The transfer to Rhodes Town was fine, but coming back was a nightmare with many frustrated people waiting in the same place for several coaches. My husband asked the coach driver if it would be the same coach for the return journey and was told no. At no point were we told to remember the number of the coach and then when they started to turn up with all different numbers on nobody seemed to know what was going on with no TUI representative around to help people. Felt very much like cattle!

Handige transfer. Wel jammer dat er vermeld wordt dat je om 22 uur zeker aan de bus moet staan en dat deze dan te vroeg vertrekt. Veel mensen zaten ook niet op onze bus omdat ze niet door hadden dat je moest kijken naar je busnummer toen ze je aan rhodos stad afzetten. Hierdoor wisten vele niet op welke bus ze moesten en bleven gewoon staan. Misschien het busnummer vermelden op het ticket of aan de mensen doorgeven dat ze zeker naar het busnummer moeten kijken! Wij hebben inorm genoten

No air con on the coach. Coach uncomfortable. Return coach pick up was utter chaos and I’m surprised there has not been an accident in the waiting area. No where for hundreds of people to wait which is, what seems to be a car park /taxi rank. Wouldn’t advise anyone to take the trip - bedlam. Go on local bus insteadPlus. Why have all coaches timed to leave at 10pm? advertised as 10 pm pick up but told to get there for 21:45. Then left waiting in the chaos until 10:10. Seats on coach broken! Swiv

The coach arrived on time and the journey there was good, lovely spacious coach. The guide made it clear where we needed to get the coach from and what time at the end of the trip. The end of the trip was absolute chaos! It was very badly organised, around 7 Tui buses all arrived at once and caused massive traffic jams, the coach was 20minutes late due to the traffic jams. There was people everywhere it was very chaotic. The coach back was very different to the way there, it didn’t sound healthy

Loved Rhodes town at night magical place . The only thing was trying to get on the coach at 10pm along with hundreds of other people all pushing and shoving plus taxis trying to park . Road was blocked with coaches and got very heated . Needs some better organisation

People are stressed on return journey . If you explain there will be a rolling pick up of coaches and wait for your bus number it would be less chaotic ! Also we were told early pick up do we cut our trip short if we had been told 9.50 deadline rather than 9.30 we could have enjoyed more time .

The email says that we would receive a map and information via an app. There wasnt a rep on the coach so we were just dropped off at the gate to make our merry way. The old town is beautiful though.

Overall a great trip & very worthwhile to see Rhodes Town in daytime & then by night. Perfect amount of time to explore all key sights & enjoy a leisurely meal. We were picked up very promptly & the bus driver clearly has our names on his list. Pleasant & comfy drive there of 45 minutes. Drop off point very central & same pick up point later in evening & given a specific bus No. Very busy on return & this time no taking of names & a tight window to get on to bus before it needs to leave!

Wir wurden bei der Rückfahrt nicht dort abgeholt wo der Sammelplatz für alle Busse war. Insgesammt wurden 11 Personen nicht abgeholt und ich habe bei einem anderen TUI Bus (15) erfragt ob noch die Busse woanders halten. Der Busfahrer sagte dann, dass alle Busse hierher kommen würden. Wir mussten dann ein Taxi nehmen mit anderen aus unserem Hotel (diese haben sich ebenfalls bei TUI gemeldet). Mit der Reiseleitung war kein positives Gespräch möglich.

Da der Bus beim Rücktransfer nicht am vereinbarten Treffpunkt, sondern angeblich einige Meter weiter vorne an der Straße die Gäste eingesammelt hat, wurden insgesamt 11 Personen nicht zurück ins Hotel befördert und es kamen noch Taxi - Kosten für den Rückweg zum Hotel hinzu :-(.

Vi blev ombedda att vara på plats för upphämtning 21.50 sen kom bussen 30 minuter försent, väl på bussen kör busschauffören som om det inte fanns någon morgondag med större fokus på telefonen än vägen. När vi väl närmar oss hotellet där vi är sista stoppet vill han inte kör in till hotellet och släpper av oss längs vägen 1 km bort med fyra sova barn i sällskapet. Som pricken över va han otrevlig och satt mest och skrek på resenärerna på bussen att dem skulle skynda sig av bussen.

The town itself is beautiful. However communication was severely lacking. At first, our pick up time changed from 15.30 to 15.10, which wasn't a massive issue. Out ticket said collection at 22.00. The tour guide on the bus then said 21.00. The driver said 21.50. Because I the confusion I reached out to Tui on the app who informed me 21.45. Theb we were enjoying a drink and a chat at a local bar when a passenger came to tell us the coach was leaving. It was 21.05. We wasted time and money.

