The 2 trips together are not well matched. They are very similar so does t make sense to offer them together. Guide was good however not enough info when we arrived at the 2 places about how things will work. Food at the stop off for lunch was terrible, lots of people including myself chicken was Not booked and was pink! This meant some of us didn’t eat throughout the day as expecting an edible lunch. Driver was great

The tour guides made sure we were safe at all times! I liked everything about the tour. The only thing I would say to add is that the tour guide should mention avoiding green and brown areas on the rocks as those areas are VERY slippery. That should be mentioned before we begin either excursion.

Bei den Dunns river falls war alles perfekt die Mitarbeiter und der Service Bei dem blue hole war auch alles perfekt außer das ein Mitarbeiter versuchen wollte während er mich an der Hand nahm um mir über den Fluss zu helfen meine apple watch zu klauen. Abgesehen von der Tatsache das der Mitarbeiter mich beklauen wollte war der ganze Trip super und auf jeden Fall sein Geld wert.

Sisi was fab As a guide but for me two stops there and back at a place where only offer limited refreshments and a duty free shop was pointless and made a long journey even longer Also picking up two Jamaicans and then dropping them off in central Montego Bay at rush hour again added time onto our journey they were 100% not from a TUI hotel

I booked Dunn’s river falls and blue hole for 4 persons. Due to weather was unable to do the blue hole and need a refund. When contacting the hotel rep in hotel she was rude, unhelpful and told to come back tomorrow stating she doesn’t do partial refunds. I need to be refunded the cost of the blue hole excursion for 4 persons.

From the moment we were collected from the hotel , the magic began, she was so lovely chatting all the way about the culture, she explained everything so very well before each experience, the trips themselves were magical the tour guys were amazing and made the whole day so much fun!! The experience of the dunns river falls was absolutely amazing and a definite must do while you are here, couple of not so great notes, if diabetic take your own sugar free drinks as with the meal fruit punch was provided and i wanted to buy a sugar free drink and the restaurant did not have any to even sell, also when i asked about sun lotion we was told it wasn't needed please do not listen to that advice put it on and hydrate before each stop, besides this top notch trip

Leider mussten wir von Deutsch auf Englisch sprachig umbuchen da die Deutschsprarige Tour nicht stattgefunden hat, daher haben wir von den was auf den Weg von Guide erzählt wurde kaum verstanden... Dazu gehörten auch die Sicherheitsbestimmungen und die Hinweise bzw die Essensabfrage. An den Attraktionen an sich war es eine Massenabfertigung. Schnell schnell war auch das Motto beim Mittagessen hatten kaum 10 min zum essen dann ging es weiter. Mehr Zeit einplanen wäre schön und es zu genießen.

We got half way to the Dunns falls and was told the blue holes were closed since the day before and we di a tour of ocho Rios instead. Dunns falls were fanatic but the so called tour was a drive round a bendy road ti see some trees then driving back to the hotels and they want to only give 30% refund for missing half a days trip?!

The tour was supposed to be 8 hours long, but it ended up being less than 4 hours; we only went up to the waterfall. The second attraction was closed. I understand there might be some issues, but we could have spent more time at the waterfalls since there were so many interesting things there. However, as soon as we reached the waterfall, we were dropped off back at the hotel, and we didn't have enough time to see everything. River Dunnes is a beautiful place however whilst it is open to all it is not for the faint hearted. The fall itself is not steep but the water is powerful. The guide is exceptional and is definitely needed. Their expertise and help throughout the climb was welcomed. I was glad I did it but never again. The blue hole was on another scale and if you crave adrenaline then this is for you but not me. Instead of climbing up you are jumping down a waterfall in stages and plunging into the water below!

Der Ausflug war insgesamt sehr schön und absolut empfehlenswert. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich unsere Guide Yvonne sowie den Busfahrer Mario – beide haben während der gesamten Tour für eine großartige Stimmung gesorgt. Yvonne hat außerdem viele interessante Informationen über das Land vermittelt, was die Fahrt zusätzlich bereichert hat. Die Wasserfälle waren ein echtes Highlight. Vor allem das gemeinsame Hochklettern der Kaskaden war ein einmaliges Erlebnis.

Such a great day out! Combination of Dunns & Blue hole was fantastic. Approx 2 hrs at Dunns followed by 30-45 mins at Blue Hole. Journey time was approx 3hrs from Grand Palladium in Lucea but had stop off each way & included lunch :) highly recommend

Blue hole tour is a wet tour which isn"t relaxing and involved a climb up a water fall with jumps down. Not for the faint hearted. Guides did help you but pushy for tips afterwards. Dunns Falls was a better experience but rocks can be slippy and you need to be careful. Lunch at the cafe was fine. Driver Keith was good and looked after your belongings which you had to leave on bus. You could get water shoes for 10 dollars from shop on way. Need water proof case for phone if you want to take it.

Wir waren sehr verwundert, dass wir uns bereits am Bus in Badesachen begeben mussten und nichts mitnehmen durften. So haben wir im Bikini eine kleine Wanderung unternommen - eher unangenehm. Uns war bei der Buchung nicht klar, dass erwartet wird, dass wir die Fälle auf jeden Fall heraufklettern werden. Bedenkzeit war nicht eingeplant. Handys sollten am besten im Bus belassen werden, damit man für 40 $ die Fotos dann kauft. Fast ähnlich dann bei den Blue Holes …

It tooks 3 hours 40 mins to get to Dunnes River that was amazing blue hole we were they 45 mins rushed around and did not do rope swing or anything? Not value for money at all.

This is expensive and a long coach journey from Tropical Bay. The guide joined/left in Montego Bay. The pick up was 10 mins late. Dunn's river was busy but the guides were really helpful. The photo package was an all or nothing which was annoying as a cheaper picture option would have been nice. Blue hole was great, another falls experience with really helpful guides

Incredible trip, worth the price. We had an hour's drive to Ocho Rios and our guide Shirley gave us local history and fun facts along the way. Blue hole is an absolute blast, can't believe it's not talked about more. Jumping into the pools is so refreshing, but no pressure at all to do it. Dunns River is more touristy and busier, but still a good experience. So glad we did both. Lunch was OK. Minibus ride was a bit rickety in parts but I took anti-sickness. Whole day was about 7 hrs. Loved it!

