Très bon guide qui parle très bien français et avec de bons conseils ainsi qu'une grande culture générale de la Turquie ! Le timing même si il paraît large, s'avère assez court. Le temps de manger, faire un peu de shopping, il est déjà temps de rejoindre le guide pour 1h de visite de la vieille ville. L'endroit est magnifique, chargé de culture et de point de vue magnifique. Trop court malheureusement mais ça en vaut vraiment la peine.

Schwerpunkt der Fahrt war der Besuch in der Schmuck-Villa und der ausgewählte Basar in Antalya. Extreme Beeinflussungsversuche zum Kaufen. Überteuerte Preise, pro Person ein Verkäufer. Wasserfall und Stadtführung ok. Hätte man mit Reiseführer-Broschüre auch alleine hinbekommen.

Nie podobał mi się wyjazd do fabryki złota - to zwykły sklep i naciągactwo. To samo dotyczy pokazu ubiorów skórzanych, zmuszenie osób do oglądania tego to strata czasu. Zamiast tego wolałbym dłużej spędzić czas w mieście czy na arbuzowych wodospadach. Tych dwóch pierwszych rzeczy nie polecam.

Es sollte unter deutschsprachiger Reiseleitung erfolgen, aber bis zur Schmuckfabrik erfolgte alles auf Englisch. Die Führung durch die Altstadt war ein Witz, aber jetzt wissen wir, dass man in Immobilien in der Türkei investieren sollten. Nächstes Mal lassen wir uns nicht überreden und fahren selbst nach Antalya ohne unsere Zeit in der Goldfabrik zu vertrödeln

W momencie zakupu nie dostałem informacji, że ma być to wyciecxka głównie zakupowa. W ulotce z listą wycieczek fakultatywnych nie było o tym mowy.. Kupiliśmy ją by zobaczyć starą część Antalyi, niekoniecznie zaś, by nachalnie być nagabywani do zakupu złota, kamieni szlachetnych, skór, kurtek. Wycieczka okazała się stratą czasu i pieniędzy.

Eine große Enttäuschung das TUI sowas anbietet?Bei dem Juwelierhandel Olympia. Wird man bedrängt was zu kaufen zu überteuerten Preisen. Abzocke hoch 10!!! Die Führung durch die Altstadt, wäre sehr schön gewesen wenn der Reiseführer nicht gehetzt hätte. Man konnte nicht mal richtig Fotos machen. Von einem Punkt zum anderen nahtlos gerannt. Ich kam kaum hinterher mit meiner Behinderung, keine Rücksicht. Danach in einen weiteren Laden gelotzt um da einzukaufen das der Reiseführer Provision bekomt

Der Ausflug vorweg zum Juwelier wurde leider mit keinem Wort erwähnt.Der Aufenthalt war sehr unangenehm,da man teilweise schon stark bedrängt wurde etwas zu kaufen(und es ging nicht nur um kleine Summen). Nach Ablehnung etwas zu kaufen ,wurde die Stimmung bei den Verkäufern gleich anders und man wurde regelrecht gezwungen eine gute Bewertung zu schreiben und dabei stand ein Mitarbeiter direkt neben einem und gab einem vor wie die Bewertung sein soll. Der Besuch beim Wasserfall war bewundernswet

Zastrzeżenia zgłaszam do Opiekuna TUI p. Barbary z reg. Antalyi, która sprzedała nam tę wycieczkę. Nie ukrywam, że cena była promocyjna ale poinformowała nas, że wrócimy do hotelu ok. 14.00 Specjalnie zrezygnowaliśmy z wykupionej w biurze wycieczki do oceanarium z zakupami, bo ta na Stare Miasto miała być krótsza. A tu wręcz odwrotnie: jechaliśmy w jedną stronę ponad 2 h. Z małym dzieckiem, wycieczka bez posiłku. A następnego dnia pokonywaliśmy tę samą trasę na lotnisko. Wprowadzono nas w błąd!

Rozumiem, że wycieczka była w części chyba finansowana przez sklep jubilerski i z wyrobami skórzanymi. Osobiście wolałbym jednak dopłacić i ominąć te sklepy a wiecej czasu spedzic na starym mieście w Antali z przewodnikiem.

Wycieczka świetnie przygotowana. Przewodnicy bardzo dobrze przygotowani, opowiadali bardzo ciekawie, oprowadzali grupę i odpowiadali na każde pytanie. W sklepach każdy mógł zrobić dowolne zakupy i był bardzo zaopiekowany przez personel. Ale najważniejsze, że Przewodnicy z TUI byli kompetentni i dobrze opiekowali się grupą oraz, ze umieli nam przekazac mnóstwo ważnych i ciekawych informacji.

Spędziliśmy 2,5 niepotrzebne godziny na dojazd i zakupy w sklepie ze skórami i drogą biżuterią. Wielkie sklepy z klimatyzacją na niską temperaturę przez co przy wysokich różnicach względem tego co na zewnątrz spowodowało że córka rozchorowała się. Dla rodziny z dziećmi całkiem niepotrzebne. Woleli byśmy spędzić ten czas na zwiedzaniu miasta i wodospadu co było naszym celem tej wycieczki i ta część była super ale za krótka.

Opas oli mukava ja kertoi bussimatkan aikana laajaasti knoppitietoa turkista ja sen historian vaiheista, viljelystä, ja tärkeimmistä elinkeinoista. Kävely retki vanhassakaupungissa oli kiva. Koru liikkeessä olisin toivonut saavani katsella koruja rauhassa ilman että jokaisen "pariskunnan" perään hyökkää myyjä kevelämään ja toitottamaan samaa mantraa kerta toisen perään, ei herättänyt osto haluja. Tekstiilikauppaan emme jääneet enää edes katselemaan vaan suuntasimme omille teille.

Wycieczkę do Antalya wraz z zakupami oceniam pozytywnie. Przewodniczka, rodowita Turczynka bardzo dobrze mówiąca po polsku, w bardzo interesujący sposób opowiadała o zabytkach i Turcji. Jedna uwaga dotycząca rezydentów i przewodników. Powinni oni informować, iż dokonując zakupy w sklepie ze złotem i wyrobami skórzanymi należy brać dokument Tax Free oraz paragon, lub wydruk z terminala płatniczego. Potrzebne to jest do zgłoszenia na lotnisku w Turcji, a zakupione towary były w bagażu podręcznym.

