The guide was not making sure everyone was safe he informed us that a local would be counting us to make sure we was all there and it would not cost us anything.. I was on the full day and the local informed me he was leaving with the half day guests and insisted I give him money he was very insistent which was annoying as it was very hot and I could not reach my money he walked along my side until I got my money.. other guests had the same experience

Room without balcony was a right off Getting the room and the welcome coud be much better with a cold drink.such a hot day we arrived in TUI blue Medina garden but no body was offer us any cold drin even water instead we have to wait for our room since 11am to 3pm that was absolutely ridiculous. Hope Agadir trip go good.

Great

Transfer was op tijd met de gids. De gids vertelde voldoende en had voldoende kennis. Ochtend gedeelte verliep goed in de zin onafgebroken. Lunch tijd was iets te lang ( bijna 2 uur). Lunch en restaurant was bovendien boven verwachting goed. Overgang van de Mimmddag gedeelte duurde wat lang omdat we op een volgende groep wachtten die zouden aansluiten. Het is wel veel lopen. Maar je krijgt wel een goede indruk van de medina. Op eigen houtje gaan was ondoenlijk geweest met veel tijdverlies

Was booked and I wasn't told it was dependent on numbers for it to go ahead. Day of excursion trip was cancelled. 3rd time I've booked excursions with TUI and they have been cancelled. You take money from me straight away yet I'm made to wait up to 7 days for a refund. That's not right really. Money can be transferred within 2 hours so that's poor on your side.

I would highly recommend the half day trip but not the full day as we felt it was just a rushed walk through the souks we were not given any opportunities to actually shop at any of the shops . when we even asked to be able to buy something we were told no .we were then taken to a shop which he was clearly paid to get us to visit but was very expensive compared to if we had been able to barter in the souks

Guide très sympa, bcp d'explications 👍 Cependant, nous avons fait un marathon dans le souk sans pouvoir rien regarder. Le repas, dans un resto à groupes touristiques, un bol d'harira immangeable, une tajine poulet citron correcte, et le dessert...des tranches d'oranges soupoudrées de cannelle ( ils ne se sont pas foulés). Nous avons finalement renoncé à rentrer avec le bus pour pouvoir profiter de l'ambiance de la place Jema El Fna et du souk. Je ne recommande pas du tout👎👎👎

The guide was good but I felt that he rushed us around the streets and at times I couldn't understand what he was saying. I believe you should also say that the trip included 10km of walking through the streets. By the end everyone on the trip was exhausted. When we finally got time for shopping after trawling the streets for hours, noone felt like it. We were taken to particular shops but everything there was overpriced. We really wanted to shop at the market stalls but there was no opportunity

We saw lots on our tour. Felt I got a good overview of the city. I felt very safe and looked after. The shops we stopped at were fab - it was super interesting to learn about the spices. Lunch was lovely too. I would have liked to move a little more slowly through the souks as I felt I had to rush to keep up with the guide and not get lost!

Très grand groupe, difficile d’entendre et suivre le guide toute la matinée. L’après-midi nous étions un plus petit groupe mais nous avons fait énormément d’arrêts “shopping” où on est poussé à dépenser notre argent, pour acheter des produits soi-disant moins chers qu’en Europe alors que ce n’est pas réel dans tous les cas. Aucune explication sur comment négocier au souk alors que c’est dans la description
