Mi dispiace non darvi ottimo come giudizio ma visto che non siete riusciti a prenotarmi alla Reggia reale di Torino e ho dovuto prenotare per conto mio senza problemi, anzi sono entrato alla visita anche prima dell'orario di entrata. Ho un sentore che abbiate preso la pratica sottotono.

The trip itself was most enjoyable - Nisyros off the island of Kos. The experience of trying to redeem the giftcard however was not so good.
The website would not accept the code printed on the giftcard (so do not see the purpose of this code).
I had to email customer services who were very helpful