Tijd bij the bleu hole in was beperkt, ik had gehoopt daar nog rustig wat te kunnen zwemmen maar daar was geen tijd voor. We werden snel door de watervalsprongen geleid en dat was het (bleu hole) de beklimmingen de watervallen was geweldig, geen tijdsdruk gevoeld, hele fijne gidsen die je een veilig gevoel geven bij soms wel gladde beklimming. De gids was heel fijn, wist veel over het eiland te vertellen!

Duns river can't fault excellent experience and staff amazing. Blue hole just didn't have the wow factor and staff not as attentive and rocks not scrubbed like dun falls so quite slippy. The bus stops off at a shop on the way to dun falls please be wary as I purchased a bottle of banana cream Rum at th cost of $80+tax that they took from me and wrapped in paper and it was when we came to pack our cases to come home that we noticed that the seal was broken and it only had 1/2 bottle in it ??

This trip should never have been offered from. Negril. Our pick up was 6.20am and we got back at 7pm so over 12 hours out for essentially 2 one hour experiences plus 40 minutes lunch. Very long day. Plus should be clearer on the actual activity for Dunns River Falls as no where to walk up the slide you either climb up the waterfall or don't

Danica & Big Mike ( our tour rep and driver ) were amazing, on the drive to our attraction Danica gave us so much information about Jamaica but she also gave us some really helpful information about both excursions, making our safety a priority but ensuring that we also had the best time. Hele leuke excursies, zeker de waterval oplopen was echt te gek dit moet je gedaan hebben . Minder is toch en dat zie je overal de fotograaf voor ons hoeft dat niet maar wij willen de excursie beleven en niet voor elke waterval of rots naar de camera te moeten kijken. Dit heb ik ook al op andere excursies in andere landen als zeer storend ervaren .

I was disappointed because it was supposed to be a trip to the blue hole and Dunn's River Falls. However, half an hour of our time was spent in a cheap tourist gift shop. This wasn't what I paid for and that half hour would have been better spent allowing more time at the falls. The lunch was not good. I couldn't drink the fruit juice on offer as it contained orange which makes me ill. I asked for a lemonade and had to pay for it! Not what I expected for $135 !!

Het was een erg leuke excursie. Bij de blue hole kun je op diverse plaatsen de waterval inspringen. Zelfs mijn zoontje van 3 kon dit doen en vond het erg leuk. Bij de dunns loop je via een bepaalde route de waterval over. Hoewel mijn zoontje lang genoeg is om de waterval te beklimmen vonden wij het te gevaarlijk en hebben wij halverwege gewisseld. In het park is op zich genoeg te doen voor een driejarige, maar het is goed om dit vooraf te weten! Waterschoenen zijn bij beide locaties verplicht.

By far the best experience I have been. The tour guide was excellent. Really informative and we learnt alot about the Jamaican history and culture. The guides for both activities again were really helpful and motivated you when you wasnt quite sure if you could do it, especially the big jumps at the blue hole.

The Blue Hole was an exceptional experience in every capacity. The gentlemen who supported our group were knowledgable regarding safety, patient, kind, helpful, supportive and fun. We would definitely recommend this to others. Dunns River was also a really good experience as it felt like a huge achievement to complete. Our tour guide Peter was particularly knowledgeable about which rocks to step on safely, in order for the excursion to be a safe and enjoyable experience.

Our tour guide “ Jerome Reid” was the best tour guide we have ever had. He is the one that made this experience so amazing. Both the excursions were fantastic and we all really enjoyed them. From the moment we were picked up to the moment we were dropped off. Jerome gave us so much information about Jamaica , the history, wildlife and people all the while making us laugh and feel so welcome. Prachtige watervallen en enorm leuk en mooi om te beklimmen. Hou er bij Blue hole wel rekening mee dat je op verschillende niveaus naar beneden springt. Je kunt ook een pad terug naar beneden nemen om het springen te omzeilen. De rit vanuit Negril is wel erg lang, maar zeker de moeite waard. Je bent in 12 uur uit en thuis.

I paid $280 for me & my son. The scheduled day arrived & they didn’t even have our reservation. I showed them email confirmation and nothing on their end. It was a fight to get in the spare 2 seats on the coach but we travelled ‘alone’ as wasn’t apart of their booking. Due to that we had to buy food as we wasn’t on their booking (original booking included Dunns, Blue Hole, Lunch & travel) tour guide was nice but overall waste of money. Once paid you’re on your own. Cheaper & safer to go alone.

Blue hole and falls cannot be faulted. Memories for a lifetime. My issue was with the TUI guide and service. My daughters lunch order was not fulfilled therefore they didn’t eat all day which did not seem to bother the guide at all as it the restaurants fault, despite what my daughters ordered being served to tours the followed us into the place. Just a poor attitude that I didn’t appreciate.

Dunn’s river was echt TE druk. Het was allemaal erg gehaast. Hadden ook geen tijd om echt te genieten van het park of het strand, dat was erg jammer. De fotograaf was best opdringerig en de tourgide van het park wilde ECHT een fooi. Blue holes was daarentegen FANTASTISCH!! Romaine is echt een super gide. Deze trip raad ik aan! Park is heel mooi, activiteiten zijn leuk en je kan echt genieten. Mensen van carribean works waren heel vriendelijk en wisten veel. Echt een plus !

Tui rep told us it would take us around 2.5 hours to get there but took 4 hours. Not impressed as had plans for the evening which had to be cancelled. Our tour guide and driver were excellent. The guides at both places were really helpful. Dunn’s river was really busy and at times felt a little rushed, but still enjoyable. Lunch was poor. The portion size for the amount of activity was not enough. On booking the trip I wasn’t asked about dietary requirements (I am vegetarian) and all I had for lunch was salad and rice, and told I would have to pay for vegetable stew. Overall travel time was not what is stated on booking and is 2 hour drive.

Tui didn't really do anything except take the money and subcontract everything else out as we done the trip with Americans who had never heard of tui and paid less than us but had the exact same day as us. Everything did feel a bit rushed from the guides and didn't want us to hang around looking at merchandise or gifts to the point the actually argued with some of the Americans aforementioned regarding being rushed when buying souvenirs.

