Venez éclabousser le parc aquatique le plus sauvage de Lanzarote avec la seule piscine à vague d'eau salé de l'île. Au parc Aqualava, la journée promet d'être amusante et pleine de sensations. Imaginez des toboggans, des piscines et des descentes frissonnantes où il faudra bien vous accrocher. L'option VIP comprend une entrée rapide et un repas le midi.Aqualava est plus qu'un simple parc aquatique. Toutes les piscines sont chauffées à l'énergie géothermique et attendez-vous à ce que chaque centimètre de la piscine se fonde dans le paysage volcanique de Lanzarote. Avec tous types de toboggans et de piscines pour toute la famille, les plus braves pourront défier les plus impressionnants et les plus petits ont bien sûr leurs propres pataugeoires. Vous pouvez aussi flotter lentement sur la rivière paresseuse ou vous détendre sur un transat.Et quand le petit creux arrive, il y a un bar, un restaurant avec un buffet et un marchand de glaces. Avec l'option VIP, vous pouvez choisir parmi une sélection de hamburgers, pizzas et pâtes avec une boisson. De plus, les attractions sont adaptées aux personnes à mobilité réduite, y compris l'utilisation d'un fauteuil roulant amphibie, et le WiFi est gratuit.

It was ok. Very small so we didn't stay until the pick up time for the coach, there's only five slides for adults/teenagers, the wave pool is very lackluster as is the lazy river.
Food was abysmal and gave two of us upset stomachs...

It was a lovely overall experience for us grandparents parents and children foods were OK ?? My only disappointment was my grandson fell grazed his elbows he's autistic and my daughter only wanted plasters ,the staff member tried to clean it Jacob freaked out my daughter explained its just a plaster needed she refused and called out your welcome when they left without any very rude person

Great family day out. Especially for a family with children of different ages. All staff were friendly and lovely service. One small change was the transfer was a little confusing. We were expecting a tui bus/coach. The aqualava couch turned up and we wasn't sure if it was the correct couch. No one was checking tickets and the driver just handed a handwritten receipt for the park. This would of been easier if it was explained in trip pick up details.

A great day out with my daughter. Plenty to do and lots of sunbeds and parasols - Key for us as we'd burnt a few days prior to going! Great place, helpful and friendly staff. Snacks were grossly over priced but I expected that. Overall a great day out with my daughter :)

We enjoyed the day, the slides were good even though there is only 5 so don't be fooled. It is a very small park, it has 5 bigger slides, 2 with dingies, and 1 with bowl. The transfer was not tui and it was dirty. There is a wave pool and a lazy river. The lazy river gets clogged up as it is not controlled by Anyone so everyone gets on as a free for all. The same happened on the bigger slides, the lifeguard just let everyone go immediately which ment you could get hit. The food was average.

The bus that picked us up was not in good condition. The back recliner was broken and ended up having to hold the handle the whole trip back. I took photos of the bus. On arrival at the park all was ok. The food was good and reasonable though a little confusing as we had pre paid so by time we walked and picked up what wanted and had to order some bits first lot was cold. The pick up 3pm was ridiculous. Great place if own transport. All was too rushed. Only once an hr wave machine sad too!

Loved the park, could have a few more slides. Only downfall is that we took pringles for my son as he is fussy eater and they searched my bag on the way in and took thwm off us and had to collect on exit.

The slides and facilities were wonderful and the cafeteria was ok. You need to rush in and bag a space with shade - it was otherwise impossible to get out of the sun. There were some very red people!

We missed the bus as we didn’t appreciate where the pick up point was - caught the following bus and had no problem at the water park Really emphasise the travel declaration instructions on the documents

The day out was great but the transport wasn’t very clear. We were expecting a tui transfer bus but it was actually the free bus to aqualava that you get on. It should state this on the paperwork as if you don’t get on the free bus ran by aqualava (thinking you are waiting for a tui bus)you would not get transport to the park and have to pay for your own transport.

The bus was 20 minutes late to pick us up...no apology from the driver?... . The bus its self was not very well kept, the air con wasn't working and the seats were ripped.... The drive there was fine... The park its self was very dated but never the less we had a good time while we were there the meals included was a good idea and the photographer who took some photos of us there was very friendly. We weren't allowed to take any of our own food into the park which we had to leave there and lick up on the way out.. Something I think we should have been made aware of before booking the trip..... But overall it was a good excursion but we think we should have gone to Texas Rancho instead. The main issue we have is we are still awaiting a refund for a cancelled trip we made while on holiday. Its now nearly 3 weeks ago and still no refund!?! Very disappointing!

The transfers were a free shuttle bus which is daily anyway so advertising it on advert is misleading. The waterpark is small and food and locker prices reasonable, so would be better to do it yourself

Quite a small water park but the kids were safe and the park was well maintained. We were all inclusive so we got a meal included as part of the price, it was good value for money.

Enjoyed the flumes, the kids pool was brilliant. Thoroughly enjoyed the wave pool. Staff were attentive and helpful. The fact there was no where to take cover in the pouring rain was a big negative. The sun shades weren’t waterproof and we were all soaked through whilst trying to eat our lunch (which by the way was very nice).

The kids had so much fun on the slides, the lazy river was slow and relaxing and the kids bit was great. The food was nice too.
I feel there should be more shaded areas, non slip routes around the park and we expected it to be much bigger and longer, its only a 4-5hour trip.

The actual watermark was good, especially for my toddler grandson.
The park was clean and the food served was hot and fresh.
What was a let down was the 1 hour and 30 minute transfer cramped on a bus with no air-conditioning.
Due to the long transfer time we only got 4.5 hours at the park.

Was a very good experience.
Would of been nice to have had a little more info from TUI of the exact benefits that came with the trip.
Also would be good if it was a bit longer too!
With prices if you wanted to make your own way back!
Overall a really excellent day out.

Whole testing situation was ridiculous paid for tests for 5 people only received the antigen test for leaving the resort was given lots of wrong information by the TUI reps in the shop and was spoken to appallingly by staff on the phone who told me put a complaint in if I didn’t like it!
