Eine tolle kurzweilige Tour.Da wir früh dran waren, hatten wir die Bucht mit dem Schiffsfrack fast für uns alleine.Reiseleiterin Bianca und der Kapitän suchten auch schöne Stellen für den Badestop aus.Es war toll.

We decided not to go on the experience we booked in the UK. We were not aware that we not be able to have breakfast before we left. That from 7.30 am to approximately 2pm there would be no food other than a meagre packed lunch of water cake and fruit no sandwich because of the hot weather provided by the Tui hotel. Picking up people along the way would imbead our experience making the time spent on the trip much shorter than anticipated, very disappointed in the logistics of what we booked.

De duur van de tocht was goed niet te lang. We hebben het wrak goed kunnen bekijken en de grotten waren de moeite waard. Voor ons hoef de zwemstop niet. Maar blijkbaar werd het gewaardeerd.

Het was een mooie tocht om dichtbij het strand te komen waar het schip (inmiddels scheepswrak) ligt. Jammer genoeg was het een dag met heel weinig zon, en kon je het mooie blauwe water niet zo mooi zien als wanneer de zon schijnt. Verder enkele grotten van binnen gezien en de verhalen over de smokkelaarsbaai werden op een leuke manier verteld.

The drive was long but was filled with interesting facts from our host Chris. We had to stop and swap buses due to people coming from different locations. There was a fair bit of waiting around but we could buy a snack/drink from the canteen. We could dip our toes in the water or sunbathe on loungers whilst waiting. The swim stops were swift but pleasurable. 20 minutes is not long enough to enjoy a swim. Would do it again but maybe with a private boat or glass bottom boat

The drive to the port was nice, you get to see a large amount of the island from the coach, then a bit of free time whilst waiting for the boat to be ready. We went on the morning cruise which was brilliant as the cove was quiet and only had a few other little boats there. The swim stops were fantastic a great opportunity to see fish and swim with them

Complete waste of money would like refund - expensive for what it is! Hour and half coach ride to go on boat for just over an hour! Didn’t go through xaves - just backed into them - when stopped for swimming not long at all - so cold as well with early morning no sun on area taken. 2nd swim spot shorter than 1st then more or less straight back after looking at poisiedens face! Angela not great sounded like reading off a paper! Don’t think told over hill? Not good at all - don’t recommend!

Wij zijn smorgns NIET opgepikt door de transfer. We stonden er om half 8. Tegen 8u was het druk. Het busje stond Niet op afgesproken plek en daardoor hebben wij de transfer met 4 goed oplettende personen gemist. Elke chauffeur stapt uit en zoekt zijn juiste mensen ,deze chauffeur heeft niet gezocht en is w.s. Niet eens uitgestapt. Grote teleurstelling voor ons en met name onze dochter die niet goed kan schakelen. Ik verwacht restitutie van de excursie》 niet onze fout. Wij wilden graag deelnemen

Hele mooie boottocht naar het schreepswrak. Mooie grotten gezien. Kleinere boot waardoor je heel dicht bij het schreepswrak kan komen en bij de grotten. De mogelijkheid om 2x te gaan zwemmen in de azuur blauwe zee. Het water was prachtig helder blauw. Over de reisleiding zeer tevreden. De busrit is ongeveer 1 tot 1,5 uur. Je komt dan uit in een mooie baai.

A 5 hour coach ride to be on a boat for 1hour 15 minutes is not a half day cruise to me. Especially when originally told it would only take half hour each way on the transfer. Tui staff when raised a complaint about it didnt care and at first said it couldn't of possibly took 3 hours to return home till I said other people at the hotel are going to complain too. The day I way leaving they closed my complaint told me to raise when I got home.

Tour over sold. Not enough room on boat for all passengers. Tickets are sold to fill a coach to the brim rather than the boats capacity. People left standing & sitting on stairs, children & parents in with captain in cabin. Good to have seen the ship wreck but wouldn't do it with tui again. Would recommend either booking with local operator to your area or arriving at the boat operator & book direct. "Scenic drive" also included swapping buses, waiting 20 minutes in a lay bay in the sun to swap.

Przede wszyskim przewodniczka wycieczki, Bozena - jest po prostu cudowna. Ma bardzo duza wiedze o wyspie i Grecji, ktora dzieli sie w ciekawy sposob. Dzieki niej ta piekna wycieczk stala sie jeszcze lepsza. Krajobrazy piekne, kolor wody jak namalowany, super kapitan bardzo sprawnie prowadzacy lodz pomiedzy skalami - super wrazenia. I do tego niesamowita przewodniczka Bozena. Polecam z calego serca.

Es wäre super gewesen, wenn die Guide die Tour auch vollends auf Deutsch gemacht hätte. So wie es angepriesen war. Viele Passagen wurden leider nur auf Niederländisch erklärt. Die langen Busfahrten waren auch etwas nervig. Aber anscheinend nicht zu vermeiden.

Bardzo podobał mi się pobyt , hotel bardzo dobry , jedzenie bardzo dobre , obsługa hotelowa wspaniała , przewodniczka wycieczek Pani Bożena wspaniała osoba z dużą wiedzą o wyspie . Jednym minusikiem jest brak rezydenta na miejscu , ( pojawiła się rezydentka pierwszego dnia ) , plusem była obsługa hotelowa mówiąca po Polsku Pani Tamara rewelacyjna osoba , ogólnie wszyscy bardzo mili i wspaniali .

The tour was excellent value for money and a fantastic trip. My advice is to take swim wear to go to the swim stops, as the see is crystal clear and I’d recommend a snorkel. My only quarm is the length of time on the bus and the mini bust to join the main bus. Felt like I was a sardine as I have long legs, my only complaint

Really nice boat tour! We sailed along the beautiful coast of Zakynthos, until the shipwreck. It was very impressive and we got very close. Then we got to swim twice and snorkel at the white beach.

