De gids was prima en duidelijk. We hadden wel verwacht meer ‘echte rondleiding’ door de stad te hebben, dat was helaas niet zo.nu gingen we er zelf op uit en ook dat was oké. We hadden alleen een andere invulling van deze excursie verwacht.

Die Informationen während der Hinfahrt durch Gabi waren sehr interessant. Der Besuch im (Heimat-)Museum war zu lang und unorganisiert, auch weil unsere Gruppe sehr groß war. Die Kathedrale dagegen war sehr schön. Die Freizeit danach war zu kurz, der versprochene Tagesausflug mit vier Stunden viel zu kurz.

I was told there was enough space for me to go but then a few hours later someone had to give up their ticket cause there wasn't enough room. I was wanting to do this for weeks and I had to give up my space cause the others refused to give up their ticket. When the group came back they said there were 14 spaces on the couch which upset me. Better organisational skills are needed.

Dieser Ausflug dürfte unter den gegenwärtigen Gegebenheiten in der Santa Ana Kathedrale nicht stattfinden, denn die "Catedral de Canaris" wird momentan "RENOVIERT", weil angeblich ein Papstbesuch anstehen soll, doch wann?? Die Kathedrale ist das HIGHLIGHT in Las Palmas und wir haben aus vorgenanntem Grund, keinen Zutritt bekommen. Das imposante Gebäude, welches aufgrund seiner jahrhundertelangen Bauzeit, drei verschiedene Architekturstile in sich birgt, Gotik, Renaissance..Schade nur noch 3 Z

Bra bussresa och tydlighet kring var bussen var när vi skulle resa tillbaka. Promenaden med guide i den gamla stadsdelen gav ingenting. Museum och kyrka ok. Guiden som skulle guida resan var betydligt mer språksam på tyska än på engelska. Delar utelämnades helt på engelska. Jag förstår rätt ok tyska, så märkte därför skillnaden.

Nicht so gut gefallen hat uns, das in unserer Anlage nur TUI Mitarbeiter für Finnen, Dänen und Niederländer ansprechbar waren, Erst nachdem der freundliche Mitarbeiter der Appartementanlage für uns telefoniert hat konnten wir in einem Hotel in der Nähe eine deutschsprachige Mitarbeiterin von TUI finden......und NEIN eine Anmeldung in die TUI APP war nicht möglich.....was uns die Mitarbeiter von Ihnen bestätigt haben. Der Ausflug war schön, der Guide sehr gut.

Accommodation excellent.Food awful, poor choice-badly cooked and poorly presented. Evening entertainment was dire. Not very professional, Needs money spent on good adult entertainment. Tribute bands and tribute acts like, Michael Jackson - Queen - Drifters etc etc. Make the shows a spectacular experience. Spend!

Aufgrund akuter Erkrankung meiner Ehefrau am Vorabend zum Ausflugstermin, wollte ich den Ausflug anhand der TUI App stornieren. Da dies trotz mehrfacher Versuche nicht möglich war, wurde erst am Ausflugstag im Hotel bei TUI storniert. Leider gibt es wohl für solche Fälle keinerlei Kulanz seitens der TUI (evtl. Ersatztermin für den Ausflug, anteilige Erstattung der inkl. Eintrittspreise o.Ä.). Vor diesem Hintergrund werde ich künftig von der Buchung irgendwelcher Ausflügen mit der TUI absehen.

Ein rundum gelungener Ausflug, sehr invformativ und unglaubliche Einblicke in die damalige Zeit. Die Mumien waren sehr faszinierend. Mann könnte ewig verweilen. Der Ausblick vom Turm auf die Altstadt sagenhaft. Postkartenfotobilder. Einfach ein sehr schöner Ausflug, den sich keiner entgehen lassen sollte. Das Wetter dazu war noch on top??