Der Wasserfall sowie die allgemeine Altstadt Tour war sehr schön. Was uns gar nicht gefallen hat war der Besuch der Akche jewelry, dies ist eine absolute Verkaufsveranstaltung zu massivst überhöhten Preisen. Diese „Stücke“ findet man online wesentlich preiswerter. Desweiteren ist es sehr fraglich das oben alles auf Nobel und teuer gemacht wird und im Keller man auf einem Basar ist wo man tshirts und Fake Parfüm kaufen kann. TUI sollte dies überdenken!!!

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié les explications et la compagnie du guide ainsi que du chauffeur. Nous n'avons pas appréciés la visite de la bijouterie ORKO AKCHE jewerly qui était hors de prix et clairement une perte de temps pour nous surtout que les prix commençaient a 450 et allait a plus de 10 000e Lors de la réservation de l'excursion pedsonne ne nous a parlé de cette visite. Nous aurions appréciés avoir plus de temps dans la ville

Geen aanrader. Je wordt een uur in een juweliershop gedropt waar ze heel opdringerig zijn en enorm duur. In Antalya is het ook de bedoeling dat je de bazaars bezoekt. Nogmaals heel opdringerig tot zelfs onbeleefd. De (nederlandstalige) vrouwelijke gids was niet goed in vergelijking met de andere gidsen. Jammer van onze tijd.

Zeitverschwendung. Zuerst fahrt zu 4 oder 5 Hotelen. Dann mehr als eine Stunde in Juwelierladen wo uns dubiose Steine als nächstes Bitcoin angeboten wurden. Danach Bazarbesuch mit direktführung zur Laden das von “TUI empfohlen ist”. Reiseführer jammerze ständig von Korruption und Preisentwiclung znd Immobilienkosten. Ganze fahrt dauerte auch länger als besprochen. Wenigstens Wasserfall war sehenswert.

Wycieczka do Antalii z TUI okazała się dużym rozczarowaniem. Zamiast zwiedzania i poznawania lokalnej kultury, większość czasu spędziliśmy w sklepach z bardzo nachalnymi sprzedawcami. Całość sprawiała wrażenie nastawionej głównie na wyciąganie pieniędzy od turystów. Program był ubogi, a presja zakupów męcząca i niekomfortowa. Zdecydowanie nie polecam – strata czasu i pieniędzy.

Der Ausflug zum Juwelier war unterirdisch. Die Preise sind einfach mal mindestens doppelt so hoch, wie die Stücke wert sind. Wenn man dann die Flucht ergreifen und aus dem Gebäude möchte muss man durch einen Irrgarten, wo zig Shopbetreiber einem Tee, Parfüm und sonstiges verkaufen möchten. Selbst bei freundlicher Ablehnung belagern sie einen weiter. Kommt man dann Hinten raus darf man im Bistro auf den anderen Teilnehmer warten. Der Guide war OK und die Altstadt auch

Organizowanie wycieczki do nachalnych sprzedawców nie jest atrakcją. Czuliśmy się osaczeni. Nigdy już nie wybierzemy takiej atrakcji. Nie dało się nic obejrzeć. Przy minimalnym zainteresowaniu od razu zamykali nas w pokoju w celu sprzedaży biżuterii. Nic do niech nie docierało.

Der Tag startet um 8:20 mit der Abholung und endet um ca. 16 Uhr im Hotel. Erkan hat uns während der Fahrt Wissenswertes über die Türkei und Antalya berichtet. Leider ist dieser Ausflug mit dem Besuch eines Schmuckgeschäftes auch eine Verkaufsveranstaltung. Danach geht’s in die Altstadt, zuerst zu einem Textilgeschäft, wenn man möchte. Ich war Döner in einem Restaurant essen. Anschließend findet die einstündige, mit zu flotte Stadtführung durch die Altstadt statt.

Shopping experience in jewellery venue was a high pressure sales event. Very similar to old fashioned timeshare tactics. It was difficult to find thy exit and staff would not leave us alone for a second. The whole event was proposed as a half day, we left at 9 but didn’t return until after 4. 2 hours later than we were led to believe. The guide was superb. Kaleidi was not what we expected. Very little history is left and has been overrun by shops selling expensive fake designer goods.

Das Shopping Gold Manufaktur war sehr anstrengend. Obwohl ich keine Interesse hatte wurde ich von einem Verkäufer total belagert. Auch das Besuch in uns empfohlen Basar war schlimm. Ich konnte mich nicht in Ruhe was anschauen . Wenn ich mir was anschauen wollte war mit das schon die Ware im Arm gedrückt. Sonst die Guide durch den Altstadt war sehr schön konnte mehr sein.

First stop was not what was advertised. A massive jewellery store, pushy sellers, expensive items.(45mims wasted there) Returned to coach but told to go on another coach. Wow, a waterfall, nothing else there. Because of jewellery store, less time in old town shopping, didn't have time to join coach to see hadrians door etc

Guide was excellent very knowledgeable and was enjoyable learning about the history of the town. Felt alot better walking around with the guide than it did without the guide. We wasn't expecting the jewellery store tour and tbh for us it was pointless, all the jewellery was amazing but the prices were astronomical we could of happily have missed that part out. Sales people were a little annoying also you couldnt glance at anything for 5 seconds and they'd be on you.

Bei Buchung des Ausflugs wurde uns nicht mitgeteilt, dass es gleich zu Beginn in ein Juweliergeschäft geht. Dort verbleibt man 1h. Man wird direkt von Bus in ein Vorraum geführt und dann direkt in einem Verkaufsraum. Dort warten dann Verkäufer, die die Gäste direkt ansprechen und Verkaufsgespräche führen. Laut dem Guide ist es nur so möglich ein günstiges Angebot zu machen, da der Juwelier die Tour sponsert. Danach ging es nur für 25 min zum Wasserfall und danach 3h Aufenrhalt in der Altstadt.

In Deutschland würde man soetwas wie eine Kaffeefahrt nennen. Zuerst zur Juwelierfabrik, wo man wie durch ein Labyrinth durch die Verkaufsräume laufen muss, dann zum Wasserfall (nichts besonderes), weiter in die City zum "Old Basar" wo je nach Reiseleiter die favorisierten Geschäfte angepriesen werden. Dann noch ca. 1h Führung durch die "Altstadt", welche eigentlich eine Partymeile ist. Der Guide hat sich aber Mühe gegeben, hier noch geschichtliche Informationen Preis zu geben.