I liked that the boat wasn't big. The swim stops were good, the water was really clear with good visibility for snorkeling. The coach ride views were lovely. The driver was very skilled. The only small negative thing was that on the way, the coach just pulled up and stopped. We were waiting for at least 20 minutes, and we didn't know why! It turned out the coach was waiting for a mini bus of people and a guide.

All in all very positive, but there is always room for improvement. Try to shorten the bus ride there. Ask people to walk up to the main road and stick to the schedule to reduce wait time/transfer time. Offer free water on the boat. Have longer swim stops.

The coach journey was very long and windy which we weren’t expecting and made my partner feel sick, and then the boat ride was very rough so my partner was very ill. De busreis was al een hele ervaring met mooie uitzichtpunten.De bootreis was prachtig waarbij wij het geluk hadden dat er een harde wind stond. Er werd gelukkig niemand ziek. De krijtkust is prachtig, alleen al een bezoek waard ook zonder een smokkelaars bootwrak. Het zwemmen was aan mij niet besteed maar leuk voor de liefhebbers. Kortom de excursie was een succes..

Coach trip was nearly 2 hrs. Had to change coach for convenience of tour company not passengers which added to this time. Microphone on boat didn’t work for half trip so couldn’t tell us information. Wasted 30 mins off boat by port so people could spend money in 1 cafe there, nothing else to see or do (could go in sea again). Swim stops 1st was very quick, 10 mins, needed longer to relax and not rush. Wouldn’t book again. Worst boat trip I have done on a hol, which is a shame

Transfer too long as picking up people in the wrong direction and having to keep going back on ourselves .Not informed when booking the trip that if you had mobility issues there would be a problem as the coach couldn't get right to the bottom so a very steep walk down and of course back up.But saying that we were offered a car to take us back up.

Pobyt w hotelu Margarita oceniam bardzo dobrze, obsluga bardzo mila, pokoje codziennie sprzatane, posilki urozmaicone, kazdy znajdzie cos dla siebie. Polecam wycieczki prowadzone przez pania Borzene Bielesz po wyspie Zakynthos , super prowadzi , mozna sie duzo dowiedziec o wyspie i ludziach tutaj mieszkajacych.

Swietna wycieczka, doplynelismy blisko "wraku" niesamowite wrazenia. Postoje na mozliwosc plywania pomiedzy klifami nie do zapomnienia. No problems at all but I can tell you what I did like, firstly what a fab day, was an 7hr round trip again was looked after throughout our 1st coach we had no rep but all became clear when met up with others to get on another coach together and the rep was there to greet us she was very informative telling us stories and about the island the captain was spot on with steering the boat even when having close up of the caves there was toilets and a cafe on land too we had the best day, thumbs up.

A great day out, promptly picked up & dropped off at our apartment. The boat trip was a great experience with intriguing caves & coves. The two swim stops were brilliant. The boat captain was excellent & manoeuvring the boat to give all great views all round. Would definitely recommend this to break up trips to the pool & beach to make a more memorable holiday.

Picked up on time, a long coach journey however the guide was good explaining about the island and areas of interest. A choppy sea on the day (a few were sea sick!) but a good boat trip, well organised to see smugglers cove (shame that time in the morning the view of the shipwreck was in the shade) and two sunny sheltered swims to see fish, the sea so clear, along with the caves. Our guide explained some sights while on the boat trip, difficult to hear sometimes. A good half day- well worth it.

We perhaps had the misfortune to go on this excursion when there was mild wind. This resulted in some chop. The conditions seemed to be ignored by the captain who charged through the waves listing heavily. Buy the time we reached the ship wreck a number of our group were feeling very sea sick. The ship wreck beach has been closed for many years, so it’s only a photo stop. The Rep handed out bin liners for people to be sick into. Yuck!

We arrive ld 15 mins early and was picked up 10 mins early, before being raced to another town only to wait 45 minutes to the main coach which was alot calmer. The trip was good, although a fairly big swell so lots of people being sick and only one swim stop but ultimately we enjoyed

Vi synes ikke vi fik særlig meget pengene for en meget dyr bådtur. Vi blev for det første ikke hentet på hotellet som vi havde regnet med, men hvor alle andre blev på deres hotel. Alt for mange mennesker på en lille båd. Ingen guidening under bådturen, det blev kedeligt fordi der ikke skete noget. Busturen hjem tog 1,5 time hvilket vi ikke have regnet med. Generelt ikke noget vi vil gøre en anden gang. Anbefaler den ikke.

Really enjoyable trip,, the place was an amazing little cove, ideal there was a snack bar on arrival and at the end to get refreshments. The boat trip was really enjoyable, shame the sun wasn't shining on the water where the ship wreck was cus it would of been more blue ive been told, the swim stops was lovely and liked that u got off and on by steps. Was an overall good day. I'd say not suitable for people that struggle with hills as there was a steep up climb back to the bus

Für uns war der Ausflug ein wirklich tolles Erlebnis. Wurden mit einem Taxibus abgeholt, ca.20 Minuten Transfer zum großen Bus,war ein sehr super Service...heimwärts ebenso.Der Ausflug war ein Traum,wunderschöne Fahrt auf dem Schiff,traumhafte Buchten,netter Kapitän und mit Beate hatten wir eine spitze Reiseleitung,die viel zeigte und erzählte...einfach toll,jederzeit wieder!

