Purchase these tickets and 20 minutes later when we got to the needle we realized we had got tickets for four days later by accident. I tried to cancel immediately and get a refund and wasn’t allowed to.

I ordered my tickets for a certain time the next day at 12:00 PM. I arrived at the appropriate time and your website said it was still processing my order. I ended up purchasing a ticket on site and didn't recieve your voucher until late in the day. Total rip off. You should make tickets available immediately upon purchase!! Having to wait upto 24 hours is **********!!! There was NO WAY to contact you to explain my situation. YOU SUCK!!

I ordered the tickets at 10 AM on Wednesday, and received the tickets for 5:45 PM for FRIDAY at 2 AM on THURSDAY. Terrible that I had to wait for an event 48+ hours in advance. I was on limited time, so I had to buy a ticket on-site, and was not able to refund the $45 I had spent to get a ticket online. Terrible.

I booked the tickets online for the 20th and when I received them a day later they were for Saturday which I would have not have purchased due to we left on Friday the 21st for a seven day cruise. We called numerous times and no one answered at customer service! The young gentleman at the Space Needle said he would honor the tickets but we didn't receive them so we ended up buying two more tickets. I would not buy tickets online I would just purchase them at the venue!!!

Couldn't see Mt. Rainier, but watching a cruise ship leave port was neat, the same one that passed by our house in Port Angeles. I have a terrible fear of heights and this wasn't so bad. Thought I felt it sway but it's supposed to right? Loved all the free photo stations. Staff were all very nice.

We really enjoyed the Space Needle. The informative displays were great at setting g the scene. The view was magnificent across Seattle. The glass floor great but a little scary. But the commentary on the way down was stupendous, he gave a fast informative explanation all the way down.

Great time at the Space Needle! Bought tickets in advance and the wait time for the elevator was minimal. Views were spactular and not crowded when moving around the observation deck. Spent time on the revolving floor having a glass of wine and having olives. Well worth the cost and time.

We ordered tickets off the app and did not realize the date was incorrect. We were there on Sunday at 3:30 and the tickets were for Monday. We were allowed to still go through which was great because we were flying out the next morning and had made our way there to take the tour:)

It’s definitely the best way to see the whole city from downtown! Great staff. Only downfall is that even though you have a time slot set to go up… you still have to wait in the long line up inside the hallway ramp. Also, they don’t take cash for food/drinks.

This trip was planned for family members from Georgia that I have not seen in 30 years. It was an excellent experience for everyone, despite the rainy weather. Right on cue, the Seattle sunshine broke through the clouds and created beautiful views of Seattle and the surrounding area. Thank you.
