Descubra la Costa del Sol por tierra y por mar con esta divertida excursión de tarde. Tome el cómodo ferry rápido de Fuengirola a Benalmádena y, a continuación, diríjase al interior para visitar Mijas, el pueblo blanco más popular de la costa. Una vez allí podrá ir de compras y explorar con tiempo libre.Para entrar en calor para el evento principal, viajará a Fuengirola y subirá a un barco para realizar un crucero costero hasta Benalmádena. Al atracar, subirá al autobús y se dirigirá a Mijas, en las colinas. Una vez que hayamos llegado, habrá una copa de vino local y una tapa esperándole en un bar cercano en el corazón del centro.Después, dispondrá de tiempo libre para explorar a su ritmo las sinuosas callejuelas de la ciudad. Podrá comprar productos típicos andaluces, como artículos de cuero y cerámica, ver la ermita en las rocas o montar en los famosos burro-taxis; a los niños les encantará.

With hind sight I would have just taken a taxi to Mijas. The town was so lovely and well worth visiting but the ferry and coach trip was a waste of time. It was unfortunate that the ferry arrived 20 minutes late so we were standing in a queue in sweltering heat for over 45 minutes. Then on the way back from Mijas the coach broke down so we waited an hour for a replacement which we were told would be 15 minutes.

I enjoyed this trip especially to Mijas. Could have done without the boat trip on reflection, but just because the Costa del Sol is just all buildings. Nothing much to look at. The sea was also rough and so the ferry was not a smooth sailing and no information given about what we were looking at. The guide Fred was lovely. Very informative and friendly. He looked after everyone well. The coach broke down on the way back and he did his best to keep everyone updated whilst new coach was arranged.

This is an excellent trip which I highly recommend! Bus picked up on time and it was an hour to the port. Time went so quickly as Fred the guide was so informative! A little free time to grab an ice cream then an hour boat ride. A short bus ride to Mijas which is beautiful! Sangria was welcomed although the ‘tapas’ need improving. Then 2 hours free time in Mijas to enjoy at your leisure. Trip was 6 hours long - well worth the money! Sadly, not a trip for those who can’t walk short distances.

Brilliant trip, boat a little rough as windy, but lots of fun. Only downside is people with mobility issues, Mijas is very hilly. Yes not so many steps but the the walk from the bus park was an incredibly steep hill. We saw the chapel, had a nice tapas and drink, and about an hour to ourselves to explore. I sat on a bench with a lovely mountain view as it was a bit hot for me. Very enjoyable day though

1. we were picked up at a bus stop rather than at hotel. Problem is that there is no physical bus stop, the bus just stops there! Thus concerned that we were at correct place. I only found out location after talking to hotel staff. I could easily have been waiting on the wrong side of road and that stop is not visible from other side of road, thus we would have not been seen by someone looking from bus.

More time in Mijas so we could experience the donkey taxis would have been nice. The taxi ride takes around 30 minutes but we were only there for 40 and wanted to explore the town too. I do not recommend this trip for anyone with mobility issues, there are lots of steep hills and the restaurant for the tapas was up several flights of steps with no lift access due to age of buildings. My husband and I found it quite painful.

Mijas Is a beautiful place so rich in tradition and culture and getting to see it was amazing. I personally would recommend taking a tuk tuk tour once there if you would like to see as much as you can in a short space of time. The trip was amazing

The excursion was sold as a trip to Mijas, with all the faffing around including getting a boat to Benalmadena everyone on my trip got a total of one hour free time to explore Mijas! Mijas was lovely but this was a complete waste of time. We spent more time on the coach than we did in Mijas.