We had a really good time. It was fun, the tour guide was engaging, we got a good lunch out of it too. We booked this while in Jamaica with a rep named Aaliyah who was really kind, talked us through everything and helped us book. Her customer service was outstanding.

But on the day l asked the guide and she knew nothing about this she had to ask the restaurant when we arrived to do mine as per my needs and because of this l had to wait practically after everyone else had finished nearly before having mine which should not have happened

Absolutely amazing trip, you need to be good with heights and have a level of fitness. Lots of fun for all the family. You need water shoes pretty much everywhere in Jamica so is recommend bringing some.

Dieser Ausflug ist sehr Empfehlenswert. Auch wenn der Ausflug nicht auf Deutsch war, ist er absolut gigantisch. Empfehlung: nehmt für Video/Fotoaufnahmen entweder Kreditkarte mit oder mind. 40 Dollar. Es lohnt sich. Wir hatten bewusst die Karte im Hotel gelassen und nicht soviel Bargeld dabei gehabt. Wir hatte dort vereinbart, das wir dem Tourguide/ Busfahrer bei Rückankuft das Geld geben. Das Video sollte dann den nächsten Tag gemailt werden. Ich hoffe das es heute ankommt. Liveguards Top!

The staff at dunns river falls were amazing and felt very safe the whole time The staff at the blue hole were not so great i fell over and hurt my leg at the end the staff were very pushy demanding a tip even got on our bus telling husband to get off the bus to confront him The journey was long and bus was uncomfortable But we enjoyed our day out and made some amazing memories

Quite expensive but a good tour. Shame they want to charge approx £40 for a few photos and a video in both venues. £80 on top of the £111.00 each is a bit expensive especially when they guides at the venues insist on tips as well. They would probably make more money by charging less, more people would probably end up buying ?? Driver and Tour Guide were brilliant though. One note…. Don’t wear Crocs, they will make you buy Water Shoes

Great tour guide on the bus. The staff at both blue hole and Dunns river falls, were exceptional, they were continuously monitoring our safety whilst having fun and making a fab experience. I was too scared to jump at blue lagoon initially, but one of the tour guides jumped in with me. You definitely need anti slip water shoes, and a water proof phone case to take photos as you will want your phone to take photos. You can buy these en route as there is a toilet stop.

For some reason we were under the impression that our trip was on Thursday as we had a conversation with the rep about traveling home the following day, we realised when we opened the voucher ( the trips at this hotel for some reason don't appear on the app) we were in our room at the time of pick up but no one called the room or rang my phone which was on all the time and for which I gave the number. We tried to contact the rep through the app and the hotel and have heard nothing £220 wasted

The price is quite high when you add on the tips expected by the guides and bus crew as they are not on a regular payroll. Priest Jerome our bus guide and driver MrD were superb! Couldn't of asked for any more helpful, entertaining, or considerate to anyone's needs! The guides at both locations were outstanding, especially looking out for any physical personal issues that would effect your experience or be of danger to yourself. A wonderful experience even in our early 60's

Die Dunn's River Falls sind auf jeden Fall sehenswert. Allerdings muss man die Fälle hochkraxeln, dass ist nicht für jeden geeignet. Das Blue Hole ist ein Badespaß inmitten tropischer Vegetation und hat uns gut gefallen. Die beiden Stopps waren insgesamt sehr knapp bemessen, wir hätten uns etwas mehr Zeit für Fotos etc. gewünscht.

Dunn's River Falls & Blue Hole sind eigentlich sehr schön. Nur hat man viel zu wenig Zeit die Natur zu genießen. Auf der Hinfahrt vom RIU Negril saßen wir fast 6h im Bus und hielten dann noch an einem Shop um einzukaufen. Völlig unnötig. Es gab zwischen durch ein Mittagessen was gut war. Badeschuhe sind auf der Tour ein muss. Tour auf deutsch gebucht und englisch bekommen. Englisch Kenntnisse muss man unbedingt haben sonst kommt man nicht weiter.

Yvonne (guide) was absolutely brilliant, very knowledgeable and proud of her country and history. Kirk the driver was also fab-some drivers are a tad crazy out here, but he wasn’t (how he knew where all the potholes were on every road and managed to avoid them I don’t know!!). 10 out of ten to them both. It’s a long drive from Negril, but rest stops were sufficient. Thank you Yvonne and Kirk

Blue Hole: Einzigartig, muss man(n) gesehen, gemacht haben! Ein Erlebnis! Dunn‘s Ricer Falls: Wäre wunderschön, wenn nicht viel zu viel Besucher wären. Ewiges warten, um dann per ‚Herdenauftrieb‘ hochgeführt zu werden. Schade um‘s Geld! Blue Hole: Top, Dunn‘s Flop!!! Unsere Reiseleiterin war auf max. Zeiteinsparung bedacht. Zwischen den beiden ‚nassen‘ Events: keine Zeit zum Umziehen. Saßen also mit nassen Klamotten im klimatisierten Bus und haben uns ne Erkältung geholt.

Bluehole - I think the description of this trip should be more clear. The trip said swimming in the water, but 95% of it was jumping into the waters, with some very large heights to jump from. This trip isn't suitabke if you have health issues or are pregnant!

Wat een leuke ervaring om te doen zeker niet overslaan als je hier bent . Enigste jammere was wel dat je bij de bleuhole overal maar een keertje eraf mocht springen 2x was wel leuk geweest vooral voor de kinderen en tieners die erbij waren . De watervallen beklimmen was toch echt het kersje op de taart prachtig mooi en zo leuk om als gezin of individueel aan mee te doen . Word goed begeleid en iedereen helpt elkaar om de steenrijke waterval te beklimmen . Onze kinderen waren helemaal enthousiast

Was a great outing! The falls are impressive and great fun climbing up them. Our guide Vinnae and driver Captain Kirk were an awesome duo! Lunch was good some jerk chicken at a local restaurant in Ocho Rios.