3 hour trip cut short to 1 hour. Sea conditions resulted in 75% of passengers vomiting and the trip being cut short. The trip should not have taken place. TUI will not offer any level of refund and describe the itinerary as being completed

Echt een aanrader! We werden dichtbij ons hotel opgehaald (Cavo Vezal). Het was gezellig druk op de boot, niet helemaal op elkaar gepropt zoals bij andere boten. Een vriendelijke gids die alles leuk deed vertellen. We hebben gekozen voor de ochtend excursie, persoonlijk denk ik ook dat dat prettiger is i.v.m. drukte en temperatuur. Al met al, een dikke aanrader!

Poorly led. Total confusion with transfers. Poor communication with the guests. Transfer took 1 hour and 15 minutes from hotel to the boat which was fine however it took 2 hours and 45 minutes to get back to the hotel because the driver had made alternative arrangements. Our Tui guide also let a friend of hers take over the reins. Not good.

Wspanialy klimat wycieczki stworzyla przewodniczka Bozena a takze uczestnicy-weseli, na luzie, usmiechnieci. Jesli do tego dodamy cudowne miejsca na morzu i ladzie, uprzejmych i wesolych Greków (kapitan oraz gospodarze w restauracji) to nie ma mozliwosci by cos sie nie podobalo. Udsigten fra båden til skibsvrag var fantastisk. Dog blev bådturen kortet af grundet voldsom bølgegang, dette burde man måske kunne vide inden man sejlede ud. På første dæk, ved dette vejr, manglede der seler, redningsveste, som man kunne være iført. Flere røg rundt på sæderne, ikke særlig trygt, ikke dem der havde mindre børn med. Läcker busstur med fina vyer och sen den vackra lilla hamnen där vi steg på båten mot smugglarviken. Perfekt upplägg då vi var ensam båt vid viken och även vid dom läckra badställena efteråt. Åter vid hotellet vid lunch supernöjda över att ha hunnit med att se och göra så mycket.

Det var väldigt fina badstopp. Sen otroligt roligt att se smugglarviken på riktigt. Guiden var väl ok men inte så rolig och väldigt tjatig med Dear guests i varje mening. Dålig mat men förstår att det är svårt att varmhålla spett med katten väldigt segt och oätligt kött. Bättre satsa på ordentliga smörgåsar och kanske snacks ute på sjön

Wij vonden het echt heel leuk, kleinschalig op een kleine boot met Nederlanders en Duitsers. Bianca vertelde echt heel veel over het eiland en de smokkelaarsbaai. Ze deed echt zowel in Nederlands als in het Duits alles vertellen. De kapitein van het schip was ook echt leuk hij liet ons echt mooie plekken zien. Dus wij kunnen niet anders zeggen dan dat het de moeite waard was.

Overall the trip was great! Really enjoyed the swim stops. For the price I would've at least liked a bottle of water or something when out on the boat. On our return coach we were supposed to meet up with mini bus to take us back to resort but this didn't turn up so we were sat on bus for over 2 hours dropping off at every resort on the island. Not fun when you're supposed to be enjoying your holiday

Cala wycieczka byla zorganizowana na wysokim poziomie. Polaczenie wycieczki objazdowej z rejsem lódka uwazam za strzal w 10tke. Miejsce na zjedzenie posilku bylo bardzo przyjazne z przesympatyczna obsluga i smacznym obiadem. Rachunek równiez milo nas zaskoczyl :)) Kontakt z przewodnikiem byl bardzo dobry. The guide and transport were very good- information about the island excellent. The coastline where the boat trip was stunning and swim spots- the issue I had was that the boat was packed with people and we saw some absolutely stunning caves and the wreak, but due to amount of people and where we were sat it was Impossible to take any photos or see properly other than others heads.. trying to take off outer c clothes to swim and the get back on boat when so close to other people not Nice

Ondanks we hadden geboekt voor een uitstapje met Nederlandstalige gids, was er een engelstalige gids. Er werd slechts een uitleg hierover gegeven aan het einde van de trip. De gids gaf ook geen enkele uitleg, behalve daar zijn mooie bomen en daar staat een struik. Op de boot werd ook geen enkele info gegeven onder het motto van er is geen microfoon. De trip was een fiasco , het geld geenszins waard.

Lovely half day cruise up to the ship wreck laura was an exceptional tour guide who speaks very good english,, The journey to porto vromi took avout an hour from kalamaki.. up through the mountains you travel on narrow twisty roads through quaint little villages with stunning views out to sea. The boat was a little small for the amountt of people on it, no room to move around. The trip on the boat was smooth, the water is very clear and u can see the bottom and fish swimming around .

Der Ausflug findet nicht immer statt, mussten daher den Trip auf englisch buchen. Alle anderen Teilnehmer wurden direkt am Hotel abgeholt, wir mussten 10 Minuten zu Fuß zu einer Bushaltestelle laufen. Finde das unfaier und kenne ich anderst. Ausflug ansich war nett, Swim stops waren gut. Guide Sylwia war nett und freundlich, Laura auch. Allerdings wurde uns gesagt Blue Caves sei dabei, war es nicht. Sehr ärgerlich und für das viele Geld einfach zu teuer und zu wenig gesehen!!

We hebben een ontzettend fijne reisleidster: Sylwia! Ze vertelde precies hoelang de busrit duurde, wat er nog aanwezig was in het haventje qua toilet en snackbar, hoelang we zouden varen en hoelaat we weer terug zouden zijn bij ons resort! De boottrip was heel fijn! Mooi bootje, en ondanks het omschreven wordt als het onrustige gedeelte van de zee, was het heel fijn varen in deze boot! De kapitein was kundig en liet ons mooie plekjes zien! Sylwia had leuke verhalen die de trip af maakte! TOP!

