Die Ziele waren gut gewählt und sehr schön. Der Guide Guido allerdings war in deutscher Sprache sehr schlecht zu verstehen und somit blieben viele Infos auf der strecke. Auch das Kartenmaterial das er ausgeteilt hat war unlesbar. Somit war eine eigene Erkundung der Stadt Ronda nicht möglich.

Te weinig tijd om Ronda te bezoeken. Veel tijd verloren bij bezoek Setenile en ook de bus stop voor 30 min voor Setenile was te veel. Voor het geld die we betaald hebben is dit een volledige flop geweest.

De uitstap op zich was top, mooie plaatsen bezocht. Alleen de tijd was zeer beperkt om alles te zien. Eén uurtje gestopt in Setinil de las Bodegas wat te weinig was en 2,5u. in Ronda wat ook te weinig was om iets zien en een eventuele maaltijd te eten( druk). De reisleider deed zijn best om alles in goede banen te leiden.

Were picked up at 07.45 and by the time everyone else pick up it was gone 09.00. Went a different route and first lot of public toilets closed! So stopped at another with two toilets. The little village was lovely. When arrived at Rondo your guide took us to the pick up point which was bullring and left us. The last trip I did we were taken to a cafe overlooking valley and had drinks/food/ guided tour. Thought that on way back we would go scenic route - seeing Gibraltar etc got back 17.40

Die lockere und sehr freundliche Atmosphäre und besonders ist der Guide José und der Busfahrer José hervorzuheben. Die beiden haben super zusammen gespielt und unfangreiche informationen während der Fahrt vermittelt. Die Stationen Setenil und Ronda waren sehr sehenswert und haben viele tiefe Eindrücke hinterlassen. Vielen Dank für den schönen Ausflug.

Our guide Anais was extremely knowledgeable , friendly, funny and helpful. She made our excursion very enjoyable! Antonio our driver got us safely to our destination and back to the hotel, a very competent driver. I felt the time in Ronda was short and I think less time in Sentinel and more time in Ronda would be better.

The one issue is the walk from bus drop off in ronda into town. It was very hot and the return trip to the bus was up hill. The guide needed to warn everyone of this but he didnt. Also pick up needs to be changed to avoid traffic. Either 8am or to 9am so you can then avoid same on the return. But overall great day.

The coach journey took a long time and I understand we had to pick people up and it was a long way. But we didn’t need a coffee stop so early in the journey which added 30 mins on our journey. By the time we queued for the loo and charged for the privilege, there was no time for coffee anyway. So I’d suggest skipping that. We had 1.30 mins at Setenil which I think was fine so worth the stop. We only had 2 hrs at Ronda which wasn’t enough by the time you had ordered and ate lunch, no time left

The guide was not a guide - very inexperienced with the area and spent most of the time talking about himself we did not learn any history of the areas that visited. De excursie was fantastisch. Wat veel minder was het feit dat de bus ruim een uur later kwam. En er geen informatie kwam. Na een lange chat met tui Nederland kreeg ik pas te horen dat de bus zoveel later was omdat er een ernstig ongeval had plaatsgevonden waardoor de bus in de file stond. We stonden met een hele groep. Het zou heel prettig geweest zijn als er via de reisleider naar ons gecommuniceerd zou worden. Gelukkig is de bus toch nog gekomen.

The trip was lovely and the driver was excellent. However we waited 2 hours on a very hot road and were told when we got on that the delay was due to a bad accident. I can understand that but in these days of instant access surely we should have been contacted to provide an explanation.. I have a very bad ankle and the wait meant I was in pain when walking around also it cut down our time in Ronda. Overall I was extremely disappointed and would not book with your company again.

The places were beautiful but only had 45 mins in setenil no chance to sit and have a drink to enjoy its beauty. We were left at start at pickup up for 1 hour and 40 minutes with no communication if the coach was coming and no means of contact eventually it turned up but with no apologies except accident and traffic having mobility issues standing that length of time was an issue. Have spoken to our rep who on her day off phoned and explained and said your policy failed us still waiting to hear

Ronda was beautiful, but we weren’t the only people on the trip that felt it would have been better to just spend more time there rather than visit the other village where there was very little to see or do. With more time in Ronda we could have enjoyed a meal which would have made the day a 10 out of 10!

