                            Trip was postponed about 2 hours before we were due to start "because the sand is too hot". The next day it was also postponed for the same reason but I didn't get a call until about 10 minutes before the start time. I wasn't able to postpone again as I was flying back next day.  The provider wasn't able to organise a refund so now I have to wait for a very long time on a contact centre phone line to get my money back.
