The Guide, Sophia, was your stand-out star for this trip, hands-down. She was So friendly and engaging, so knowledgeable about the Island, its culture and history (to the extend that i'm not sure and English Heritage guide could tell you as much just about the property they were taking you around). She really looked after us. Our Bus driver, Spiro, was great too. the tour gave us a really good look at both the History and Culture of Corfu and felt properly authentic in every way.

The experience of visiting different parts of the coast line then the agricultural areas of corfu with some fantastic views however the cost was a bit extreme considering we could have done exactly the same excursion for half the price with local operators

Our guide was very informative. The Palace tour was interesting, although palace undergoing restoration so closed to the public but the gardens are beautiful. Paleokastritsa, North of the island has lovely views and quaint old villages. Set lunch was expensive but you can order off the menu. Tour then takes you down the east coast back to hotels. Would be nice to include local ceramic shop 'Tsami' which is 5 min walk from Palace, a place I found independently, lovely lady in the shop.

The guide was very helpful and informative and her insight brought the experience to life. The driver was excellent and I felt safe throughout even though he was driving on very steep and narrow roads. The Palace was fantastic but very crowded. Great idea to reserve tables at restaurant. It would have been helpful to have been advised of this in advance.

Disappointing that only the gardens of the palace was open. It would have been nice to be informed before booking that the palace was under renovation and visitors were not able to view it. Then perhaps an informed choice could of been made whether to go ahead and book the day trip.

The trip lasted all day, and well worth it - so many beautiful and interesting places visited. The tour guide Eleni was brilliant, so knowledgeable- she was very informative and helpful. The coach driver was excellent too, very impressive skills on the narrow and winding sections of road. Would thoroughly recommend this trip.

This was a complete waste of money. Achillion palace all you see is garden nothing else. Rest of the tour was really bad accept little boat trip you pay extra €15 per person you pay to see sea caves and one of them is called blue eyes in water that is best part of whole tour. Guide was nice as person but the information was unnecessary as there was alot of repeat and unrelated information. I would not suggest this to anyone else at all. We were 3 adults and non of us enjoyed it at all.

The trip was a most enjoyable day out to interesting places and great scenic viewpoints along the way. The driver was excellent, we felt very safe with him and the guide was very informative and pleasant. Would definitely recommend this tour as not too far to travel so not on the coach for a long time inbetween stops.

Die versprochene Destillerie war ein Shop mitten im Nirgendwo. Es gab keine Erklärung dazu und nichts zu sehen, wie der Likör hergestellt wird. Das hatten wir uns laut Beschreibung anders vorgestellt. Außerdem gab es viel zu viele Toiletten-Stopps – ebenso an Shops.

Staying in Aghious Stefanos we were picked up at 7.40 and the tour didn’t really start until about 9.40 from Corfu town. So that was the only downside. The trip itself was very good. Interesting and informative, a nice guide and very good coach driver getting through some tight spots. An enjoyable trip.

Lots of time spent on the coach going from one thing to another and not much free time which we were told we would have more of on this tour. Too many stops and not enough time at each one. Because of the many stops and endless hours on the bus travelling we didn’t arrive to our destination for lunch until 3pm!

Lit confortable, chambre rénovée. Bémol : un filet d'eau très fin sous la douche, difficile de se rincer correctement. Restauration : correcte, salle très bruyante, terrasse où déjeuner infestée de guêpes ! Personnel d'animation très compétant et agréable, un des meilleurs à mon goût. Personne à la réception ne parle français, si vous ne parlez pas l'anglais, c'est la galère en cas de problème, 20% de français dans l'hôtel. L'excursion à Corfou mériterait un guide au moins une heure à minimum.

The tour was very enjoyable but there was no mention of the fact the Palace was not open and you could only visit the garden.This should have been mentioned when booking the tour,it was a big disappointment. Also if you had trouble with mobility, then the number of stairs would have been a problem. At Palelokastritsa we were not informed about the Aquarium and boat trip ,we were only told about the boat trip that the tour guide wanted us to use.