Group of four of us went on a previous boat excursion two of us were sick, so decided to cancel this trip. Rep told us we were past the 24 hour cancellation deadline by 50 minutes. This mainly was due to the rep having a day off. So we did not get a refund at all. Most disappointing.

Båtturen var bra med alldeles för kort. Vi spenderade lika mycket tid i bussen som på båten. Det står 4-8 timmar i informationen och vi var tillbaka på hotellet på 4 timmar. Vi började tidigt på dagen vilket ledde till att alla vackra stränder låg i skugga när vi kom fram. Det vackra kom inte till sin rätt på grund av det.

Onze gids was erg vriendelijk maar sprak slecht Engels waardoor wij meer dan de helft niet konden verstaan. De rit door de bergen was te lang en hierdoor ook erg saai. Aangekomen bij de baai moesten we een hele steile helling naar beneden lopen wat ons niet verteld was bij boeking dus had niemand geschikt schoeisel hiervoor aan. Gids heeft wel geregeld dat de mensen die niet terug naar boven konden lopen met een auto terug gebracht werden. Maar 4 uur in de bus en 45 min varen Geen € 46 pp waard

A brilliant trip, with 2 amazing swim stops. The views are breathtaking. We were made aware of the choppy waters this side of the island so made sure to take travel tablets beforehand. If you get travel sick, I’d highly suggest a travel tablet.

Het geheel als excursie was goed verzorgd. Zeer de moeite en het geld waard. Spontane TUI-reisleidster in de persoon van Bianca. Gelukkig zonnig weer wat de smokkelaarsbaai en omgeving extra mooi maakt. Compliment voor de chauffeur van de comfortabele TUI-bus voor zijn stuur kunsten soms ook door de nauwe straatjes. Het enige waar ik een verbetering in zie is de informatie verstrekking voor het overstappen van de bus die je bij het hotel oppikt naar de bus die naar de boot brengt.

Nikos our captain on the day and sylve our TUI guide were fantastic and really made the trip special. Nikos had the boat very close into all of the accessible caves we visited and all of us on the boat were able to take amazing photos. Salve was very good you would have thought it was her first trip on that tour, she was very informative and helpful all day long. Not forgetting our excellent coach driver, how he drove us all there and back was remarkable Thank you it was an excellent trip.

This was an amazing experience from the journey to the boat we had a very experience guide who knew her stuff and gave us a detailed knowledge of the island. The boat trip was itself was great, we got to see so many beautiful scenery, along with all the blues of the rainbow we then stopped twice to swim. I would highly recommend this experience don’t think twice just book it you won’t regret. Thanks to TUI, the guide, the bus driver and captain of the boat would give you more than 10 stars.

Det var en fin tur, men å betale over 1000kr for to stk for å se båten i to minutter synes jeg var veldig kjedelig og lite. Vi hadde en fin tur med båten, men hadde det gått an å kombinere turen med å se på skilpadder til samme pris så hadde det vært mye bedre.

The boat trip was lovely, a bit expensive. I think it was £81 for two of us. Most of the excursion is spent on a coach driving to and from the port which is to be expected but it’s a long drive. The TUI rep was great though and very informative.

All great. Sylvia was wonderful. I have mobility issues and she was very kind. In that respect, more detail in trip description would have helped. Not just “unsuitable for those with limited mobility “ say Why. In this trip it’s the steep path. Very do-able so I needn’t have worried. Sylvia was outstanding in her kindness to me.

Wunderschöne Fahrt in kleiner Gruppe mit deutschsprachiger Reisebegleitung. Fotostops mit Bus und Schiff. Nach den Badestops wäre eine Umkleide an Bord wünschenswert, da man sonst mit nasser Badebekleidung sitzt.

A good trip, picked up on time. We didn’t spend long looking at the shipwreck which was the main purpose of the trip. Got very close to the caves. A big hill to walk back up in the heat. Then had to change buses half way back onto a very crowded minibus. We enjoyed the trip.

De rit in de bus er naar toe was al erg mooi. Leuke uitleg vd chauffeur erbij. Er stond veel wind op zee die dag dus helaas geen zwemstops of de blue caves. Wel het shipwreck gezien. De boottrip was lekker snel en wild heb ervan genoten. Terug op het strand kregen we alsnog tijd een uurtje om daar lekker te zwemmen.

Helaas troffen wij op onze excursie zwaar weer op zee. Hierdoor werd de cruise met anderhalf uur ingekort. We zijn op topsnelheid met een snelle boot naar Shipwrek Beach gevaren en snel weer terug. De golven waren enorm hoog. Hierdoor kon de rest van de boottocht niet uitgevoerd worden. De busrit heeft veel scenery. Er was een Nederlandstalige gids mee voor wat informatie onderweg. De boot zat verder niet te vol. Normaliter is dit een leuke excursie. Beachbar en toiletten aanwezig.

So firstly we needed more of an itinerary for the day - we had to change coaches, it was a long drive and we had no idea how long the actual boat trip would be. Our guide Angela was great. The actual boat trip was good though we stopped for a swim stop and then suddenly drove off without an explanation then stopped for another one that was too choppy and then went back to the harbour - there were a few grumblings - just needed to be told what was going on! So could have been much better!

Hallo, insgesamt ein schöner Ausflug. Sehr netter Tour-Guide (Bianca) und Skipper. Leider war die Musik nicht so optimal und weniger passend für ein solchen Boatstrip. Hätte mir eher griechische Musik wie auch in den Bussen vorstellen können. Waren grundsätzlich sehr zufrieden und würden den Trip weiterempfehlen.

Boat trip was really short, no food or drinks on board so for the value of money, it’s not worth it. Staff were all lovely. Spent longer on the coach getting to and from the trip than actually on the boat. Don’t book if you’re expecting a full day out. Hotel rep told us the bus would be 40 minutes, it was 90 minutes one way.