Die Gruppe (50) war zu groß, daher so auseinander gezogen, dass man Schwierigkeiten hatte, Erläuterungen zu verfolgen, bzw. gar keine mitbekam. Mir wäre eine kleine Gruppe (max. 20) lieber gewesen - auch wenn ich dafür etwas mehr bezahlen müsste!

Je wordt met de bus naar Las Palmas gebracht. Onderweg krijg je beperkt informatie over wat je te zien krijgt. In Las Palmas zelf loopt de gids een klein rondje mee in het oude gedeelte van de stad. In het museum en de kathedraal gaat de gids niet mee naar binnen. Daarna heb je vrije tijd. Reistijd Maspalomas - Las Palmas 1 uur inclusief ophalen van gasten bij hotels. Tijd in Las Palmas 4 uur.

Insgesamt hatte ich mehr erwartet. 2Stunden bis Las Palmas weil unterwegs noch andere Gäste abgeholt wurden, die nicht nur deutschsprachig waren. Ich hatte Deutsch gebucht und bekam ein Kauderwelsch aus Englisch und Deutsch was sehr anstrengend war, und man die Sprachen oft nicht gleich unterscheiden konnte. Das Museum war sehr schön. Ich hätte gerne mehr von der Stadt gezeigt bekommen. 2Stunden "Führung" und 2Stunden Freizeit sind einfach zu wenig.

Im Museum und in der Kathedrale fand keine Führung statt. Auch eine Stadtführung gab es in diesem Sinne nicht. Es war eher eine magere Erzählung während der Bus Tour und eine Begleitung bzw. Wegführung zum Museum und dann zur Kathedrale. Es war außerdem nicht ganztägig, weil bereits um 14.20 Uhr wieder Abfahrt war. Außerdem war die Führung entgegen der Ankündigung nicht exklusiv deutschsprachigen, sondern auch englischsprachigen. Diadurch war die Verfügbarkeit halbiert. Keine Weiterempfehlung.

Väljer jag att åka på en guidad tur på engelska så vill jag inte ha tysktalande guide i samma buss, blev väldigt stor fokus på tyska. Inget fel på guiden var för stor grupp och svårt att hålla isär dom olika språken. Vi bokade och lade till vilket hotell vi bor på men blev upphämtade på ett annat det behöver komma upp mycket tydligare. Framgick inte när man bokade att det var ett annat hotell eller dubbla språk i samma buss.

Die Tour war gut organisiert und durchgeführt. Für Leute ab 1.80m Grösse ist die Fahrt im Bus eine Tortur, da der Sitzabstand für diese ca. 2 stündige Fahrt (hin und zurück) einfach zu kurz ist. Das es geht beweisen die Shuttles Airport-Hotel-Airport mit wenigstens etwas mehr Kniefreiheit in den Bussen.

We felt that the group was far too big for one small lady to cope with. She had no stick or flag so we could see her when walking round the streets of Las Palmas. Although she spoke German & English well the group had no chance of hearing her outside the coach. We really needed a Vox Box to hear her on the street in museum and Cathedral. No warning that nearly all the information in the museums would be only in Spanish. Not enough time to visit shopping street, not told of location. Needed map

I understand that there are a lack of guides in the area. This is the explanation I was given when I complained to a Tui rep. The hotel pick ups in the area, took an hour as , not everyone was ready at their stop. The poor guide had to the information in 3 languages, a feat indeed. However, it was fast and ,despite my concerted effort was unable to follow the English information fully. As a solo traveller, I tried to seek out other English speaking visitors to compare notes and accuracies.…

The time in Las Palmas was interesting however spending two hours on a coach there and two hours back was not. The size of the group was too large making it difficult to hear information from the guide. Having to hear the same information in two languages was irritating to say the least . Would I recommend this tour in the current format, definitely not.