We were dropped off near the new Rhodes area and told we would be picked up at Kolona sea gate. We hen asked where that was the guide pointed and said that way. Most of our time there was stressed by not knowing where we were going to meet the coach. When we eventually found out where to go we spoke to others who had spent the time stressing as we did. On arrival in Rhodes Town the tour guide was extremely rude & told those with just a transfer to meet at Seagate at 10.20 with no instruction where that was. When the coach stopped at destination the TUI rep that was doing the guided tour for those that were doing it got them of the coach then told the rest of us to go the the sea gates after being rude to a bloke that was talking to the driver then his wife. When I got of the coach with my son I asked her which way was it to the sea gates she ignored me twice and on the third time she said down there. I had to search it up on google maps. This was unacceptable

As there was mixed nationalities and mixed trips it was very confusing, some were German, some English, some transfer only. Different guides got on to talk to there various groups. When we got dropped off we asked where we were being picked up and at what time. We were told to walk back for about 20 minutes and then ask someone where the Kolona gate was. Why couldn't they have dropped us off there first with clear instructions on the pickup as they had driven passed it??

Die Info über die Abfahrtsstelle war etwas irritierend, da es nicht die Ankunftstelle war, wie bei Ausflügen in denvergangen Jahren. Es wurde nur "Seetor" genannt und nach Rückfrage wurde man auf das Internet hingewiesen. Die sorgte für kurze Panik unter den Mitreißenden, einige liefen kurz vor der Abfahrt zum Hafen vor.

Coach dropped us off quite away from entrance to Rhodes town. This was because there were people doing dinner cruises & others on a different trip on a boat. Someone came on coach in a rush to get those people off, then said quickly to the rest of us pick up will be at 10.20pm by Marine gate, it’s the biggest gate, you can’t miss it. She then got off as quick as she came on. No directions to where this was!! First of all, pick up should have been at 10pm, & no one had a clue where this gate was.

We were dropped off in one place and told the pickup point was in a different place, we were not given any information or directions just told what the pickup place was called, things like that are fine if you are familiar with the surroundings but I was not it was my first ever visit to Rhodes and it left me feeling very vulnerable.

Hei. Opplegget med oppmøte fungerte fint. Det burde vært bedre formidlet at oppmøte for opphenting var ved "sea gate" og at man skulle ha samme bussnummer hjem. Laget ett ark med kartutsnitt og litt info som kunne bli delt ut? Rodos by var flott. Oppmøte for hjemturen fikk fint etter å ha funnet ut hvor Sea Gate var. Bussjåfør hjem med buss 013 var ikke bra. Kjørte "vel fort" i svingene ut fra rodos by og ut til hovedvei. Kjørte "oppi" en moped med 2 på, før en farlig forbikjør. i en sving.

Wir haben den reinen Transfer nach Rhodos bei Nacht gebucht - wurden pünktlich abgeholt und haben noch Zeit „geschenkt“ bekommen, da wir bei dem abholen Zeit verloren hatten durch andere Urlauber. Wir alle wurden am Ort für die Guide-Tour rausgelassen und mussten dadurch 10min wieder in die andere Richtung laufen für die Altstadt. Das hätte man noch besser lösen können für Leute mit und ohne Tour durch die Stadt.

Super ist, dass es überhaupt die Möglichkeit zum Transfer gibt. Schade ist nur, dass erst Sekunden vor dem Ausstieg eine Dame den Bus betritt und Hektik verbreitet wo man sich am Ende wieder trifft. Vorschlag: Einen Zettel in die Hand drücken mit den genauen Standortdaten und Uhrzeit für den Rücktransfer bzw. ne Mail. Alles in allem aber eine gute Alternative, da vonLindos aus ansonsten fast nur das teure Taxi in Frage kommt. TUI bleibt aber erste Wahl. TUI ist ein top Veranstalter.Daumen hoch.

Man bekam von den Guides den Eindruck vermittelt, wenn man nur den Transfer ohne so einem ********** Guide gebucht hat, ist/war man unten durch. Man bekam irgendeine Info bezüglich Rückfahrt und Abfahrtsort! Bus war dann keiner (mehr) vor Ort. Mussten uns ein Taxi organisieren - zahlt uns das Tui??? Werde nie wieder so einen Transfer über Tui buchen!!

Vi kørte med bus 013 (MAN ZTE-6541) med ankomst 16:40 ved hotel stoppestedet. Ankomst til Rhodos by 17:23 men sat af i modsatte ende end afhentnings stedet (vi fik af guiden på hotellet (Jessica) at vide at ankomst/ afhentning var samme sted). En Engelsk talende guide fortalte vi ville blive afhentet 22:20 (20 minutter senere end angive af både Jessica og i mailen med billetten) "At the Seagate" - og at vi bare kunne Google "hvor det var".

Coach trip was great. We got off the coach only for the guide team to inform us that we wouldn’t be picked up from there but from the “sea gate”. It has been 40 years since I have been in Rhodes town and had no idea where that was. When we asked, all that was said was “you’ll find it, you can’t miss it”. There was no help, no maps. The booking said that we’d be provided with a login for an app that would help - that wasn’t provided either. Disappointing- total lack of support.

