Ningún viaje a Islandia estaría completo sin sumergirse en las vaporosas aguas volcánicas de la Laguna Azul. Y en esta excursión de medio día, todo, desde el transporte hasta la entrada, está resuelto para usted, así que lo único que necesitará es su traje de baño y un par de horas para relajarse en uno de los entornos más surrealistas de la isla. Al llegar a la Laguna Azul, pasará por la recepción, recogerá su pulsera electrónica y se dirigirá directamente a las cálidas aguas de la laguna. Saldrá al aire helado, pero al entrar en el agua humeante de 37 grados, pronto se olvidará de todo. Hay una zona de spa, una cascada de masajes, una sauna y un bar de natación en el que podrá tomarse una copa de burbujas para disfrutar del agua azul lechosa. Tendrás un par de horas para absorberlo todo antes de que sea hora de cambiarte y volver a Reikiavik.

Amazing experience Not enough time in lagoon - along time stood waiting to go in whilst wrist bands issued, seemed rushed to get back to bus Some confusion regarding need for towels email said towels included, confirmation letter said towels needed. Towels were provided at the Blue Lagoon as part of the basic package we’d purchased.

All very well organised by tui, picked up on time, no bus changes as we had read on previous reviews, plenty of drink choices, towels are available as soon as you step out of the lagoon, wristbands for the lockers- just remember the number and the zone it is in :)

This was a brilliant experience, although it was snowing on us so it was rather misty and hard to see at times where you was going but we enjoyed it. Changing area was spotless. My only negative was that it was rather rushed. We arrived at coach park 11.30am and it took twenty minutes to sort everyone out at reception and we had to be back at coach 13.30pm so there was no time to go in the cafe. Would have been nice to have extra half hour.

It was fantastic experience in the beautiful blue lagoon. And the transfer made things very easy for us to get there. My only gripe was, I thought drinks were included in both the adult and child ticket but had to pay for my child's drink at the end of the session.

We didn’t find the time allowed at th elation was sufficient, dropped off at just after 11, then after a wait in reception and being given instructions we only had about an hour in the lagoon as need to be back to the coach for 1.30

Blue Lagoon is great. Not given a full two hours in the pool. As you have to get back to the coach and you need time to wash and dress. Also no Tui Rep present on coach and at spa. Coach arrived 18 minutes past our pick up time. Tried to contact Tui, but you took 5 hours to reply on your APP. Need more time at this lovely resort, so you can take advantage of Sauna, Hot Rooms and all other facilities. Felt very rushed. Did not get our monies worth!

This trip was brilliant the coach driver/guide on the journey there and back was lovely and taught us all interesting facts about Iceland and the blue lagoon, he then made sure we all got checked into the reception safely and efficiently. The blue lagoon its self was relaxing and enjoyable. Plenty locker space and changing facilities. The time was plenty for the trip. We would recommend this trip if you want a relaxing enjoyable time in one of the worlds wonders.

A unique experience which we enjoyed. It would have been helpful to have been told you receive towels exiting the pool. Slightly disappointed that we had to pay for our younger teens drink when the tickets booked included one!

Whole experience was amazing. Towels, shampoo, conditioner and body wash provided. Face mask if you want one and first drink included. Water feels great and facilities are clean

First class experience, from pickup by the coach to the amazing Blue Lagoon. This is an incredible experience, it’s another world. The facilities here are extremely clean and well maintained, helpful staff. If there was to be any criticism it would be that another hour longer at the lagoon would be excellent, but then you would want another hour after that, we feel that if you were there all day it still wouldn’t be enough. Everyone should visit this piece of paradise.

We enjoyed the hole experience from being picked up to the blue lagoon was fantastic the only thing we missed was more time to fully enjoy the restaurant facilities we only had two hours which was taken up enjoying the lagoon it needed to be three hours that would’ve given us an hour to experience the catering facilities which was a shame we are looking at rebooking for next year hopefully the blue lagoons experience could include more time to fully enjoy the hole experience

We were advised to get to bus stop 9 for 7.15 as time stated 7.30, on my itinerary printout, a few other passengers were advised same time . However other passengers were told 8.30 and bus eventually arrived at 8.30 . We waited in freezing cold winds for over a hour , this was not good especially as husband has heart problems . This in my opinion ruined our overall experience of the blue lagoon tour.

Loved the trip, great experience and tours. Tour guides and staff were amazing. However we would of liked to do more but the price of some tours were expensive. Especially when you add up what you already spent. Each tour we went on the coach was also late each time.

