De bemanning deed het netjes en zorgde goed voor de mensen, leuke sfeer. De trip op zich stelde niet veel voor. Vanuit haven wegvaren met de catamaran, rondje om eilandje varen en vastleggen. Daar had je de mogelijkheid om te snorkelen. Daarna weer terug naar de haven. “ rondje om de kerk “. Mss goed om eens naar de gevraagde prijs te kijken.

Staff were excellent and enthusiastic, couldn`t` fault them. The trip, hugely disappointing, started on the catamaran for a trip around an island 150 yards off shore, Sailed around the coast of the island to stop to snorkel within 150 yards of where we had stared, to snorkel then turn around and circle the island back to mooring. No sighting of whales, no promised marine biologist input. and never in waters likely to be deep enough to encounter whales as stated likely.

Fantastic trip, Catamaran was spotless clean and very comfortable, , staff were brilliant, drinks and food supplied were plentiful, we stopped off for a swim in a beautiful location and then dancing and singing on the way back, so glad we did it 😊 only downside didn’t see no whales😞

The service, staff were great, very helpful, informative and safety aware. They all worked hard and they provided good entertainment. The snacks provided were excellent, more like a light lunch, drinks were readily available, it was lovely to be greeted with a welcome drink as we boarded. The Catamaran was clean, comfortable & well maintained. Overall a great trip, I would recommend. Disappointed we didn’t see the Whales, that’s nature for you!

Fahrt war ganz gut… allerdings nur um eine kleine Insel herum, dann eine Stunde Pause und dann um die gleiche Insel zurück… von Walen hab wir auch nichts gesehen. Die Fahrt an sich war aber gut, der Katamaran ist 2 Jahre alt, also wie neu. Muss man mal gemacht haben, aber würde ich kein zweites Mal buchen.

Es wurde kein Wert darauf gelegt Wale zu sehen oder Etwas mehr aufs Meer heraus zu fahren. Wir lagen nur an einer Sandbank konnten schwimmen und schnorcheln. Währenddessen was essen und trinken dann ging es wieder zurück zum Anlieger

We had an amazing afternoon even though the weather wasn’t the best we did manage to see a couple of whales The crew were absolutely brilliant I am not the most mobile 70 year old but they assisted where necessary mainly getting in and out of the dingy I felt very safe and not foolish at all the food great and the dancing was superb

Schnorchelstopp war nicht so gut, es gab beim Schnorcheln nichts zu sehen. Walbeobachtung war nur aus sehr weiter Entfernung für wenige Sekunden möglich, aber das kann man kaum beeinflussen. Besatzung und Boot waren top.

Even though it was cold, I still enjoyed this experience from start to finish. The staff were very professional and energetic. The snacks were delicious and the entertainment on the way back was very enjoyable. It’s a shame we did not see any whales, but this did not take anything away from the overall experience.

As an experience this is the least worthwhile excursion we have ever participated in with Tui by far. It's quite cheeky that you even call it a trip, spending an hour sailing only to realise you are anchoring approximately 3 minutes away from where you set sail is disappointing to say the least. We were also told by the rep in the hotel the price was slightly higher than originally quoted when we sat down, as a marine biologist would be on board, and this proved not to be the case!

Der Ausflug war sehr gut organisiert. An der Einstiegsstelle wurden zunächst Schwimmwesten verteilt, da wir mit einem Tenderboot zum Katamaran gebracht wurden. Die Mitarbeiter waren beim Einstieg behilflich. Dennoch kann das für manche Personen etwas schwierig sein, da es doch sehr wackelig ist. Die Fahrt mit dem Katamaran war sehr schön und bei einem Stopp war genügend Zeit zum Schnorcheln und Schwimmen. Die Verpflegung war sehr gut, Getränke und kleine Snacks sind inklusive. Die Crew war top.

Loved that staff stopped to show us a whale as one appeared. Overall it was a very fun trip. It would have been nice if blankets or more towels were provided as after swimming it was very cold on the boat with the wind blowing. Newer snorkels would also be good as they were quite cloudy and not the best fitting, especially as the boat is new. Food was good!

From M Sibson 2nd passenger the bus was crammed even extra seating was used down the Isle. If anything was to happen and needed to get out the aisle was blocked no one would be able to get off without climbing over people. To get to the boat a rubber dingy picked you up there was a drop of about 2ft into the dingy , why not steps. People with restricted movement would find it hard or impossible. The snacks were different spread cheese and tomatoes sandwiches !!

The catamaran itself was a brilliant experience the only downside, for me, was getting on and off the tender. If I’d known how I was going to be getting on and off the catermaran I would not have gone on the trip as I don’t like getting on and off boats in this way as it scares me, and once I was on the only thing I could think of was worrying about getting off again, and there were a couple of others who said the same. The rest of the trip was great, staff, entertainment, food and drinks.