Our guide was amazing was very knowledgeable and full of information. The crew on board really made our trip. The caption even jumped in and got my partners glasses that I dropped in the water. It’s a lot of driving to get to the port that’s the only downside.

The Smugglers cove cruise has been one of our favorite days out during our holiday. Laura, our guide, was absolutely fantastic to my partner and I. She made us feel safe and secure, as well as being very friendly and kind, and the crew of the ship as well as our coach driver were very kind and cool. I would recommend this to others. We did feel rushed between the boat and the coach but other than that it was amazing. Laura even took some pictures of us on our phones for us! Brilliant experience!

Vond het goed georganiseerd, alleen het wachten op de bus die bij ons in de bus moest duurde heel lang, en de busreis was wat lang wat we niet wisten. Verder was het een goede tour, we werden 7:15 opgehaald en waren pas rond 9e bij de haven. Is wel prijzig voor een halve dag waarvan je de helft van de tijd in de bus zit.

This was an experience in the true sense and certainly you will need your sea legs to enjoy the rollercoaster of being on a boat out in deep water for over 2 hours. There were 2 swim stops which was nice to cool off and get off the boat. However my daughter and another passenger both got stung by jellyfish and we were disappointed that there was not an advisory warning beforehand noting that jellyfish may be in the water. We later caught up with our hotel rep and suggested a note be added

Tolle Busfahrer, hab mich sehr sicher gefühlt, ebenso auf dem Boot. Fand es toll, dass TUI darauf achtet, dass die Gäste nicht die Strände betreten. Andere Boote waren da weniger interessiert am Schutz der Natur. Tolle Reiseleiterin, es war sehr interessant, was sie so berichtet hat. Hat mir sehr gut gefallen.

Trip was Excellent would recommend to anyone the only issue we had was we travelled on the transfer from Tsilvi it took one hour and a half hours each way on the bus for atrip that lasts two and a half hours this is too long in my opinion so wouldn`t do it again.

Laura unser TUI Guide war toll - sie hat uns Informationen zur Insel gegeben und war sehr humorvoll. Sie hat sich bemüht auf die Bedürfnisse aller einzugehen was bei einer größeren Gruppe nicht so einfach ist. Die Bootstour war das Highlight unserer Reise.

Na een lange busrit over het eiland (veel te zien onderweg) kom je aan in Porto vromi, waar je na een korte koffiepauze aan boord van de boot stapt. Deze boot vaart in één keer naar het scheepswrak en daar aangekomen krijg je ruim de tijd om foto's te maken. Van het schip is niet veel meer over, maar het verhaal eromheen blijft leuk. Op de terugvaart zie je opnieuw grotten en er worden twee zwemstops gehouden van ieder zo'n twintig minuten. Een prachtige ervaring in een turkoois blauwe zee.

The first coach was very late picking us up. We eventually went on 4 coaches (2 each way) for some strange reason? The leg room was insufficient on all of them. The guide was great, but the drivers were at best, surly. Also, should we really be asked to tip the driver? I think not.

Vi hade tur med vädret så havet var lugnt och det kändes bra. Båtföraren kändes säker och van. Hade önskat att vi fick säkerhetsanvisningarna om något skulle hända. Fanns flytvästar? Vi badade från båten och simmade in i en grotta. Spännande! Skeppsvraket har nog gjort sitt. Det hade kunnat plockats bort och då kunde kanske besökare kunnat gå av på den fina stranden. Om inget ras föreligger. Det talades om rasrisk men man såg inte att stenar fallit ner på strand osv. Vi var nöjda och glada!

We hebben mooie grotten gezien. Helaas de gids van de vorige dag zorgde door 360 graden steeds de draaien dat de gehele boot steeds alles zag en je niet hoefde te lopen van de ene naar de andere kant. De zwem stops hadden voor mij ietsje langer gemogen. Het is magisch mooi water. En jij kijkt je ogen uit.

Je wordt opgehaald door de transfer, onderweg rij je ongeveer een uur naar de haven waar je opstapt en de reisleiding verteld dan meer over het eiland, maar dit was een beetje matig. Bij aankomst van de haven moet je een heel steil stukje naar beneden en dan kom je aan bij de boot. Het is een kleinere boot, waar ongeveer 30 man op past. Daarna vaar je naar shipwreck beach en heb je twee zwemstops, leuke boot tour duurt niet te lang, je bent rond 2/3 uur smiddags weer terug

Couple of things that TUI missed. If you are staying in kalamaki you will get picked up by someone else then move to the TUI guided tour. Not impressed as not mentioned in the booking. another thing not mentioned is when you get to the port the bus does not go down the hill so you will have to walk back up and this is not suitable for anyone with asthma, hip, knee anything that stops you walking up hills. The guide will arrange for a car to take you back up. Quite a lot ££ for 2 hours on the sea

Fin tur MEN, informationen om upplägget bör förbättras. Under bussresan till viken där vi ska gå ombord på båten bör guiden redogöra för det exakta upplägget för dagen, dvs att vi inte går iland någon gång under utflykten utan endast kan fotografera vraket på håll och endast badar från båten 2 ggr, samt att det endast går att köpa med t ex dryck och något att äta vid kiosken innan man går ombord på båten.

De trip naar smokkelaarseiland was een leuke trip maar het bezoek aan het gezonken schip ronduit teleurstellend. Had meer verwacht en een zielige aanblik van 3 stukken roest die met enige fantasie een boot hebben moeten voorstellen. De trip was een !/2 dagexcursie en de 2 zwem stops waren nog het leukste. We were not informed that the xfr time to the actual boat trip was over 2 hrs each way. With a 7.40am start we missed breakfast and leaving to come back to the hotel at 12.45 we also missed lunch. The boat trip itself was very nice but this was not a 1/2 day trip, which is what we were told.