Die Hin- und Rückfahrt von/nach Mogan dauerte insgesamt fünf Stunden mit dem Bus. Erst durch wiederholtes Nachfragen erhielten wir Informationen zur Lage der Toiletten. Die angebotene kulturelle Besichtigung war äußerst begrenzt. Wir wurden lediglich zum Museum und zur Kathedrale geführt, was die gesamte Führung auf etwa zehn Minuten beschränkte. 2 Stunden An- und Abfahrt sind zu lang. Das tilgen von Hotel zu Hotel ist unerträglich. 4 Stunden in Las Palmas sind zu kurz, nach den Besichtigungen bleibt nur kurz Zeit etwas zu essen. Etwas Zeit für Sightseen ist wünschenswert. Insgesamt nicht zu empfehlen. Da ist ein Mietwagen und ein Guide vor Ort interessanter.

Our guide, Miguel, was excellent; he was genuinely passionate and enthusiastic about the island's culture, which made the experience informative and engaging. Nice mix of guided tour and free time. We had a photographer working for TUI asking us to pose for photos, which was fine, but I would suggest offering an incentive if you want the group to participate in something additional to the advertised experience.

Hej. Det var svårt att höra guiden när vi gick runt i stan. Mycket folk i gruppen och även runt om. När guiden talar och vrider på huvudet försvinner ljudet. På museet fanns det nästan ingen förklaring på engelska och de Qr koder jag testade fungerade inte på min telefon. Shoppingen vi hänvisades till var en shopping gata med dyra butiker. Dessutom fick vi halvruttna bananer i frukthallen. Väldigt snyggt upplagt dock. Katedralen var fantastik och väl värd ett besök.

Der Ausflug war sehr schön. Es war genügend Freizeit, allerdings für weitere Besichtigung und Essenspause zu kurz. 1 Stunde länger optimal. Die Gruppe zu groß für die kleinen Räume im Museum. Der Guide sprach teilweise bevor alle da waren. (Z.b. wegen Ampelschaltung). Ansonsten ein sehr schöner Ausflug.

Loved the cultural aspect. The guide was very good. A very good insight to the more rural aspect of Gran Canaria. The aquarium part of the tour was incredible and a real testimony of excellent engineering and inspirational design with a strong, well presented education on the oceans and rivers of the world. The tapas meal did not greatly suit my palette and was really the only negative to the trio.

Timings felt about right with a good balance between guided time and free time. Gabby was an excellent guide: clear communication, knowledgeable and approachable. My only suggestion for an improvement may be proving a small map or list of suggested places to go during free time.

Die Abholung verlief pünktlich und organisiert. Der Reiseleiter wirkte unsicher, mischte Sprachen und brach Erklärungen oft ab. Die Tour dauerte nur 4 Stunden statt der angegebenen 4–8 Stunden. In der Altstadt wurden wenige unspektakuläre Gassen gezeigt, das Museum war eher langweilig. Die Freizeit wurde verspätet angekündigt, sodass kaum Zeit blieb, die Stadt eigenständig zu erkunden. Insgesamt war das Programm unausgewogen und enttäuschend.

We enjoyed the opportunity to see the old town. But it was very minimal in terms of guidance and explanations. The visit to the museum and the cathedral were okay, but again, with little guidance. 3 hours of free time and 2 hours each way on a bus. It was a long day and not a great deal gained from the experience.

Leider saß ich über 1,5 Stunden im Bus, bis wir alle Passagiere der umliegenden Buchten eingesammelt hatten. Dann kam die Fahrt nach Las Palmas noch zusätzlich obendrauf. Die Reiseführerin war leider sehr gestresst. Angefangen im Bus, sowie über die kurze Tour, die sie mit uns zur Kathedrale und in ein Museum gemacht hat. Leider war sie immer kurz angebunden,. Ich wusste am Ende der Tour noch nicht mal ihren Namen. Ich saß insgesamt viel länger im Bus, als ich Zeit in Las Palmas verbracht habe

Weinig cultuur. Naast het museum waar niet veel te zien was, een kerk en een groenten markt die je zelf kon gaan opzoeken na aanwijzing van de gids. Werden we losgelaten in de winkelstraat voor ongeveer 3 uur konden hierna weer terug naar het Hotel. Was dus meer een excursie om te winkelen. Trouwens de gids was aller vriendelijks !!