Everything was 10 apart from value as when we booked the rep didnt tell us the palace was closed for maintenance work, which was annoying as thats what trip was for. However Sophia our guide was so knowledgeable and the perfect guide, I would score her 11 if I could, we absolutely love everything about Greece, the people are amazing and the culture the mythology is so sterped in legend, our only problem now is which part of Greece to visit next

Too long it took 10 hrs. Palace was closed to public could only see outside. The set menu deal for Tui visitors in Paleokastritsa was not good value for money People climbed to the Monastry only to find it closed There were people with mobility issues who struggled with the many steps, there was no mention or warnings in the description of the tour

Our guide, Helen, talks about Corfu with knowledge, love and enthusiasm. A lot of interesting information and a lot of fun. The driver's skill through narrow village lanes and on hairpin bends adds to the entertainment. It's a long day but there's a lot packed in to it, you get a real feel for Corfu life.

I did enjoy seeing a lot of the island but it was a very long day. I didn’t enjoy the fact that we were on the bus for 90 minutes doing pick ups before the tour actually started. I would rather have missed the visit to the distillery and had more time in Paleokastritsa as not enough time for the suggested boat trip.

The guide was very good with excellent local knowledge. Too much information given over the day though. Driver was excellent. The viewing points were superb, and the visits to the Achillion mansion & Paleokasritsa very enjoyable. HOWEVER, the day was advertised as being 4 to 8 hours duration. We left at 8am & were dropped off at 7pm!! That's 3 hours longer than advertised. It was exhausting.Had we known, we would not havebooked the trip. No warning given that the lunch break was not until 3pm!

So good! Excellent. Loved the opportunity to explore on our own but also had guided time too. We didn’t expect it to be as long as it was so maybe a time communication throughout the day would help. “We will do this , that ..ect you should be back by this time but we will keep you updated with timings” . Something like this so you can gage what time you will be back at your hotel for.

Enjoyed the tour itself, but the long journey, picking up from each resort prior to the start was not pleasant. I also had to book though rep as could not do through the app, which meant I could not cancel giving a days notice. I was unwell the day before and on day of trip so could not cancel as no refund.

We were lucky, last hotel pick up and first drop off so not too long on the feeder bus. The guide Sophia and driver Vangelis were excellent. All the stops were of interest in some way even if just for a comfort break. Amazing views of Corfu and fascinating history all recounted with enthusiasm by Sophia. The only negatives really were the treacherous pathways everywhere we went, given the terain and age of the sites this is difficult to avoid but should be emphasised in the trip information.

Achillion Palace was great, despite being only the gardens. Tour guide was lovely but you could tell the stress of everything going wrong was getting to her.. Paleokastritsa is an overcrowded, narrow, and dirty place. Most roads were barely wide enough for cars, Coach got stuck in a two way traffic road barely wide enough to walk a dog through. Delayed roughly an hour while our driver went to organise the traffic. Nunnery we visited was very nice.

The guide was very knowledgeable and delivered a superb education on all areas of the trip, even the travelling between venues. She has inspired me to read more on Sissy and her time at the palace. Beautiful place. It was a lovely bonus to see Mouse Island/airport up close. My daughter and I thoroughly enjoyed the whole day, so much so that we agreed that it was the highlight of our weeks visit to Corfu. I really can't see any negatives about the whole day. Excellent and would def recommend.

Enjoyed the experience but what let it found was we are stating at theodsia in sidari but was told pickup was half hour walk away from hotel this is not good as other guest were picked up outside of there hotel this we feel is not fair as husband has problems walking it ok first thing but as day goes on it becomes more difficult to walk back to hotel and the safety aspect is dangerous for him

We enjoyed the tour it was interesting and we saw some beautiful places especially Paleokastritsa. It was a very long day and very hot, we were picked up from our hotel at 8.25 but the actual tour didn't start until after 11 and we were back at the hotel at 6.30pm. We would have liked longer in Paleokastritsa 1.5 hrs wasn't really long enough. Overall an enjoyable day

The whole day was extremely well organised with excellent and clear information provided by our guide Helen. Her warm and friendly personality combined with a huge amount of knowledge made the day a complete joy. Our driver Nick, was excellent. His skill and cautious approach to manouvering our coach along the narrow and twisty roads made us feel safe in his hands. He too, like Helen, was warm and friendly. They made a great team and provided us with a wonderful day. I’d highly commend them.

