La particularité de cette excursion qui vous emmène jusqu'au nord de la partie occidentale de Majorque réside non seulement dans les visites, mais surtout dans le mode de transport proposé. Cette excursion exclusive vous fait voyager en train et tram rustiques, en bateau et en autocar, en direction de Sóller, Port de Soller et Lluc. De plus, la visite est guidée par un expert local. Les arrêts de l'itinéraire peuvent être effectués dans l'ordre inverse pour des raisons opérationnelles.
Les horaires sont approximatifs et gérés directement par les prestataires du train et du tram. L'ordre des visites peut varier : 9h55, train pour Soller, puis tram pour Porto de Soller, puis croisière le long de la côte ouest et de la Sierra de Tramuntana jusqu'à la baie Sa Calobra ; OU dans le sens inverse avec un départ entre 11h30 et 12h00 (croisière vers Sa Calobra, tram, puis train).

The rep, Catalina was a fabulous host on the trip and her knowledge was amazing. Couldn't fault the service from the coach driver and rep. However, the timings of the excursion where, in my opinion out of sorts. The travelling time was the majority of the day, with too long spent at the monastery and only 15 mins in the beautiful Port Soller. I was so disappointed to have arrived in such a fabulous destination to have to leave straight away. No time to look around, just a toilet stop.

Unser Tourguide Alessandro (Ale) war toll, witzig, wusste sehr viel und hat sich gut um uns gekümmert. Die Tour selbst war großartig und sehr abwechslungsreich. Sie ist sehr zu empfehlen!

Leider ging der Trip viel länger als gesagt und bei den Temperaturen gab es für den Preis nicht einmal eine Flasche Wasser. Hunde hatte man aber wenig Zeit in den einzelnen Orten/destinationen und saß dafür sehr lang im Bus.

Waren vom Ausflug enttäuscht .der halt im kloster lluc war viel zu kurz .danach ging es nach san calobra .die fahrt dort hin war sehr langwierig da wir einen übergroßen Bus hatten ?? und wir gefühlt 20mal retourfahren musten um durch die engen kurven zu kommen(das selbe retour da die bootsfahr ausgefallen ist) Die infos von unserem guide beschränkten sich auf den ablauf der reise u. so gut wie keine infos über Historie o. Kultur und den Menschen sehr schade war eher eine busrese mit 4-5 stops.

Die Zeit für den jeweiligen Aufenthalt am Kloster Lluc und der Bucht sind etwas zu kurz. Das ist schade, aber ich weiß, dass es für die Busse bestimmte Zeiten für die Anfahrt zum Kloster eingehalten werden müssen. Der Ausflug war ansonsten sehr schön und gut organisiert. Vielen Dank

Unfortunately we had a bus breakdown and were at the side of the road for 45min whilst a new bus arrived. This meant the schedule had to be rearranged. We had no time at the stop where we caught the boat as guide was unable to change the time of crossing. The tram trip was so crowded with people standing. I had a small space on a seat and was unable to see the views because if this. Much calmer on train and this was the best part of the trip. Guide was very informative. Pack driver excellent.

Echt tolle Tour, mit vielen Interessanten Sehenswürdigkeiten. Manu war super, er erklärte uns sehr viel im Bus. Die junge 22 jährige Busfahrerin war Spitze, wie sie die Serpentinen rauf und runter gefahren ist. Haben im Nachhinein noch große Freude an den Erinnerungen. Vielen Dank an Team und auch der sehr netten Tui Dame die uns diese Tour schmackig gemacht hat in unserem Hotel in Sa Coma.

Entgegen der Beschreibung gab es keinen Katamaran und keine geführte Tour im Kloster. Abholung war auch nicht direkt beim Hotel. Trotzdem würde ich die Tour weiter empfehlen, unser Guide Manu hatte umfangreiches Wissen über die Insel und die Tour war auch sonst gut organisiert.

Tour guide had great personality and kept things interesting. Things I would have liked. More time in locations to see area eg post Sóller was very quick and soller no time was given at all apart from transferring from tram to train. Also for travel sickness maybe the coach could have something to provide for unexpected sickness. (Sick bags)

Ich habe den Ausflug auf deutsch gebucht. Leider vor Ort musste ich feststellen, dass es zweisprachig ist. Es war deutsch und englisch, wäre mir das vorher bekannt hätte ich es nicht gebucht. Am Ende der Reise Kloster Lluc zu dem der Guide nix gesagt hat, keine Infos. Schade um das Geld.

I loved Lluc monastery and the drive there. En route the coach laboured on the hills. After our visit the guide advised we had to change coaches. We waited in an area with a small café/loo for 1 hour. This affected timings and we had little time at the cove before the boat trip, so the guide gave us 1 hr at Soller Port for lunch. The rest of the day operated as expected although the tram was v crowded. I appreciate the guide did his best and I was happy. However my partner wasn't & he complained

Unser Tourguide Esther war wunderbar! Trotz längerer Busfahrt hat sie uns auf Hin- und Rückfahrt mit interessanten Infos über Land, Leute, Geschichte und Sehenswürdigkeiten versorgt. Sie hat uns alle im Blick behalten und war sehr sympathisch und trotz merklicher Routine wirkte sie motiviert. Der Busfahrer war routiniert und ist stets sicher und vorausschauend ggefahren. Die Tour hat viel abgedeckt, war sehr abwechslungsreich und macht **********, die Orte nochmal mit mehr Zeit zu erkunden.

