. We were not told that you had to upload money onto the wrist band in order to pay for food and drinks within the park. Picked up at 5 is not enough time in park.

We enjoyed the safety in knowing it was a TUI bus collecting us from the hotel and were presently surprised to find out there was a guide who directs you where to go and is there to pick you up as well. You get plenty of time at the park as well which was great.

Its too much too see in 1day if you've never been before. Time you find your way around. Spend time in the pools and wave pools, the slides in the water park have 30 min queue time.

The experience was amazing really enjoyed land of legends. The tour guide was very nice spoke to us on the way to the theme park, gave clear instructions. My only disappointed was we were waiting 40 minutes for them to arrive, our TUI rep in the hotel didn’t begin his shift until 10am so couldn’t ask them for help. We actually thought they weren’t coming and it was only because I said to keep waiting that we were still there when they arrived. Otherwise we would’ve been gutted to have missed them. Maybe need some communication if the bus is late as we very nearly left and I doubt they would have wasted more time looking for us.

Early pick ups were very painful especially with little ones. No flexibility in timings for pick ups from our resort and from the park which meant we had to get a taxi back if we wanted to leave the park earlier. But overall the experience was amazing and there was sooooooo much to do at Land of Legends. It was a remarkable experience.

The hotel and resort was absolutely to die for. We loved every bit of it and could not fault a thing. The TUI staff throughout our travel to and from the UK were great and we never seemed to face any problems. The only thing that could’ve been better was the delays for both flights, and some of the difficulties when landing such as finding the staff to bring a staircase to the side of the plane etc… but I understand that can not be helped during these times.