Paid £61.00 for sat 28th, cancelled. Rebooked 3rd found that the cost had reduced to £52.00. To be honest even st the lower cost it would have not been very good value for money, have been on far better catamaran cruises before. Very disappointed, feel I have been robbed

The food was terrible - boat left late as the crew were fixing another boat that had broken down. No swimming pool on the back of the boat we were sold as it was too windy but were encouraging people to swim still? No safety briefing until after everyone was already claimed seats and told move 5 mins in - my friend who was 70 fell over after being told there were to be only 2 ppl sat on the cushions? Why were we told this before the boat had set off - would have been safer to move. Too many ppl

You don’t get 4 hours sailing we had several pick ups it was close on two hours before we got on the Catamaran You have to get a rubber dinghy to get on the catamaran. So if you have difficulty walking that could be a problem. Safety was good. On board unlimited drinks throughout. And the food was okay, just sandwiches and fruit. So in total by the time we got back to the hotel. It was just slightly over four hours. I don’t think they should be selling this as a four hour trip.

The bout was super confortable and well appointed. The crew were just amazing. Helpful, friendly, good fun and continually looking out for us. I was disappointed that we didn’t go to a beach as would have liked to gone in the sea. I wasn’t confident enough to go into the water from the boat.

Tolle Stimmung, nettes Personal, viel Spaß. Leider war das gesamte Sicherheitsprocedere mit Rettungsweste usw. etwas langwierig. Vielleicht sollte der Hinweis, dass an Bord die Schuhe abzulegen sind, von den Reiseleitern, die über diese Tour informieren, aufgenommen werden.

We enjoyed this excursion alot. The only thing I would change is the area of where the boat stops for snorkeling. There wasn't so much to see which was disappointing and we were not allowed near the shore line to the beach which would have given the trip more interest. However, this excursion was great fun and the crew were brilliant, definitely recommend

die Stelle zum Schnorcheln mit Maske war nicht geeignet um unter Wasser etwas sehen zu können, Sichtverhältnisse schlecht, kein Riff / Felsen. Das Entertainment mit handgemachter Musik (Congas) war sehr schön. Lebensfreude war da schon zu spüren.

Wir hatten die Nachmittagstour gebucht und wurden per Mail informiert, dass wir schon 9 Uhr abgeholt werden Nur leider standen wir nicht mit auf der Gästeliste . Nach längerer Diskussion und Telefonaten durften wir dann doch mitfahren. Aus der tui App wurde unser Ausflug komplett gelöscht, so dass wir nicht mal mehr eine Ticketnummer hatten.

De trip met de catamaran was een leuk uitje. De bemanning was geweldig en wist met muziek en dans een goede sfeer aan boord te creëren. Het zwemmen en snorkelen viel tegen omdat er op deze locatie niet veel te zien was onder water. Het eten en drinken was goed verzorgd. Het oppikken van mensen bij RIU Karamboa duurde onnodig lang.. Deze moeten gewoon klaar staan, zodat de bus direct verder kan.

The crew were great. Some commentary on where we were sailing with a bit of history/local information would have made it better. Didn't really seem to sail far, just round the islet and along the coast a short distance. Didn't see much of the rest of the island.

The weather was very breezy so they could not put the pool out on the back and the sea was that choppy we couldn't see any fish or swim easily. That spoilt the trip somewhat. No fault of the staff but a partial refund eould have been nice as we couldn't get the full experience we paid for. Also the rope for the dingy got caught in the rocks so there was a short delay while they tried to sort it out.

Right from the very beginning the crew were very professional and safety conscious, they explained everything about the transfer in the tender to the catamaran. Once on board they made sure everyone was comfortable and sitting in the correct places. The onboard lunch was very good for the space given and then the dancing was a joy to watch. Although we didn't swim it was lovely to sit and watch and again the crew were attentive to all that was going on.

Staff extremely friendly and helpful The boat is absolutely beautiful and the sailing experience was great fun. We sat on beans bags at the front of the Catamaran and enjoyed the waves splashing up the boat sides. You could sit inside if you did not want to get too close to the ocean. TUI were there every step on the way from booking the trip, transport and returning back to hotel. A fabulous morning on the beautiful sea .. thanks x

Had an absolutely fantastic time on this trip. The free bar and food really made it and the staff on board made sure everyone as having a good time. The only con I can think of is the fishing boat transportation from the port to the catamaran itself. We had no idea about it and it was quite scary being sat on the edge of a fishing boat but once we were on board the catamaran we had a brilliant time

No chance to sit at the front - should be rotated - people literally pushed to front of queue in order to get on catamaran first and take best seats. No vegetarian option (literally one vegetarian roll for two of us - should have been asked at booking about this!) The catamaran made a very limited journey - we were led to believe we would sail around the coast and see sights

The whole experience was fun fun fun. The crew were excellent and exuded a happy friendly and fun feeling that was contagious. The only comment I can make for improvement might be to include time on the beach so that everyone can get some sun: if you were last on the boat you didn’t get much sun.

