Excellent

Alejandro and Flacon were amazing hosts and made the experience more enjoyable. The cenote was interesting and beautiful but you couldn’t take your own cameras in. They take photos for you which you have to pay at the end. Swimming with the turtles was the highlight for me but I wish we had more time with this activity. The lunch was good in a nice scenic spot. Overall I recommend

Excellent

The guide was funny and a great service given. One trip to the cave and cool water swin underground, one trip to the turtles (alittle busy and felt to many other groups at same time) and another trip for lunch with beautiful beach. Def best out of the trips we did.

Had an amazing time getting to see the turtles swimming in the sea up close, the cenotes was very refreshing our guide JJ and Niro were amazing and made sure everyone was having a good time and very informative Over all a must trip for anyone I know you take a risk you might not see any turtles but you get to see lots of other fish and we also seen a couple of stingrays

Our guide for the day’s name is Vela, she was great and couldn’t do enough for us to make the experience memorable.I must also mention the Driver as well, again he kept us all well hydrated and offered everybody food and drink frequently. Great well organised trip.??

We were picked up and taken straight to the cenote which was great. We were then back on the bus and taken to the snorkeling spot. Unfortunately whilst in the water, the guide had to take someone back to the beach, this meant our group were left with the local guide who was extremely difficult to spot in a very crowded area, we left feeling unsafe and disappointed with the amount of people. We were then back on the bus and taken to a crowded beach for lunch - we were only allowed to stay 1hr!!

Small group of only 12 people, very friendly and safety conscious guide. Cenote was beautiful however DONT GO ON THIS TRIP IF YOU ARE EVEN SLIGHTLY CLAUSTROPHOBIC OR HAVE A FEAR OF THE DARK, as there is a significant part swimming in a a very enclosed, dark and underground cave. Aside from that we were also lucky enough to see lots of turtles at akumal, the lunch was also very tasty.

The snorkelling was very rushed. Dropped quite far out & the waters were very choppy. Myself and 2 other people were struggling in the sea and another stayed on the boat. I called our guide three times for help and it was only after he spotted my wife assisting me he came over to help. it wasn't an exclusive small group access to an eco-system restricted to 300 visitors, it was very busy and we kept bumping into other groups. It was only when we got into shallow waters did it become enjoyable.

Tour of the cenote was really good, informative and interesting going through the tight caves. Swimming in the sea was a bit crowded as there was quite a few other groups around the same time. Beach club was amazing and the food was really good

Loved the cenote. Tour guide was great. It would be great if TUI could give more info on what to expect before booking. For example, if you are claustrophobic this will mean you may not enjoy all of the cenote experience. If you are not reasonably agile you may not enjoy clambering onto a small boat or sitting on the side of the boat to jump off into the sea.

We really enjoyed this excursion, it had a little bit of everything, the breath taking cenote, turtle swimming and the beautiful beach club. The food was fantastic at the beach bar and the guide was really helpful throughout the experience and answered any questions we had. We were especially happy that extra transport was arranged to make the journey back to the hotel at the end even quicker.

I found the Bea and Brian very helpful and very knowledgeable, also they made sure I felt safe as I was the oldest on this trip. Found the cenote beautiful and would advise people not to put off by the cold water! It was refreshing. And amazing