Wir haben eine Antalya Tour gebucht. Begonnen hat es mit einer gezwungenen Tour durch ein Juwelier-Geschäft bei dem man bedrängt wurde (wurde im Inserat auch nicht erwähnt). Hier mussten wir über eine Stunde verbringen. Absolute Zeitverschwendung und schade so die Urlaubszeit zu verschwenden. In Antalya waren wir nur kurz und auch die Führung war sehr oberflächlich.

Wir hatten eine Tour auf deutsch gebucht und englisch bekommen. Tour ist subventioniert von einem Juwelier und einem Bekleidungsgeschäft, dementsprechend lag auch dort der Fokus. Die Kleidung ist zwar in akzeptabler Qualität aber sehr überteuert. Wer beim Juwelier einkaufen möchte, benötigt einen großen Geldbeutel; nicht anders als in Deutschland. Die Altstadt-Tour ging nur 45 Minuten, war aber informativ. Hatten uns mehr Kultur und qualitativ hochwertiger Shops gewünscht

Die Fahrzeit war viel zu lange, eine Strecke sind wir 1,5 Std gefahren, bis alle Urlauber abgeholt waren. Im Schmuckgeschäft waren wir 1 Std 15 Min, das hat keinen Spaß gemacht. Am Wasserfall, wo es wirklich schön war, wurde man abgekippt um ein paar Bilder zu machen und ist weiter gefahren. Leider wurde einem nicht gezeigt, wo man in der Altstadt bummeln kann.Man wurde in einem Geschäft abgekippt vom Bazar und bis man sich da wieder raus gefunden hat, war die Zeit rum.Heftig überteuerter scheiß

The weather was warm no intense heat, the coach and Driver were clean and well driven safely. The guide is very Knowledgable however goes on a bit. Please remove the visit to the Gold/Diamond outlet as the salespeople were very intimidating and left us feeling shaken. The waterfalls were amazing as was the shopping and the walking tour of the Old town.

It’s a weird trip, you are taken to a jewellery store, where they want you to spend a significant sum of money, then taken to a back street shop that sells fake clothing. The guy was quite good he did warn us to negotiate the price your lunch up front, which made me aware the prices on the menu are about 8x more expensive that what’s advertised on the sign of the wall. Recommendation would be just stay at the hotel.

Diese Tour wird mich in Zukunft zwei Mal überlegen lassen, ob ich eine tui-Tour buche. Dass wir als Schmuckgeschäft in eine professionelle Touristen-Abzocke geschickt werden, hat mich überrascht. Im Nachhinein habe ich herausgefunden, dass die Verkäufer uns da nach Strich und Faden angelogen haben. Der Guide hatte auf der Busfahrt interessante Infos und die Stadtführung war okay, auch da wurden wir aber erstmal in einen überteuerten abzocke-Shop geleitet. Da plane ich lieber auf eigene Faust.

Der Zeitaufwand bei einem Schmuckverkäufer war viel zu lang und das Hineinführen zu einem Textilgeschäft empfand ich nicht angemessen. Die Zeit zum Sightseeing der Stadt Antalya war viel zu kurz. Auf dem Rückweg, nachdem der Reiseleiter bereits in Antalya ausgestiegen war in den Feierabend, fuhr der Busfahrer dermaßen dicht auf, dass es auf einer Kreuzung fast zum Auffahrunfall kam, wobei der Bus ca. 10 cm vor dem anderen Fahrzeug zum Stillstand kam. Ich bin sehr unzufrieden! Nie wieder!

Area in Antalya itself was nice and felt safe. You would expect shop and restaurant owners to try and entice you into buying, just say no and move on. Complete waste of time at the beginning, wasn’t told, by rep, when booking, we’d stop at a gold jewellery store on way for 1 hour!!! Would never have booked if known. It’s all about TUI getting commission and nowt to do with what customers want. If you want to visit, get the local bus.

wycieczki fakultatywne do miejsca, gdzie naciąga się ludzi na zakup na biżiterik niewoadomego pochodzenia i jakichś skórzanych rzeczy to jest jakaś kpina i zart! Miejsce ewidentnie otwarte tylko na turystów, na miejscowych zamknięte na bramę. Łazi się po jakiś laboryntach, w których człowieka osaczają sprzedawcy - nie powinno mieć to miejsca w tak renomowanej firmie jak TUI.

Wycieczka nastawiona na okradanie turystów. Zabraliście nas Państwo do sklepów, gdzie zostawiliśmy zamknięci w pomieszczeniu z lokalnymi sprzedawcami, postawieni w bardzo niekomfortowej sytuacji. Wyroby biżuteryjne kilkukrotnie droższe niż w innych miejscach, nachalni sprzedawcy. Przewodnik czekał na nas za drzwiami natomiast nie zapytał nas nawet czy wszystko ok i czy nie potrzebujemy pomocy.

While the shop was lovely there was constant pressure to buy and when we didn’t we were asked to do an online review saying how good it was and was stood over while I did. Przewodnik Ali niewiele opowiadał o Antalii, o jej historii itd. Stwierdził, że takie rzeczy można sobie przeczytać w Wikipedii. Za to dużo opowiadał o napiwkach i że warto je dawać. Po czym na końcu sam wyjął sakiewkę i namawiał do włożenia napiwku dla niego. Po drodze było kilka miejsc gdzie można było napić się lub najeść w jego zaprzyjaźnionych miejscach. Zwiedzanie starego miasta polegało na przejściu przez najpopularniejszą bramę Antalyii oraz szybkim spacerze dwiema czy trzema uliczkami.

Professional, courteous and knowledgable guide. Should be told the jewellery factory is optional, with clients being able to stay in the cafe/gift shop and avoid the hard sell inside. Antalya is lovely and the tour could be further improved by a visit to the harbour and, perhaps, a boat ride.