We had a really great day with our tour guide Sofia. She was excellent and had so much knowledge about the history of the island. Her passion shone through! We visited several beautiful places and Spiros, our driver was wonderful too. He had to drive through some pretty tight squeezes but he managed beautifully. Overall an excellent tour! Sophia (our guide) was 1st class with clear & engaging explanations as well as warm good humour. Georgios (our driver) looked after us very safely & professionally on tough island roads. 1 issue, there were too many stops & the day ran until after 7pm-including our hotel return transfer. Not ideal! Spectacular viewpoints were hugely impressive to see.

The coach driver was exceptional and knew his coach to the millimetre. The guide lady was very knowledgable about the island and tried to keep us informed of areas and customs. Too much time was spent on the bus and not enough time at the venues. The tour of the palace was just the gardens with only 40 mins allowed. The distillery was obviously just to sell product with no tour. The cove tour had no dinner included which was the inference when sold. Too much was promised for one days tour.

Deze tour is een hele lange dag. Opgehaald rond 9 uur en rond 18 uur weer terug in het hotel. Waren wij ook nog degene die als laatste opgehaald werden en als eerste weer terug bij het hotel waren. Zitten een paar onzinnige stops in. Bijvoorbeeld bij een puur commerciële winkel, zonder uitleg over de producten. Ook bij uitzichtpunten was de stop te lang. En om aan het eind nog naar een mooi uitzichtpunt in Corfu stad te gaan.... kost veel tijd. Doe dit dan bij de excursie van Corfu-stad.

Way to much crowded in - spent 7+ hours on the coach for about 2hrs 45minutes free time. Distillery is a joke. Watching a video? Basically a scam as you see nothing - you can try the products but it's sold to you that you are going to see the production. Might aswell cancel the palace without the inside, the gardens aren't that impressive. And you get 20minutes free time after a forced listening tour. May I add the guide and driver were superb, however the experience itself is very mislead

I enjoyed the scenery and sites but feel it was a very long day as we were an hour on the coach doing pick ups before the trip actually started and also that the last stop was not necessary as we had plenty of panoramic stops already. Some people decided to stay on the coach at that point.

Ganz besonders haben uns die Erklärung der sehr kompetenten Reiseleiterin, Sophia, gefallen, die sie mit sehr viel Engagement und Herzblut präsentiert hat. Our tour guide (Sofia) was excellent, extremely knowledgeable and very clear and easy to understand. Our bus driver was very pleasant too. Both adapted and dealt well with a minor coach issue and ensured we still got the best out of our experience.

Dommage que l'interieur du palais de Sissi ne puisse pas se visiter (indépendant de Tui) au moment où j'y étais, il a l'air d'être très joli à l'intérieur..... Small coach for two hours to pick up guide not good enough.Transfer to larger coach for the remainder of the trip. Palace is under renovation so very little to see. Guide was excellent. Large Coach driver excellent. Small coach driver appalling with no safety in mind.. If in San Stefanos do not bother, the only hotel that you are picked up and dropped off from in village and not hotel. Find alternative trip with another company.

Such a great tour, you get to see some incredible parts of the island that are much more difficult alone due to transport limitations. The only downside was we didn’t get much time at each place like Paleokastritsa. We had 1.5 hours which was just enough for lunch and a short walk around. This is due to the amount of places you see on the tour though so it’s understandable. Worth the money if you are in Corfu. Very informative

Driver and tour guide were excellent. We spent 2 and a half hours picking up passengers! Achilleion Palace was closed (our reason for booking trip) and so could only visit the gardens. Small stops for toilets-no coffee stops. Kumquat Distillery closed for viewing so we watched a video. Lunch at Paleo had one vegan option and salad and chips. After lunch and the boat trip we were back on the coach- no time to look round Paleo. The trip lasted 11 hours! We wasted a whole day of our holiday.

I was charged £63 pp for a tour which was priced £54 on your app. The £63 tour should have been a small group tour which this wasn’t. Achillion Palace disappointing , gardens need work. At that price I would expect lunch to be included. We did not visit the monastery as advertised and pictured but were taken to a nunnery, down some steps to a small courtyard and a church. We were given a 20 min lecture before being herded back onto the bus. Overpriced, not as described, very disappointing.