Båtutflykt blev inställd trots endast 5-7 m/s. Guide informerade inte oss. Guide ljög när jag frågade. Andra intygade detsamma. Istället fick vi sitta 1,5 timma retur i serpentinvägar som många känner obehag kring. 3 timmar i buss med obehagliga serpentinvägar var max för min fru. Nu blev det 4,5 och förlorad båttur som var huvudorsaken till vår bokning. Verkar som att här båtfärd oftast blir inställ och att TUI marknadsför med båtfärd för att få mer kunder. Otydlig nästan falsk marknadsföring.

The catamaran trip did not happen due to weather conditions and I have been trying to get a refund for this part ever since through tui rep at Levante and your website. No one has come back to me. We paid for the catamaran part so should get a refund. I will be making an official complaint. The refund should just happen not have to be chased. We paid for a service you did not provide! The tour guide was very knowledgeable and although impressive he never stopped talking the entire trip.

Overall enjoyed seeing the countryside and mountains. Lovely visit to a beautiful little bay with swimming cove, although not enough time to have a swim, visit to a little church,enjoyable. The catamaran was cancelled due to rough sea. Then to Soller, literally straight off coach, 5 minutes walk to tram, then straight off tram onto train then coach waiting to take you back home. No time to actually enjoy Soller at all, literally whisked on seafront on tram so no time to enjoy Soller at leisure.

Båttur ställdes in vilket gjorde att det blev väääääldgt mycket åka buss. Där vi stannade för lunch var vackert men matställen katastrof. Hade kunnat hoppa över platsen och gärna tillbringat lite tid för att se Sóller istället och gärna lunch i Sóller. Nu sprang vi bara till spårvagn o sedan direkt till tåg. Ville köpt med marmelad men fanns ingen tid. Hann knappt gå på toaletten var på egen risk innan tågresa sa guiden. Guiden jättebra!

Turen i bus var ekstrem lang. Derfor ikke egnet til børn. Klosteret var spændende. Men det var kun et kort stop. Stoppet ved stranden og den lille havn var til gengæld alt for lang. Mad og drikke også dyrt. Sejlturen blev aflyst. Derfor bus til soller. Her fik vi en hurtig tur på en katamaran. Fint nok tur. Men ingen tid til at kigge rundt. Skulle hurtigt på toget. Og det var i virkeligheden ikke særlig spændende. Overhovedet ikke hvad vi havde forventet

Unser Reiseleiter Peter hat sehr gute und viel Informationen an uns weiter geleitet. Hat alles gepasst. Im Zug waren die Wagon‘s sehr überfüllt - mussten außen auf der Plattform stehen . Weil zeitgleich mit uns ( 3 andere Busse) mit dem Zug fuhren.

Enfermés et chargés dans les transports sans explications en français. Après trois heures dans un car avec 5 minutes de commentaires en français pour 30 minutes en allemand. Un arrêt de 30 minutes pour aller aux toilettes, se désaltérer et visiter un monastère... nous commencer à sentir l'arnaque. Une journée éprouvante et décevante, sans aucune visite. Nous aurions dû rester à l'hôtel où tout était parfait. Je conseillerai plus les excursions Marmara.

I good to see the different scenery on the drive to northern Majorca especially the stunning mountain drive However the large number of pickups and being one of the first made it a very very long time on the coach before a short visit to the monastery - only enough time for a coffee and toilet stop and a quick look around Boat ride was relaxing but recommended cafe for lunch was less than satisfactory- tram and train rushed and no time in soller. guide speaking 3 languages - not ideal - tiring

Loved the hotel, staff so friendly and helpful. Only downside was the area hotel in. Very rowdy down on beach and no parasol/sunloungers for hire and too hot to just lie in sun. There were a few areas with permanent blocks of straw parasols but they were taken very early and also packed together to much for me.

You get to see a lot of the west side of the island, but in actuality the trip is a series of different modes of transportation. You go from coach (2 hours) to boat (1 hour) to tram and train (1 hour) and then back to coach (1.5 hours) - the only reason the trip stops at the monastery is to break the coach journey. So you get to see great views of Majorca - but don’t actually get to know anything about Majorca that you might expect from an island tour. It’s a useful trip - for seeing the island.

Der Aufenthalt in Soller war viel zu kurz. Eine Stunde Aufenthalt wäre schon gut gewesen, um in Ruhe was trinken zu können oder durch die Straßen zu schlendern.

Driver Miguel was fantastic on all the winding roads felt really safe. The only downside was the places we stopped where we had our breaks for snacks/ lunch didn't feel they were good value for money , food was not great at all, would definitely take our own next time

De gids was ondermaats , je verstond niets van wat hij zei en zou rondleiding geven in het klooster, daar werden wij gewoon gedropt.De terugrit duurde 90 min wat veel te lang was.En je had nergens tijd om te relaxen , men zou beter het klooster schrappen.En wat meer tijd kunnen doorbrengen in de baai, en ipv klooster een stop in Soller.En dat voor 91 euro, is gewoon zijn geld niet waard!!!!

Es war eine „Kaffeefahrt“ für Rentner! Erstmal kam der Bus 30’ zu spät an! Einzig für den Busfahrer Juan gibt es 2 *, weil er uns durch das Gebirge gelotst und heil wieder ins Hotel zurück gebracht hat!! …ihm galt mein ganzer Dank!! An der ersten Station wurden wir rausgelassen mit den Worten „Geht mal da hin!“ Dann sind wir auch „da“ hin gegangen… Weiter mit dem Boot nach Sollér, wo wir -aufgrund der Verspätung nur 15‘ Aufenthalt hatten. UNVERSCHÄMTHEIT, DAFÜR 91€ ZU VERLANGEN!!