Wir wurden pünktlich abgeholt. Von einem freundlichen RL begrüßt. Auch der Busfahrer war hilfsbereit und machte den Eindruck eines erfahrenen und sicheren Fahrers. RL erzählte viel über Land und Leute, Berge und Natur. Wir besuchten einen Juwelier. War ok. Anschließend besichtigten wir den Wasserfall und die Altstadt. Gute Führung. Es gab ausreichend Freizeit, um auf eigene Faust etwas zu entdecken.

Super przewodnik. Swietnie znal jezyk, fajnie opowiadal. Niestety zakupy zajely zbyt duzo czasu. Liczylam na czas w Antalya by pozwiedzac a programowy shopping zajal za duzo czasu. 2 bitegodziny w galerii zlota to zbyt dlugi czas. Potem skórzane wyroby to kolejna godzina. I tak wyruszylismy z hotelu o 8.30 a do wlasciwej Antalyi na zwiedzanie dotarlismy o 13!!!! Tyle czasu zmarnowane. Szybko, w biegu po starym miescie, zbiorka o 17... Dla mnie taki program to porazka.

Preisverhältniss-ok, aber nicht für mich, ich bin die einzigste von unsere Gruppe von,10 Personen die 30€ für den Ausflug bezahlen müsste,anstatt 15€ ,die alle anderen bezahlt haben. Der Fahrer Ömer und der Guide Mustafa waren sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Unser Guide hatte ein großes Detailwissen über die Geschichte von Antalya und die Geschichte der Türkei. Für den Preis von 15 Euro pro Person war es schon ein super Ausflug. Ein Ausflug zum Hafen von Antalya wäre noch schön gewesen.

Generalnie zostalismy zawiezieni do dwóch centrów jubilerskich i skóry – okropnie drogo i obowiazkowo, ceny zawyzone kilkukrotnie wzgledem cen w lokalnych sklepach. Po wizycie w sklepach kolejny sklep i polecana restauracja, która jest punktem zebrania. W tym punkcie, aby czekac na przewodnika, trzeba kupic conajmniej kawe – bez sensu. Stare Miasto pokazane w 10/15 minut, po czym, jak chcecie zwiedzic miasto i port, to idziecie tam i to na tyle. Fakt, ze to najtansza wycieczka, ale nie polecamy

Me and my 70 year old mother got left behind on the first part of this trip at the waterfall due to the tour guide miscounting the numbers and we watched the coach drive away whilst my bag was still on board. We then had to walk and find a taxi back to the hotel so missed the other part of the trip.

Would love to have an opportunity to do Antalya site seeing without the visit to the jewelery factory. Visiting the textile factory was fine as you could leave if you wished to and begin browsing and site seeing in your free time, however you couldn't with the jewelery factory as you needed to be transported after.

The front door pick up and return, the stop at the waterfall and an amazing knowledgeable guide like Musso was what made the trip. Sufficient free time to explore the old bazaar and old town for pictures and souvenirs. There is a stop at a jewellery store that sponsors the trip which makes the trip affordable so customers can tolerate that bit. Jewellery store sales were pushy and made many uncomfortable. Would otherwise recommend for anyone wanting a whistle stop tour of old town Antalya.

Die Tour war sehr interessant . Der Reiseleiter hat bei der Führung alles erklärt und es war sehr interessant und man hat Einblick in die Altstadt bekommen....einziger Nachteil bei der Tour war das Goldzentrum. Die Mitarbeiter waren total aufdringlich und verfolgten einen im wahrsten Sinne des Wortes. Völlig überteuert. Man wurde regelrecht genötigt. Allein aus diesem Grund würde ich diese Tour nie wieder mitmachen...

Old town itself was lovely and we could have had more time there. Tour guides English was poor to the extent that we couldn’t really understand her instructions Driver was very heavy on the breaks and drove too fast. They also missed a stop on the way back and had to go back but didn’t inform us. I noticed we’d gone back the way we had come from. The diamond shop tour is unnecessary as no item is less than £500. The visit to this destination should be a considered one and not included

La visite est chouette. Le guide parle bien français et il explique bien. Seul point négatif et le plus gros … le guide nous a dit plusieurs fois que nous pouvons laisser les affaires dedans. J’ai laissé mes lunettes dedans en pensant que nous allons reprendre le même. Le car a changé. Un bordel pour récupérer mes lunettes de vue. Pour finalement me dire que je dois payer pour les rapatrier. On me donne des infos qui sont pas correctes … personne ne sait rien de mes lunette Je reste fort déçue

The guide for this tour was excellent and gave us lots of interesting information. He was helpful to all on the trip but also good at keeping things moving. One thing we would have changed is the jewellery store visit which was an hour long and really felt unnecessary. The jewellery on this trip was the sort of calibre and price you would plan and considerpurchasing rather than being inclined to purchase on this type of trip and we would have preferred extra free time to explore the old town.

Wenn sich jemand entschließt Schmuck zu kaufen, ist die Zeit dort zu knapp. Etwaige Fragen können nicht gestellt werden, da die Weiterfahrt drängt. Durch den Zeitverzug beim Schmuck waren dann nur knappe 25 Minuten beim Wasserfall. Wegen dem wir den Ausflug eigentlich gebucht haben. Das war nicht gut. Dafür 2 Stunden am Bazar, wo doch eh vor jedem Hotel Verkaufsstände gibt. . Altstadtführung war gut und informativ. Also beim Zeitmanagement etwas überdenken und beim Schmuck mehr Infos.

Die 15€ waren für die Tour vollkommen in Ordnung. Der Schmuckladen war sehr unnötig meiner Meinung, da man Gegenstände im Wert von 700€ abgedreht bekommt und alles aus Zwang passiert. Man darf nur kaufen und wenn man sich etwas umschauen möchte geht es auch nicht, weil man sofort weggeschickt wird, da man kein Kunde ist. Für 15€ ist die Tour in Ordnung, aber nicht empfehlenswert. Das beste an der Tour war der Guide

We were told we would go to the waterfalls and then the old town and have free time. We spent an hour at a jewellery shop and an hour doing a guided tour through Antalya. Neither of which we were told about. If we were told we wouldn’t of gone. We chose it as the hotel is far out and we wanted a day in Antalya. We thought we had our own choice of how to spend time in the town. Also we left hotel at 7:30 and so missed breakfast. We had no breaks to sit down and eat until 14:30

Nous avons fait que du bus. Nous devions avoir un guide français mais au final c’était un anglais donc compliqué on a rien compris de la visite en bus. Nous avons eu 1h30 de quartier libre pour un départ à 8h15 de l’hôtel est un retour à 18h à l’hôtel. Une vraie perte de temps . Une journée de bus pour 1h30 de quartier libre vraiment nul .