Amazing trip to see 2 beautiful places. Ronda was out of this world! As we are pretty fit we were able to walk around both places fast, as you only really get 1 hour in Setenil de la Bodegas and it has a lot of steps up! We managed to eat soup of the day in Ronda, but we didn't hang about. We spent a long time on the bus picking other people up, but the whole trip is stressfree and as long as you chill and look at the amazing views, you'll love it.

Not a lot can be done to reduce the number of tourists that gather here. In order to enjoy unfettered access to Ronda, it might need to be an afternoon/ evening tour. Thousands of people in the area make proper viewing nigh impossible.

The bus was full-in fact 6 additional people got on and had to get off- wife was not happy as we could not sit together-this is unacceptable for a long day trip-there were numerous people on their own-forcing couples to be split up-the solution is simple- explain singletons are happy to go on trip but they cannot sit alone and must sit with another singleton-we will not go on another TUI trip unless we can be guaranteed seats together- this was was acceptable

Spóźnienie autobusu i "przewodnika" o godzinę. Rzeczony przewodnik okazał się nie być przewodnikiem tylko podstawionym słupem. Niejaki Gabriel, który uprawnień przewodnika nie posiadał i oprócz kilku ciekawostek, które ze swojego doświadczenia przekazał mu kierowca nie był w stanie przytoczyć bardziej szczegółowych informacji z historii odwiedzanych miejsc. Cena nieprzystająca do usługi. Poziom bezpieczeństwa wynika tylko i wyłącznie z faktycznego stanu zwiedzanych miejsc.

Die Orte selbst waren sehr schön. Leider waren die Aufenthalte relativ kurz, sodass man leider nicht alles erkunden konnte. Was weniger schön gewesen ist, dass es im Bus selbst, kalt wie im Gefrierschrank war. Zu dieser Jahreszeit ist das schlichtweg unnötig. Man hätte ja mal fragen können, ob es angenehm ist. Es nimmt nicht jeder eine Jacke mit. Selbst diese war etwas wenig wärmend.

De gids was goed, vertelde leuk in de bus. Was jammer dat het alleen in Engels en Duits was. De tijd in Rhonda was veel te kort om alles te zien. Je moest ook op tijd bij de bus terug zijn wat ook tijd kost. Al met al leuk maar veel te kort voor de lange reistijd

Na een half uur op de bus al een plaspauze. Dit was voor niets nodig, iedereen was nog maar vertrokken uit het hotel. Veel tijd verloren. Aan Setenil ook lang moeten wachten voor het treintje. Resultaat veel te kort in Ronda, want de terugkeer was al om 15.00 uur.

Die Zeit in Ronda war zu kurz bemessen - hier müsste noch eine Stunde mehr Zeit sein war auch die allgemeine Meinung Mir wurde online 3 Wochen vorher ein Ausflug nach Ronda verkauft, den es in dieser Form schon seit längerer Zeit nicht mehr gibt vielleicht sollte auch auf Aktualität geachtet werden!

The toilet stop on the outward journey involved a long queue because there were several coach loads at the same same. Setenil was pleasant, albeit we had to wait a while for the tourist train. The time allowed at Ronda was sufficient. Jose was an interesting and helpful guide and Paolo was a good driver.

The info about pickup location was ambiguous and unclear (2 same-name Triton bus stops on either side) of street. Travel agent rude, guide had our phone numbers but never called. Total neglect. Bus left without us from same-name stop across the street 100m away. So, we did not receive the promised service. What's more they refuse refund. Setenil is de moeite waard om even door te lopen maar was voor ons geen must have seen. Bus buiten het dorp, wachten op een treintje en retour. Dorpje is met een uurtje bekeken. Ronda is zéker de moeite waard. De tijd van Setenil hadden wij graag gekoppeld aan Ronda. Mooie oude binnenstad, parc, arena e.d.