Miguel was an excellent driver, we felt really safe even though the roads were narrow & mountainous. Our guide Katie was very knowledgable, had a brilliant sense of humour and made sure everyone was safe & knew exactly what to expect next & was well aware of meeting points. It was excellent value for money it included a boat, tram & train trip. With regard to the itinerary we would have liked to have spent less time at the monastery and more time at Port de Soller to have time to experience it.

Die Tour würde andersrum gefahren. Daher lange Busfahrt zu einigen Hotels. Wäre nicht so schlimm, wenn trotzdem mehr Zeit am Kloster Lluc und in der Bucht von Calobra gewesen wäre. Da wir vor 20 Jahren diesen Ausflug schon mal gemacht haben, kannten wir den Weg zur Bucht durch die Bergtunnel. Konnten aber die Zeit nicht so genießen, weil wir Angst hatten nicht pünktlich am Boot zu sein. Viele waren nicht dort, weil ihnen die Infos fehlten. In Hafen auch nur 10 Min. Bis zur Straßenbahn. Zu kurz!

Really enjoyed the coach ride up the mountains and the catermeran boat trip. The tram and train was an experience! Tram and train very badly organised with most people not knowing what was going on so much so that two people got in our carriage who shouldn’t have been there and thought we were going to Palma hence my husband and I were last on due to his mobility and had the last seats and had to travel backwards. All very rushed and more time needed in Soller as we had none!

De TUI-app werkt meer niet dan wel. Bij het begin van de reis kreeg ik alleen maar reclame voor last minutes, terwijl we juist vertrokken zijn. Ergerlijk. Pick-up 25 minutes late. Did not actually start the tour until 11am. Took so long to get up to Monastery only had 10 minutes and back down. 1hr free time at port for lunch arrived 12.40 & boat at by 1.45. 1hr at Soller Port before Tram journey. Off of that straight onto Train to Palma. Off of that onto coach. NO TIME IN SOLLER CITY. Guide escorted everyone to a seat at every pick-up which wasted time. He got off coach etc and was away before you knew. Told back 5/5.30 BACK AT 7 15pm.

verkeerde plaatsen waar je vrij was . bij dat klooster was voor niets nodig. aan de boot ook niet. in puerte de soller hadden we maar een half uur. zo een mooi stadje met terrasjes. hadden nog niet eens dd tijd voor iets. dat klein treintje moesten we rechtstaan en dan die andere trein op perron wachten . op die trein ben je vergast door al de tunnels. voor mij was een uitstap naar puerte dd soller alleen de max geweest. soller hebben we gewoon doorgereden.

The tour guides are very knowledgeable about the island. It was well organised. The tours my group took were to beautiful places. On one of the tours there were too many pick ups which took over an hour considering it was a smaller group of passengers. It may be quicker to arrange more grouped pick up points. There is also little time to eat when free time is given so maybe suggest customers bring some thing with them.

Eine Tour für 91 Euro zu verkaufen und jedes Getränk selbst bezahlen zu müssen, steht in keinem Verhältnis.. Did Zeitaufteilung ist sehr schlecht. Man wird motiviert Badesachen mitzunehmen, wenn man aber Mittags was essen möchte und noch ins Meer reicht die Zeit nicht aus. Und der sogenannte Katamaran gleicht eher einem Ausflugsschiff auf dem Rhein. Warum wählt man hier nicht einen kleineren Jatamaran mit Netz, dass man wenigstens auf dem Boot ein bißchen Kontakt zum Wasser hat. Reine Abzocke

Guiden lämnade oss i port Soller. Åkte iväg med spårvagn utan oss. Hörde aldrig av sig för att hjälpa oss tillbaka till Alcudia Vi fick själva ordna resa till Soller Leta reda på järnvägsstationen och lyckades komma med ett tåg till Palma. I Palma fick vi sedan leta reda på bussterminalen för att ta buss 302 till Alcudia Bussresan fick vi betala, övriga resor förbarmade sig konduktörerna över oss så vi fick följa med gratis. Naturligtvis vi ha tillbaka hela eller åtminstone halva avgiften.

I enjoyed the day overall but it felt rushed at times. Mainly because the German guide spent too much time giving lengthy instructions in German, especially at the monastery. By the time he addressed the English clients (very rapidly!) our time there to look round was very short. Also, during bus journey he spent a long time joking and giving lengthy details about places we were passing to the Germans but gave very little info in English. A few of us complained to TUI rep on our return.

The places we visit was absolutely stunning. And very interesting learning all of thier history of this beautiful place of majorca. It's a very long day id recommend going earlier into your holliday , Or maybe even TUI split the visits because I found that we didnt have much time in some places which was a shame . A beautiful cove beach, I would have loved to have the morning and have a swim in the water there felt a bit rushed in some places . I felt there was more travelling than relaxing.

Vorschlag: eine Mittagspause statt Zeit zur freien Verfügung in einem guten Restaurant reservieren wer dann nicht will soll dann selbst gehen auf eigene Faust man läuft planlos oft durch die Orte. 2. die Gäste bekommen kein Frühstück bei früher Abholung. Frühstück vor Abholung müsste doch möglich sein. Personal ist da. Es muss ja nicht die komplette Auswahl sein. Brot Wurst Käse Ei Kaffe Tee Marmelade würde je reichen.

Paid for the Soller trip via the App. Received an email day before saying trip was going ahead. Waited at pick up point for over an hour to be told by TUI rep it had been cancelled after I had to ring her. Her excuse was she couldn’t access the app to tell us. Poor customer service plus no one has emailed me to say when I will be refunded £ 158 I paid for the trip.