Blue hole was excellent, really enjoyed the experience. Would liked to have spent a little longer there Dunns falls was harder than I thought(I am 60 though). The guide was a little abrupt and we had to keep stopping for the photographer which was tedious We were felt obliged to tip the guides at both places , the guys at the falls did deserve it though. The driver was excellent and I can't stress how good our bus guide was, Tenitia was absolutely brilliant with her knowledge and entertainment,

tolle Landschaft, tolle Wasserfälle, am Wochenende leider zu voll. Der Transfer verlief gut, der Reiseführer hatte einen gelangweilten Gesichtsausdruck, aber er hatte uns auf dem Weg zu den Sehenswürdigkeiten etwas über die Geschichte Jamaikas und seiner Helden erzählt. The guide on the bus was very informative and engaged well with all the tourists. There was a lot of travelling from Negril. It must have been around 6 hrs on the bus. The lunch was ok but we thought there should have been more drinks provided for the price and it was such a long day. Lunch was also very basic and being as we couldn’t have breakfast a snack would have been nice. Overall a good trip as you get to see a lot of the Jamaican landscape with good commentary from the tour guide.

I offered to buy our driver a drink, and they charged me 10$ for some sort of fruit punch that he had.. outright robbery. It wasn't evem for me but for our driver..

We hebben genoten van de avontuurlijke waterpret. Zeker Blue Hole was heel mooi, en werd ook goed begeleid. We hebben Dunn’s in de namiddag bezocht. Het was er druk maar gelukkig was het geen overrompeling. Op beide plekken hebben we 40 dollar betaald voor een pakket met foto’s. Die van Blue Hole hebben we nooit ontvangen. Heb gemaild + navraag laten doen via Tui maar Island Gully Falls doet niet eens de moeite om te antwoorden of terug te bellen. Heel jammer.

Firstly both experiences were nothing short of absolutely outstanding and amazing!! I recommend doing this tour with both of them combined to get the most out of it all for an exhilarating full day trip. I took my 5 year old and he absolutely loved swinging like Tarzan at Blue Hole and then climbing Dunn's river. There is a shop stop off for souvenirs but I suggest bringing some JMD/USD cash, your own waterproof phone case, water shoes and towels are needed. Whole day & staff are great!

A fantastic trip! Our guide Kirrie and driver made the trip so fun and memorable! The long journey went so quickly thanks to the carefully planned rest stops and interesting information shared! It’s a long journey but was made interesting by our tour guide pointing out local sights and telling us information about Jamaica as a whole. The tour bus was prompt arriving on time and journey was broken up with a short retail stop. Didn’t think shop was great or particularly cheap but we got to sample fresh mango from fruit stool and buy traditional Jamaican patties which were lovely. Going on a Sunday definitely helped as roads were quieter.

The Blue Hole and Dunns River falls were great. Take a private transfer though. The Rep told us travel time was 90 minutes which I thought was long. We stopped at so many hotels on the way the actual time was 2.5 hours! AC on the bus wasn’t great and the seats were wet.

A great trip overall. Quite a long bus ride but the guide made it fun snd informative. The falls were beautiful but you need to be quite fit and ready for a climb. The blue hole was lovely and the jumps were great fun. There’s always an alternative way down if you don’t want to jump. Overall great value day out including a lovely lunch at the mongoose bar and restaurant. Well worth a visit.

Excellent trip. This is the fifth time I've been to Dunn's River and the first time I've climbed the falls. I felt encouraged by the tour guide and the guys who would actually take us up the falls. I was sandwiched between a lovely couple who looked after me and I felt safe. Really lovely experience. Blue Hole is very pretty. I didn't jump, but still enjoyed watching everyone else jump and I took some amazing pictures.

The falls require sea shoes, which we had. However, the TUI guide should tell people these are quite dangerous. You climb up falls of around 15 meters. When doing this rushing water is pushing down at you, although at ankle level You need to be sure footed and in we feel in a good healthy mobile condition. We saw a number of people fall and hit rocks . There are no soft landings. The guides help as much as they can. The TUI guide needs to explain this and we would suggest a DEMO video .

Climbing Dunn's River Falls and climbing and jumping into the pools at Blue Hole were the highlight of my holiday. However I think it's worth highlighting that it really needs to emphasize in the description just how physical this day is. Not suitable for a lot of people who came on the tour.

The guides, on the bus and at each site, were very knowledgeable and friendly. The only thing I did not enjoy was the very limited lunch options, especially for kids. When we booked, I was told I could order food differently for the kids- and pay for it out of pocket which I was fine with. When I asked on the bus I was told for the kids they can have French fries and if I really wanted, I could order off menu there but time really didn’t allow for that option.

Blue hole tour was amazing, the staff/guides where really helpful and encouraging. Dunns river was also very good, the staff also, very knowledgeable and friendly. The only downside is when you end the Dunns river tour you have to pass through a market area which is pretty full on with locals selling tat and it does feel slightly intimidating . Other than that I would highly recommend both tours

Op heenreis stop van ruim half uur wc/winkel (winkel vond ik niet echt passen bij excursie). Dunn's prachtig (zorg voor waterschoenen, waterdicht hoesje telefoon, kleingeld ivm fooi). Leuke gids: je moet elkaar vasthouden dan beklim je waterval vanaf strand tot top: koud water af en toe glad en flinke stroming je moet wel een redelijke gezondheid hebben maar goed te doen, genoeg stops onderweg voor foto's. Daarna naar Blue Hole ook prachtig (meerdere sinkholes) en je kan hier in springen.

We absolutely loved exploring the blue hole and the Dunns falls. It was an incredible experience to be able to jump into the blue hole and to be able to climb a waterfall. The guides at both experiences were absolutely amazing - they were friendly, funny and extremely helpful. They made you feel safe at all times. Our driver Keith and our Tour Guide Sis were brilliant too. This was one of our favourite excursions in Jamaica and we would most definitely recommend.

We had a great day out, our tour guide was really good and informative. The blue hole was fun and the staff there were really friendly and looked after us. Lunch was okay but it would have been better if we could have gone somewhere more authentic and scenic! Dunns river falls was amazing and our guide was the best making sure everyone was safe. Would definitely recommend going on this trip ??

Excellent fun at Blue Hole. Well looked after and great staff. Dunns River was spectacular if a little busy but this did not distract from the care and skill of the guide. Once again my only gripe is the meal provided as part of the day out was the ubiquitous choice of jerk chicken or fried fish.