We were encouraged by our TUI rep to take the coach transfer to Rhodos instead of making our own plans to use a daily shuttle bus. The reason being it would take only 1 hour and be fully air conditioned. The bus was full and had no air conditioning, it was dirty and boiling hot and took 1 hour 30 minutes with lots of pick up stops. When we arrived in Rhodos there was no clear instructions given on where our pick up point was, a tour guide took the passengers doing her guided tour and left!

Coach journey was fine until we got to destination tour guide then got on the bus told us where we would be picked up and time which did not correspond with the email when we booked different location for pick up and different time very confusing for everyone who was on the trip we left Rhodes old town an hour before so we could start trying to find and get to pick up point in fear of missing the coach for return journey

Transfer itself was fine and Rhodes town is lovely. It was chaos trying to get back. The pick up location is different from drop off and this caused panic as it wasn’t explained well. On return, the guide told us the wrong bus number and it was carnage trying to find someone who could help given the hundreds of people and tens of buses leaving. Guides seem more interested in tour groups than transfer only customers. Transfer ran late both ways. A text with bus info/location would be better

We enjoyed the trip and the time spent in Rhodes town. Returning to the bus however was not as good. We were waiting at the designated pick up point with a couple of hundred other people also waiting for their bus at the same time in the same place. Once the buses arrived not everyone knew which bus number they were getting on and some of the drivers weren't sure where they were heading so it was really chaotic. When you're travelling with children and it's late at night, this isn't ideal.

Utydelig kommunikasjon rundt transport. Det sto 22:00 som hente tidspunkt mens bussen kom ikke for 22:36. Pickup point var heller ikke definert godt nok, det som sto i billetten var på andre siden av hovedveien i forhold til hvor vi ble hentet.

Enkel transfer geboekt, die was ok. Net iets te lang in Rhodos Town, we hadden liever een uurtje sneller opgepikt geweest. Verder wel alles ok, gemakkelijk dat je zelf niet moet rijden naar Rhodos stad want het is niet evident om daar zelf parkeerplaats te vinden.

Leider haben wir mit Leuten im Bus gesessen, die anscheinend eine Tour mit Führung gebucht hatten. Wir hatten nur den Transfer gebucht und das wurde leider gar nicht berücksichtigt. Wir mussten nachfragen, wann und wo wir abgeholt werden und bei Nachfrage gab es eine blöde Antwort. Als wir zur vereinbarten Zeit am Treffpunkt waren, war der Bus nicht da und wir mussten den richtigen Bus suchen, der uns wieder ans Hotel bringt. Alles in allem leider nicht empfehlenswert.

Katastrophe. Keiner wusste wo wir abgeholt werden. Liefen dem Bus hinterher. Transfer allgemein dauerte zu lange. Taxi hätte bedeutend weniger gekostet und wären nicht um 23:40 erst im hotel angekommen. Mit Kinder überhaupt nicht empfehlenswert. Wurde alles nur auf Englisch erklärt, bei den anderen Gästen Die deutschen Gäste mussten gleich aussteigen. Für uns war niemand da....alle deutsch sprachigen Gäste liefen kurz vor Abholung - 45 min. vorher schon rum um die Bus Haltestelle zu suchen.

Changement d'horaire fait mais pas prévenu... nous avons attendu le bus plus d'heure pour parti car nous étions que 4 sur cette excursion. Du coup retour une heure plutard mais les boutique fermaient à 21h donc nous avons attendu 1h30 pour repartir. Très mécontent pour le prix payer ça ne vaux pas ça !!!!!

lors de notre réservation nous avons pris un transfert de 15h à 21h30, ne voyant pas le bus arrivé nous nous sommes inquiétés. la délégué marmara était injoignable et nous avons trouvé personne avant 15h45!!! on nous annonce finalement un départ à 16h et un retour à 23h30. finalement le bus retardé à 16h15… c’est inadmissible de payer aussi chère une prestation pour avoir aucune aide de notre délégué et que le transfert sois si mal organisé, d’autant plus que les magasin dans rhodes ferme à 21h3

ahdisti se Vanhan kaupungin sieppareiden päällekäypäisyys ja hihasta tempominen heidän kuppiloihinsa. Luulin, että se oli jo mennyttä aikaa ja tuokin kohde olisi jo tullut tälle vuosituhannelle. Pääsimme kyllä sieppareista eroon, kun tarpeeksi napakasti ilmaisimme, että emme ole kiinnostuneita. Paluukuljetuksen lähtöajasta oli epäselvyyttä ja odotimme tunnin kaupungintalon edustalla ennen kuin bussi lähti. Kuski ei kertonut meille bussissa lähtöaikaa.

Although we knew when the coach picked us going it was not clear what time we would be returning. Once there the drive said 10 ish which wasn’t helpful. One group with a guide didn’t return until 10.20. Then we had to wait for another 10 minutes before we set off. If we had know we weren’t leaving until 10.30 we wouldn’t have arrived at 9.45 to make sure we were on time.