Setenil ist ein nettes Dörfchen, aber mehr Zeit in Ronda - und dafür Setenil nicht besuchen - wäre lohnender gewesen. So war man in Ronda und auch in Setenil im Zeitdruck. Insgesamt aber trotzdem ein sehr schöner Ausflug.

Dieser Ausflug ist empfehlenswert! Wir hatten einen sehr netten guide, Jose.! Leider durch die vielen Stops an anderen Hotels / Umwege wurde die Anfahrt / Rückfahrt sehr lang , 2 Stunden, Die Orte haben uns dafür entschädigt, Serenti ist ein kleiner schöner Ort und Ronda wunderschön !! Dort hatten wir 2,5 Std Zeit, das war knapp bemessen für dieses wunderschöne Städtchen, alles in allem aber : ein gelungener Ausflug.

The guide Barbara was excellent. She gave a lot of information about the areas we travelled through regarding facts and figures about the olive trees and avocado production. Setenil was beautiful and very different from other villages because of the way it is built into the rock. Ronda’s landscape is dramatic. When we got to Ronda our guide led us to the bullring and explained what there was to see. She gave us clear directions on how to get back to the bus station at the end of the visit.

We were the first on the bus ar 8 am and spent another 1hour collecting clients from hotels in Benalmadena and Torremolinos before eveb staeting our journey, time in Sentenil was fine however we only had 2 hours in Ronda which was not long enough - not good as we has started at 8 am😡 we left Ronda at 3 and again we were not back in the hotel until 5:45(last off) we made our first drop off in Torremolinos at around 4:30! Would not recommend due to time on bus in resorts!

The drive through the hilly countryside was very nice and to go to Setenil was also very good with the small train to carry us part way , and it was interesting. Ronda itself was quite pleasant and also interesting to have a look at.

Ronda und Setenil hatten wir schon letztes Jahr besucht und uns nochmals für diesen Ausflug entschieden, da es noch viel zu entdecken gibt was von den Baukünsten und Lebensweisen der Menschen früherer Zeiten zeugt. Wann haben wir modernen Generationen all das Wissen verloren? Machen Sie sich selbst ein Bild von steinernen Brücken, die die Jahrhunderte überdauern - errichtet ganz ohne Stahl oder Beton. Oder wie sich die Menschen vor Hitze zu schützen wussten. Geniessen Sie einen schönen Tag.

Excellent day even though the journey there took us 2 and a half hours. This was due to us being the first pick. The tour guide was friendly, professional and very informative throughout the tour. My personal favourite was Ronda, the views were absolutely stunning.

The scenery i saw on the journey was stunning. Ronda was stunning but, as with most trips, not enough time to see it all. I would have preferred more time in Ronda and not bother with Setenil. The guide was excellent and so was the driver dealing with all those hairpin bends!

We were picked up on time,our guide and driver was great,our main disappointment was not enough time at setenil,20 mins away from there we pulled over for a 30 minute break at an over crowded cafe,the queues for the toilets or drinks were way too big,everyone on our coach all agreed we could have missed this and had a much needed extra 30 minutes at setenil

Via de app kreeg ik een melding van 10% korting als ik voor 100 euro excursies bestelde, ik heb 228 betaald maar de Tui reisbegeleider zei dat dit niet gold als ik direct bestelde……dat vind ikminder goed. Het weer in Ronda was erg goed, de stad zag er prachtig uit.De reisleider gaf veel informatie onderweg, dat was prima.

The full facts about the trip were not disclosed when booking. It wasn’t made clear that despite being out for 9 hours, 5 and a half hours would be spent on the coach. While a comfort break was arranged, approx, 25 minutes, due to the venta only having 2 ladies toilets and was already busy, most people were unable to get a drink. Not worth stopping off at Sentenil, nothing there and too busy with cars/vans trying to navigate the narrow streets and miss visitors, again long queues for toilets.

Uitstap is de moeite waard, beide locaties zijn zeer mooi doch iedereen vond dat we op beide locaties wel een uur meer hadden mogen hebben!!! Iets eten over de middag in Ronda...en dan heb je nog half uurtje om ....veel te kort jammer. Niettemin was het er zeer mooi.