Your rep,at Amorossa sold us the trip but it failed to deliver what she said it would. We were promised time in Corfu, particularly the old town, we never once stopped, we were shown Mouse Island from a distance, got actually no where near it and drove out of the town without stopping. She further said you must see the Achilleion palace and gardens, failing to say it was closed, the gardens are in very poor state, complete waste of time, as was the whole trip. The trip never got any better,

Alex the guide was great, constantly updating us with facts. Coach drivers also fabulous. I was annoyed I wasn't informed the palace was being updated so we couldn't go inside but the gardens were beautiful as was the monastery. It's quite a long day but you do see a lot and there's multiple stops to use toilet, stretch legs and get food. I don't think the last stop is needed though. Overall enjoyed, you see a lot of the Island this way

Schöne Einblicke in den Norden und der Guide, Sofia, hatte viele interessante Informationen über die Geschichte Korfus, Einfluss der Venezianer, Napoleon und Briten. Über das Leben der Einwohner- vom Farmer zum Tourismus. Oliven, Olivenernte , Weinbau. Immer passend zu dem Abschnitt, durch den wir fuhren! Paleokastritsa und die Bootstour sind empfehlenswert. Es ist einfach eine schöne Tour, um sehr viel von Korfu zu sehen und zu erfahren- vor allem als erster Kontakt zur Insel!

Pros: Tour guide and driver were great. Achillion Palace, Palaiokastritsa, Kumquat factory and visit near airport very enjoyable. Cons: Spent over 6 and a half hours on the coach throughout the day. Included several stops that we weren't aware of when booking, that we'd have preferred not to have done. We didn't arrive back at our hotel until nearly 8pm but were told we'd probably be back around 6:00 - 6:30pm. We had 2 children with u, so were very mindful of duration and content when booking.

The Achillion Palace was a beautiful area. Unfortunately the Palace was closed for renovation and had been for sometime. It was an excellent trip. A very informative and enthusiastic guide. Enjoyed all the stops. Highlight was the boat trip to the caves. The description stated between 4 - 8 hours and in reality it was over 9 hours. We had dinner reservations and had to go straight to the restaurant without time for shower and freshen and a change of clothes. That was the only negative. The guide should state at the beginning how long it was going to be.

The boat/cave trip that was recommended wasn’t great either - the boat was packed with as many people as possible - we were sat in the middle and couldn’t see anything that was being described due to the amount of people on the boat.

The Guide = Sophia . from the Hellenic Tour booked via TUI was exceptional. in all aspects. Made sure we were all able to hear ( I am hard of hearing) assisted where steps of old building were a dit dodgey from ancient age. So patient with everybody so no stress at all. This is an amazing tour, just bring a sick bag if you get travel sick as there are lots of twists and turns. Our tour guide Georgia was fantastic and incredibly knowledgeable. It was very interesting learning all of the history and facts about Corfu. The driver was very confident and good at his job. The stops along the way were great for taking nice pictures.

Only recommendation would be to perhaps be mindful of guests with limited mobility. At the Palace, some of us struggled to climb stairs quickly and got out of range of the radios. Just a slower pace or grouping together would be perfect!

Too much time on the coach, you're trying to fit too much in. There were 3 20 minute stops and an hour and a half for lunch. We were out for 10 hours. That's 7 and a half hours on the coach. The bus left before the hotel had served breakfast, and didn't stop for lunch until 6 hours later. The one 20 minute break before then wasn't enough time to eat. The distillery visit was really only a visit to the shop, and the monastery was rushed as well. The guide and driver were excellent.

The Achillion Palace grounds are beautiful, such a shame the renovations of the actual palace are taking so long, so were unable to go inside. Our short stay in Paleokastritsa with a boat trip was my favourite part of the day. This tour was perfect for taking in corfu taking you off the beaten track, we had an amazing tour guide called sofia who really knew her stuff she was excellent she was very welcoming and is a credit to tui, the bus took you right up in the mountains where some excellent driving skills were needed, achillion was beautiful and you spend just the right amount of time there, we stopped to take in views of corfu it was amazing m, you need to take some swimming bits as you stay at a beautiful bay too

Also hats off to our driver, he negotiated the roads and narrow village streets so well he made it look easy. I’d recommend the excursion. Sofia, our guide was excellent. She was very knowledgeable and obviously passionate about Corfu, it's history and culture and this added to our enjoyment of the day. There was a lot to see with the Achillon Palace and Paleokaritsa resort being the highlights. The only small negative was the last stop at a small inn/cafe just before heading back to the hotel. A serving of Instant Nescafe seemed a little pointless. However this did not spoil the day but is just an observation.