Ett smidigt alternativ för att ta sig ända från Kolymbia till Rhodos stad, dock tyckte jag transporten var för dyr men det är väl så det kostar att vara där. Tiden räckte gott och väl till, hade kunnat vara en timme kortare. Vi hämtades upp 17:35, var framme ca 18:15-18:20. Bussen gick att sätta sig i från ca kl 23 vilket var skönt, innan den avgick något försenat 23:30.

Wir hatten nur Transfer nach Rhodos Stadt gebucht vom Magic Life Club aus. Bus kam pünktlich, Fahrzeit mit über zwei Stunden recht lang. Man hatte fünf Stunden Zeit, um die Stadt zu erkunden - das ist ausreichend.

Der Transfer an sich ist im Vergleich zu den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln viel zu teuer. Für den öffentlichen Bus Zahl man Hin- und Zurück pro Person 5,-€, für den Tui Transfer pro Person 20,-€. Die Hinfahrt hat einwandfrei funktioniert. Bei der Rückfahrt hatten wir über 30 Minuten Verzögerung, weil es einige Gäste nicht pünktlich zum Bus geschafft haben. Wir haben dadurch unseren Hotel internen Shuttle verpasst und mussten zu Fuß laufen. Außerdem war die Klimaanlage viel zu kalt eingestellt.

Reason for score is that we have been to Rhodes before and do the night transfer only. Rhodes Old Town is a lovely place to visit. This year our coach on the way there was old with some seats broken and in disrepair. The coach returning us was fine. I scored the staff 5 as we didn’t have any on the bus. Just a rep stepping on the coach on arrival so couldn’t score more and we don’t use the guide.

We were dropped off at the Harbour in Rhodes. No person was onboard to tell us the route to take to get into the town. It was very busy. We were just told to be back by 10.30pm and given a coach number to look for. Very poor service. Not even any advice given by TUI rep at our Hotel. No maps or information sheets. Der Bus hat uns zuverlässig an der Bushaltestelle abgeholt und auch wieder zurück gebracht, die Uhrzeit war super und 5 Stunden waren mehr als genug. Der Bus war nur relativ gut versteckt bei der Abholung am Busbahnhof, weshalb einige Mitfahrer zu spät kamen. Um dem vorzubeugen, wäre eine Info gut, wo der Bus zu finden ist.

La propreté des chambres à notre arrivée SDB non faite( dentifrice sur miroir et wc non fait avec merde au fond) nous avions demandé chambre face a la mer et nous avions la chambre 3/4 cheminée des pollutions poubelles. Nous avons demandé une chambre au calme (2 nuits ou 1 vingtaine d’adolescents mineurs venaient s’alcooliser dans les escaliers de secours incendie puis 2 autres nuits où la chambre voisine avec de la musique à fond. abords piscine en peinture glissante tomber 2 fois.

Alles supernetjes geregeld maar wat een hitte in die bussen van TUI!! Mensen werden echt niet lekker, iedereen zat zich goed te houden om niet van hun graad te gaan. Jammer wanneer je zo je avond moet beginnen en dan weet je dat je met dezelfde benauwde bus weer terug moet. Omdat wij dezelfde ervaring hadden met de transfer vanaf het vliegveld, hebben wij ervoor gekozen om bij het naar huis gaan zelf een taxi, met fatsoenlijke airco, te boeken. Dan maar wat meer geld kwijt

Zeker een aanrader als je zelfstandig door de stad wilt lopen. Alleen was er onduidelijkheden met betrekking tot het uitstappen ( er werd niks gezegd en mensen werden uit de bus gehaald door reisleiding maar wij hadden geen reisleiding) en er werd niet gezegd of wij moesten blijven zitten of eruit konden. Ook terug was er onduidelijkheid of de juiste bus naar onze hotel zou gaan. Het was wel zeker de moeite waard!

Der Bus holt einen direkt beim Hotel ab, man muss zwar den einen oder anderen Halt bei anderen Hotels in Kauf nehmen, aber man wird direkt in Rhodos Stadt am Hafen entlassen und hat gemütlich mehrere Stunden um auf eigene Faust alles zu erkunden. Abholung war auch halbwegs pünktlich, sicher eine gute Methode um in die Stadt zu kommen, abends ein Taxi zu bekommen ist in der Hochsaison sehr schwierig, also auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen

Ausschließlich Transfer nach Rhodos. Bus war pünktlich, klimatisiert. Hatten ca. 5 Stunden zur freien Verfügung um Rhodos Stadt zu erkunden. Rücktransfer ebenfalls pünktlich, Nummer des Busses sowie Abfahrtzeit und Ort wurden richtig benannt. Alles top!