Overall a good trip but personally we would have liked more time in Rhonda we would have been happy to have had 2 trips and more time in both places, it all seemed very rushed and we didn't get to see lots of things in Rhonda that we would have liked too, next time if we book another trip we want to make sure we ask how long we will be spending in the place we are going to and then we will decide if we actually go or not.

We hadden 1u in Setenil en dat is vo´ldoende maar slechts 2u30 in Ronda wat veel te weinig is. Te lange terugrit van 2u30 om alle medereizigers af te zetten. Slechte communicatie. Geen aanrader.

Setenil; not at all pedestrian friendly! I didn’t find walking there at all relaxing, especially if you had children, definitely a safety concern. Rhonda; the views were stunning, but I didn’t feel we had enough time there, It felt quite rushed. Rhonda would be better as a trip on its own. The trip for my husband and I was half price, at 90 euros, I would have been extremely disappointed if I had payed full price. The guide was excellent and entertaining.

We loved visiting the shops in the caves in Setenil and Ronda and exploring. The views on the journey were stunning, the guide and driver were friendly and informative, and the day passed very quickly. We seemed to spend a lot of time travelling from one place to another on the coach and not that long in the places we visited. I would have preferred to have just gone to Ronda and spent more time there exploring.

Our pick up was at 8am so never had breakfast spent over an hour on bus picking up from other hotels no toilet on bus the journey to the villages very long when got there not much time to do any sightseeing or having a bite to eat the day was mainly sitting on the bus the villages was lovely shame never got a chance to see more.

Op het laatste nippertje onze uitstap moeten annuleren door ziekte/koorts van mijn man. Geen terugbetaling zonder doktersbewijs (dat ons waarschijnlijk meer zou gekost hebben dan de uitstap). Misschien mogelijkheid om volgende week de uitstap te doen? Dàt moeten we nog navragen én afwachten.

We have loved everything about our week in Best Triton Belanmadena. Our TUI rep was excellent on local knowledge so we were able to catch local buses to go to Mijas etc. Ronda trip was superb. Best Triton Hotel was second to none excellent. Will definitely book again.

Guide (Alice/Ali) could have been more of an actual guide in Sentenil where she just sent everyone off. In Ronda, she led 7 German guests around the place while leaving the remainder of an almost full bus to find their own way with minimal directional information. Very disappointing. Being keen on history myself, I found her historical talks sketchy and lacking in flow and cohesion.

Likes: Seeing Spain’s’ lovely countryside with areas of interest being pointed out by the guide. Setenil was lovely. Dislikes: Not being informed before booking that Ronda was very hilly and perhaps not suitable for the more mature guests. Also for the amount charged for the tour I think we could at least have been supplied with a bottle of water

In Ronda fühlten wir uns etwas allein gelassen und mussten uns selbst die Sehenswürdigkeiten erkunden. Der Stadtplan war nur bedingt hilfreich. Dafür war die Zeit leider etwas zu knapp. Der Weg zum Busbahnhof gestaltete sich als ortsunkundiger etwas schwierig. Leider konnten wir auch die Stierarena nicht von innen sehen. Setenil war total faszinierend. !

Rhonda is beautiful we would have liked more time there. We were very sad to have Max Grouger again and he was again disorganised and disinterested he spent the whole time walking along starting at his phone, people were shouting out , are you going to speak! We got away from him as quickly as possible this time. We were going to book another trip with TUI but he has put us off, such a shame. They need to consider not using him, people on our trip were very annoyed.

2 hours in Ronda inc. time to look for somewhere to eat and eating leaving 1 1/4 hours in Ronda and 7 hours travelling is not a pleasant excursion. Driver Antonio & guide Robert were very good. Simply Ronda is too far away from Nerja for a worthwhile excursion. Ronda is well worth visiting but the amount of time spent there on this excursion was a waste of money.

we organised this trip with a Tui rep from the h10 hotel, 0ne he has never heard of our hotel the Elba, we were told we would have 4 hours at ronda, we had an one and half hours, I confronted the guide, and he said it isn't possible, I explained that is what we paid for, he wasn't interested. we spent Moree time in the village that we visited that was the plan. the guide was as useful as a chocolate fire guard. a complete and utter waste of time and money.