The bus was very old and noisy and didn't feel up to TUI standard. Because of the noise we couldn't understand the tour guide at all. The tour guide didn't seem to be very happy to be there and didn't feel engaging throughout. The museum had no English info anywhere and the guide didn't mention the audio tour at all.

Pünktliche Abholung an vereinbarter Haltestelle. Gabi war eine sehr kompetente Reiseleitung, die bei jeder Frage eine passende Antwort hatte. Zuerst wurde das Museum Canaria besucht, hier gab es viel über die Vergangenheit Gran Canarias zu sehen. Danach zur Cathetrale und dem religiösen Museum. Danach war noch genug Zeit um durch die Stadt zu bummeln oder das Kolumbus Museum anzuschauen. Super Tag.

An sich war der Ausflug ganz in Ordnung, jedoch hätte man gerne mehr erzählen können über die Kathedrale, ebenso hätte man bei der Beschreibung des Ausflugs darauf hinweisen können das in dem Museum über das Handy verschiedene Infos über die Artefakte abgefragt werden können damit man sich kopfhörer für das Handy hätte mitnehmen können. An sich war es dennoch ein schönes Erlebnis.

Las Palmas ist auf jeden Fall einer Reise wert. Zusätzlich bekommt man bei der gebuchten Reise einige Informationen zur Geschichte. Die freie Zeit ist ausreichend für ein Shoppingbummel und Café Time . Die Reiseleitung empfand ich ein wenig kühl, hat ihren Text einfach abgespult. Eben sachlich. Ansonsten hat alles reibungslos funktioniert.

Der Bus war sehr gebraucht, unsauber und roch im Inneren stark nach Abgasen. Die Informationen waren in Deutsch und Englisch verständlich könnten aber auch in jedem Reiseführer nachzulesen sein. Die Gruppe war zu groß das man sich wie in einer Herde vorkam. Die Freizeit in Las Palmas war toll. Wenn man sich vorab informiert. Mit dem Linienbus ist es individueller und günstiger, lohnt sich aber allemal. Nur Haltestelle 6 Vaguetta / Catedral anfahren. Dort startet auch der Sigtseeingbus.

Probleme, Kontakt zur Tui Reiseleitung vor Ort aufzunehmen, weil keine Infos über das Hotel mit Tui Reiseleitung vorhanden war. Wit mussten von Hotel zu Hotel laufen, um zu erfahren, wo die Tui Reiseleitung zu finden war. Dadurch konnten wir nur einen Ausflug buchen. Alle anderen waren ausgebucht.

The guide obviously loved his job but after sitting on the bus for two hours picking up from all the hotels we needed a toilet break. There were also too many people on the excursion and it was impossible to hear what he was saying a good amount of the time. At times I managed to squeeze myself forward so I could hear. It was all a bit rushed and many seemed to zone out from what was being said. Not too sure but think we left a couple behind in Las Palmas but they may have chosen to do that.

Long drive to pick everyone up, very early start for those of us at the Princess Taurito. No time for a coffee or breakfast. Desperate for both by the time we got there. quickly taken through the old quarter to the cathedral, guide did point out places of possible interest. Cathedral was worth the visit. Skipped the Musium as really needed a drink and something to eat.

Visiting the museum first on arrival to Las Palmas so we could all use the toilets would be much better as it was a long time from Hotel pick ups to toilet stop!

Vi skulle gå ca 10 minutter i meget bakkede Puerto Rico for at nå opsamlingsstedet. Guiden havde en TYK SPANSK ACCENT som gjorde både hans engelske og hans tyske næsten uforståelig. Spurgte et engelsktalende par; de havde også store problemer med forståelsen. Veguerta er et lille område og de to timer vi var i "fri dressur" var næsten de bedste. Området er spændende, men guiden skal skiftes til en med bedre sproglige kundskaber.

