Original date was cancelled due to the weather forecast. Rescheduled no issue for 3 days later. The transfer that was included never arrived at our hotel, leaving us stood outside our hotel for an hour and half. We phoned TUI customer service and was told by one person that they were trying to communicate with the excursions team and that they were stuck in traffic. After some research we found no traffic. Told by another rep, that the excursion team doesnt work weekends, so was lied to by first

I will advise customers interested in this trip, Do not go if you do suffer from sea sickness as water does get very choppy out there. But other than that very great day out

Vi fick se två flockar med delfiner! Två olika arter. Helt fantastiskt, härlig guide som berättade o kändes välkomnande. Dock en del sjögång så rejält illamående ?? men det var det värt!

I cannot complain about anything. We got picked up near our hotel taken to the boat. The trip was amazing we saw dolphins and went snorkeling and got back at our hotel 3.5 hours of a lovely day