Très bien, nous avons pu nous balader à notre guise dans la vieille ville illuminée, sur le port et dans la nouvelle ville. Nous avons testé un restaurant recommandé par une de nos déléguées Tui (Mama Sofia) nous avons été très bien accueillis et nous avons très bien mangé. La ville change complètement le soir une fois que tout est illuminé c'est magnifique ça vaut le détour

Transfer pick up from the Holiday Village ran about 10 minutes late. The coach was comfortable and air conditioned, there is no tour guide as this was a transfer only. At the drop off point the only information you get is the pick up time from the same location. **Recommend taking a screen shot on Google maps so you can find it again** Pick up time it's very busy, there are a lot of coaches, and the coach is in the general area of drop off. You are not 'checked' back on so don't be late!

As a family we really enjoyed the trip to Rhodes Town. The pick up from both sides was very easy and we were dropped off at a good location. Our Tui rep Sarah gave us some good tips for the trip and made booking it up very easy. We would certainly recommend this trip to other visitors as seeing Rhodes Town at night is the best way to see the town.

Der Bus kam pünktlich.Es war eine recht la nge Fahrt,da noch viele Hotels angefahren wurden um Leute ab zu holen .Es war sehr warm.Die Klimaanlage funktionierte wohl nicht so recht.Bei Ankunft am Ziel saßen wir noch 15 Min.im heißen Bus und keiner wußte warum.Die erste Dolmetscherin hat nur bestimmte hinaus gebeten.Auchvdie zweite hat so schnell Engisch gesprochen,das man sie nicht verstanden hat.Das war nicht so erfreulich.Aber auch bei der Rückfahrt war der Bus wieder pünktlich.Rhodos war toll

Great value for money and plenty time to look around and have a meal out. Yes it's cheaper by bus but I've found the buses are really packed and it just takes out all the hassle. The only negative side was we were late leaving at the end of the evening and some passengers were getting irate. There was only one TUI rep dealing with a number of coaches. We waited a long time for the rep to board the coach and say happy holidays and leave without even doing a head count, a bit pointless.

Kul att få uppleva några timmar i både gamla och nya delen av Rhodos city. Den gamla delen innanför murarna var trevligast men där var också väldigt mycket turister. Tyckte det blev dyrt för en familj då det kostade nästan 800 kr enbart för att resa dit. Tycker att det borde funnits ett familjepris då barn räknades som vuxen redan vid 13 och att barn under 13 bara var 2 euro billigare än vuxenbiljett. Kunde även ingått 1 flaska vatten på varje säte som en trevlig bonus.

Am Zielort war der Busfahrer nicht in der Lage die Abholzeit vernünftig zu kommunizieren. Sehr schlechtes Englisch. Mehrere andere Teilnehmer haben was anderes verstanden. Zum Zeitpunkt den wir verstanden haben kam kein Bus. Ich habe bei TUI angerufen, die Mitarbeiterin wollte mich zurück rufen. Der Anruf kam nie und wir standen da. Ich habe dann andere Busfahrer um Hilfe gebeten und diese bekommen. Wir waren ca. eine Stunde Fahrzeit vom Hotel entfernt. Kollegin gehört gekündigt!

No delays on the pick up and drop off, very affordable price and comfortable and clean coach with (A/C). Definitely worth it you will have plenty of time for you to explore the city. Great to see Rhodes Town. Disappointed there were bo spaces left for dinner and cruise so the transfer was our only option. No guide on the bus or information given, not even a map. We had to find our own way around. Time range given was 4-8 hours but it was longer. We didn't expect to have 5 hours free time - really enjoyed it but would have planned differently if we'd known we wouldn't be back til after midnight.

The coach/transport was good, timely. Basically, that was it. We were picked up at set meeting point and returned to same place in good time. Safe driver. The trip was not with any guide so no instructions or advice regarding where we were going. On reflection, the price of the trip was an expensive one given that we could have done the same trip on the local bus. We had a nice time though.

We were picked up and dropped off outside our hotel, so very easy. Journey was easy, and drop off and collection in Rhodes Town was within walking distance to both the old and new town. Was picked up at the scheduled times. Great experience overall.

It was a fantastic night experience taking in the atmosphere of this old town, plenty to see and do. The biggest negative was not being picked up from our hotel, Rhodes Star because it was up a hill and we had to make our way to and from a neighbour hotel for collection

Goede transfer gehad van ons hotel naar Rhodos stad. We kwamen aan rond 17u30 en moesten om 22u terug staan voor op te halen. De stad leuk kunnen afkuieren en iets lekkers gegeten. Ideaal als je geen taxi of openbaar vervoer wilt nemen. Airco op de reisbus is altijd in orde geweest.

Evening was cooler but still hot. Lots to see and we took the advice of TUI reps and booked Mama Sofia for dinner and we were not disappointed. Lovely evening. The transfer was by an air conditioned coach which was very clean and comfortable.

Good way to see Rhodes town at night, enjoyed the experience until pick up time by the coach. Was told pick up was 10pm, arrived at pick up point early at 21.50, was kept waiting until 22.40 before coach finally arrived, apparently due to traffic !!! All other coaches had been and gone with no apparent problems and by this time there was virtually no traffic no the road. No explanation or apology was given, then the coach driver drove excessively fast to try and make up the time back to lindos.

