We used this coach transfer service from the airport and back. The coach was comfortable. Quite a queue at the airport stop so we had to wait for next coach of about 20 minutes. Only a few people waiting on our return so easily got on. Much cheaper than a taxi each way. Would use again

Easily located bus, out of the terminal to the right and find bus stop 12. My mistake but wasn’t immediately clear you couldn’t amend booking in last 24hours before use. I booked the next day instead of the date needed. Emailed the bus company and they sent me a cover email to allow use of the wrongly dated voucher.

Ik moest de voucher downloaden maar dat lukte niet op mijn GSM en ook niet op een andere GSM. Ik heb het dan via computer kunnen afprinten maar daar stond geen QR-code bij dus dat was effe stressen of het ging lukken. We waren aangekomen met Terranova maatschappij maar deze was dus met een andere maatschappij hetgeen voor ons niet duidelijk was. Uiteindelijk is alles wel gelukt. Weet dat je ter plaatse ook kan betalen aan de bus maatschappij.

On receiving the 'booking transfer link' it was clunky! Not easy to use. A little perseverance and I had added the transfer from the airport to Rome and the return journey into the 'cart'. I paid and received 2 tickets with a QR code for the inward with Terravision. These tickets had timetables and the stop location. All good. The return ticket it transpired was with a totally different company with few details on who or where to locate them. Not what I would recommend!

Email stated didn’t need to print out, however bus operator required printed copy. Spent several minutes trying to figure out what to do as no qr code on email. Sorted eventually and allowed aboard. The bus location wasn’t very clear on ticket and had to be helped by staff, the terminal is very busy so make sure you leave plenty of time to get there. Mag beter worden aangegeven welke bus de transfer doet, dit in tegenstelling tot de eerdere transfer tussen luchthaven en centrum Rome. Toen moest ik uitzien naar bus met Transverio benaming. Nu moest ik het zelf zien te achterhalen. Tevens beter aangeven dat de bus meerdere stops maakt. Je kan dan beter inschatten welk tijdstip je moet nemen voor de transfer.

Onze terugreis naar de luchthaven was blijkbaar met een andere busmaatschappij dan dat we zijn toegekomen. Naam van de maatschappij staat nergens vermeld op de voucher, allebei via TUI geboekt. In heel kleine lettertjes vind je dan de bushalte terug op de voucher en dan heb je nog een busbegeleider die je gewoon negeert en vele anderen met een QR code op hun smartphone laat voorgaan. Uiteindelijk bekijkt hij toch mijn voucher en blijken we toch mee te mogen.

Kleine tip / advies: we ontvingen een voucher. Deze kon ter plekke ingewisseld worden voor een definitief ticket. De medewerker van SIT begreep het voucher niet omdat er geen QR code opzit. Hij moest daarom op laatste moment gaan navragen of voucher wel klopte. Ging uiteindelijk wel goed maar duurde wat lang. Dat was vervelend omdat de overige reizigers wel allemaal een QR code hadden. Vermoedelijk hadden die via andere partijen geboekt. Kunnen jullie dit bespreken met SIT? Of QR code regelen?

I was booked on a coach with a completely different company retuning to the airport and the coach company name was not clear or obvious on the ticket. The bus stop was on the other side of the train station and I nearly missed my coach. It was so far away. Make things clearer and include directions.

The most easy transfer i have ever been on. The buses are right outside the airport..easy to see and get on. Air conditioned and a nice easy ride into the terminal in Rome. Would definitely recommend and use again.

Det var en fantastisk tur, Rom var dejlig, maden vi kunne få i byen god, oplevelse var fantastisk, det eneste der ikke levede op til vores forventning var hotel, service fra personale var god, værelse passede ikke til beskrivelse, ingen badekar, meget små værelser, minibar var der ikke. Morgenmad bestod af meget tørt brød, og så kunne man vælge at få ost eller ham på, så var der selvfølgelig de forskellige små pakker med Nutella og syltetøj.. Heel goed geregeld, als je uit de luchthaven komt eindje naar rechts gaan. Daar staat iemand aan de bus, online ticket laten zien en dan krijg je een busticketje. WIj stapten uit aan 2e halte Vaticaan. Terugweg ook goed verlopen, dan is de halte aan de overkant maar wel klein eindje verder dan waar je uitstapte.Daar staat een bordje met de uurregeling. Wij waren ruimschoots op tijd aan de luchthaven.

