To explain to the people what is happening instead of sitting them at the table and then just saying there is the food. Entrainment very good.

No one said it was at a Pirate ship which was a poor copy of pirates of the Caribbean. It was cold with no option to eat indoors. Food poor entertainment at best poor. Coach driver nuts on way to site and worse on way back. Get rid of this amateur effort asap

Enjoyed the people I was with. Did not enjoy the venue dirty poor toilets food not cooked or overcooked even the wild dogs would not eat the meat. Tui should be mindful of the offer they make and the H&S Food hygiene . The offer was far below what is required. Would not recommend to anyone. Recipe for disaster

De excursie was n geweldige belevenis, een aanrader. Het eten, de locatie, en de entertainment was geweldig. 1 minpuntje, wij hebben dit ook aan de reisleiding in t hotel vertelt, is dat er een gehele familie buiten de excursie gangers, ter plekke kwam, met n aapje aan een ketting, ze gingen daar niet zachtzinnig mee om, en t beestje was zichtbaar bang. Tegen betaling kon je er mee op de foto,te triest. We hopen dat tui in t vervolg de excursie deelnemers kan informeren dit niet te doen

Guide to future travellers, there's no guidance beforehand or on arrival - you get 2 drinks tickets each, save them for after your first welcome drink, spend them at the bar on a limited range of drinks. Food is average - starters OK, then bbq meats, sides, foul potato thing, then average pudding. Drinks good, nice rose, very good caprinha. Entertainment good, particularly the solo singer and fire dance, after which you'll get picked up, but you won't get warned what time. Not great value sadly

Der Sonnenuntergang vor Ort ist toll, auch das Restaurant an sich ist sehr entspannt und man kann da gut essen und trinken. Wir waren schon mal 2 Tage vorher dort. Die Abholung und Rückfahrt waren auch perfekt. Es fehlte die Koordination des Events vor Ort. Super war die Feuer Show mit 3 tollen Tänzerinnen und der Tanz mit 2 jungen Frauen, die auch die Gäste zum Tanz einluden. Nicht zu vergessen der Künstler, der mit Gitarre und Gesang den Abend untermalte.

The entertainment was very good . The food was also of a good quality and quantity. It is also in a good setting with very helpful staff. The only thing I will say is that after your 3 inclusive drinks it should be easier to pay for extra drinks with card , or pay a little more to have fully inclusive drinks.

Nice evening just drinks should be included and better cue control for food. Food on display should be protected against flys not just turn lights off, couldn't see what was on offer.

Très belle soirée, spectacle formidable et le chanteur mérite un ++++.le repas était très bon. Juste un petit bémol, les tables étaient installées en ligne , il était difficile de communiquer car nous avions se chaque côté, un couple d anglais et d allemand.

Location great, restaurant great, atmosphere great. The 1 big problem is the flies, not just a few here and there 100s. They did go when it got dark, but your starter your swarmed with them. They were using fans to stop them landing on the food and other tables there seemed to have them, perhaps they could give them to tours, as I have never seen so many growing in beer glasses and all over you.

The entertainment was very good, with a local guitarist/singer and excellent dancers. The fire show was spectacular end to the evening. The food was a welcome change to the hotel buffet although it was also buffet style but cooked on an open BBQ and the deserts were very tasty and good choice of starters and mains including an amazing paella. The tables were grouped into 10s and perhaps spacing them out would make it a little more intimate private experience for some. Would recommend this one.

Le poing positif. On a participé à une action de solidarité Point négatif : trop cher le repas on aurait pu manger s l'otfl et aller plutôt boire un verre. On nous vend du rêve car c'est très rare dd voir un couché de soleil. On part trop tôt dd l'hôtel et à l'arrivée on s'ennuie un peu car trop tôt pour dîner. Spectacle très médiocre pour le prix. En résumé l'excursion est très chère pour ce que c'est et surtout pour le Cap Vert. Je reste très déçue et aucune écoute auprès de notre vendeur.

Zeer lekker eten, maar nogal een gemaakte toeristische plek. De tafels en stoelen vallen bijna uit elkaar. Doordat ernde hele avond muziek is, zijn gesprekken niet te doen, je hoort elkaar niet.

Location is not disabled friendly, there is a ramp into the venue but not onto the beach.

We booked on the Wednesday at the rep meeting and he phoned and confirmed availability for the next day. On Thursday we got ready and went to the agreed pick up point a little early. An hour later and we were still waiting. Absolute rubbish service and no one available to talk to. I want my money back and even then we wasted hours of our holiday and were unnecessarily stressed

I thought the service was great and our TUI guide was amazing for helping everyone to have a great time and even a welcome sing a long on our route back to our hotels. Great night ! Food and drink were of a very good quality and good entertainment also.