Brilliant trip and value for money. Rep told everybody onboard all about caves and ship wreck and loads of other information also came round everybody to make sure there was no issues or problems. I would recommend this boat trip it is a brilliant experience.

Such good quality for money, picked up from hotel- met us at our lobby on time, on the bus we were told facts, once there they got me a car to the bottom of the hill without me asking due to my reduced mobility which was amazing! We had stops before and after for toilets/ snacks, we sailed around for a tour and for pics then we had a few swim stops- with beautifully clear water- we got picked up at 7:45 (we were first on the bus), got on the boat at 9:45 and got back at 14:10 (last dropped)

Lovely trip, our tui guide Pedros was superb, knowledgeable about the island and made the long coach trip to the smugglers cove interesting by telling us information about the island’s history. Boat trip to the cove was well organised and so worth visiting as it was beautiful & the stop off for a dip in a secluded cove was lovely. Overall great trip, well organised and as mentioned previously Pedros made the trip so much more enjoyable.

The visit was very nice. Only a shame that during the morning there is no sun directly on the beach concerned. Pix would have been much nicer. As always with TUI excursions groups are too big. We had to spend about 1.5 hrs from being picked up to arriving at the boat simply because we had to pass to another 10 hotels picking people up. Same on the way back. As always, having smaller groups would make the experience much nicer for TUI clients.

We loved the bus tour going to the harbour, and the boat tour going to Sumgglers Cove the Scenery was beautiful with clear blue water, and observing the white rocks around the sea was amazing, Was a bit disappointed that we could not go to land where the boat was to view it, that was my only disappointment, My whole holiday, rep was lovely also, will be back to visit Zante to explore more as was only there for 7 days,

Great trip . Very informative TUI Rep. Petros . I’m not sure if that’s how it was spelt but know it translates to “Rock” . The staff onboard the boat were very friendly and helpful and offered to take pics . Petros explained about purchasing drinks and snacks before boarding the boat . I would recommend people take travel sickness pills beforehand as there were several people that were unwell or felt unwell especially those that sat on top deck . Great stops to swim and the scenery is amazing.

Gebucht hatten wir die Tour extra, weil sie auf deutsch sein sollte. Ohne weitere Information, war die Tour jefoch komplett auf englisch. Zusätzlich war der Punkt für den Transfer etwas ungenau beschrieben. So saßen wir erst falsch und hätten den Ausflug fast verpasst. Die Tour war auch auf englisch sehr schön. Der Guide war sehr freundlich und wusste viel. Das Bootsteam war freunich. Darum die gute Bewertung. Von tui waren wir hingegen enttäuscht wegen der schlechten Kommunikation!

Der Tourguide war sehr engagiert, sehr authentisch und voller Wissen über die Insel. Ein sehr schöner Ausflug und viel über die Insel gelernt. Die Anspruchsvolle Fahrstrecke wurde von einem sehr guten Busfahrer perfekt gemeistert.

This was the a great trip and the highlight of our holiday. The cruise was smooth, and the two swimming stops were fantastic. Our (teenage) kids loves diving off the boat into the sea in beautiful surroundings. The shipwreck stop was close enough for some great photos and the turquoise water at the first swimming stop was amazing!

This trip was the best trip we have ever been on! The value for money is incredible we had a lovely tour guide called Petros who was incredibly knowledgeable about the island. He really shared his love and passion for his home and is exactly what you want from a tour guide. His love for the island made us even more respectful and understand the landscape we were in. This thoughtful tour was informative and we took away knowledge we would not of had otherwise. The views and swimming were ??

A thoroughly enjoyable experience from start to finish. Made even more memorable by the delightful Tui guide who accompanied us (Petros?), he was very knowledgeable and delivered information in an interesting and humorous way. The timings for pick up and drop off were prompt and the whole experience was well organised. The choice of swim stops was perfect and we particularly liked that at each point of interest careful consideration had been given to provide worthwhile photo opportunities.

Alles goed geregeld, verantwoordelijke kapitein. 1 Zwemstop ging niet door i.v.m. wind. Andere zwemstop op een hele mooie plek. Excursie duurt niet te lang, maar ook niet te kort. Dagmar is een super leuke en goede gids!

The boat was very small with limited facilities. You really don't get very good views of the ship wreck, even though you do get close. Worth noting that even on a beautiful day, the sea was very rough and loads of people were ill. Be careful if you aren't a good sailor. The swim spots were definitely the best bit!

Unfortunately due to local restrictions you couldn’t get off the boat at the cove. Can’t be helped, with this in mind, you do not get enough time in the cove. You could stop in the cove as a swim stop. However, the rest was ok and and still got to swim

Sylvia our Tui guide was excellent. Our coach driver - very skilled (narrow roads and some idiotic other drivers and tourists on mopeds! Great views and crystal clear waters on swimming stops, skilled boat skipper maneuvering into caves so all passengers got great views. The only draw back was an incredibly early start 6:45am although we saw an amazing sunrise.

The scenary is beautiful, found out many interesting facts, I didn t like the stops for swimming, my husband felt very sick, I think would be useful to have an option- trip without Swimming. Pedros , our guide was very nice, attentive and a source of information. Iorgos- professional driver, considerate and felt safe with him.

Unser Guide war sehr bemüht, hat immer alle durchgezählt und darauf geachtet das keiner fehlte. Die Tour wurde auf Deutsch und Englisch gut erklärt. Preis-Leistung war Top wenn man bedenkt das ein Taxi von unserem Quartier bis in die Stadt schon 30€ kostet und wir für die ganze Tour nicht mal 50€ zahlten.