Leider sehr viele Hotels angefahren so das wir schon knapp 1,5 Stunden nach Las Palmas unterwegs waren und zurück natürlich auch . Es war auch eine recht große Gruppe so das man nicht sehr viel von den Ausführungen des Guides mitbekommen hat. Ansonsten ist die Altstadt sehenswert und die Führung hat ihren Zweck im Großen und Ganzen erfüllt.

The guide was excellent. TUI need to inform clients how long the coach journey will be versus the amount of time sight seeing. For us we were 4 hours on the coach and maximum 4 hours sightseeing something we found out afterwards ! Also , there was sufficient time to fit in a third attraction visit in Las Palmas

Vår guide verkar vara mycket kunnig och man skulle vilja få chans att fråga mer ingående om historia etc. Dock för lite tid för det. Dessutom är en hel busslast med människor för många för ingående frågor. Ffa som många olika språk talas. Skulle kunna vara mindre grupper för mer guidning och frågor. Ang Kanariska museet så vore det bra om man har texter även på engelska.

Die Tour war super unsere Reiseleitung Karin war sehr nett und witzig. Das einzige was öde war, das Museum. Das könnte man sich sparen. Ansonsten ist die Tour zu empfehlen.

Die Tour wurde als deutschsprachig ausgeschrieben. Die Tour wurde aber mehrsprachig durchgeführt. Eigentlich kein Problem! Der Tourguide sprach aber nur sehr wenig deutsch. Seine Erklärungen in englischer Sprache empfanden wir als ausführlicher. Hier ist noch eine Verbesserung möglich, vor allem für Gäste, die keine Fremdsprache beherrschen.

2 uur in een bus met geringe beenruimte om alle gasten op het eiland op te halen voordat de werkelijke excursie begint, is teveel van het goede. Terug weer 2 uur. Voor sommige mensen is de bus een kwelling. Formaat is afgestemd op zoveel mogelijk en niet op comfort. Reden voor ons om dergelijke excursies te mijden.

I particularly enjoyed the cathedral as you got amazing views of Las Palmas from the top. But the downside for me were 1. The museum was interesting but most the info was in Spanish so I couldn't understand any of the text I believe there were QR codes to scan for more info but to respect others you would want to use headphones. Also we had 40mins to see the whole place which is not enough time. Then our free time was short at 2 hrs which definitely wasn't long enough. 4 hrs is not enough time

Wir waren beim Besuch im Museum und in der Kathedrale auf uns allein gestellt, nicht einmal deutsche Erläuterungen an den Exponaten. Keine Stadtrundfahrt zu architektonischen Sehenswürdigkeiten. Die Erläuterungen auf der Hin- und Rückfahrt waren sehr gut.

Bussen kom mycket försenad och sedan var det stressigt. Och guiden jäktade oss militäriskt, nästan aggressivt, hon halvsprang så snabbt att även en del yngre personer utan (synlig) handikapp kunde inte hänga med. Och stor del av gruppen bestod av personer med gångsvårigheter (som jag) samt mycket gamla, över åttio år. Så flera gånger när hon stannade och berättade om något, hann många av oss inte ta del av det hon sade för precis när man hunnit ikapp skyndade hon vidare. I övrigt fungerade allt

Super trip perhaps should have got an audio guide in English all the info labels were only in Spanish. Beautiful building and treasures lots of skulls very apt for Halloween. Needed a coffee break and great art deco cafe recommended by Guide. Cathedral was well signed well and utterly fantastic.

I had done a previous tour to the Cathedral & then to a shopping mall. Wanting more time in the city I picked this even thought I am not the most mobile of persons, I was reassured that the guide would be patient and not leave anyone behind. And they were. While old building and cobbled streets are the easiest things to navigate I managed well enough to enjoy this fabulous tour. Entry to Cathedral & the museum included and then enough free time to wander or go to another museum. Would recommend.