Location was good but the food, entertainment (dancers) was well below average. I booked this for mine and my fiancé first anniversary and wanted something romantic. IT WAS FAR FROM THAT. We waited a long time between food courses and then they were served at the same time as the entertainment. There was not enough tables for two so we had to sit with strangers on a table of four, not very romantic at all. We did the romantic dinner in Boa Vista which was amazing, but this was far far from that.

Would have liked to have sat in the restaurant rather than on the beach. As bombarded by flies as they had fish on the beach earlier. This did spoil the experience. However the food was excellent and people lovely. The music and dancing was enjoyable.

Le nombre de tickets boissons inclus est trop faible pour toute la durée de la soirée, heureusement la bouteille de vin était à un prix très raisonnable. The staff were lovely but the place was awful and the food was nice enough and they tried the hardest with the entertainment. If it had been £20 I may have said it was worth it but I would definitely not recommend it at all

No one told us what to do, bus driver opened door and walked off. Service was really slow. Food was ok but no labels to tell you what it was. Drinks tokens but never told what to get . The whole experience could have been 100 times better with clear communication and better service.

Our experience was hindered mostly by bad weather however we do feel there could be some improvements and this is mainly in the TUI listing, it should be explained that this is a 3 course buffet rather than choosing off a menu. The dancing was however great and I could see how this would have been better on sunny evening.

Due to the weather being stormy, there was no sunset or fire show. The staff made it as best as they could with what there was. That would reflect value for money because we didn’t get the full experience. There was a lot of flies and the food that was laid out was not covered.

Our host George was incredibly welcoming and the staff efficient and friendly. The pirate ship restaurant is a fantastic little place with lots to look at and the views at sunset were beautiful. The food was great and the drinks allowance ample. The guitarist was excellent and the dancers enthusisatic. Really enjoyed the whole experience!

Das Ambiente war toll der Gastgeber war auch vor Ort und hat uns seine Idee hinter dem Konzept erklärt - super . Das Essen war toll auch sehr schön angerichtet . Beim ersten Mal sind wir vorsichtig an die Speisen rangegangen um zu schauen ob sie uns schmecken wären dann gerne ein zweites Mal gegangen da war aber schon alles abgedeckt . Dr Sonnenuntergang und die Life Musik waren Mega . Unvergesslicher Abend

Rustige, gezellige locatie, vriendelijk personeel, goed initiatief voor de omgeving, gelukkig een heldere dag, dus een mooie zonsondergang. Je krijgt 1 welkomstdrankje en dan 2 kaartjes voor 2 gratis drankjes, maar mocht je daarna nog een drankje willen dan moet je dit betalen, dit zijn geen mega bedragen, mijn partner had een glas rum met ijs en moest 2,50 euro betalen. Het eten is echt heel goed. Heerlijke tonijn en kip. Beter dan dat we tot nu toe in het hotel gegeten hadden.

The restaurant is a nice setting with friendly staff. The first couple of courses for the meal were very nice but the main meal of meats was not very good, very little chicken, ribs were too tough could not chew them although the tuna was good. The biggest downfall was the exceptional amount of flies in the restaurant, it was unbelievable.

Good pick up , nice location, lovely sunset , food experience a bit confusing as we didn't know what we were eating, turned out mese style food, on a larger scale the same, still not sure what we were eating, local youngsters did dancing, krystal beer nice though

Tables perhaps turned sideways so could view sunset and show. Had to ask or go to bar for further drink. However, we thoroughly enjoyed the evening from start to finish. Setting is lovely and nice and chilled out. Food was plentiful and singer and show were great.

We definitely recommend this for other tourists and the food and drink was in good supply. We experienced the sunset, it was amazing as the colours fell on the sea too. We enjoyed the entertainment and joined in one of the dances - it was like having a work-out! We would definitely go again if we come to Cape Verde in the future.

Only feedback was that we had no guide with us to advise what time we were to be picked up and then felt it was over all too quickly at 8.30pm when we were rushed out, just after we had bought a drink..

Guide/Driver never spoke one word from the moment we left hotel until we got back, Inc when it was time to leave restaurant, only noticed that people on our coach were leaving. Food was overall poor with no information on what it was, buffet style.

Een hele mooie locatie waar de zonsondergang goed te zien is. Ook de muziek en het dansen zijn mooie toevoegingen. Wel is het gewoon een buffetmenu en zijn er max 2 drankjes per persoon, en zit je niet per 2 aan tafel. Wij hadden zelf nog een wat mindere ervaring want dag erna hadden wij flink last van darmklachten etc, toch waarschijnlijk iets verkeerds gegeten.

The evening was good with excellent food, music and dancing. However the TUI guide who took us there dropped us off without a word of explanation about how the evening would go. We were all a bit apprehensive as he drove off and we were unsure of what happened next.
