Enjoy 45 minutes to test your balance on four-level ropes course, where traditional elements include vertical rope ladders, double beams, and lily pads. You will test your agility, balance, and strength on the weave walk, squid steps, and twisted rope. Before heading up, each participant is outfitted with a full body safety harness and slingline. A certified operator connects each participant into the safety system on the ground and then the fun begins.
Please note size limitation below: All participants must safely fit into a harness - Minimum Height: 48” or 42” with a paid chaperone - Maximum Weight: 300 lbs
Participants should dress comfortably and according to the weather - Open-heeled shoes, flip flops or sandals are not permitted. No dresses or skirts - Pockets must be emptied (lockers are available for personal items - Hair that is shoulder length or longer should be tied back
NOT RECOMMENDED FOR ANYONE WHO: Has had recent surgery - Has an injury to neck or back - Has had recent stitches - Is pregnant - Has difficulty ascending or descending stairs - Guests who are under the influence of drugs or alcohol will not be permitted to participate

Meeting point:
Your Twisted Trails experience is reserved for a specific date and time. Please arrive 30-45 minutes before your tour time. Upon arrival to Natural Bridge Caverns, please proceed to the Twisted Trails Ticket Booth located within the park and redeem your e-voucher. Once redeemed you will be escorted to the Twisted Trails areas where you will be fitted with a harness.
