Not enough time to go on the beach - as advertised to take beachwear but no point. Also, no mention of ladies having to wear long skirts. I wore trousers but had to borrow a skirt to put on as well to enter the monastery.

It was good to get an idea of the geography of the island. There was no check in when we boarded the coach and this became a problem when we had to stop and let a couple off the coach when they realised it was the wrong one. The guide was obviously very knowledgeable about the island and the places we visited but there was too much talking on the coach, without breaks inbetween. It was also very difficult to hear what she was saying, both on and off the coach. We were left to our own devises.

The tour is excellent. The downside for us was the driver of the coach. There was a blind passenger and he refused to open the front doors of the coach which she found easier to climb rather than the steep side door. The reason was "to keep the air con" going. However he opened the front door for the guide. Double standards and no consideration.

The trip was lovely. The guide was very knowledgeable but didn't interact with guests any further than "being a guide". Which is fair enough, but would have been nice if she talked to you

Great way to see the island. Stops at the monastery, Aliki and Faros were stunning. The guide was excellent, so knowledgable but funny and conversational too. I would have like a little more time in Panagia and it was disappointing to be in Thassos during siesta time and everywhere was shut.

Guide was OK with knowledge but not fab. Monastery was good. The beach stop/ruins was great but not enough time, there was a walk to do and lovely beach and tavernas. We then stopped for lunch elsewhere which could have been combined with beach stop. Next two stops were for such a short time it was crazy.

The monestary is very small and only takes 5 minutes to view, Alkiliki Beach is beautiful. the ruins did not give much history and are free for anyone to visit, Panagia is a lovely town and it would have been nice to lunch here but we were told we would be eating at the next town, so we waited. We then arrived at Thassos Town at 2.30. We were meant to be taken to a traditional taverna , which didn’t happen and we didn’t eat until 3.00. Very disappointing trip.

Gteat your just to see a lot of the island in one go. Alike was really overcrowded and didn't feel eirth thexdtop. Faros was a great lunchstop and I loved the monastery

The coach was small and very warm. My husband had to show the driver where the AC button was?????????? Angela was excellent and very informative. For the price we paid I would have expected the Museum entrance fee to be covered. Thanks to Angela’s knowledge we learnt so much about the Island and would recommend it just be prepared to pay for Museum and lunch.

Angela was absolutely fantastic!! What doesn’t she know about the places we visited? Not much!! She gave us a detailed history of Thassos and we loved it. This is the second time on holiday in Thassos and this took us to parts we haven’t seen before! From the Monastery to Aliki, to the stunning beauty of Panagia. If you are fascinated about the history of the island, this is a must and Angela makes it fun too.

We were picked up from our hotel on time, and the joined the tour in Thassos Town. Free time at all stops was just enough. The lunch stop good. Angela is an excellent tour guide with some good jokes

The pick-up time was very reasonable and we didn't spend long periods on the coach, the guide was excellent and gave us lots of interesting information. We had a good amount of time at each stop, the only negative was that the museum was shut on the day of the to. The meal was excellent - I give the restaurant lots of credit for being able to serve nearly 50 people all from an a la carte menu in just one hour. The locations selected were a very good mix and gave us a real feel for the island.

Great trip around the island. As we stayed in Thassos town the stop there was a waste for us. There was little to say what the itenary was on booking and the coach was half hour late with no apology. The guide was excellent and very knowledgeable. Stopped at some lovely places. Some free time in Panagia would have been nice. Access to some areas is steep so anyone with mobility problems would struggle.

This was a fine day tour of the island. To start with we went to Thassos town for an hour to wait for other s to join the tour from other hotels so we had time for some souvenir shopping as well as a coffee and cakes. The tour guide was very knowledgeable and was very relaxed for the whole day. We could not have been in better hands as she made the tour so enjoyable. Angela- you were amazing!

It was good to see Thassos. The guide and driver were good. The coach was very tatty. The lunch that we paid for ourselves was expensive and the worst meal that I had all holiday. It would have been better to be able to choose where we ate ourselves. The biggest disappointment was being picked up at 8:30am and having to spend 1.5 hours in Thassos town waiting for the tour to begin at 11:15.

The bus was over 45 mins late which meant we were waiting over an hour. Would have preferred free time in panacea and miss the lunch stop as although nice you could have lunch at the beach stop. Angela excellent.

Stops are too short. Better to have more time in Thasos town and Aliki. And go on a day when the museum is open or do a separate guided tour of town. Lunch spot was lovely and guide was very good. Even more commentary would have been great.

Angela our tour guide was extremely knowledgeable and both her and the driver were very friendly. TUI rep said that the entrance to museums was not included in the price, not that the museum was closed on Tuesdays.

Content generally good, with guide and driver very good. However it was disappointing that the tour was on a Tuesday and the widely renowned Museum in Thassos Town is apparently closed on a Tuesday.! Suggest that Thassos Treasures is scheduled on another day.

We felt very well looked after by TUI and we appreciated the regular texts and updates. The only hitch was a change of day for the Thassos Treasures excursion which had been changed from the Wednesday to the Tuesday but we had not been informed. The Sunray Hotel in Limenaria was outstanding. The hotel itself had a lovely terrace, pool and beach front and Maria, her family and all the staff were superb and so friendly and helpful. The food was also first class.
