The tour was very well done and our guide was excellent. We got a full look at both camps and our guide was very passionate in teaching us about the history and life of the sites. The lunches on offer were quite good and well needed if you hadn't packed your own lunch. We had a small struggle at the start of day during the pick up since there were multiple busses and no descriptor to identify our bus.

Such a valuable experience. Well worth the money as it all goes back into maintaining this historic camp for everyone to visit a huge part of history. The tour guide was amazing, knowledgeable and friendly. The pick up was just around the corner from the hotel and the driver was friendly and helpful.

Our driver was a little late in arriving but messaged to say why. He had our pre packed lunch ready at the interval. The guide around the camp was very informative and made the experience very interesting but at the same time, very respectful. It is something every one should do.

The driver didn’t pick us up from the hotel which meant there was a 20 minute walk to try and find the place. They also decided that they weren’t gonna do the 10:10 and did gone 12 o’clock pick up which meant that our plans had to change! They couldn’t do the time we had agreed as per the booking. And then they cut the tour short and they didn’t do the second visit for long because they said they had another booking to go too. Totally unacceptable to cut our toe short because they was late

Pick up changed could not find cost taxi, driver very poor no help, wasted a lot f time.

There was no hotel pick up despite this being included in our booking and our pick up time was 5.35am, we had booked for 10.10am. When we queried this we were just sent a copy of terms and conditions that we had not received previously stating that any changes could be made to the booking. More than half of the people booked on our coach never turned up, probably due to the early start. Everyone we spoke to had the same issue. Driver and guide were excellent, but felt misled with booking

Our tour that was booked weeks ago was cancelled the teatime before the morning tour. Then we were offered a tour the next day which included queuing for 4 hours for a 55% mark up on the original price. Totally unacceptable

Did not go ahead. Trip was cancelled the evening before. Took up their offer of rebooking and that trip was again cancelled the evening before. We had cancelled Salt Mine trip to go on the “rebooked” trip. We repeatedly asked if trip was going ahead as, if not, we were hoping to book something else. We were treated appallingly. Very disappointed about Auschwitz trip as it was for my Husbands 70th birthday. Disappointed with Tui too as I would expect their excursions to go ahead!!!

Great tour! However, booked for an earlier time in the morning so we could still have time in the afternoon once we returned to Krakow, however this did not happen. Found out the day before that the pick up time was 4 hours later then we had picked. Overall good day, just annoyed regarding the transfer time and pick up time selected.

Tickets not in right names if printed at all. Pick up went to wrong hotel. Qued for over 1hr in rain. we were left behind unable to keep up. After problem with headphones. Two of our party couldn't complete the 2nd half at Birkenau as it was dark with no lighting . With walking sticks it couldn't be done. To improve the tour should be the other way Berkenau ist.then Auschwitz but also earlier in the day so not to dark and dangerous. And Before cafe closes.

As good as the service and tour guide were, we felt rushed in parts, which was a shame as there is plenty to read and take in. My wife is disabled and walks with a walking stick and a lot of the time we found ourselves quite far back from our group so we missed quite a bit of the information

The planning of the trip and communication was fantastic, I was just a little gutted we weren’t picked up from the hotel. And with how early we had to be picked up, it would’ve been great to have actually been picked up from the hotel

The tour itself was very good. But the pick up contractor was diabolical. We booked an early tour so we could have a nice evening in town after the tour to let the experience of Auschwitz sink in. Had to call TUI to find out what time pick up was. Then 1hrs later got text from pick up and said tour was delayed by 2hrs. Then following morning another text to say it had been delayed again by another 2 Hours. Got back to hotel at 21:00. Too late for us to at our age to enjoy the sert of the evening

We specifically chose a tour that offered hotel pick up and chose an early pick up time. The day before the tour we were told we had to walk to the pick up point and that our tour time had changed to late morning. The tour guide was very informative however it was very difficult to understand her.

The experience on the day was very good. Our driver was prompt and very friendly. Our problem was actually getting our trip confirmed once we’d arrived in Poland. Our initial booking was cancelled less than twenty four hours before departure. This is totally unacceptable.

Booked our excursion through amusement, the first trip was cancelled, then moved to the following day. Then very poor communication as to whether the trip was going ahead or not, had to change to a very early pick up. But once we were on the mini bus it all went smoothly, very friendly driver.

Amazing and unforgettable trip. originally was supposed to pick up and drop off at hotel but was unable to do this so had to get a taxi to the pick up point. On return the driver kindly dropped us off at the hotel. Very nice and helpful driver and tour guide. Would highly recommend.

Good tour but they need to answer emails and requests a lot quicker than 24 hours prior to tour. Booked 2 months in advance for the morning tour at 8.10 and ended up on a shorter afternoon tour where due to the time of day our guide who was fantastic seemed to have to rush through the tour.

As we were visiting Krakov we took the opportunity to visit Krakow. Due to our hotel position we met at a central point nearby, minibus exactly on time. The official guide at Auschwitz and Birkenau was absolutely fantastic. So many stories. Very moving and gruelling at times.

A great tour from start to finish. We were picked up from our hotel by our driver who was really helpful and friendly. We were transported in a modern and comfortable Mercedes people can and it was only Ourselves and another couple so felt like a personal experience. When we arrived we were met by our Tour guide who was very knowledgeable and friendly who answered all the parties questions (Tour was about 15 people in total) The pace of the tour was great also. It didn't feel rushed but it didn't drag either. Great trip and I would definitely recommend.