La visite du joaillier ne nous a pas plus. On aurait préféré avoir plus de temps à Antalya. Acheter des bijoux à 1000€ ou 5000€ en Turquie n’a pas vraiment de sens ni sa place dans ce genre de voyage ou d’excursion . Si je mets ce prix , je vais dans mon pays dans une bijouterie ou j’ai confiance .

L’étape stratégique dans une bijouterie était la découverte du “marché d’or”, mais le shopping proposé était un magasin de contrefaçon, dommage. Die Tour ist empfehlenswert. Ich empfehle Tui, den Besuch beim Goldhändler zukünftig wegzulassen. Das war wahrscheinlich vor zig Jahre noch angesagt aber heutzutage ist es überflüssig und nervig. Der Rest ist echt gut und sehenswert. Man bekommt auch genug Zeit, um sich alleine durch Antalya zu bewegen. Altstadtführung ist sehr interessant und der Wasserfall sehenswert.

L’excursion ne donne qu’un petit aperçu de la vieille ville d’Antalya et laisse un goût de trop peu ! Sur la durée de l’excursion, 45 minutes sont consacrées à la visite guidée de la vieille ville (très intéressante néanmoins). L’arrêt dans une grande bijouterie fait perdre beaucoup de temps. Le midi, le guide conseille un lieu pour manger. En réalité, il a une commission sur les dépenses réalisées par le groupe. Nous avons regretté d’y être allés en repérant d’autres endroits charmants ensuite.

Toute la journée, on fait des arrêts aux endroits qui ont été payés par les commerçants pour faire venir le touriste!! Les arrêts sont sans intérêt et en aucun cas à été précisé qu’on s’arrêtrzis dans une bijouterie pour bien dépenser notre argent et prendre des commissions! On nous dit journée shopping, ce n’est absolument pas ce qui était prévue! Quand on s’arrête en ville, on s’arrête dans le magasin qui a payé pour faire venir le car les alentours n’ont aucun intérêt! J’ai perdu mon argent.

Der Ausflug wurde und als FamilienAusflug, wo man etwas über türkei und Antalya kennenlernt verkauft. Es war fast eine reine Verkaufsveranstaltung. Schon im Bus wurde viel über die Bezahlmöglichkeiten erzählt. In der Goldmanufaktur nochmal. Raus kam man nur durch nochmehr Geschäfte....wir wurden direkt in das Kaffee und den Basar gebracht...es ging nur um Verkauf. Ein Glück gab es eine kleine AltstadtTour von ca. 45 min. Der Wasserfall war eher unspektakulär, viel zu weit weg...

1e "verplichte" stop voor een uur is bij de juwelier die deze trip heeft gesponsord. Zeer agressieve verkoop en je krijgt nog net niet een pistool tegen je hoofd als ze merken dat je niets wilt kopen. Zelfs de uitgang is verstopt zodat je niet zomaar weg kunt lopen. Wij hadden een nederlands sprekende gids genaamd "Servet", wat een VERSCHRIKKELIJK man. Zeeeer onvriendelijk, ongemanierd en zelfs soms agressief. Deze gids heeft onze dag behoorlijk verpest. 2e en 3e stop waren wel leuk.

La chute d'eau est exceptionnelle mais il faisait vraiment chaud. La visite à la bijouterie est largement dispensable. C'est hors de prix et inintéressant. Cela nous a fait perdre du temps pour la visite de la vieille ville qui vaut je coup avec plus de temps. La boutique de textiles "Fake originals" n'était pas là meilleure, il y a moins cher plus bas dans la vieille ville. Enfin, on était avec un groupe allemand donc nous n'avons pas bénéficié de toutes les explications du guide.

Les guides pro et agréable. Le temps de route pour de simples visites et une cascade vraiment pas incroyable c'est beaucoup trop long. On est parti à 7h15 du matin pour un retour vers 18h30. Malgré la chaleur aucun rafraîchissement proposé, ne serait ce que de l'eau quand il fait lourd et humide. Le dernier bus était conduit par un malade qui s'engueulait au téléphone en insultant son interlocuteur et prenait trop de risque pour dépasser les voitures. Plus fatiguant qu autre chose.

Ohne den Stop bei der Schmuckhandlung hätte ich die Veranstaltung durchaus weiter empfohlen, jedoch sorgte der Aufenthalt dafür dass ich mich fühlte wie auf einer Kaffeefahrt auf der drittklassige Kamelhaardecken verkauft werden. Es wurde viel Druck unter Einbeziehung meines Sohnes gemacht damit ich sehr teure Ohrstecker kaufe. Verkaufspsychologisch gut ausgebildetes Personal das zu Höchstpreisen Schmuck an den Urlauber vertickt und dabei massiv Druck aufbaut um möglichst hohe Gwinne zu erielen.

Die Fahrt nach Antalya mit Altstadtführung war auf jeden Fall weiterzuempfehlen. Man hatte genug Freizeit und noch ca eine Std Führung durch die Altstadt, welche sehr schön und interessant war. Leider muss ich aufgrund der Fahrt zum Juweliershop schlechter bewerten. Vom Hotel ging es erst in einen Juwelierladen. Die Mitarbeiter waren so aufdringlich und haben einen regelrecht gedrängt was zu kaufen. Die Dame hatte mich sogar zum WC verfolgt. Furchtbar und wirft auch ein schlechtes Licht auf TUI

Das war die reinste Kaffeefahrt. Wir kamen zum Zollfreien Goldverkauf, wo das Kaufgedränge und bedränge startet. Um zum Ausgang zu kommen, musste man durch Läden, wo die Verkäufer zu viert gewartet haben um einen Sachen anzudrehen. In der Stadt wird man in ein Outlet store mitgenommen, wo man einen Unterschied zwischen den Materialien gezeigt bekommt. Man wird in Antalya nur bedrängt und fast zum Kauf genötigt! Nicht zu empfehlen! Wasserfall war ok. Kein must have. Zeitplanung unrealistisch.