The first tour stop was very crowded with too many coaches in such a small area. The palace was disappointing and clearly needs investment to make it a safe area to walk around. The beach stop was good. Time to see and do things. Viewing stop good. Shame about the weather. Monastery stop interesting but more warning needed for those with poor mobility. Final refreshment stop awful. Dreadful coffee, filthy toilets. Overpriced goods in the shop. Too long a day for most this time of year.

The tour guide Helen made it for us- her knowledge of Corfu, enthusiasm and attentiveness was excellent. We would have liked a little more time at Canoni Point- to allow for coffee queues, loo etc! The Kumquat factory shop experience was enjoyable- multiple tastings g opportunities and chance to purchase. Convent visit and all other visits were enjoyable. A lot of kitchen and cleaning staff were rude and spoke no English so couldn’t help if they were needed the rep was fine and the receptionists were helpful but wouldn’t stay again and wouldn’t recommend the hotel either the entertainment was little to no joy the same thing for the kids every night the face paintings were horrible and after 9pm the kids had nothing to do which meant we couldn’t enjoy ourselves and overall just not that great of an experience and not for how much we payed

The only reason not a 10 was due to tui rep who didn’t seem to have a clue about the tour - said we would see gouvia - we didn’t. The tour we booked through the TUI app (Achilleon Palace) was very good and the guide was informative. WiFi connectivity does not reach all room and can be poor at times. The gym facilities could also do with a new refurbish the treadmills are old and kept on stopping as you ran. The private beach was brilliant and the staff are friendly, I loved that there were sections for adults only within the hotel.

I really enjoyed listening to the guide, Sofia. She was very knowledgeable and interesting to listen to. She was very friendly and wanted everyone to have good time. Our driver Spiro was great too. This was really unhelpful as never been to this destination before so we felt like we were hanging around a taxi station hoping that we would get the right pick up point when we eventually found it. On n'a pas été prévenus de la possibilité d'aller nager et même sur place il n'y avait pas de cabines pour se changer,du coup on s'est rabattu sur le bateau, dont supplément. Over all the trip was amazing. The places we were taken to were great, particularly our lunch stop in Lakones, where we ate in the most amazing restaurant by the sea, followed by a boat trip around the 6 bays in the area. Our guide was friendly and very informative (there were times when less chatting between stops would have given us some quiet moments during a long day - but I am not complaining!). Excellent overview of the island. Would have liked to spend a little longer over lunch & maybe a little shorter day overall. Excellent guide who was extremely helpful, highly organised & very knowledgeable. Please pass on our thanks to her for a super day.

A very informative trip if you are interested in the history of the island. Guide was well informed and kept us entertained throughout the journey. Guide did not understand why a little boy (autistic) was crying at the Achillion palace about the cracks in the building. Unfortunately she made a big thing about it. However, she came to see him later on the bus to see if he was ok. Told to bring passports , why? Also, we did not visit a monastery but nunnery. Overall it was a good trip.

The guide was exceptional, Helen talked the whole time, giving lots of local and historical information. We visited lots of kep places on the island, it would have been even better if places visited like the distillery there was more of a guide and information given rather than these are our products now wonder around the shop. The beach we stopped at was very overcrowded however, it was great to go to the aquarium, the best we have ever been to.

When we arrived, there was a power outage, which happend one more time. Overall the experience was very good, the staff are friendly and helpful, and the TUI reps are always available to help out

Should state its not suitable for disabled customers. Too many stairs and steps. Could only enjoy half of the experience and didn't get to see the Achillion palace gardens at all (my whole point for booking)

Tour guide Helen was fantastic, very friendly and knowledgeable. Drivers (Spiros and Ronaldo) were incredible at navigating the narrow roads. I enjoyed the stops and sights that we saw along the journey. Boat trip in Paleokastritsa was amazing & worth the €12pp! It was a shame that Acheillon Palace is closed, this isn't Tui's fault but we didn't realise this before booking, it should be more clear. It is a very long day, also the stop for lunch is very late, we were glad we brought some snacks!