Boottour ist ohne Erzählungen und so etwas eintönig, da die Landschaft dort sehr ähnlich ist. Der Guide war ein 1+. Bei der Buchung klang es so, dass man da ja nach Port de Soller und Soller fährt, was in meinen Gedanken auch einen (kleinen) Aufenthalt beinhaltet, es war aber eher eine Durchfahrt. Das war uns nicht so ganz bewusst.

Guten Tag, die Reiseleitung im Hotel war sehr nett, freundlich und hilfsbereit. Der Tagesausflug war sehr toll und gelungen mit einem ganz lustigem Reiseleiter (Allesandro). Der Aufenthalt im Hotel Nilo&Spa in Paguera war das tollste. Das ganze Personal war dermaßen aufmerksam und das Essen war bombastisch. Dieses Hotel kann ich ohne wenn und aber weiterempfehlen.

Es war ein super Ausflug . Der Guide Juan war super. Er hat alles sehr gut erklärt. Wie immer hätte man gern bei den einzelnen Stationen etwas mehr Zeit gehabt. Aber der Ausflug war sehr voll gepackt. Das kann man im Vorfeld aber schon ersehen. Mein Fazit es war ein sehr guter Ausflug und ist zu empfehlen.

Coach and boat part of the trip very good. Tram and train part ok once on board, but getting on board chaotic, badly organised. The tram and train company put special journeys on for tour companies so you should know in advance what tram car and train coaches we are in. On the tram we were told at the boarding point that we were in car's 4&5. Only 4 cars on the tram!

It was a 11 hour day.. Guide Kate was brilliant but didn’t have long at any of the stops.. It was coffee and loo or a very quick look around not time to do both. Did see some lovely places ash’s views from the coach. Did manage a lunch break for a hour before getting on the catamaran .

A great day out seeing the Island and learning lots. Well organised. The only issue was that it felt a bit rushed at times and not much time to explore in some places. However, there is a huge amount crammed into one day so having more time to explore would make the day even longer. I believe there are other tours which allow more time to explore if that's what people want but they do less throughout the day.

The views and out guide were amazing. Our first stop the batonical gardens were shut so if you wanted to do something other than the monastery there wasnt anything. Our next stop was the boat, which was ok but a.lot of sitting waiting.. next stop was the tram, the guides.said there weren't enough seats so getting on to the tram was a free.for all and if it wasnt for a lovely gent holding everyone from pushing me and my friend would of been knocked out the way. Next for the train, it was nice.

Les transports sont beaucoup trop long 4 heures de bus visite éclair au monastère je dirais plutôt pause pipi. Le port pause sandwich, le train 13 tunnels on ne voit pas grand chose, le tramway il faut courrir pour ne pas le rater c'est une course contre la montre. La guide, extraordinaire de parler plusieurs langues mais c'était franchement pas plaisant du tout de tout répéter en français anglais allemand etc.. pas simple pour elle. Je regrette cette excursion, trop chère, pas appréciable.

Fantastisk tur, rigtig god guide og lige så chauffør. Spændende tur, ville gerne have haft lidt mere tid ved Klostret, men det er jo også en lang tur( måske mindre tid hvor vi kommer ind med båden?) Vi besøgte den hemmelige strand og fik noget og spise, og vi havde masser af tid!

The coach journey through the mountains to Lluc monastery With time to see the church, an excellent continuation on coach through dramatic scenery to the coast , time for lunch and a stroll along the coast before boat cruise to Port Soller ( would have liked to have spent time here ) but straight onto vintage tram with pleasant journey to Soller ( again no time allowed to see the town ect) continue on train to Outskirts of Palma . Rejoining coach returning to hotel . A good tour .

Leider verstand man die Reiseführerin nicht sehr gut bzw sie hat nicht flüssig gesprochen und es war ziemlich laut über die Lautsprecher im Bus. Trotzdem war sie sehr nett und hilfsbereit, die Informationen waren interessant. Schade fanden wir, dass man kaum Zeit für einen Aufenthalt hatte und nur von einem Verkehrsmittel zum nächsten gewechselt hat, was vorher anders beworben wurde.

L'excursion était très agréable si on oublie le fait que le ********** du guide (10 min) nous a obligé à nous presser bcp. La non pratique du français par le guide pourrait poser pb pour les 100 % francophones (les infos essentielles heures et lieux de rendez-vous par ex.). Guide pas très communicatif (s'isole bcp pdt l'excursion). Excursion pour les + de 13 ans mais bébé à bord (même si pas dérangeant). Paysages splendides, Sa Calobra, un petit paradis à visiter absolument. Excursion réussie.

Es waren auf der Tour mehrere kleine Kinder, obwohl dir Tour anscheinend nur für Erwachsene ab 13+ gedacht ist. Leider war das Geheule und Geschrei im Bus unumgänglich. Bei den ersten Kurven mussten sich die Kinder bereits übergeben und wir mussten einen extra stop mit Toiletten und Säuberung der Kinder einlegen und Bus einlegen. Das kostete wiederum die freie Zeit bei der Kathedrale. Ich finde der tui Mitarbeiter sollte das im Vorfeld klären und die Eltern informieren.

Neben der Tatsache, dass ich 230 Euro bezahlt habe und an der Reise nicht teilnehmen konnte, weil der Fahrer mich ignoriert hat, als ich am Bus angekommen bin, und behauptete, dass es nicht die entsprechende Fahrt sei, hat mich auch niemand angerufen, um nachzufragen, obwohl meine Telefonnr vorlag. Außerdem habe ich mein Geld bis heute nicht zurückerstattet bekommen.Der Service war sehr schlecht, die mangelnde Professionalität und Unzuverlässigkeit sind kaum zu übertreffen. Nicht zu empfehlen.