Jedyna rzecza która mi sie nie podobala jest pokój bez klimatyzacji w drugim pomieszczeniu. Bylem z zona i 2 dzieci. Dostalismy pokój na ostatnim pietrze. Pokój byl dzielony na dwie czesci. Zapierajace dech w piersiach widoki i mozliwosc odwiedzenia niedostepnych z ladu miejsc oraz kapiel w turkusowym morzu to niewatpliwe atuty tej wycieczki. Wyprawa jest dosc intensywna, trzeba dojsc do portu, a potem wrócic do autobusu, harmonogram mimo greckiego "powoli" takze dosc napiety. Minusem byla mala lódz, na której nie bylo mozna kupic jedzenia czy picia.

Vooral het wrak en het laatste "geheime" strandje waren erg leuk om te zien en om in te zwemmen. De blauwe grotten zijn alleen mooi als ook daadwerkelijk de zon er in schijnt, wat hij in de ochtend sws niet doet, dus kan je de trip in de middag doen, zou ik die nemen want die van 8.00 ga je écht geen blauwe grot zien, dan moet je die aan de andere kant van het eiland bezichtigen, is de moeite waard.

Het is genieten op de boot, die niet te druk is, we hadden we wat onrustig water en daardoor waren een paar mensen zeeziek geworden maar hier was voldoende aandacht voor, heerlijk op 2 plekken kunnen zwemen en je komt heel dicht bij het scheepswrak, prachtige zeetrip. De tijd in de bus is wel wat lang maar je ziet mooie dingen onderweg.

Kritisabelt: I skal arbejde med jeres logistik. Vi fik at vide at turen ville vare en halv dag - med en times transporttid hver vej. Vi brugte dog 2 timer ud og 2 1/2 time hjem! Turen blev desuden fremrykket fra kl 08 om morgenen til kl 07.30, hvilket gjorde at vi ikke kunne få morgenmad på hotellet inden afgang. Pga den lange transporttid, nåede vi kun lige at indtage frokosten på hotellet 10 minutter i lukketid. TUI var ikke behjælpelig overhovedet! Ikke i orden - få styr på logistikken!

Op zich een leuke trip, alleen ben je wel veel tijd kwijt met de transfer. Die is op zich ook al de moeite waard, zeker met een tourguide die je van alles kan vertellen, alleen als je bijv. ook de dagtour over het eiland neemt zie je min of meer hetzelfde en dan is de transfer tijd relatief hoog. Dus op zich is het zeker de moeite waard alleen zou ik bij het kiezen van excursies een beetje letten op wat je combineert. Wellicht zou men het bovenzicht op het strand kunnen meenemen.

The hotel was a great experience , classy, food was really good, room was really well laid out& the grounds were well maintained & well set out with adequate car parking The only drawback to this building was its proximity to the airport , whilst some people may enjoy this myself included other people may find this annoying.

We had a rocky start as the transport turned up 30min late to pick us up and we were unsure as to what was happening. When on the bus we had to swap to another bus 20min into the journey on the second bus was a tui rep she explained about the trip in detail and said we would be back at our hotel by 2pm we were told this was a full day strip this was not the case which was disappointing. While on the trip the boat was very crowded and we only spent 10min looking at the ship wreck which was ashame

Leuk dat de reisleidster leuke weetjes vertelde in de bus. Niet too much information, maar interessante en leuke dingen. Ik had per ongeluk dezelfde excursie op 2 verschillende data geboekt. Daar kwam ik 1 dag van tevoren achter. Ik kreeg het geld teruggestort terwijl je dan officieel te laat ben. Heel netjes!

Mooie excursie, je moet wel tegen een bootreisje kunnen, kan er best tekeer gaan, is niet zo’n hele grote boot, maar dat maakt het juist wel leuker. Voldoende tijd om te zwemmen. Er was 1 nadeeltje: zodra de reisleidster halverwege de terugreis de bus verliet, heeft de cauffeur, die een prima rit had gereden, alleen maar zitten telefoneren, bij een stop riep hij geirriteerd welk hotel het was. Klein minpuntje dus helaas.

Van tevoren een lange busrit, een die wij zagen als kans om het landschap van Zakynthos te zien en te kunnen waarderen. De gids (Dagmar) deed het ontzettend leuk. Al met al waar krijg je wat je verwacht en in mijn mening veel waar voor je geld.

The trip was beautiful, we enjoyed our time, pick up was at 8am and we were told that we would be back at the hotel around 3.30/4pm. We were picked up at 8am which was on time and organised however we were then on the bus before we had an hour and a half bus journey across the island to the port where we had a 30 min wait for our boat. We were then only on the boat for 1 hour 25 minutes before we were off again and we had another 1 hour 15 minutes bus home. We were back at the hotel at 1.30pm

We thoroughly enjoyed the whole experience great value for money. The guide Carol was excellent, knowledgeable and courteous. One issue is that there is an incredibly steep hill to the destination harbour, that we had to walk as the bus goes no farther. We were not told by the hotel rep but Carol came to our aid and organized a lift back up thanks Carol well done in looking after your guests!

Tolle Tour die sich absolut lohnt. Wir sind mit einem Kleinbus am Hotel abgeholt worden und kurze Zeit später in einem großen Bus umgestiegen. Der Transfer zum Porto Vromi war klasse und wir hatten einen super Busfahrer. Die Bootstour ist richtig schön und man kommt an interessanten Plätzen und Höhlen vorbei. Unsere Reiseleiterin Dagmar war fantastisch und die Tour fand in sehr gutem deutsch statt.

