La croisière prévue jusqu'à l'île Barbe n'a pas pu rentrer en centre-ville. L'itinéraire réalisé s'est cantonné à des allers-retours en Confluence et le pont Koenig. C'est décevant et non conforme à ce qui a été acheté. Un remboursement partiel est-il possible ? Merci de votre retour.