Die Tour hörte sich vielversprechend an, darum haben wir sie auch gebucht. Wir fanden jedoch, das der Aufenthalt in Soler viel zu kurz war. Die Fahrt mit dem historischen Zug ist nach der Fahrt mit der Tram nichts mehr besonderes. Kleiner Tipp: Lieber nach der Tramfahrt mit dem Bus die Heimreise antreten und dafür den Aufenthalt in Soler verlängern.

Der Besuch in der Weilkellerei war super. Der Besitzer des Weingutes hat uns viel Interessantes erzählt. Die Sammlung von alten Werkzeugen war erstaunlich. Der Höhepunkt war seine Mutter, eine Frau mit viel Ausstrahlung, die mit uns ein spanisches Lied gesungen und eine Legende erzählt hat. Alle Mitarbeiter waren freundlich, ja geradezu herzlich. Man hat sich sehr willkommen gefühlt. Und nicht zu vergessen: Der Wein war lecker. Der Ausflug nach Fornalutx war auch sehr schön. Sehr gelungen.

We did the trip in reverse, going to the monastery first which in hindsight was the best way, overall trip seemed abit crash bang wallop especially when catching the tram at Port de roller, which was absolute chaos, so much going on and not very well organised. Overall enjoyed the trip and saw a lot of Majorca.

Trip should be described as using different types of transport to get across to and around the north of the island. All the places visited were good. Unfortunately for us when we got on the coach we were informed there was a cycle race which meant an alternative route which ate up the amount of time we had at each place. Not enough time in the location exacerbated by route change. The coach driver’s skills were fabulous and the tour guide Manu was very knowledgeable.

This has been the worst holiday ever the hotel staff rude and not helpful the food disgusting and cold the room smelt off sewers its dirty health and safety none existent drinks so much water in them it would take 3 days solid drinking to feel tipsy VIP which we were you can't get a sunbed till 10 having to pay cash in a cashless hotel for towels 20 euro then a euro to have a clean 1 the trip that was 8 hours no food or drink included positive the view and rep that's it never again disgusting

Der Ausflug zum Kloster, die Bootsfahrt und die Fahrt mit der Holzeisenbahn war super organisiert. Der Guide war super und auch der Busfahrer. Leider waren die Wartezeiten dazwischen manchmal etwas lange. Da kann aber vermutlich niemand etwas daran ändern. Alles in allem ein schönes Erlebnis.

Dere sendte epost på kvelden 31.5. at oppmøte tid var endret! Det burde vært sendt på sms! Flaks at man så epost overhodet. Guiden var tysk og fortalte lite om stedene og kunne ha sagt mye mer! Han var ikke så dyktig. Sjåføren var flink. Bør gi alle en liten vannflaske på bussen. Koster tusen kroner utflukten.

Danke Juan für den super gelungenen Ausflug! Von Anfang an sehr gut organisiert, pünktliche Abholung. Alles wurde sehr gut erklärt, von Anfang an, Ablauf des Ausfluges, Informationen über die Insel. This holiday should be advertised as families and children only. Climbing a serpentine track 4 times a day for your food and drink for the elderly (us 4) was not an enjoyable experience. You have to negotiate a mirriad of prams and pushchairs to gain access to the restaurant which is full of children screaming and grabbing food in their hands of the service. Food was warm at best and no tea/coffee on your challe. Advertised as a bungalow it was far from it.

The guide was excellent, the boat trip, tram and train travel was enjoyable. The coach driver was amazing negotiating the very twisty, narrow roads. The only disappointing thing was that it all felt very rushed, with little time, especially at the Monestary. 45 minutes didn't give time to see very much or even have a coffee, it was one or the other.

Dies ist die zweite Tour, die wir mit dem Guide Manuel unternommen haben. Auch diese Tour hat uns wie die erste Tour mit ihm sehr gut gefallen. Wir haben durch sein umfangreiches Fachwissen über die Insel viele Informationen erhalten. Die Tour hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Wir würden sie jederzeit empfehlen. Hervorzuheben ist auch, dass unser Busfahrer Thomas in den Serpentinen des Gebirges herausragende Leistungen vollbracht hat. Generell war dieser Tag sehr gut organisiert und strukturiert.

Wir wurden von einem Transportmittel zum anderen gejagt. Guide sagte immer nur A l'ATTAQUE. Informationen waren sehr dürftig. Es gab einen Unfall auf der Zugstrecke mit 45 Minuten zusätzlichem Aufenthalt auf der Strecke. Ohne weitere Erklärung wurden wir zur Tram getrieben.Hatten keinen Aufenthalt im Hafen von Soller. Stattdessen mussten wir auf das Schiff eilen. Dann hatten wir fast 2 Stunden Aufenthalt in Calobra. Einem Ort, wo man nicht viel unternehmen kann.

The tour was a fantastic way to see some of the islands highlights. Our tour guide was great and so knowledgeable. He was clear about timings at each stop and let us know where all the amenities were. The train to Soller was lovely, however due to the train in front breaking down in a tunnel we were stuck at a viewpoint for a while. Our guide kept us up to date and upbeat and we carried on by tram to the port. The boat trip was amazing to Sa Calobra with time for food and swimming in the bay.

The boat ride was great, the train and tram were okay. The biggest problem was we were told we would have time to walk around the villages and Monastery but only had a toilet break at the monastery and an hour for lunch at the port where there was only restaurants. An 11 hour day and no time to see anything. Very disappointed.