Ein toller Ausflug mit einem Gide (Robert) der sehr viele interessante Informationen vermittelt hat. Alles war super gut organisiert. Einen Verbesserungsvorschlag hätten wir trotzdem. Ronda and Sentinel are both amazing places to visit, our only disappointment was that we didn't have enough time in either place; we had approx 45 mins to explore Sentinel and just over 2 hours to explore Ronda.

Je souhaite partager mon expérience concernant l’excursion réservée en français : • Bus en ********** de 20 minutes, sans information ni excuse. • Guide uniquement en allemand et anglais, alors que nous avions réservé en français. • À Setenil, petit train inutile vers un garage étrange pour acheter de l’huile d’olive, perdant 30 minutes. • À Ronda, au lieu des 3-4 heures prévues, seulement 2h30 sur place. Je n’ai donc pas bénéficié du service réservé ni du programme annoncé .

we enjoyed our visit to Ronda but felt that the stop at Sentinil was pretty pointless. there was very little to do or see with a lot of time was taken up waiting for and traveling on a tractor driven train. we could have had approx. and extra hour in the lovely town of Ronda.

Guide wasnt very informative, told nothing about bullring or majority of history of Ronda. Headsets provided in the main didnt work. He'd forgot to change the batteries from previous trip. Initial trip to Sentenil we were drove around an industrial unit which served no purpose at all. 1st time on a Tui trip with English n Germans. What commentary there was was one sentence English/one broken German. Not good. 1st time on a TUi trip of being asked to pay the driver a minimum 2€/ person tip!

Der Reiseleiter hat sehr wenig über die Geschichte erzählt. Er las aus dem Handy auf Deutsch vor und konnte sehr schlecht sprechen. Wir fühlten uns verarscht. Voraus hat es geheissen, dass auch eine Deutsch sprechende Reisebegleitung vor Ort sei. Schade.

9 Std Trip, davon 6,5 nur im Bus! Setenil ist einen Ausflug wert, in Ronda einen Schnelldurchlauf mit 1 Std Aufenthalt in einer Bar. Wäre sicher mit einem anderen Guide besser gewesen, hat Infos nur vom Handy abgelesen, in Deutsch gebucht, war aber schlimmer wie bei einem Erstklässler!!!

Beautiful scenery and unique locations Poor guide limited information on surround countryside or historical content. Repetitive information, walking element too fast for some members,refreshment not adequate. Confusion as regards time departure late returns. The total cost 118 euro sometimes appoligies from reps not enough to compensate for poor tour experience. I am not alone as several people have complaints but owing to the demographic probably won't see anything on social media.

Not enough time in Ronda, long walk from bus station and back which some older passengers found difficult with guide expecting you to find your own way back, consequently one older couple were late back. I feel it should be pointed out when booking that there's a lot of walking so people are aware.

RONDA & SETENIL ist ein schöner Ort mit einigen Sehenswürdigkeiten, aber man hat bei der Tour HAUPTSÄCHLICH im BUS gesessen ( hin u Rückfahrt ca 5 Std) Um 8 Uhr morgens wurde man abgeholt und um 15 Uhr ging es schon zurück! Haha ! Kann ich leider nicht in der Kombination weiterempfehlen! Fahrt lieber selber mit einem Bus oder leiht euch ein Auto ! 98€ um für 2 Personen um im Bus zu sitzen und auf der Rückfahrt ohne Pause , damit die ja schnell zurück sind ! FAHRT eigenständig hin ..

Brilliant trip, a long day though and sadly not long enough visiting both Setenil and Ronda. 1 HR for Setenil and two hours in Ronda. Six and a half hours travel time there and back. Felt we were rushing around the beautiful places. Wouldn't recommend for very young children. Our guide Robert was informative and friendly.

Didn't feel needed an hour for free time in Setenil excluding the electric train ride - 30 minutes would have sufficed. Would much have preferred 3 hours vs 2.5 in Ronde (not least the distance of coach/bus station from end sightseeing area that eats up 30 mins - 15 mins each way). Wasn't expecting trip pick up so soon either - had to book an early cold breakfast when only a couple of hours away. For the other 2 hotel pickups - 4 people! - 50 at Riu Monica were inconvenienced unnecessarily.