Auf dem Hinweg lief alles reibungslos und wir waren für den geringen Transportpreis sehr zufrieden. Auf dem Rückweg allerdings akzeptierte man unsere bezahlte Buchung nicht und wir mussten ein zusätzliches Ticket kaufen. Bei der Buchung wurde man explizit darauf hingewiesen, dass die Buchungsunterlagen auf dem Rückweg anders aussehen, als beim Hinweg - Da frage ich mich, warum man dabei Unterschiede macht, wenn es doch zu Ungültigkeiten kommt. Ein einfacher QR Code hätte ausgereicht. schade

Op zich is het busvervoer prima maar de locatie waar de bus zich bevindt is zeer onduidelijk. Er is op het station niemand die weet waar de locatie is en je wordt van het kastje naar de muur gestuurd. Wij hebben 1,5 uur gezocht naar de opstapplaats.

Ik dacht dat ik een retourticket had geboekt voor 2 pers. Dat was dus niet zo. Ik moest opnieuw 2 losse tickets kopen voor de terugreis vanuit Rome naar fiumicino. Gelukkig was dat mogelijk. Het stond niet duidelijk op de website waar ik de tickets had besteld.

Told to go to bus stop 12, waited for bus. On arrival the conductor told us we needed to be at stop 14 according to our tickets. Waited for bus to be told you need to be at stop 12 after the subsequent buses missed. Return to stop 12 still had trouble getting on bus as ticket not recognised but finally let us on the bus. Not wishing to go through the same process on our return journey to the airport, we booked the Leonardo Express train, cost us £50 but no grief or possible missed connection

Onvriendelijke ticketomzetster bij opstappunt Best Western te Rome. De rit vanaf dat punt met alle andere opstappunten duur 1,5 uur; is te lang. Doorgegeven frequentie van elke 15 minuten klopte niet, op dat tijdstip was het 1 x per uur waardoor we lang moesten wachten (in de miezer).

De heenreis ging goed de kaartverkoper erg vriendelijk maar wij hadden al gereserveerd. Het ging best goed de chauffeur zei geen woord op een gegeven moment moesten we allemaal uitstappen was al erg donker het hotel vinden heeft 5 kwartier geduurd Terug was echt erg We waren ruim op tijd maar 2 bussen zeiden ze we niet meekonden de mensen drongen ook erg Maar we moesten mee om op tijd te zijn We voorzagen de spitsdrukte Hebben toen betaald al hadden we tickets op het vliegveld rennen net op tijd

Het was op zich best ok alleen voor ons niet. Het was veel verder van ons hotel dan we dachten. Dan nog in donker ook je hotel zoeken. Na 5 kwartier zoeken eindelijk gevonden. Je kreeg geen tijd bij de bus om iets te vragen. Ik zei net ik ga een taxi bellen die weten het altijd. Toen zagen we tot onze blijdschap het hotel. Google maps had ons ook omgestuurd

Het is een goedkope manier om naar het vliegveld te gaan. Let wel op dat je accommodatie dichtbij de bushalte zit, want je moet er heen lopen/reizen. Er zijn twee opstap plaatsen in Rome. Er staat iemand die passagierslijst checkt, dan kan je de koffer(s) in de bagageruimte zetten en gaan zitten. De plaatsen in de bus zijn niet ruim, maar het is een rit van ruim een half uur, dus dat is wel te doen. De bus naar de stad stopte op twee plaatsen. Deze bus naar het vliegveld ging in een keer door.

Deze transfer vanaf het vliegveld naar Rome centrum en Vaticaan stopt op deze 2 voorgenoemde plaatsen. Hou er rekening mee, dat je nog moet lopen vanaf de halte of een ander vervoermiddel naar jouw accommodatie. Wij zaten op een minuut of 10 vanaf de halte Vaticaan, dus dat was te doen. Verder is het een goedkope manier om van het vliegveld naar jouw accommodatie te komen en de bus gaat heel regelmatig. De zitplaatsen in de bus zijn niet ruim.