A must experience. You do need water shoes, guides were great. I thought the group was a bit large to keep everyone together. Be prepared to fall and jump and climb in cool water. Prepare to tip your guide,take your phone in a waterproof holder and they take loads of photos and videos. You can have a professional photo video ,no pressure to buy,they will expect a tip tooalobg with the mini bus and guide. Stopped at a discount shop on way ,which we didn't know about cash/card if you want stuff.

Our driver mr Williams was very entertaining and he explained what the day would involve. The Dunn’s river falls and blue hole were both stunning. I didnt realise before that you are expected to jump from a height into the blue hole! You must wear the shoes and a degree of fitness to cope with climbing against the water Our TUI rep Karen at secrets wild orchid was very helpful

Be aware that when the guide says "I look after you so you look after me" they are already saying they want a tip, don't worry if you don't carry money on you atvthectime, they will follow you back to the bus in order to ensure they collect it.

Whole trip was really good, be ready for tips though it is expected from the guides but they were great and ensured everyone was safe and looked after. On the blue hole you have to wear a life jacket which is reassuring. The couple of days after we had sore muscles we didn’t know we had ! Beautiful surroundings.

Bluetooth Hole war echt super, nicht so überlaufen und die Guides waren sehr hilfsbereit und super nett. Das Mittagessen hatte extrem kleine Portionen war aber gut Dunns River war ein wenig überlaufen aber im großen und ganzen nett. Sind zu Fuss gegangen darum kann ich nichts über die Guides sagen, schienen mir aber freundlich. Die Busssitze sind sehr eng und schmal da kommt man sich in der Holzklasse im Flugzeug noch wie First Class vor. Wär vielleicht eine neue Federung auch zu überdenken.

The trips were fun & adventurous. The guys at Blue Hole were amazing & very patient with my nervous 12 year old. The meal provided was a bit small & basic but palatable. Tui should have notified us that it would not be a tui tour & that they sub contract out to local firms/companies. The tour guide on the bus was knowledgeable & friendly. The places we visited were superb & great experiences & memories were made but the actual day was nothing to do with TUI & should not take any credit for that

The activities themselves are fantastic and Andrea was a fantastic tour guide making sure the journey to dunns river was broken up with interesting info! Dunns river itself is so worth it, a must see in Jamaica. Blue hole is a cool spot but the excursion is just a few jumps off of rocks into natural pools. Me and my wife enjoyed it a lot but would have liked some time to relax near the natural pools.

Mooie, maar actieve excursie. Jammer dat alles zo gehaast gaat, zowel het rijden in de bus het beklimmen van de watervallen! In de blue hole werd goed begeleid, bij de Dunn's minder. Deze is best pittig om te beklimmen en er wordt best wel haast gemaakt om naar boven te komen. Je klimt in de waterval op gladde stenen. Genoten van het uitzicht, maar weinig tijd hiervoor. Echt gericht op de activiteit zelf! Waterschoenen verplicht en een waterdicht hoesje voor de telefoon is aan te raden!

Price is not value for money. * If in west side hotels, advise travel to the excursion is between 3 and 5 hours each way. This spoilt the exclusion due to sitting on the minibus for long spells. * The excursion company didn't provide any water as part of the day free of charge. * Meal at lunch time was basic (1 drink offered all day from company)

Die Anfahrt von Negril dauerte gute 3 Stunden, aber man sieht viel und somit war es kurzweilig. Man hält dann erstmal an einem großen Shop mit Souveniers. Alles sehr teuer. Danach gab es ein Mittagessen, musste alles sehr schnell gehen. Endlich blue hole. Wunderschön. Absolut sehenswert! Die Wasserfälle waren mit Menschenmassen super voll. Macht keinen Spaß. Die Reiseleiterin und der Fahrer waren super.

Very long day as we were 4hours from dunns river . Not enough free time felt rushed . We climbed from the bottom to the top only took about 40min then straight out to the minibus. Blue hole tour was more relaxed and not rushed .

The tour overall was good Nicky tour guide and Ryan driver were excellent and friendly with lots of knowledge. There was a lack of organisation at the events but not from tour guides. As much as we were comfortable with Dunns river tour we don't feel this is easy for all age groups. It would be great to have more time to enjoy the location rather than moving on.

The trip seemed expensive but it was actually worth the money (almost £500 for a family of 4 with teenagers). Two great visitor attractions, lunch, transport and various guides. A full day out. - not far off 12 hours. Blue Hole was more active than we thought and revolves around jumping into the water from various different heights. The whole family loved this trip and was certainly one to remember.

We expect bit more wow. Blue whole is beautiful place but is just jumping to the water. Dunns river falls are nice However website states 1/1.5h climbing we were there maybe 30/40 minutes.trip stated for 8h finished after 5h. Lack of communication issue in most of the places.They took us for lunch but no one said anything so all group finish eating after 10minutes.we stuck there much longer as we were expecting dessert which wasn’t provided.

Die Ausflugsziele waren einfach super. Wunderschöne Landschaft und tolle Erlebnisse. Auch die Mitarbeiter an den jeweiligen Sehenswürdigkeiten waren klasse. Freundlich, hilfsbereit und motiviert. Neben der schönen Landschaft kam der Spaß nicht zu kurz. Etwas unangebracht war ein Stopp im Souvenir Shop in Ocho Rios seitens des Guides. Der Shop war überteuert und gehörte der Familie des Guides, das hätte für unseren Geschmack nicht sein müssen...

Yvonne the tour guide was great, kept the 3 hour drive entertaining pointing out all the local spots and giving some Jamaican history. Blue hole was veel te kort! Werd je doorheen gejaagd, word veel om tip gevraagd. Je mag 1x springen en daarna moet je weg. Dunn river falls hadden we meer tijd, lieve locale mensen. De gids van de bus was niet persee vriendelijk, gaf wel duidelijk uitleg over wat wel en niet de doen bij de crafst markt waar je doorheen moet om naar de bus te komen.

