L'Explorer Pass è valido per 1 anno dalla data di acquisto.
Dopo l'acquisto, riceverete un pass digitale con un codice QR unico (e le istruzioni per accedere all'app Go City). Mostratelo dal vostro dispositivo mobile presso le attrazioni selezionate. Un rappresentante scansionerà il codice sul pass di ciascun viaggiatore, consentendo l'ingresso.
Si noti che le visite all'Empire State Building devono essere prenotate in anticipo (seguire le istruzioni sull'app) e che non è possibile prenotare fasce orarie al tramonto con il pass. Suggeriamo di prenotare una fascia oraria serale per godere di un'ampia vista sulle luci di Manhattan di notte.

Pass an den Attraktionen mit der GoCity-App auf dem Smartphone funktioniert super einfach. Zur Sicherheit hatte ich den Pass in ausgedruckter Form mit großem QR-Code mitgenommen. Mit dem ausgedruckten Pass funktionierte das Scannen aber überhaupt nicht.

Durch den Pass konnten wir einiges an Geld sparen und das gute war es ist recht handlich von der Bedienung her. Pass käuflich erwerben, App runter laden, die Pässe aktivieren und fertig. An den einzelnen Attraktionen dann den Pass Einscannen lassen und fertig.

Great selection of experiences and definitely worth it if planning a few days in NYC wanting to do all the big sights. Need to be sure to book slots for some activities - not time effficient having to physically go to the sight to get given a time slot rather than being able to book online.

Die Beschreibungen in der App: Sehr gut. Einzig: Weil man fast bei keiner Attraktion die Besuchszeiten im Vorfeld auswählen kann bei Pass-Benutzung,, wäre es schwierig gewesen die Pläne einzuhalten, wenn die Stadt voller gewesen wäre.

Op sommige plekken hoef je niet in de rij voor een kaartje te gaan staan, op andere plekken wel. Als het kan, reserveer dan ruim vantevoren een plek. Dit kan niet overal maar doe het daar waar het wel kan, het scheelt je enorm veel tijd.

We came in everywhere we wanted. But, you have to realise that you have to queue everywhere, because you don't buy tickets directly, but book the option on it and so no direct time window. Except for the Empire State, it was possible to book only one time slot.

Two reasons:
1 the information about the Statue of Liberty trip is wrong - no pre-booking is necessary. From your links, we got messages that the passes couldn’t be redeemed. We got no response when asking via the WhatsApp link on your app.
2. We couldn’t see how many passes we had redeemed.

Easy to download the QR code and scan at all our attractions. Whether we were lucky or not, but we didn’t queue for more than 10mins for any of the top attractions we went to. Not only saved us a lot of money, but for ease of use I would highly recommend (and already have done!).