Über eine Stunde hat alleine das abholen der Gäste gedauert, danach noch knapp 1,5h in einer Schmuckmanufaktur. Erste gebuchte Attraktion würde um 12 erreicht. Zum Basar wurdr auch nicht viel gesagt, lediglich in ein Geschäft in Antalya geschleppt, und geraten doch bitte hier das Geld auszugeben. Knapp 10h unterwegs, ein kompletter Urlaubstag verschwendet... Dafür sollte man eigentlich Geld bekommen

Pan Lukasz i jego turecki kolega super przewodnicy, niezawodny kierowca. Niestety jak wiekszosc grupy nie do konca bylismy zadowoleni z trasy zakupowej (zloto i skóry) ale na to nie narzekam wiedzialam ze jest w programie wiec nie moge miec pretensji. An sich eine schöne Tour, jedoch ist die Fahrt zur Goldschmiede ein einstündiger Lebenszeitverlust, was zuvor auch nicht kommuniziert wurde. Der Guide war nett und der Busfahrer top ( daher die restlichen Punkte ). Als sehr störend, wurde nicht nur von uns, sondern auch der restlichen Gruppe die andauernde Animation bei bestimmten Geschäften ( Best Bazzar , Café Gelato ) sein Geld zu lassen, andere wären nicht seriös, es würde einem evtl. schlecht etc Wir ( alle ) entscheiden gerne selbst :)

Déçue d'apprendre que le montant de l'activité est nettement moins chère en passant par l'agent à l'hôtel plutôt que sur l'application, la visite d'Antalya un peu courte, mais très bien réalisée par notre guide, le passage par la bijouterie, long et personnel très insistant. C une excursion annoncée sur une demi journée alors que à cause du temps trajet bus, très très longs avec les ramassages de clients d'autres hôtels, nous sommes partis à 8h et retour 17h30 (retour annoncé par le guide max 15h). Dommage la mauvaise organisation. Sinon la visite de la chute d'eau et de l'ancienne ville avec le guide c'est top ?? ! Le guide est génial.

Verkaufsfahrt absolut nicht zu empfehlen. Fast 1,5h bei einem Schmuckhändler verbracht. Zeit die in Antalya fehlt. Schwiegereltern haben die gleiche Tour nur für 25 statt 30 € und haben 5h Antalya ohne Teppich oder Schmuck Händler. Nächste Mal buchen wir außerhalb vom Hotel. Auf gar keinen Fall mehr über TUI.

La visite de la ville avec le guide était intéressante bien qu'assez courte 1h sur le total de la journée. La visite du magasin de bijoux était tout à fait sans intérêt et n'avait pas été annoncée. Bref une perte de temps. La cascade valait le coup d'œil. Le guide Dural était très sympathique et expliquait bien le pays et la ville. Bref cette excursion mériterait plus de visite de la ville... Nie podobalo nam sie ze nikt wczesniej nie powiedzial nam ze spedzimy 5 godzin w sklepie jubilerskim i na pokazie mody!!!!! Pani ze sklepu (tam gdzie byl pokaz mody) nie chciala nas wypuscic dopóki czegos nie kupimy. Cala wycieczka po starym miescie trwala zdecydowanie za krótko. W restauracji przy której miala byc zbiórka, bylo strasznie drogo. W autokarze, pan nie chcial wlaczyc klimatyzacji i wszyscy sie tam dusilismy.

Wir haben viel gesehen, ohne uns zu hetzen, und der Guide Herr Turan hat alles gut erklärt. Die Abholung vom Hotel in Side mit dem Touribus und die Rückfahrt waren perfekt organisiert. Eine tolle Tour, wenn man Antalya in kurzer Zeit entdecken möchte. Zusätzlich sind wir auch zum Düden Wasserfall gefahren – ein wunderschöner Ort, der definitiv einen Besuch wert ist!

Bezoek aan de jewelery winkel stond niet in het programma. Winkel was veel te duur. Bezoek duurde veel te lang. Bezoek aan de watervallen was mooi. Start van de Tour in de oude stad begon met een verplichte test van olie. Daarachter nog een verplichte bezoek aan een textiel shop. Het was vooral een shopping tour. Een moskee zoals beschreven in het programma hebben we niet bezocht.

Verlorener Urlaubstag, incl. Transfer 10 Stunden. Schmuckfabrik kein Entkommen, Wasserfall 10 Minuten. Die Altstadtour 1 Stunde haben wir auf eigene Faust gemacht. 2 Stunden Freizeit für den üblichen Basar und Geschäfte. Guide-Infos verbesserungswürdig. Warnungen kennt eigentlich jeder Türkei-Urlauber. Handynutzung des Fahrers geht gar nicht. Insgesamt nicht zu empfehlen. Selbst für den Rabatt 15 statt 30 EUR, wegen Buchung zweier Ausflüge. Für Kinder gänzlich ungeeignet. Armutszeugnis für TUI.

We went to a jewellery centre, we made it clear from the beginning we would not be buying anything yet they still follow you around. We then went to a waterfall, it was beautiful and we was given plenty of time there. We then went to Antalya town from then you could go on the old town tour or have free time, guide was very informative. Goede gids die veel vertelt over de geschiedenis, over de rituelen,... Maar die stop bij de juwelier!!! Super mooie winkel, maar gelukkig kregen we argwaan. Na het online bekijken van de reviews van Violla Jewelry toen we terug in het hotel waren, waren we heeeeeel blij dat onze kaart niet werkte. Anders waren wij veel te veel geld kwijt. Leider war es wie so oft bei solchen gebuchten Touren mit einem Aufenthalt in einer Schmuckfabrik verbunden. Das war sehr sehr nervig und wurde auch von den meisten Gästen so bewertet. Der Wasserfall, naja hat man gesehen aber spektakulär war das nicht. Dann wurde man zur Shopping Location geführt, und wurde dort auch penetriert um etwas zu kaufen. Das Beste war letztendlich die Tour durch die Altstadt, mit einem sehr netten und kundigen Guide. Das war das Highlight an dieser Tour, der Rest ??

We had a great guide in Ahmed. The trip was very good value for money - the waterfall was quite spectacular, and Antalya Old Towm very interesting with Ahmed ‘s guided tour. Had lunch there and free time too. The only part we weren’t looking forward to was the jewellery centre, but everyone there was very nice and not pushy at all, so didn’t feel uncomfortable.