Really great day. Blue hole was fun packed, amazing jumps into the river. Dunns river falls was slightly crowded but still amazing. Great support from your guides helping along the way. A 3 hour drive from our hotel in Negril but WOW Dunn’s River was well worth it, truly an amazing place. Special mention to our guide Archer for his professionalism and the way he guided my wife from the front. Secondly onto the Blue Hole tour, again a fantastic experience and jumping into the water from various heights was an incredible experience. Not for the faint hearted and definitely gives your legs a workout. Overall a fantastic day and totally worth the money and journey.

The two locations are stunning, definitely worth visiting. Guide Yvonne was friendly. Driver O'Neil would need training on how to shift /use the right gears. Dear TUI please could you ensure that this excursion timings are actually reflected in the experience itself? There is no chance of completing this excursion in 8 hours. Went out at 06:10 back at the hotel 19:45 so 13h35min! It should state more than 12 or 13hours (due to the road conditions and normal expected traffic; that's a fact!).

We would have liked more time in Dunns River and less time in Blue Hole..Dunns River gave more time to go at our own pace. The Vehicle that was used was very uncomfortable for such a long trip.. I had to sit on the wheel arch which was very uncomfortable. Tour Guide Yvonne was excellent.

Zeer fijne excursie, wees wel op je hoede ze stoppen in het begin aan een “gift shop” waar ze je schaamteloos in het ********** zetten als je iets koopt (60 dollar betaald voor een flesje rum die ja op de luchthaven 18 dollar betaald). Dunns river zowel als blue hole zelf zijn wel de moeite! Neem zeker een waterdicht hoesje mee als je foto’s wil want als de organisatie foto’s neemt betaal je opnieuw 40 dollar (per locatie) extra voor wat digitale foto’s.

Voor je naar de eerst activiteit gaat rijdt het busje eerst naar een afgezonderde souvenirs winkel onder het mom "waterschoenen zijn straks verplicht, hier kun je ze nog kopen". Voor je de winkel ingaat krijg je een sticker op je hand dat bepaald welke korting je krijgt (waarschijnlijk afhankelijk van land herkomst groep toeristen dachten wij)..en nog steeds blijft alles prijzig. Prachtige excursie met twee natte atracties. Leuk om van een hoogte in het water te springen ( maag meerdere keren) en daarna aan een touw het water in te slingeren. Daarna een prima lunch in een leuk restaurantje. Vervolgens de waterval beklimmen. Top! Het enige minpunt was dat je voorafgaande aan de excursie langs een souvenirswinkel moet voor mensen die geen waterschoenen of hoesje voor de tekefoon hebben. Dat heeft natuurlijk iedere serieuze vakantieganger die met deze excursie mee gaat

I would highly recommend this tour. Andrea the guide was knowledgeable and looked after us well. The guides at Dunns falls and the Blue Hole also looked after us. Lunch was basic but sufficient. Only downside was the travel time from Negril. Would recommend taking a little bit of extra cash tips for the Dunns falls and Blue Hole guides. I didn’t take enough and felt mean that I couldn’t reward a deserving guide to show my appreciation.

Need to let customers know it’s a physical climb up the falls and not suitable for all. My wife climbed half way before exiting. Would have been nice to spend more time in the various levels to enjoy the water but appreciate this is a natural environment and therefore not always going to be possible.

Blue Hole ist die lange Fahrt von Nigril nicht wert. Etwas ins Wasser springen, wer das nicht mag hat keine Alternative, z.B. einfach etwas ins Wasser sitzen. Dunns River ist schön und macht auch Spaß den Wasserfall hochzulaufen. Hand in Hand als Kette zu gehen halte ich für übertrieben, gab genug, die einzeln hochgelaufen sind. Der Ablauf war durchgetaktet. Obwohl Umkleiden vorhanden, war das im Ablauf nicht vorgesehen und wir mussten mit nassen Badehosen zurück fahren.

Amazing experience jumping off platform about 10ft above blue hole and then a Tarzan swing about 3ft above hole. Highly recommend so refreshing and I’m petrified of heights but so glad I gave it ago. Nice they take photos and videos on your phone. Then onward for jerk chicken lunch and then onto Dunns falls lovely experience of climbing the falls although the craft market at top was daunting with all the market sellers but just don’t make eye contact or talk and you’ll be fine. Fab day out

Die Guides waren sehr gut drauf und haben Spaß verbreitet. Beide Events sind eine klare Empfehlung von mir. Etwas negativ : die Tour wurde als deutschsprachig verkauft, war dann aber doch in englisch. Die Einschränkung war aber nicht gravierend.

Blue hole insgesamt ein tolles und einzigartiges Erlebnis von dieser Klippe zu springen. Mountains waren anspruchsvoller als gedacht, allerdings bekam man dort einen externen Guide dieser hetzte uns diesen Wasserfall hoch. Doof sowas in einer Gruppe, somit bestand die Gefahr höher auszurutschen oder gar hinzufallen. Ansonsten empfehlenswertes Erlebnis.

Great trip, the blue hole was really cool, jumping in the water the guides had really good energy and had fun however their displeasure with the amount the group tipped was quite disappointing. Dunns river falls was great fun and well worth doing. Be mindful of where you stay though, we stayed in Lucea which meant it took us 3.5 hours there and 3 hours back for an hour at each activity. Staying in Montego Bay/Ocho Rio’s will be fine though.

Ik vond beide activiteiten veel te toeristisch. Met horde mensen ging je tegelijk de excursie doen. Bussen vol mensen afkomstig van onder andere cruiseschepen werden gedropt en daardoor was het erg chaotisch en raakte je elkaar kwijt. Helaas laten deze toeristen ook veel rommel achter. Overal lag plastic, zo zonde! De omgeving zou prachtig zijn als het niet zo commercieel was als nu.

We didn’t find out until we got to the blue hole that we had to jump off a high platform into the river. I would not have booked this experience if I’d known I had to to do that! Climbing up the waterfalls was an amazing experience and I highly recommend that trip. We would have liked longer there to see more of the gardens.

Timing of lunch wasn't great was very hungry as it was at 3pm and there was no breakfast provided even though we got picked up at 6.20am Blue hole wasn't quite what we expected, was only really suitable for those who wanted to jump or swing in to the water.

Die dunn river Wasserfälle waren echt ein highlight. Sollte nicht bei einem Jamaika Urlaub nicht fehlen. Der Ausflug ist auf jeden Fall weiter zu empfehlen. Die blue hole ist auch der Hammer. Natürlich nur für mutige!