Manu und Thomas sind ein Top Duo, leider war Aufenthaltszeit in Lluc und Soller viel zu kurz. Aufenthalt in Port Sa Calobra hätten man sich sparen können. Mittagessen nicht gut teuer und als Bonus auch noch kalt. Ohne Sa Calobra wäre es ein perfekter Tag gewesen

Aivan liian vähän aikaa / kohde. Sollein kylässä olisi ollut kiva olla ja myös Sollerin satamassa pidempään kun mitä sai olla. Lucin luostariin menevä vuoristotie jäi mieleen pelottavana. Luostari oli oikea turistirysä. Kauniskirkko ei riitä kun ympärillä markkinameininki.

Drink, food , small items in local shops Alcohol in hotel and restaurants much too heigh outside the area much cheaper Taxi service good value for money. People up at 5.30 putting out towels in prime areas of the pool not accessible. Staff excellent rooms very good. TUI very helpful as we’re all staff in the hotel. Nous avons pu voir beaucoup de choses en 1 journée seulement. La multiplicité des transports à décrouvrir : car, bateau, tramway et train. Le guide était génial (Carlos). Les seuls moins que j’y verrais : le debut de journée (quasiment 2h en bus, le temps de récupérer les personnes aux différents hotels, avant d’arriver au premier stop). Des stops un peu rapides car pris par le temps entre les différents modes de transports pour aller au stop d’après. Mais sinon la sortie vaut le coup!

Es war eine sehr schöne Tour, alles ist gut erklärt worden. Der Aufenthalt in Soller war leider zu kurz, so einen schönen Ort muss man einen längeren Aufenthalt haben als nur 15 Minuten. Es geradeso für ein Eis zum mitnehmen gereicht, bis es weiter aufs Schiff ging!

Es war alles etwas Eng getaktet, etwas mehr Zeit an den einzelnen Orten wäre schön. In Soller ging es vom Schiff direkt zur Straßenbahn und von der Straßenbahn direkt in den Zug. Weder in Soller Hafen noch Soller selber konnten wir einen kleinen Rundgang machen. Hier wären ein paar Minuten mehr Zeit schön.

Der Fahrer war hervorragend! Hat so manche, durch Touristen verursachte Situationen mit Ruhe und Können gemeistert! Die Tour war sehr gut organisiert und der Guide hat den Hühner/ Hähnehaufen sehr gut mit freundlicher Bestimmtheit im Griff gehabt! On ne fait qu'être trimballé toute la journée dans les transports sans avoir le temps de rien ! 1h30 de bus pour accéder au Monastère de Lluc pour 20 min sur place. Puis de nouveau 45 min de bus pour accéder au bateau. Juste le temps de manger sans pouvoir visiter Calobria. Arrivée à Soller pour prendre immédiatement le tram, puis le train. Descente du train pour remonter dans le bus passer aux toilettes ! Notre merveilleuse guide Esther a agayé notre journée, passionnée par son métier.

Der Guide+Fahrer haben sich viel Mühe gegeben,die Erklärungen waren gut zu verstehen. Der Aufenthalt im Kloster Lluc war sehr interessant und wir hatten ausreichend Zeit zur Erkundung. Der Aufenthalt in Sa Calobra war mit fast 2 Std. wesentlich zu lang. Wir hatten uns gewünscht, Port de Soller und. Soller erkunden zu können, leider mussten wir in Port nach 20 min. weiter zur Tram und in Soller nach 8 min.!!! weiter zum Zug. SEHR SCHADE! Die Tram- u. Zugfahrten waren sehr schön u. empfehlenswert

Wir fanden die Mallorca Ganztagestour mit dem Hafen und dem Kloster an sich ganz ok, aber die Aufenthalte an den Stationen waren viel zu kurz, man konnte sich nicht vernünftig alles anschauen und es war zu stressig. Es wurde nur ganz schnell das Programm abgeklappert und das meiste, was man an dem Tag gemacht hat, war nur hin und her fahren von Ort zu Ort, ohne das man sich alles ordentlich anschauen konnte und die Tour genießen konnte

I thoroughly enjoyed seeing more of Majorca. The climb through the mountains was amazing. The beach cove was amazing like going back in time. I would have like to have spent more time in Port de Sollar as it looked beautiful and the old town full of history and less at the Monastery. The boat, tram and train were all very exciting. The tour guide was fab, very informative and helpful. A wonderful day out

Guide was knowledgeable about the island but the changing in coach for some German passengers was a disaster. The tram was terrible not knowing where the queue was and guide didn’t seem to know. Too many people on tram, not enough seats, no time in Soller after the panic in Port de Soller. Spoilt the whole thing. This was second time I’d done this trip as first time was a disaster and hoped things had improved. All in all definitely not worth the money. Lots of disappointed people!

Sehr gut fand ich, daß der Ausflug zeitlich nicht zu kurz geplant wurde. Nicht so gut, daß wir die Ersten waren die abgeholt wurden und die Letzten die zurück gebracht wurden. Dadurch haben wir ca 2 Stunden längere Fahrzeit insgesamt gehabt. Wenn es (überhaupt) möglich wär, eventuell in entgegengesetzter Reihenfolge wieder zurück bringen.

Totales Chaos mit zwei Bussen und der Platzverteilung .Bei jeden Halt hatten wir viel zu wenig Zeit, teilweise hatten wir garkeine Zeit dich etwas anzuschauen. Es wsr schwierig die Gruppe zu finden und beisammen zu bleiben, 2 Personen wurden vermisst und im Rückreisebus war dann die Klärung erstmal schwierig durch die zwei Busse. Der Ausflug wäre grundsätzlich schön mit mehr Zeit und besserer Organisation.