Es war sehr kurz im Grunde hat der Guide cir 1 std uns eingeleitet 2 std Fahrzeit und der Rest freie Zeit insgesamt knapp 6 Std.Die Fahr war auch nicht besonders. Es war sehr kalt im Bus und die Fahrein war denje ich neu .Eine kleine Rundfahrt wäre nicht schlecht gewesen

The problem with the guide speaking three languages is by the time they translate into the different languages the topic they are talking about has gone The trip to Columbus museum was not included in the cost of the tour and yet we still went and stood outside wasting time we could have spent elsewhere

Viel Informationen über Stadt, Land und historische Ereignisse von Reiseleiterin erfahren. Catedral de Santa Ana ist beeindruckend, sehr empfehlenswert. Stadt von selbst auch hochinteressant. Schade nur dass zu wenig Zeit zu Besichtigung eingeplant. Würde dieses Ausflug auf jeden Fall weiter empfehlen.

De gids was goed onderlegd en legde alles goed uit, beginnende bij de oorspronkelijke bewoners, de Guanchen, en het museumbezoek over hun geschiedenis. Uiteraard werd ook de nodige uitleg gegeven over Columbus, zijn woning en zijn expedities naar Amerika. Daarna bezochten we de Catedral de Santa Ana. Nadien was er nog voldoende vrije tijd voor andere musea, shopping en/of restaurantbezoek. Één puntje van kritiek, de gidsbeurt was enkel Duits- en Engelstalig. Maar dat wisten we al vooraf

Die Abholung mit dem Bus hatte leider fast 30 Minuten Verspätung. Die Abholung der weiteren Gäste dauerte sehr lang und war sehr unangenehm da es immer wieder durch enge Straßen und gefühlt im Kreis herum ging. Durch die Verspätung am Morgen war die Private Zeit die zur Verfügung stand gekürzt. Die Heimfahrt ging dafür sehr flott.

We waren 2 uur met de bus onderweg heen en 2 uur terug. Het museum sprak ons niet aan. De Kathedraal was prachtig. Verder hebben we wat in de winkelstraat gelopen. De reisleiding was prima. Maar we zouden het niet weer doen.

Insgesamt war der Ausflug gut. Maria als Guide war sensationell und hat den Ausflug sehr interessant gestaltet. Besonders der Rundgang durch die Altstadt und die Hintergrundinformationen zu den Piraten waren super. Die Zeit in dem Insel Museum war leider mit 35 Minuten sehr kurz. Man hat zwar einen guten Eindruck bekommen, aber mehr als ein Durchlaufen war leider nicht möglich.

Die Ausstattung des Hotels war top. Die zentrale Lage und die Busanbindungen sind absolut von Vorteil. Wenn sie einen Ausflug nach Las Palmas planen, nutzen sie den Bus 30. Erkunden sie Las Palmas auf eigene Faust. Sehr zu empfehlen ist außerdem die 4+4 Tour.

The guide was very knowledgeable and the tour of the old town was interesting. We would have like a little more time at the end of the tour to explore further for ourselves. The only problem with this trip is that you at the old town for only four hours. We spent the other four hours of the day picking up and dropping off others on the trip.

Michael hat sehr viel überxdiexgeschichtecund die Bevölkerung erzählt... sehr interessant. Schön wäreyrs gewesen wenn man noch länger Zeit gehabt hätte, evtl. noch das Columbus Museum zu besuchen.....dazu warydiexfreizeit zu kurz.

Tour guide was brilliant, told us lots about the island and it's history, shower us around the old part of Los Palmos and a quick run around the museum. I didn't like that we spent so long getting there - an hour just driving around Maspalomas picking people up, then again to drop off. It meant, only two hours tour time in the city and, after lunch, an hour free time to explore. In hindsight, would probably get a normal bus to Los Palmos and join a tour there so we have more time in the city.