They say to arrive 10 minutes early to be picked up. They were 25minutes early we nearly missed it. There is nothing when booking to tell you that you need to have special water shoes, they took us to a shop to start with to buy these shoes and any other souvenirs you want. The guides of both tours were amazing but do listen to them if they say not to stand on the dark rocks!

The tour guide & driver were friendly. The driver drove safely. The tour guide was friendly and gave us a good summary into Jamaican history. The blue hole tour was great, the 2 guides were friendly and helpful especially to those who didn't want to jump. Dunns rivers falls we really enjoyed the walk, again the guide was helpful and looked after the entire group. I would definitely recommend. The lunch provided was good as well, you were given an option of fish or chicken.

We had the most amazing day at the falls. It was booked for our belated honeymoon which turned into our anniversary we would highly recommend a visit. Not suitable for people with any sort of mobility difficulties and it helps if your a little flexible.

Trip itself amazing!! Do it!! One in a lifetime experience! Wish we would have had about an hour at the lagoon! 20mins was a bit short ?? be ready to tip “everyone” you are followed back to the bus! So take some small bills! As it got awkward when people said they would tip and didn’t when they back on the bus ??????? Bit rude really! They deserved the tips! X Enjoy!!!! Dwight our driver drove extremely safe. Shernette our tour guide was extremely knowledgeable, and attentive to her group. She was very observant and kept a close eye on the group making sure we were all ok. She kept us very entertained, by the end of the excursion it really felt like one happy family. Great if you want to do the leap at the Blue Hole, if not you don’t get the option to do the rope swing either which was a disappointment. Only have 15 minutes here much too short. Dunns River Falls is just gorgeous although a slower pace would have allowed more time to see the views etc.

De falls waren geweldig. Super leuk om daar tegen op te klimmen! Waterschoentjes zeker nodig. De blue hole was niet erg duidelijk omschreven. Het was niet erg duidelijk wat het was, maar was ontzettend leuk toen we aankwamen. De 2 sprongen in de waterval waren spannend en gaven echt een kick.

The falls were really good, as other reviews have said, not to be missed. Our driver was really safe and our guide efficient. What was frustrating is that the trip is sold as 8 hrs, leaving at 615am. In the event we were picked up at 630 and didn't return until 630 pm. The drive back was 4 hrs. One check of Google maps told us the drive times were 3-3.5 hrs and as such the times should be more honestly advertised. We cancelled a second trip we booked for the same reason.

The tour guide was amazing. Made sure we was looked after. We had some trouble as there was too many people and not enough seats so that caused some delay. Also because it was so early we couldn’t get breakfast from the hotel so we only got to eat when it was the lunch part of the trip. Everyone was starving by that time as it was like half 2pm. Also people to the bus after the blue hole for tips was very awkward. But all in all I thought it was value for money and entertaining

Der Guide sowie der Fotograf beim Wasserfall waren top. Dieser Ausflugspart ist zu 100 % zu empfehlen. Mit Ausnahme der Badesachen sowie der Badeschuhe benötigt man hier Nichts! Taschen, nicht wasserdichte Kameras etc. bleiben im Bus. Das Blue Hole ist in meinen Augen OK, reicht aber bei weitem nicht an den Wasserfall heran. Bezüglich der mitzubringenden Sachen gilt hier das Gleiche wie oben erwähnt. Das dazwischen liegende Essen war sehr schmackhaft und die Organisation im Ganzen sehr gut!

Shanique was an excellent tour guide - really fun and informative, giving us the lowdown on all things Jamaican. The guys at Dunns River Waterfall were amazing - the climb was absolutely terrifying with white water rushing towards us and slippery rocks, but the guides really helped make us feel more secure and ensured the safest route up. The only thing I didn't like was that we were forced to go through the 'vendors' village' on the way out, bombarded by quite pushy sellers in tropical rain.

Firstly the positives: The tour guide and driver was lovely and informative. With just enough speaking for the trip. The rest stops were regular and I was able to buy snacks for the morning. Dunns River Falls was AMAZING! I’d go again in a heartbeat and would recommend anyone. Blue Hole was also fun but I’m glad it’s over. Now the negatives: The tour stated it would be 8hours when we were in fact 13hours. Had I have known it was a 4 hour drive there and another 4 back I wouldn’t have booked. You need to include snacks in the price or make sure you write it in your description as lunch wasn’t until 14:45! The Blue Hole: life vests were only optional and as we didn’t know what was coming, hardly anyone wore them. Someone took too long coming up for air after the main jump and it scared her and her partner. I’d make life jackets obligatory or it’s a lawsuit waiting to happen. Also, only advertise this trip for anyone in Montevideo Bay or Ocho Rios as it’s too long.

Priest Jerome was our guide and he was fantastic, very informative and great fun. He made the day really enjoyable, he was very engaging and always making sure everyone was happy and having a good time. He had so much local knowledge and was very funny. The trip was amazing and was the highlight of our holiday. Dunns River Falls were fantastic, it was well organised and safety was paramount. It is absolutely beautiful and was an amazing experience. The Blue Hole is a short stop and a little longer would have been nice but we enjoyed it all the same. This is a great trip that I would highly recommend and has left us with memories we will treasure. Lunch was nice and the food (jerk chicken) was hot and tasty.

De reisleidster was niet betrokken. Ze was niet onaardig, maar straalde geen gemoedelijkheid uit. Chauffeur was prima. Nadeel is wel voor ons gevoel bedelen om tip door alle partijen. Reisleidster idem, maar vind het dan storend dat ze niet eens de bus uitkomt als je wordt afgezet bij je hotel. Ook echt groot minpunt vonden wij dat van te voren niet bekend is dat je verplicht waterschoenen moet hebben. Even bij excursie vermelden zou prettig zijn.

The organisation at Dunn's River gave confidence to the visitors. The experience was amazing and well managed. The facilities and venue were well laid out, signed and safety was always high on the agenda. The same was true at the Blue Hole. More time could have been spent at the beach and area. A good trip for all ages and abilities though more information on alternative routes for those that could not do the climb would be an advantage.