I was one of 5 British people on a bus full of German holidaymakers. The guide was shocked that British people were on the tour. He was amazing though and did his best to cater for everyone but clearly we got a watered down version of everything that was being said. Die Tour war leider eine reine Kaffeefahrt . Man wurde am Anfang der Tour in einem großen Schmuckgeschäft abgesetzt , was circa 1,5 Std gedauert hat . Dort waren penetrante Mitarbeiter die einem Schmuck andrehen wollten . Man kam auch nicht alleine aus dem Gebäude raus , da der Ausgang sehr versteckt war. The guide was great and very knowledgeable. The tour itself was terrible. An 8hour tour. 2 hours picking people up. An hours stop in a. Jewellery shop nobody wanted to be at that bragged about his human rights issues. Half an hour for the only actual stop at the waterfall. Which didn’t give enough time to see the natural wonder that it was. In Antalya itself all self guided. did ask before booking if it would be appropriate for a small child and we’re assured it was absolutely fine. Nothing not

Wycieczka polega glównie na tym ze jestes zawieziony do zaprzyjaznionych sklepów i tam musisz spedzic po godzinie.. transport jest spózniony i laczony i musisz czekac na stacji benzynowej 30 min czekajac na jeden wielki autokar. Przewodnik .. nie dalo sie tej pani sluchac.. co drugi slowo to „wlasnie”.

The first stop at the jewellery shop wasn’t for us personally but was a beautiful place. The shopping and old town tour was fantastic, our guide shared so much knowledge and allowed us plenty of time to explore. The highlight for us was the waterfall it was absolutely stunning and a standout part of our trip. Overall a lovely experience.

Guide was very pleasant and spoke very good English, and was full of local knowledge. I loved looking round Antalya and the old town. I didn't enjoy the shopping part, too be honest. I felt very overwhelmed at the gold store, as the staff were constantly asking you to buy jewellery. There were lots of other tour groups at the same time, which was too crowded for me. I did feel uncomfortable and needed to get out for fresh air. But the cost of the whole day trip was worth seeing Antalya

Ohne die Tourisstenfalle Juwelen und Gold kaufen zu müssen, eine gelungene Ausfahrt. Die Altstadt ist sehenswert und auch die Wasserfälle sind beeindruckend, es bleibt aber die nachhaltige Erinnerung des Juwelen Laden Die Mitarbeiter sind so gut geschult und es ist für jede Person einer dabei und ohne Kauf geht da keiner raus. Keine gute Empfehlungen für TUI.

Samo zwiedzanie miasta Antalya bylo atrakcyjne, ale niestety z powodu zawiezienia nas do sklepu z bizuteria (1 godz) i skórami (1 godz), gdzie wiekszosc turystów nie miala ochoty byc, nie mielismy wiele czasu na zwiedzenie starego miasta. Zmarnowane dwie godziny kosztem milego spedzenia czasu w Antalyi i zrobienia zakupów w tym miescie.

We arrived at the waterfall site to be ripped off by the ice cream sellers paying £27 for 3 ice creams. We were then informed by the guide en route to the next scheduled stop about the ice cream sellers should be avoided. Unfortunately that information was too late for us, please make sure that all guests are given important information before the 1st stop off point. Apart from that our guide was great and the experience was good apart from spending too much time in the coffee shop, clothes shop

Enttäuschend finde ich die Preisgestaltung. Wie sich herausgestellt hat, unterscheiden sich die Preise zwischen den Hotels erheblich. So hat eine Familie aus einem Nachbarhotel nur halb so viel gezahlt wie ich. Es wäre transparenter eine Preisstaffelung anzubieten.

Der Busfahrer ist sehr gut und Profisionell. Die fahrt zum Olymp (Schmuckgeschäft) wahr eine frechheit man wurde fast genötigt was einzukaufen und wenn man dieses verweigert hat wurde man beleitigt mit worten zb. sie sind blöd. Wenn man in ihren seberaten Räumen reingegangen ist war man sie ausgeliefert und sie wollten unbedieng ein Geschäft abwickeln. Meine Frau wurde von anfang bis zum Schluß nicht in ruhe gelassen. FRECHHEIT. Olymp und Modegeschäft wusste man das der Guide beteiligt ist.

Antalya tolle und absolut sehenswerte Stadt Die Shopping Tour war bei einem völlig überteuerten Juwelier, absolut unnötiger Stopp 1 Stunde Aufenthalt dort, was kein Mensch braucht In Antalya noch ein Besuch bei einem Klamottenbazar, ob mans braucht muss jeder für sich entscheiden Vielleicht sollte TUI mal den genauen Zeitablauf bei den Touren veröffentlichen, falls sie ihn überhaupt kennen.

Leider hat die Abholung am vorgesehenen Ort nicht gut geklappt. Die Fahrt hin wie zurück war etwas abenteuerlich, die Fahrer sind viel zu schnell gefahren. Der Besuch in der Goldmanufatur sollte ohne Aufdringlichkeit der Verkäufer ablaufen, daß klappte nicht so gut. Und der anschließende Souvenirshop danach wurde überhaupt nicht erwähnt. Die wertvollen Tipps des Guides für Anlanya waren allerdings goldwert. Trotz der negativen Teile war es ein schöner Tag. Es gibt aber Bedarf an Nacharbeit.

We hebben samen met mijn zoon en mijn moeder deze excursie gedaan. De gids is een hele leuke gids en weet veel te vertellen, goede tips en don"ts. Bij het onderdeel Juwelier dient je wel rekening te houden dat Turkse ondernemers goede onderhandelaars zijn en ze willen verkopen. Wees duidelijk dat je niets wil kopen en anders blijven ze sieraden laten zien en trachten te verkopen. Je koopt taxfree dus dient je bij het vliegveld te melden. Wees eerlijk wordt gewaardeerd. Waterval en stad top!

Der Besuch im Olympia Juweliergeschäft war für diejenigen, die nichts kaufen wollten lästig. Obwohl man deutlich gesagt hat, dass man nichts kaufen möchte, wurde trotzdem versucht einen zu übereden "vielleicht für Ihre Mutter, hier Silber schon ab nur 20 EUR". Der Teil in Antalya hat mir soweit gut gefallen, auch genug Freizeit. Bei dem Wasserfall hätte ich mir noch etwas mehr Zeit gewünscht, um im Park zu spazieren. Da laute Kinder im Bus Erklärungen des Reiseleiters teilweise unverständlich.

