Enjoy this introductory Muay Thai session and don't worry if this is your first attempt. It's a perfect choice for beginners, and both men and women are welcome.There are various clinching techniques, and many call it The Art of Eight Limbs, which commonly combines elbows, fists, knees, and shins.Get handy tips and tricks from your professional instructors who will guide you through the entire duration of the class. Once you understand basic Muay Thai, your trainer will become your boxing partner to help you improve your technique.