My partner and I loved this experience. Petros was a fantastic guide, he had so many funny stories and interesting facts which kept us entertained on the drive and the boat. The boat ride itself was beautiful, we loved the two swim spots and the boat staff were very happy taking pictures of us in the sea. Would definitely recommend to friends and family.

The tour guide left me and my friend on the coach ASLEEP. Did not do a head count or wake us up, we woke up locked on the coach alone and had to hit some random emergency button and run frantically down a hill and ask some people to take us out to the ocean with the rest of our group

The trip was excellent over all loved ever bit of it the scenery was brilliant over all I loved jumping into the water at the 2 different stops captain was really nice and the tuí rep u could bring ur on lunch and even a few beers if u wanted we were going to do the full day and decided on the half day which was just enough

We thought that our guide carol was excellent. She was very informative and knowledgeable and she also spent time to engage with everyone. The boat was fantastic and the crew were very experienced. They managed to get us into some very tight caves and they stopped at 2 superb swimming stops. The only downside was that at the time of booking, we were not told that navagio beach was inaccessible, nor were we allowed on the viewpoint that you use as the picture to advertise this experience.

Lapsen mielestä parasta retkessä oli bussi matka, kuin huvipuistossa olisi ollut.. puolet lapsista oksensikin matkalla. Samoin vene oli turhan pieni allokkoon. Opas luki pienen lapun bussi matkalla muuten oli hiljaa.. olisi sitten kertonut saaresta tai luonnosta, rakennuksista, maasta tai jostain? Aikalailla sama olisiko ollut opasta mukana ollenkaan.

Whilst the beach is off limits a fleeting glimpse of the ship was disappointing. Having done the cruise several years ago when we spent time on the beach and having a swim plus going to the other coves and caves was money well spent. I think that the cost of the cruise should be vastly reduced while the shipwreck beach is off limits. Plus supply transport for the elderly and disabled up and down the steep walkway.

Pretty drive to the port but one downside is a very steep walk down to the boat . Toilet facilities limited then absolutely nothing onboard . Had to jump to get onboard and seats on top deck in disrepair and limited . Swim stops but no ladder off back . Anyone with problems walking down or up an extremely steep slope should be advised

Zelfde vaarroute heen als terug jammer…. Eerste zwemstop geen succes maar de tweede was top! Verwachting v h scheepswrak was grote hoopte op dichterbij te zien echter strand gesloten voor toerisme

Båtturen var trevlig, miljön vacker men ingen pratade på svenska trots att det var bokat och stod på våra biljetter att det var svensk guiding. Tråkigt för det är irriterande att inte förstå. Vi googlade information om vraket men det var inte vitsen med att betala för en guidad tur.

Det var dåligt att det inte fanns en guide på plats som såg till att man kom på rätt buss, kunde svara på frågor eller bara visa intresse för oss som kunder. Utflykten dagen innan blev inställd och besked fick vi först 20 minuter efter utsatt tid, pengarna drogs innan utflykten startat och har efter 3 veckor ännu ej återbetalats. Den summa svenska pengar som dragits förutsätts återbetalas utan avdrag för valutaförändring eller dylikt. Avvakta dra pengar tills utflykten faktisk sker!

En flot tur - fint gennemført. Men: som frygtet spildes der alt for meget tid på opsamling og afsætning, når man står på ved ‘første stop’. Guidens mikrofon på båden var ikke god, så info på turen var svært at høre. Efter turen manglede der lidt info om, at bussen først kørte efter en halv times ventetid. Det kunne guiden med fordel have fortalt før vi gik i land.

De grotten ga je maar klein beetje onder, wij dachten aan de hand van de reisleiding dat je er echt in zou gaan, maar de tocht zelf was wel mooi en leuk

Boottocht zeer indrukwekkend. De buschauffeur die ons in de ochtend ophaalde en ons tot het overstap punt reed die reed zeer agressief en onveilig. Als hij terug weer had gereden dam had ik de reisleider van tui aangesproken maar gelukkig was het nu een andere chauffeur.

De zee was prachtig, Petros is een hele fijne tourguide, en de busrit was ook heel fijn. Enige nadeel: de plek waar we zwommen had kleine kwalletjes waardoor we gestoken zijn. Maar dat was na een paar uur weer weg.

Zeer goed gerelgde excursie. We werden bij het hotel opgehaald en vandaar naar een andere tourbus gebracht. Met deze bus werden we naar het schip gebracht en onderweg vertelde de gids van alles over het eiland. Ook tijdens de boottocht kregen we via hem zeer vel informatie. Ook de 2 zwemstops waren heel erg leuk. Dit is beste manier om de prachtige kust van moet eiland te zien.

Wspaniala wycieczka i wspaniala Pani przewodnik. Zdecydowanie warto wybrac sie na ten rejs. Widoki przepiekne, a kolor wody... cóz to trzeba zobaczyc, nie da sie tego opisac :).

The experience overall was amazing and the views were breathtaking I would 100% recommend. However, the only negative was I feel like the boat was a little too full and I love to take pictures for memories but since the boat was so full I was sat in the middle so I couldn’t actually get great pictures without having parts of the boat in the pictures and trying to avoid getting others in them. The boat does stop for picture opportunities but there’s other great picture opportunities on the way.

A trip to smugglers cove, what I didn't know was that the ship is only 40 years old, covered in grafitti and really not worth the journey. However my disappointment was tempered by the glorious photo opportunities on the return boat ride. I have no doubt that the tui rep is well versed in history etc but all I could hear was mumbling. I must commend the two men in charge of the boat, incredible

Site exceptionnel avec un très bon timing d’arrivée et de départ. Sur le coup ça nous a semblé être trop court et nous avons l’impression d’avoir passé plus de temps en bus que sur place ou même en bateau…