Tui is a good company but this was not acceptable, the brief said uneven ground steps but this was a very large step into a moving dingy. This would be ok for 18 to 30s. Another couple also refused to go. The girl on our bus rang Tui who were not bothered and said we would have to find our own way back. The girl stayed with us and got us a taxi. When I approached a male rep the next morning he was totally not interested and just said I'll pass on your comments .very very disappointed .

Het eerste uurtje zouden we gaan zeilen, maar we hebben gewoon een toertje rond het nabij gelegen eilandje gedaan. Veel wind en toch wel koud in december. Het zwemmen zelf was oké, maar niets te zien door de snorkels, troebel water en we moesten dicht bij de boot blijven. Na het zwemmen verzorgde de crew ambiance, dat was wel leuk. Op hadden we er wel meer van verwacht.

This is a brand new Catamaran everything is immaculate. The crew work super hard to make sure you have a good trip everything works like a well oiled machine. I was a little worried getting out ot the dinghy to the boat, but I didn't need to. The crew on hand all the time to help you around the boat and to make around the netting or to get the to the bar. We are a couple in our 50s and loved this would highly recommend.

The transfer from the large inflatable boat to the catamaran was quite tricky especially for older guests but all the crew were excellent and ensured everyone was safe. There isn’t a bad thing to say about this excursion, it is a fantastic afternoon ,at sea ,food, drink, the crew are just so accommodating and their dancing on the deck just capped it all off ??

Bij uitstappen in de haven krijgt iedereen een zwemvest om vervolgens met een bootje naar de catamaran te varen. In de boot doet iedereen slippers/schoenen uit, want deze zijn op de catamaran niet toegestaan. Daarna trossen los en GENIETEN! Heerlijk op de golven. Aanleggen en snorkelen en zwemmen en op de terugweg eten, dansen en nog meer genieten. Een dikke pluim voor het team, ze wisten sfeer te maken en de mensen te entertainen. Ik zou volgende x weer gaan. ??

We had a brilliant morning. The staff were so friendly and entertaining. Nothing was too much trouble for them. Everyone made us feel welcome and looked after from the minute they met us. There dancing and energy was contagious. Food was brilliant, drink never ending and the catamaran was spotless 10/10 the inflatable pool on the back was brilliant. Hubby and I was in there sipping prosecco. So relaxing

Korte vaarroute, had meer verwacht dat we richting de mooie stranden zouden varen. Lagen nu een uur stil om te zwemmen en dan wordt er gedanst wat leuk is, maar daarvoor kom ik niet op een Catamaran. Verbaas me altijd weer over bepaald publiek die een ander niet de gelegenheid geven om te zitten en gaan met 2 personen aan een tafel zitten waar 6 mensen "kunnen" zitten. De tocht was oké.

I enjoyed the friendly and attentive staff, and the shiny new boat, But the actual sailing was pretty dull, we seemed to just do a couple of big circles, stop off at a spot given snorkels, but not really anything to see, then head back to port. Spent as much time waiting on the coach and travelling as the actual cruise.

booked the adults half day catamaran trip from cape verde, pick up from RIU TOUAREG. I believe that this trip should of been cancelled as we had torrential rain on the morning of the trip 2/12/25. I contacted the TUI rep at the resort who said to keep an eye on the app as she thought the trip would be cancelled. We loved the cruise but it was spoilt by a bunch of either Polish or Russians getting drunk on 2 bottles of vodka and and eating tinned meat which they had brought with them. And just making a nuisance of themselves and very loud. Not sure if there should have been a meal on the cruise or if it was just snacks all the time. The driver ofthe coach had to stop twice to calm them down and make them sit.

This was an absolutely fantastic trip that was almost spoilt by the 1 hour 15 coach trip. I know that pick ups from other hotels are necessary but when you are 10 minutes late leaving having been on the coach for 10 minutes before departure time and the you wait for nearly 20 minutes at another hotel for people who didn’t show up that is not acceptable.

The time on the boat was excellent and the onboard team were amazing but there is no prior mention of method of boarding and the hassle of life jackets and time wasted getting on and off small rib transfers which ultimately eats away at the time the boat has for everything else

We actually went this afternoon, 19/11. The coach transfer to the port was on time. The boat is beautiful and kept in tip top condition by the staff who worked extremely hard to keep us safe and entertain us. The food was good and drinks free flowing. My only concern was getting on and off the rib. The staff were very helpful but there should be a step in the rib to step on to. This would help guests and staff equally.