The guided tour group did not arrive at the bus for the return journey. This meant the return journey was late with the rest of us- the majority- having sat waiting for half an hour. If individuals are late I appreciate there is not much you can do about it but this was a guided tour group and that is not acceptable. Furthermore there was no communication from the driver when the journey was not even commenced for a further 10 minutes after everyone was back on the coach.

Would have been a 10 if we had set off home on time. We were told the bus leaves Rhodes at 10pm, most people were there ready to leave pre 10pm, but a fair number thought they would have another 1/2 hr wandering round. Not Tui’s fault, but it we’re leaving at 10, leave at 10 and don’t hang around for stragglers who cannot be bothered to come back on time.

Comfortable coach air-conditioned arrived on time going but was 20 minutes late on return and was chaos outside the town hall. Providing guests with a map would have helped with an explanation of the town. My friend couldn’t walk far and not knowing the best routes we walked a lot further than was necessary. Explanation of where to find toilets would have been helpful.

Brilliant trip, sometimes you want to get to places safely and quickly but don't necessarily want to be herded around with everyone else. Thos was just transport to Rhodes Town we were then able to do out own thing when there. It wasn't clear how long we would be there for, we thought 4 hours including transfer but when we gor there we actually had 5 hours there seperate to the transfer. We were very happy with this but maybe some people may not be expecting this.

Smidigt sätt att ta sig in till Rhodos stad. Upphämtning direkt vid hotellet och bussen stannade strax utanför gamla stan. Lagom med tid inne i stan också, i beskrivningen står det ca 3 timmar men det var 4,5 (vilket vi var väldigt nöjda med, 3 hade blivit alldeles för lite). Bussturen tog 50min från Aegean Park, framme i stan vid 17:30 och bussen avgick tillbaka vid 22. Enda minus var att ACn var dålig så det var rätt varmt på bussen och chauffören körde ryckigt så vi blev lite åksjuka.

Overall it was a wonderful experience with no major issues. The only slightly negative is that it wasn't long enough time wise. There was so much to see and do and I'll definitely be back to Rhodes Town itself

A fantastic little trip with lots to see. Waiting for the bus at the end of the night in the dark with a lot of buses around and no guidance from TUI staff, negotiating a very busy road when the bus decided to stop on the other side, was not ideal.

Abholung lief reibungslos, für den Rücktransport muss man sich die Bus Nr merken, es standen 23 Tui Busse da. Es gab aber auch 2 nette Mitarbeiterinnen von Tui vor Ort, die geholfen haben Preis-Leistung völlig in Ordnung!

Arrived at Rhodes town - no guidance of where to go - which direction - no WiFi to check maps without putting data on which would cost money as being abroad. Disappointed just got off bus and meet you here 10pm. A simple map or direction even - we managed by following others from the bus and trying to work out the Greek tourist maps. I listened for English tourists and asked them for directions!! Not great TUI !

Rhodes town was beautiful and interesting this afternoon:/evening excursion meant we got to see the town in both daylight and evening. The old streets are beautiful to look around in the day and the harbour is stunning in the evening. The coach into Rhodes however had no aircon so the journey was rather warm. We had a different coach on the way back which was much cooler however the driver seemed in rather a hurry and we had quite a hair raising trip back.

We hadden 1,5 uur in de bus gezeten de heenweg. Zo waren we er pas om 18:00 en moesten om 22:00 alweer weg. Wij stonden om 15:45 al klaar, want dat moest omdat de bus om 16:00 zou komen. Om 16:30 stonden we er nog. Dit gaat dan van je tijd af wat erg vervelend is. Toen eenmaal in Rhodos town moesten we eerst de mensen met een gids afzetten. Dat klopte allemaal niet waardoor we weer lang moesten wachten in de bus en zo weer minder tijd hadden..

Inget direkt att klaga på, enda nackdelen var att bussen inte hade ac påväg hem på kvällen, den blev varmt och man blev illamående på de krokiga vägarna. Annars var allt bra. Tiden stämde dock inte. I beskrivningen står det 3 timmar i staden men när vi blev avsläppta blev upphämtningstiden 22.00 vilket då blev 4,5 timmar i staden. Inget negativt för vår ********** men är ju bra om informationen stämmer.

Rhodos is mooi om te bezoeken in de avond. De busrit was aangenaam maar te laat waardoor we ook later terug naar het hotel gingen. Door de hitte hadden we deze activiteit gekozen om met een klein kind alsnog erop uit te trekken. Maar door de tussenstops en vertraging doe je er even lang als bij het gewoon busverkeer (die ongeveer op dezelfde plaats vertrekt als stopt). Veel meerwaarde is dit dus niet. Op zijn minst kan er een A5 of A4 stadsplan meegegeven worden met de leukste highlights.