Der Ausflug zum Kloster Lluc, über Port Calobra nach Soller war wunderschön, der Reiseleiter hat uns ganz viele Infos gegeben. Lediglich auf der Rückfahrt ist der Bus, der uns zum Hotel zurückbringen sollte, ca 3 km südlich von Port Alcudia kaputt gegangen. Unser Hotel war zum Glück nur 2 km entfernt, aber alle anderen Gäste mussten ausharren bis Ersatz da war. Dennoch, rundum ein gelungener Tag. Danke!

Die Inselrundfahrt war insgesamt super. Wenn man aber einer der letzten Anfahrtpunkte des Busses ist, bekommt man nur Restplätze und sieht sehr wenig von der Umgebung und dem fantastischen Tramuntanagebirge. Im Kloster Lluc benötigt man die Aufenthaltszeit für den Toilettenbesuch. Mehr Zeit bleibt da leider nicht. Ebenso in Port de Soller. Wer das geniessen möchte, sollte dies in einem seperatem Ausflug tun. Alles in allem macht die Inseltour neugierig auf mehr.

Enjoyed the boat and tram, the stop at the cave was fantastic and not to be missed. The guide was a bit abrupt told people not to talk too loudly on the coach as he didn't wantbto be interrupted and spoke the entire time we were on the coach. Some breaks from his voice would have been good. It was like sitting in a lecture hall.

The places we visited were absolutely brilliant and well worth seeing. Enjoyed all of the trip,but the first stop at the abbey and gardens was not long enough,we needed another 30 mins at least as we didn't have time to see everything, and the drop off for the boat was a 2 hour wait which was far too long for a lunch break and we then could have had longer at the first stop off The train and tram was excellent.

Two carriages should have been booked My husband and I both in our 80 had to stand on the footplate outside the carriage I felt very unsafe as there was no barrier to hold on to and my husband finds it hard to stand that long

We enjoyed the first part of the trip to the monastery and up the mountains, but from that point on it was just very rushed, on boat, off boat, on tram, off tram, on train, off train, straight on to coach. There was no time to enjoy Soller. Then coming home the coach broke down so we were sat for ages waiting for this to be sorted, so a long day was made even longer. It would have been nice if TUI had covered the cost of taxis back to the hotel so we didn’t have to sit around waiting!

Man hat eine wunderschöne Aussicht über das Gebirge und die Landschaft , Was allerdings nicht schön war, das man sowohl in Valldemossa als auch in Sóller leider gar keinen Aufenthalt hatte und somit nur von Fahrt zur Fahrt geschleust wurde, das war sehr schade!!! Wenn man zumindest in soller noch ein wenig die möglichst gehabt hätte was von dem Örtchen zu sehen wäre das toll gewesen, Kloster lluc war okay

Le guide était très bien. Au départ on prend un bus, puis un train, puis un tram, puis un bateau...tout s enchaine très vite, on ne peut rien visiter. J aurai aimer m arrêter un peu dans la ville de Soller. La pause déjeuner était après le bateau, il y avait que 3 restaurants qui proposaient que des self services avec de la nourriture pas très alléchante. Je.ne recommande vraiment pas cette excursion, nous étions vraiment déçu de son déroulement.

Service super, Betreuung vor Ort mäßig kein TUI Standort und Betreuer nur in späten Mittagsstunden erreichbar, besser wäre morgens/abends. Transfer super, was fehlt sind die korrekten Busnummern, Fahrer aber sehr routiniert. Insgesamt eine Superwoche!

Es war ein richtig toller Tag! Generell war der Ausflug sehr gut organisiert; der Reiseführer war sehr kompetent und freundlich. Es wurde dafür gesorgt, dass wir als Gruppe zusammenblieben und niemand den Weg verlor. An den einzelnen Stationen gab es genügend Freizeit. Und was man erlebt und gesehen hat, ist einfach nicht in Worte zu fassen. Absolut empfehlenswert!

Bei Abholung morgens waren wir unter den ersten 5 von 55 Gästen im Bus und abends waren wir unter den letzten 5. Dadurch haben wir insgesamt mehr als 11 Stunden auf dem Ausflug verbracht, bei avisierten 8 Stunden. Mindestens 1 1/2 Stunden zu viel im Bus wegen der diversen Hotel anfahrten. Wenn man morgens unter den Ersten ist will man abends unter den Ersten sein, die wieder im Hotel sind.

Could not fault the excellent guide and coach driver. A very informative tour. Only negative thing was not enough time at the beautiful Lluc Monastry. We would also have been happy to not do the boat trip to allow us more time to enjoy lunch and walk around the port. Boat trip could be an optional choice at time of booking. Therefore the cost of trip would be cheaper for those who do not want the boat trip.

Die Fahrt auf dem Schiff offenbarte die unglaubliche Schönheit der Natur in dieser Gegend, was eine Busfahrt vermutlich nicht könnte. Es war ein Erlebnis…! Juan hat als Reiseleiter die Rundfahrt kurzweilig gestaltet. Das Einzige was mich gestört hat, waren die Menschenmassen!!! Aber daran kann man wohl nichts machen 🤔.