Blue lagoon was amazing and such a fantastic experience. However, the journey to get there was less than ideal. It took us an hour just to do hotel pick ups for other guests, plus the 45 minute drive there so we arrived late. However, luckily we were able to extend our time so no time was lost. The return journey was the same and took 2 hours to get dropped off. But overall, the blue lagoon was amazing and would highly recommend doing it.

Facilities clean, coach driver was late, didn't know his way around the city sobdrop off was prolonged. A 45 minute trip was 2.5 hours and we ended up walking some way back to our hotel. One arrived at blue lagoon at 4.30, staff advisrd that we should have been there at 2.30 for a 4 hour stop at the lagoon. We had 1.5 hours. Very expnsive £112.

Due to the snow we were late arriving (collected at 2:30pm but didn't arrive at the lagoon until 4:30) & the lagoon staff didn't know what to do with us. We were left a good 20mins before we gained entry & once in we were really disappointed with the cramped changing facilities. The lagoon was lovely but this really didn't live up to our expectations or the price we paid for entry. Given the cost we expected it to be better if not equal to the sky lagoon which it certainly was not.

No guide so chaos at the Blue Lagoon. Driver valiantly tried his best and BL staff recovered quickly to retrieve the experience. We may as well have gone privately for the TUI non-service on this excursion.

Very un happy about the price difference being higher when booking on line before our holiday only to get on to our coach heading to our hotel to find out it would of been a lot cheaper to have waited until we got to our destination. I will never book before hand again.

The Blue Lagoon is Beautiful. The trip on the coach was comfortable. The guide was knowledgeable and staff were friendly and welcoming. Just be aware that if you are single and travelling with children, you do get separated into different changing room's (depending on the age of the child) which can be a worry as your child doesn't know their way around and I had to ask staff to find my son, as he exited a different way. For the price of the excursion I would go to the Blue Lagoon via taxi, instead of with TUI, when I visit in the future, as you don't get enough time. It takes 45 minutes to get there, then you need to shower (naked) and then put on your bathing suit again. Then by the time you get in the lagoon, queue for a drink and shower when you leave, you get just over an hour, which is not value for money in my opinion.

Amazing experience, but expensive, bus driver miserable, dropped off and told us what time he was picking us up, no other information. When we got to the blue lagoon had to wait 15 mins to check in, no helpful information, given bracelets and then had to get on with it £107 per person was not value for money

We thoroughly enjoyed the experience, the face mud pack was great and so was the drink in the pool. The pick up and drop offs were well organised and we were kept informed at all times.

When booking on line it said pick up 7.30 so that is the time we got to the pick up point, other travelers arrived there at 7.45 so can't understand why we had a pick up of 7.30. The coach didn't turn up until about 8.20. The blue lagoon was amazing the changing rooms and showers clean with soap, shampoo and shower gel provided. It Would have been nice to have a little longer than 2 hours in the blue lagoon.

The weather was horrible - strong winds & blizzard. If we’d had to walk to a bus depot or drive we would not have gone. My only small criticism is our bus stop was across the road so did have to be out in the bad weather more than would like - but the bus was on time. Our booking was also very early but this was really worth it - we watched the sun come up in the pool and it was very quiet - magical !

This is incredible and highly recommend. My criticisms would be that having a clock somewhere inside would have allowed me to relax without having to keep checking the time with staff, the drinks are overpriced and the evening trip there needs to be better lit in the pool. Realised that there’s a lot of it we didn’t see as it was so dark we lost our bearings completely. There’s no signage in the pool to the bar, the waterfall, the masks of the toilets.

Absolutely beautiful place, the staff were really helpful, everything was provided Ie towels, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel. It was great, would recommend. I think the only thing I would complain about is the length of time we spent there, we had 2 hours overall and that included getting showered and dressed. For the amount we paid each, you would like to get a bit more time at this amazing place

Blue lagoon was amazing and so was the golden circle tour ,, didn’t enjoy the lava tunnel as much felt it was overpriced for what it was .. the Viking museum was very interesting and worth a visit overall was a vey enjoyable trip would recommend

It would be nice to get a full 2 hours at the lagoon. It was unfortunate we had to wait for latecomers during pick up. I think the trip was overpriced for the experience you got. It is also unfair to charge the same for a 16 year old as an adult.

Great service from TUI - coach on time and comfortable. Knowledgeable guide. Facilities at Blue Lagoon were excellent - large group but checked in quickly. They tried to charge for drink for our youngest daughter (15) even though we had paid same price for her. Was sorted in the end.