Das Erlebnis ist sehr schön, es empfiehlt sich den Großmeosterpalast von außen und die Altsatdt zu besichtigen. Diese sind mit der Abend Beleuchtung auch zauberhaft. Einen Blick wert ist auch das 9D Kino ganz in der Nähe vom Abholpunkt! Der Transfer fährt zurück erst recht spät ab um 22 Uhr. Das sollte berücksichtigt werden, besonders wenn am nächsten Tag ein früher Ausflug geplant ist.

This is a transfer only from the hotel to Rhodes town and return .The cost is competitive in comparison to the local service bus from the south of the island and is worth the money.Drop off and pick up were very easy to understand being by Mandraki harbour and about 10 mins walk to the old town. You have almost 5 hours available in the town which is more than adequate. Travel from the hotel of around 1hr30m but being based at south of island and other hotels to collect from is not too excessive

The 15 Euro return price for the trip to Rhodes town was exceptional value for money compared to a mega expensive taxi.The minibus was a luxury minibus coach, comfortable and air conditioned thankfully. The local bus is an option but we were told it takes a nightmare hour and a half as it stops in each place on the way. The only down side was trying to find the right bus at the return pick up location as it was chaos there.

The experience of visiting Rhodes Town at night was fabulous and the atmosphere was so warm and friendly But the evening was spoilt by our anxiety when we got back to the pick up point and the bus had left. I thought the rep said be at pickup at 10.15 pm but when we arrived at 10.08 there was no bus. After a walk round, a great meal and some shopping we came out in an area, a long way from the pickup point, so got a taxi, we were lucky another TUI coach Offered us a lift fairly close to us

We were transfer only so was a little sceptical after reading the reviews about drop off and pick ups but needn't have been. We were dropped at the Town Hall and picked up there too so I guess Tui have listened to the feedback. Rhodes is absolutely beautiful and we spent a lovely few hours there. Doing the night tour meant that it was cooler too. Coach and driver were fab. Perfect visit. Very happy

Unser Busfahrer war sehr nett, hat uns auf der Hin-/ Rückfahrt viel erklärt. Hier hat wirklich alles gestimmt, mit 5 Stunden genügend Zeit sich Rhodos Stadt anzuschauen und der Preis war für diese Tour wirklich okay. Ein herzliches Dankeschön dafür !!

We were staying far out on the island and the pick up was on time. Great air conditioned coach, long journey from Lachania! Shame that we did not experience the same coach on return. That said, prompt return of all passengers got us away in time.

Dropped off in the centre of town and given clear instructions on pick up time. Everyone back on coach as requested by 9:45 pm. For some reason we did not set off for another 40 minutes which was a little annoying meaning not arriving back at hotel until after midnight. I know you also have to make money but having around 10 pick up/drop offs also added to the journey time.

Rhodos stad is prachtig en zeker de moeite waard! Het enige kleine minpuntje was dat we aankwamen met een grote bus en teruggingen met een kleine bus. Dit zorgde even voor wat verwarring welke bus we terug moesten nemen. Verder een top ervaring!

Such a great experience, loved the old town/shops and cobbled streets. The only recommendation I would give is perhaps a map or some directions from the driver of where to go when exiting the coach.

Der Aufenthalt wurde von Ihrer Seite von drei auf 5 Stunden verlängert. Rückfahrt erst um 22:00 Uhr statt um 20 h das bedeutete für viele Teilnehmer eine Ankunft im Hotel nach Mitternacht

Het was met alles ontzettend mooie evaring maar ik zou het zonder drankje boeken want die heb ik biet gekregen omdat je blijkbaar een drankje van te voren moet kiezen en daar is geen optie voor bij tui dus ik heb mijn drankje niet gekregen ze begepen mij totaal niet dat je het niet kon aanklikken ofwat dan ook!!!

Flott tur til Rhodos by, med vandring alene. Lite minus er beskrivelsen under bestillingen(mangel på eksakt hentested på tidlig ettermiddagen, og avreisetidspunkt på kveld), men med TUI kundeservice, løste det seg raskt. Kom engelsk guide når vi ankom gammelbyen. Mormor på 75år og mor på 50 syntes det var kjipt, da de pratet fort og noe ble uforståelig. Kunne vært nordisk guide som forklarte rolig om hva som skjedde videre. Ellers en super tur som vi koste oss på! :)

We got dropped off from the bus on the edge of old town. We were told to meet at pick up point at 10pm by a guide, who asked that we find out the location by Google. We do not have internet access abroad, the location of the drop off was not advised and the pick up point was not as on the booking confirmation. We had to ask a local in a bar/restaurant for directions to pick up The other passengers who had been on the guided trip with evening meal did not arrive back to the bus until 10:30 pm,.