Heel goede gids die ons veel wist te vertellen. Bij de juwelier werd er iets teveel aangedrongen om iets te kopen. Het oude deel van Antalya was de moeitewaard om te bezichtigen! Ook de buschauffeur was vriendelijk en wist ons overal veilig naar toe te brengen. Leuke, leerrijke en bezienswaardige uitstap!

Guiden var duktig på att berätta om både seder nutid och historia på ett intressant sätt. Bra stopp på vägen. Guiden berättade både i bussen och på plats i stan. Hon gjorde det möjligt för oss att gå en historisk tur med henne i stan trots att det bara var en shoppingresa. Vi fick tid för att upptäcka själva. Tufft för guiden att leta efter folk vid upphämtning som ger onödiga väntetider för oss andra i bussen. Vore bra om ni ändrade i upphämtningsinfo att mötesplats är foajé så de slipper leta.

Der Stop beim Goldhändler wäre nicht nötig und erinnert mehr an eine Verkaufsfahrt. Außerdem waren durch das Opferfest zu viele Geschäfte in Antalya geschlossen, so dass man selber gar nicht so viel sehen und vergleichen konnte. Hier wäre ein Hinweis vorher gut gewesen und nicht erst, wenn gebucht wurde und man im Bus sitzt.

Good guide and driver. Tour of Antalya old town by guide Memmet was very good and informative. Did not really want to buy anything in the jewellery store so not useful for us. Also prices at the store were not displaced clearly. So you do not know the starting prices for any discounts they were offering.

Absolutely hated the jewellery tour these people who work in there are pushy, no one should ever be put under such pressure/Anxiety to buy from them Loved the water fall, just the right amount of time spent there The fabric shop was the same pressure to buy from them The cafe they chose was awful and expensive but ok for the toilet Old Town was lovely and visit to Hadrians gate, shame more time wasn’t spent here

This is a very informative trip the guide was very good gave us lots of information. We went to a jewellery shop and again service was so good but if you're going to buy anything take your passport so the tax can be claimed back at the airport. Tour around the old town again was informative and interesting could really do with all day in Antalya to take everything but we enjoyed it and was worth the money.

Ahmed the guide very informative through out the trip. Water fall old town definitely worth a visit. Negatives- jewellery shop waist of 1 and a half hours. Should not be made to stop here. The meeting point in the old town is a restaurant the guide recommends AVOID. Expensive bad kebabs £20 pp. very nice eating places near by for 1/2 the price.

I'll agree with most of the reviews. There isn't much point to the visit to the gold/jewellery store but it's nice to see the designs. We had a well organised trip with a lot of information from the guide. He gave people options of when to join the group if people wanted to do more shopping or visit the old town. It's a beautiful walk. I'd have liked more time there, if I'd have known.

The tour guide is an asset to your company he was very friendly and had good local knowledge, he kept us all engaged and informed us of the things to try and possible things to avoid. We were a large group but he monitored everyone and ensured that no one was left behind. He was receptive to all questions and ensured we all got safely back to our hotels. A pleasurable day. Enjoyed old town and waterfall, Didn't like 1h visit to a jewelary shopa md only have 30min in the waterfall. Being conducted to a specific bazar, but dont have suport during the shoping. Didn't like having two kids with me but the guide never checked if we were being left bewind...we liked the old town... but again only 45min there necause the guide had to show us that specific bazar and a specific place to eat...

Enjoyed trip round old town with guide who was very informative. Didn't like paying £34 (two of us on trip,£17 each) when speaking to another Tui holiday guest on the same trip, but different hotel, paid €5!! Contacted Tui on line, but didn't really get anywhere!!!!

Die Anlage ist sehr schön und gepflegt, unser Zimmer sehr groß und schön, allerdings wenig Ablageflächen. Im Bad überhaupt keine. Man könnte zumindest ein paar Haken an den Wänden anbringen. Das Essen war auch gut, ein schöner Strand und glasklares Meer.

The cost of the trip was reasonable and the tour of the old town was interesting although a little rushed. The waterfall stop was lovely although again rushed. It’s not clear in the tour info that you will be taken to a diamond and gold centre away from the city centre which lasted an hour and half. There was an element of hard sell involved and prices were extremely high for the jewellery. This un necessary element took time away from the other parts of the day and meant an early start.

Good value for a full day trip. Guide knowledgeable and pleasant. Waterfall spectacular. Old Town quaint and plenty of time for shopping and refreshment. Only down side is the visit to jewellery centre, staff overpowering and following you all the time. If I had been in the market to buy jewellery the experience would have put me off. I suggest TUI Drop this part of the tour.

J'ai le plus apprécié le tour de la vieille ville d'Antalya. Le guide permet de recueillir de nombreuses informations historiques et avant ça des recommandations pour le shopping. Le seul bémol est qu'il y a beaucoup de trajets. Cependant, ceux-ci permettent d'échanger avec ce sympathique guide qui parle très bien le français. C'est un bon rapport qualité/prix.

Det var en meget meget lang køretur, den gamle bydel, nåede vi ikke at se pga/ vi ventede så lang tid på at få mad til mange penge ..den restaurant som guiden anbefalede. Guiden tog os i en bazar, hvor de solgte kopi tøj fik vi afvide det var et godt sted at købe, godtroende som vi var, købte vi et sæt til 500 kr prøvede det og var pænt hvidt, vi fik afvide vi kunne lade poserne stå og komme tilbage, det gjorde vi. Da vi kom til hotel, var tøjet ikke pænt mere og mildestalt ødelagt ??

Ein großes Manko an dieser Tour ist der Besuch in der Schmuckfabrik. Man wird regelrecht genötigt, etwas zu kaufen ( in unserem Fall ein „Hello Kitty Armband“ für unsere Tochter für schlappe 600 Euro). Ein höfliches „Nein“ wird leider ignoriert und wenn man deutlicher wird, ändert sich die Stimmung des Beraters recht schnell. Absolut positiv ist hingegen unser Guide aufgefallen. Er hat uns viele Fragen beantwortet und uns Ecken gezeigt, zu denen wir sonst nicht gekommen wären.