Xavier was our guide for day, he was very knowledgeable about the history of Majorca, as well as having lots of local knowledge and stories to make our trip interesting. We enjoyed every stop, monastery and gardens were beautiful, coach drive through mountains and hairpin bends was stunning! Coach driver was amazing! Boat trip was fun, tram and train ride were an amazing piece of history, although at times things got quite busy, Xavi had everything well organised, keeping everyone together

Been on a few great trips . However this one not great. Guide didn’t really interact with the English. Very German based. Sometimes only explaining in German. Didn’t interact when at first stop just dived into a restaurant. The tram stop was way too quick, 20 minutes and the train was straight from the Tram stop! Not a single orange grove seen, just miles of smelly tunnels.the coach was great but not for the faint hearted! The shear drops and windy road. Should be explained before hand.

The trip was absolutely amazing. The driver (Alejandro) was fantastic, navigating the twisty mountain roads. Especially the bit they call the tie. Everyone felt safe in his hands. The guide (Mano) was very knowledgeable and entertaining at the same time. His sense of humour was perfect for a long relaxing day out. The only fault we could find was the lunch stop. Not only for us because others complained also. I would take a packed lunch next time. I did read the same on other comments. Ah well.

The monastery not much to see there. The botanical gardens were closed. A pick pocketer tried to target my bag in the ladies toilets. Beware pick pocketers rife all over. The view riding up and down the mountain was fabulous. Tram and train ride through the villages were unique, the boat ride was interesting too. Overall a good day.

Tui staff were brilliant during our holiday and always found a member of the team if you had any questions or wanted to book any excursions etc, The Proture Bonnaire aparthotel we stayed all brilliant and level of cleanliness was also excellent.

Have to say the trip up the mountain and back down was horrendous. We had so many near misses. Why on earth would you use a couch that size and to visit for 40 was pointless. I would never do that trip if I new the roads where like they were.

Es war ein sehr abwechslungsreicher Tag mit vielen unterschiedlichen Eindrücken. Die Reiseleiterin informierte in vier unterschiedlichen Sprachen, darunter in einem sehr verständlichem Deutsch. Die Insel im Bus, auf dem Boot, in der historischen Bahn und Strassenbahn zu erleben war die Reise wert. Danke Viktoria👍🏼

Wir möchten uns herzlich bei Giuliana Ohliger von TUI im Grupotel Orient bedanken. Sie hat uns sehr freundlich, geduldig und kompetent zur Mallorca-Ganztagestour mit Hafen von Sóller und Kloster Lluc beraten. Alles wurde verständlich erklärt, sodass wir uns bei der Buchung direkt gut aufgehoben gefühlt haben. Der Ausflug war wunderschön, sehr gut organisiert und eine tolle Empfehlung. Our first experience was when we landed at 9-30 in the morning.We waited with everyone else for our cases to come ( but they didn’t) .people around us collected their luggage,( some on the cruise,some not .by 3 30 in the afternoon still no sign of our cases to. By then I was so upset 😭 we went to find a TUI rep and I was in tears because we still didn’t have our cases . We eventually got them on another carasel but I was so upset because we should have been in our hotel 🏨 relaxing and sorting

A fantastic day out with a really good guide and skillful driver. Loved the tram and train journeys, just wish that we could have spent a bit of time in Soller. Overall a great day, would highly recommend!

Je krijgt de hele rit naar de eerste plek uitleg over Mallorca wat zeer interessant is. Je kunt niet lang rond lopen op de plaatsen om te bezoeken en het laatste treinritje duurde wat te lang voor ons. Voor de rest was alles top. Goeie gids en chauffeur!

Het was een mooie excursie en de gids van dit moment was super en sprak ook nederlands. Een minpuntje was dat we weinig tijd hadden om te ontbijten daar in het hotel het ontbijtbuffet maar om 8u00 open gaat. 7u30 zou beter zijn. Voor de rest super goed.

Die Tour war ein tolles Erlebnis. Mit Bus, Boot, Straßenbahn und Oldtimer Eisenbahn unterwegs zu sein ist schon spannend. Dazu kommt die überwältigende Landschaft mit der Bucht in Sa Calobra und der Besuch im Kloster Lluc. Mit der sehr guten Tourleitung sehr empfehlenswert.

Ein Gehetzte von der Bahn in die Tram. Dann noch nicht einmal dort genug Sitzgelegenheiten. Ein Aufenthalt in Soller wäre schön gewesen um die schöne Altstadt zu erkunden oder einen Kaffee zu trinken. Dann anschließend die Rennerei zum Hafen. Hätte unser Reiseführer keinen Schirm in die Höhe gehalten, hätten wir uns in den Massen der Menschen nicht orientieren können. Im Boot nur noch einen Platz unten in der Mitte bekommen. Die Aussicht war gleich Null.

Bernie in Bandon is a star!! guided us through. Hotel was perfect food was delicious. Hafboard. was excellent value. Night entertainment was just what we enjoyed after the day. Everything went on time and Tui were always at the desk. our transfers went well.. Such a great experience hope to be back

Excursion peu intéressante, on passe son temps dans le car et dans le train.Pas de temps libre pour visiter les lieux intéressants.Il faut se presser tout le temps. Sortie en bateau inutile on voit des falaises pendant 1 heures, ce temps devrait plutôt être mis z profit pour une visite. Les lieux ont l'air intéressant mais on n'en profite pas dû au trajet qui prend beaucoup trop de temps. Dommage pour le prix à payer, on n'en a pas pour son argent.

+++ Sortie spectaculaire par les paysages. ********** organisation. Excellent chauffeur de bus. --- En revanche, entre ********** pris à cause de passagers indisciplinés au ramassage et aux pauses, difficultés engendrées par les cyclistes sur la Tramuntana, et avancée du départ de bateau, aucune possibilité de visiter ni le port de Soller, ni Soller. Visite assez fatigante, car au final, on enchaîne les transports (bus, bateau, tram, train, bus) tout au pas de course.