Rhodes Town by night was beautiful. Just the right amount of time to browse the shops. Look at the architecture. And have a lovely meal and drink in one of the fabulous restaurants

We were picked up promptly at 4.30pm. Sadly the coach wasn’t air conditioned or didn’t work as well. We were dropped off in Old Rhodes Town and told to meet at the Old Town Hall for 10pm collection. The driver pointed at where we had to go but we didn’t have a clue so using Google maps we did a recky prior to make sure we knew where we were collected. Obviously this wasted some of our trip. On collection our bus was 15mins late (possible traffic related)! We were dropped back to resort promptly.

Choose just the transfer which was fine. The return pick up is a little unsafe with buses just pulled up on the road side. Nowhere to stand and wait. We were told to come back for 10pm yet the guided tour did not come back until 10.30. Leaving us waiting in a busy car park. The bus was then another 20 minutes late. Upsetting for our children.

Die Dauer wurde nicht genau angegeben: In der Beschreibung als 3 Stunden deklariert, bei der Buchung 8 Stunden angegeben. In Wirklichkeit 4-6 Stunden. Die Information hat man erst beim Gespräch mit TUI vor Ort erfahren. Die Information in der App irreführend (einmal 3 Stunden, einmal 8 Stunden).

Anlage ist sehr schön, Servicemitarbeiter Gastronomie/Bar alle sehr freundlich, Verständigung nur auf Englisch möglich z.B Rezeption (sehr ungünstig wenn man Hilfe braucht oder eine Frage hat), Hygiene in den Zimmern mäßig, es wird zwar täglich gereinigt aber sehr oberflächlich, Zustand meines Zimmers sind keine 5 Sterne wert maximal 2, Badezimmer Katastrophe (siehe Mail Fotos), haben uns nicht wohl gefühlt, Zimmer riecht, Klimaanlage funktioniert nicht immer und es ist sehr hellhörig,

In der Beschreibung stand, dass es ein 3 Stündiger Aufenthalt sei. Es waren 5 Stunden, was wir leider erst in der Stadt erfahren haben. Die Stadt war toll, Preis Leistung stimmte auch, aber falsche Informationen gehen nun mal gar nicht… 20 Uhr Abfahrt und 22 Uhr Abfahrt ist ein großer Unterschied

Transfer only option to Rhodes town which was great as you can please yourself. On arrival in Rhodes town instructions weren’t clear about wether to get off at the stop or in another place as we were not on a guided tour. Transfer to Rhodes town for the trip was lengthy almost 2 hours not great

Would have been great value for money but no one told us where we was getting picked up from, as we weren’t part of the guided tour we had no idea where the bus was returning too. We wandered around for 20 minutes before giving up and paying double what we had paid for the bus for a tax home. Would not recommend if your not doing the guided tour. Not very well explained.

Online this states a 3 hour stop, we were dropped off at 5.30 and told the bus would collect us at 10pm, this was far too late with a baby and young child and baby. Had I Known this I would not have booked. When I booked the collect time said 16.40 from hotel therefore presumed the latest we would be collect would be around 8.30. Info online needs to be much clearer as we had to pay extra for a taxi back earlier.

Es wäre hilfreich gewesen eine Fahrt Zeit an zu geben diese war von unserem Hotel schon sehr lange. Außerdem war es für deutschsprachige die nicht viel mit englisch zu tun haben eher schwierig, da die Bus Fahrer nur gebrochen englisch geredet haben.

Transfer was ok but where we were dropped off there was no explanation as to where we were being picked up from. This was left to ourselves to find. It would have been nice to have a map of the town and that way we would have been able to spend more time looking around the town and not worrying about where the pick up point is.

Lots of free time in Rhodes old town (we were transfer only) however we were dropped off and told to meet back at the town hall which we had no clue where it was and if it wasn’t for our phones we wouldn’t have found it, maybe TUI could supply a map. Would’ve been better if the rep on the tour suggested some good places to see as we sort of just walked around aimlessly seeing what we could find.

We were dropped at one location and a guide got on & said that those not on tour should get off and meet the coach at a different location later. No explanation of how to find the location or how long it would take to walk there from the old town. She then gave us the coach number to return to. Luckily I had done the trip in 2019 and was dropped & picked up from the same location that the pick up was from. Others were totally confused. We also all ended up on the wrong coaches due to number given being wrong!

De oude stad is heel leuk. Zeker de moeite waard om heen te gaan. Pak de taxi! Dit kost je tussen de 8-10 euro. Via tui was ik 45 euro kwijt. Zou 3 uurtjes duren, maar bleek eenmaal daar dat ik ruim 5 uur moest rondlopen met mijn 2 kids tot 22uur savonds. In de bus nog 20 minuten gewacht omdat de groep fransen rustig aan met de gids aan t wandelen waren. En als klap op de vuurpeil reed de buschauffeur zo ons hotel voorbij??. Maar verder was het een hele toffe ervaring. Neem alleen de taxi.

Excellent pour mes excursions, pour ce qui est de l hôtel, le ménage dans les chambres est assez médiocre mais bon, rapport qualité prix, nous sommes gagnants, et avec le soleil on en oublie les désagréments.