Mon Amie et moi avons pris l’excursion Ronda pour146€, partis avec le bus TUI à 9hoo , nous avons eu droit à une alte de seulement 55 min à Setenil et repartir pour Ronda à 12h45 pour devoir repartir à 15h00!!, soit 2h15 pour visiter ,manger, !!!,et le guide ne parlais pas un mot de français . Nous sommes repartis le lendemain en bus de ville à 9h00 pour arriver à Ronda à 11h00 et repartir à 19h00 soit 8h00 de temps libre sur place pour un total de 32€, soit 112€ de moins ; cherchez l’erreur !!

The staff and guide were helpful and informative, The value was very reasonable compared to other companies. Given that the drive from Malaga to Setenil is around 2.5 hours, we did not have sufficient time to spend in Ronda. Ronda has many more points of interest that are worth visiting while Setenil only had one street with the overhanging rock. Ronda had the bullring Cathedral, the Arabic baths, the Minarate and many other sites worth visiting but could not be done given the time constraints

Enjoyed scenery travelling to Setenil/Ronda (stunning) & Tui rep very informative regarding landscape/olive/fruit trees, & how to keep safe on trip. Liked exploring both towns independently. Great value for money, although due to the amount of pickups on route, we could have had more time in Rhonda. We met a couple who had done this trip and they had a minibus with only 7 travellers onboard. We had a full size 52 seater bus. Staff were excellent, no safety issues.

The actual places were very nice, but unfortunately not worth spending over 6 hours on a coach for, also not being informed of the extra charge of seeing the bull ring and church. There wasn't sufficient time to see the attractions when in ronda, because you also needed time for lunch, on the whole the trip was a waste of money.

Trip was advertised as a full day excursion to Ronda. We left hotel at 8.00am and returned at 17.45. However we spent a long time getting to and visiting Setenil and didn't arrive at Ronda until around 13.00hrs and told to return to bus by 15.15. It was a 15minute walk from bus station to centre (and obviously a 15 minute walk back) . Having found a cafe for a bite to eat we were left with no more than ONE HOUR to explore Ronda which was impossible. Spoilt the entire purpose of the trip.

It was a long day but most enjoyable and good value for money. Not a lot to see on the journey only olive trees and definitely not as picturesque as Nerja apart from Setinel which was interesting. We have visited this region in the past in the winter time when there are not so many tourists and noticed how crowded it was this time.

We hebben genoten van een prachtig dorp in de bergen en een mooie stad. We hebben ons verwonderd over de schoonheid van de twee verschillende plekken. De reisleider vertelde veel over de historie van de beide plekken, maar ook over de omgeving. Ze begeleidde de groep door de straten , maar je mocht ook op eigen gelegenheid op onderzoek uit. We hebben dit als zeer prettig ervaren.

Zu kurzer Aufenthalt in Setenil de las Bodegas. Ronda fanden wir von Touristen überlaufen und Touristennepp. Stark befahrene Straße führt mitten durch die Altstadt. Aufenthalt zu kurz um die wichtigsten Sehenswürdigkeiten zu besichtigen. Bei der Rückfahrt war die Klimaanlage im Bus viel zu hoch eingestellt, sodass wir völlig durchgefroren im Hotel angekommen sind. Unsere Beschwerde hat die Reiseleiterin nicht weiter interessiert.

We were asked to change coaches for the return journey, which was no problem at all. What it did show us was that the 2 guides were both excellent. Both were very informative throughout both journeys, imparting lots of great info about many parts of the malaga region. Ronda itself is stunning. Definitely recommend. Excellent.

Barbara our guide had a wealth of facts and knowledge which she relayed constantly to us in multiple languages. This is not a complaint as we were aware a lot of walking would be involved but suggest it is made clear this experience is not suitable for anyone with any walking difficulties as it can spoil your overall day if you are unable to see all the points of interest due to walking distance involved.

At the destination airport there were no signs to the transfer coaches so we almost got lost. Previously we were greeted by company representatives, couldn’t miss them.