This was a great trip; the crew were superb from start to finish. An hours sail out of the harbour, round to a perfect cove at the south of the island where we had a swim and some lovely food. The crew then entertained us all the way back to the mooring, with drums, dance and an energy that was utterly infectious- just brilliant!

The only slight criticism is that the experience you have can vary depending on the amount of luck you have getting a good spot on the Catamaran. Fortunately we managed to bag a spot on one of the Fatboy pillows on the netting at the front of the boat but their were only 4 people allowed on each net. With just 4 nets that's only 16 people out of what must have been a good 70-80 people. There were some other decent seats but the rest had to make do with tables outside of the sun.

The crew was absolutely amazing and made this excursion an unforgettable experience. The drinks selection was extensive and the selection of snacks was fine. The only thing that could be improved is to lower the number of guests as it was slightly crowded. However I would still recommend this excursion to anyone who wants to spend a morning or afternoon sailing.. My husband and I had a great time and would book this catamaran tour again.

Die Katamaranfahrt auf den Kap Verden war einfach großartig! Die Organisation war super, alles bestens durchdacht und sicher von Anfang bis Ende. Übertriebene Sicherheitsvorkehrung beim Übersetzen im Hafen, Fast nur mit Motor getuckert und kaum gesegelt, Mitarbeiter , Essen und Getränke waren gut, Uns war es zu wenig Action, selbst beim Schwimmen urde man überwacht und durfte man nicht mal von Bord springen, Gut war das für die Nichtschwimmer ein Netz am Heck abgelassen wurde, so das sie auch ins Wasser zum schwimmen konnten

The catamaran is lovely and to a high standard, it’s new which helps but the staff were very good and kept it spotless, including the toilets. The food was really nice and plenty of it and the drinks were flowing if required. We sat on the front and had a wonderful time, swimming in the sea etc. The catamaran doesn’t go very far, just around the bay and there’s not much to see when snorkelling. The trip is finished off with the staff dancing, and involving the guests which was fab to watch.

Guides / staff were great fun, mega entertainment with their dancing & drumming getting those involved that wanted to. Opportunity to snorkel in the sea but also the inflatable pool was a nice touch, getting served whilst relaxing in the sea. Definitely recommend as an experience whilst here!

Man ist nicht wirklich auf das Meer rausgefahren, sondern quasi nur um eine Insel rum. Wir hatten einen Spot an dem wir eine Stunde schwimmen/schnorcheln konnten. Das Meer war an dem Spot nur 2 Meter tief und schnorcheln hat sich dort überhaupt nicht gelohnt. Wir waren von der Tour sehr enttäuscht, es hätte definitiv einen viel schöneren Spot gegeben.

A safer way round get on and off the Catamaran and in and out of the swimming pool. I have very short legs and struggled with the above. I cannot see why the Catamaran cannot pull into the side of the port. When we came back in there was another Catamaran dropping people off at the side of the port. The staff are going to either hurt themselves or a customer helping them on and off. I did pull my harm and hip and have had pain since the trip. We loved the food and the entertainment

Es war eine super Tour mit einer fantastischen Crew! Würden wir immer wieder buchen. Es war ein toller Ausflug mit leckeren Snacks und Getränken an Board. Der Captain war super und das gesamte Team war sehr fürsorglich und hilfsbereit- auch für gute Stimmung wurde gesorgt. Auch der Schnorchel Stopp war sehr gut. Entspannt und ohne Stich konnte man ins Meer oder in den aufgebauten Pool im Meer. Rundum ein perfekter Tag!

We were told the trip duration was 4 hours, in fact it was 6 hours from pick up to drop off, this needs to be emphasised as we missed a 6.30pm activity back at our hotel.

A really great experience for adults. I have been on several boat trips abroad and this one beats them all. Great service from the staff, wind in the sails which I’ve never experienced before, great morning and thoroughly recommended. The boat over to the catamaran requires two big steps but staff helped the less able people to negotiate them. A small step wouldn’t go amiss there. Overall really good morning trip overall. Thank you

A great experience on the boat even though you only go up and down the same bay. Staff were fantastic, energetic, and helpful. Food although nice left a bit to be desired, portion wise.Proper rolls or sandwiches would have been more welcome.

Spiksplinternieuwe catamaran, slechts 24 toeristen. Maar dit zou zo niet blijven. Naar ik begreep van de info zou het de bedoeling zijn om 40 a 50 personen toe te laten wat naar mijn mening absoluut niet meer aangenaam is ! Ook het vertrek met de kleine zodiac en de overstap kan wel eens voor problemen zorgen ! Wij hadden wel een zalige halve dag, heel.positief over alles!

The trip was very good. Only concern is at tge end of the night tge tour guide gave us cards for feed back which the QR code sent us to an other site selling trips. The site did not look like a tui site, it was not limit adventure.