Overall really good day. Guide was brilliant on bus gave lots of Jamaican history. Dunns was brilliant. Lunch was good. Blue Hole was not as described. Didnt get long enough at Blue Hole, was unsure what it was in comparison to the brief on website. Jumped in twice then did the bungee rope once and left. Was there around 45 minutes maximum. No cave seen. Nice place but not worth the extra money on top of what Dunns Falls trip is on its own.

De eerste stop is een gift shop. Onmiddelijk krijg je zogezegd scherpe prijzen. Opletten bij de afrekening, plots betaalde ik 9 USD teveel! Blue Hole is prachtig en voor de durvers een jump vanaf hoogte in de komende waterval, nadien gevolgd aan een swing. Je wordt als groep constant begeleid. Onderweg wordt je te las en onpas aangesproken door weedverkopers. Gewoon negeren. Dunn Rivers Waterfall was een leuke belevenis met een keitoffe gids. Zorg voor aangepaste waterschoenen. Een van de deelnemers lag plots 2 cascades onder ons. De kalkstenen kunnen gevaarlijk glad zijn. Leuk om het eens gedaan te hebben. Niet geschikt voor kleine kinderen.

Great trip but a little pricey considering one of the places is free entry!! To improve it i would say please STOP trailing us round shops we don't want to go to! My husband has no interest in this and spent a good part of the day hanging around waiting... not great! Also the restaurant was OK but nothing more. Our meals came out seperately. The guide was great :)

The river Dunns falls was an amazing experience - the guide was fantastic and helped us all along the way. The blue hole was unexpected as I wasn’t prepared to be jumping off a ledge into thundering waterfall but it was a great thrill as was the swinging from the rope. Loved Dunn River side of this tour, blue hole was good. Guides at both site were amazing, if you have your own camera they will take photos and videos for you. If your visiting dunn River during covid take 2 masks as you do have to wear your mask until you start the climb up and it's not great having to wear a wet mask on the busses.

Our guide was Andrea.If you are lucky to get her on your tour you will get so much information about Jamaica like history ,tradition,food even Jamaican jokes!She was the heart of the trip!Now about the Falls and the Hole..a bit begging for tips or selling you stuff but it’s everywhere like that,very unique experience overall and good fun!

Die Tour ist sehr sehenswert. Allerdings haben wir diese Tour in deutsch bestellt, das war leider nicht so. Desweiteren wird man echt gehetzt so dass man wenig Zeit hat zum gucken und fotografieren. Mit nassen Sachen sitzt man dann in einem klimatisierten Bus zum nächsten Wasserabendteuer, was viel Spaß bereitet. Auch da hatten wir keine Zeit zum umziehen.

We loved the day but it was far more strenuous than we had expected we felt a real sense of achievement having Jumped into the Blue Hole and climbed the Falls. Very impressed with lunch provided which catered for vegetarians too. Top tip - take dollars in change for tips.

Dunns river falls was great. Blue hole was fun but a very short trip. Lunch was a little disappointing and not alot of food for an all day trip.

This trip was absolutely fantastic. What an adventure we had as a family. The guide was very knowledgeable and interesting. We feel more information could have been given beforehand as to the nature of the trip. We knew we were going to see a waterfall but not that we were climbing it and needed appropriate footwear! This trip booked with tui we also found was more expensive than booking in the hotel. However a Jamaica must see!

Great day out seeing two fab sights in the ocho Roos area of Jamaica. It was a very long day and the journey to and from the negril/Lucea areas takes a long time I’m both directions especially when you get stuck in the Montego Bay Area at rush hour. Might be worth making this clear on the trip details.

Firstly we booked this from the website and it stated:- blue hole, jumps, swim cave and time to enjoy the mineral waters. Then lunch and onto dunes falls. This is what we acutally got picked up then hanging about at another hotel to collect a group that should never have been on the tour?? Then we went to dunes falls where we were in up the falls then out with no time to enjoy the beautiful setting. Straight onto the bus and to the blue hole. Straight in again and group were shown a jump and said who’s going? My partner and couple other didn’t want to jump and were just left stood about to watch. Jumps all completed but there was no time for anyone let alone those who didn’t want to jump in the mineral waters. No cave was seen and we were in and out in less than 45 mins. To which we were then taken for lunch no choice of drink you had punch that’s it. If you wanted any other choice you had to pay. Stopped of at a supermarket on the way home as some had asked but we stayed on the bus as was very disheartened at short time at both venues. Then taken back so we were out of our hotel from 6.50am to 1750 pm with only really we had walked up the he falls. For £93 each very poor quality

Zum 2.Mal deutsch gebucht, englisch bekommen, ansonsten Mitarbeiter super nett, wir hatten einen tollen Tag, ab Negril leider über 7std Fahrzeit hin und zurück, in der früh auch 4Hotels angefahren, in denen niemand zum abholen war, ganz schlechte Organisation u Zeitverschwendung

Falls were absolutely out of this world, Howard the guide there was fab! Blue hole equally good, Romaine made the experience better. Only downside to this trip is the coach journey and the rep. Lack of communication in regards to what was happening at points didn’t help!

Enjoyed the experience. We only climbed the falls half way but still good fun.We were warned about the market traders we had to navigate are way through to get out and this spoilt it for us as some were quite persistent. Get rid of these traders and it would make for a better experience.

Sehr schöne Natur, viel Spaß und Aktion. Etwas zu wenig Zeit am Blue Hole dafür eine tolle Tour mit super netten Guide an den Dunn’s River Falls. Ein super Tag den wir so schnell nicht vergessen werden. Die Wasserfälle waren einfach atemberaubend.

Sehr gute Location. Unser weiblicher Tourguide Andrea war super freundlich und der Fahrer sehr professionell. Ich warte zwar noch auf die Fotos ( insgesamt 70 $, von Blue Hole und Dunns River), aber es war ein Spitzenerlebnis. Vielen Dank

Tour guides go above and beyond to help you do this tour Just remember its tuff going lol dont forget your shoes and towel lol

Couldn't do it to tuff for me but followed the route using the steps etc and that was hard going

I wish we’d have been made aware of the amount of time spent travelling. Inconsiderate family on bus not wearing masks - the mother coughing and sneezing the whole journey. I was constantly hit on by the guide at the blue hole. It was very uncomfortable
