Geweldige ervaring local gids zeer betrokken en enthousiast .Ruim voldoende tijd om de wilde dieren te bewonderen. De reis ernatoe ook prima verlopen, veel bewondering voor de chauffeur hoe deze ons veilig en bekwaam loodste door het drukke verkeer. Top reisleiding die uitleg gaf in 4 talen en algemene info over het land. Een excursie om aan te raden . Wat een topper!

We saw all the animals we expected to see with great views from the vehicle. The guide on the coach to and from Bandia was very informative about the country's people, heritage and traditions. The guide on the safari vehicle was very informative about the animals without dominating the experience. Nice that the vehicle's engine was switched-off when viewing the animals. Reas to consider improvement are to incorporate more birds in the viewings and also to consider Electric Vehicles.

De moeite waard! Goede begeleiding van begin tot het eind. Onderweg werd er veel verteld over waar we langsreden en het leven in Senegal. Bij het reservaat werd de groep over verschillende jeeps verdeeld. Wij hadden een leuke gids die veel vertelde over het park en de natuur. Giraffen, zebra’s , 2 neushoorns en diverse andere dieren en vogels gezien.

With regard to passenger safety, we were taken round the reserve in a 7.5 ton truck which was high to climb up to (we are in our late 70s with slight mobility issues). On two occasions I was struck across my cheek by overhanging thorny branches, no warnings were given. Fortunately the scratches on my face healed quickly.

When in the reserve once we had seen the animals and taken a photo we moved on. It would have been better if the driver stopped for a few minutes for us to observe them in their natural environment.

The guide at the resort was great. We managed to see all the animals, even the rhino's, and lots of birds. The transfer to and from the reserve was very informative too. Our guide gave lots of information about Senegal, and was happy to answer questions. It was an experience to drive through Mbour and the villages to see a bit of the real Senegal. I would highly recommend this trip, and I felt it was good value for money.

I had made three bookings for 14 people and had contacted you in advance to link the bookings, You did do this, there were 2 other couples (both French in the same vehicle). The excursion was great and really enjoyable, the organisation could have been improved, the 2 couples were directed to the vehicle first, they sat spread out on rows 2 and 5, which meant my group had to be split up. Also, there were around 100 on the trip, splitting groups by language would have been better.

Het moest allemaal best snel gaan(erna nog 1 uur in de bus moeten wachten Wel mooi. We boekten ter plaatse nog de leeuwen erbij. Dit was zeker geen meerwaarde. Veel geld voor wat je krijgt.

This was far better than I thought it was going to be. We got up close to animals. Although there were a number of vehicles in the reserve, you wouldn't have known it. Guide was good in ensuring that everyone had good photo opportunities.

De safari was echt leuk. Heerlijk rijden, goede uitleg en veel dieren te zien. Als tip: doe vooraf ook de leeuwen…is een mooie belevenis. En na afloop nog leuke dingen om te kopen. Echt een aanrader.

Good to get out of the hotel and see something of the country even if just driving through on the way to the reserve. The guides were talking in their second or third language so not always as clear as you would like but very friendly and enthusiastic. Things seemed a bit disorganised at times particularly at the end when the group split, some were seeing the additional lion tour. We were not and we were hanging around in the heat while plans were made for our transportation back.

Great that the excursion operated daily. It would be nice if there was an opportunity to do am and pm excursions to the reserve - I understand the reserve is open from 8am to 6pm most days. I didn't book the excursion that included seeing the lions - I got to see many animals on the reserve (including a cheeky monkey at the restuarant!) and learn about the historical role of the baobab tree. I thought it was good value for money. All guides were friendly, professional and knowledgeable

The safari was well planned and we were able to see numerous animals in a short time in this small reserve. Its not Kenya by any means but a great mini safari for a few hours, we saw giraffe, buffalo, rhino (lucky), warthog , zebra and various types of antelope. No predators in this reserve you buy a separate addition (or tour including lions) to do Lions in a separate section which wasn't sold in the UK only by tui rep at hotel. We didn't do that but looked good. Well organised

A swift and convenient pick up. Informative guide en route. Brilliant safari vehicle and we saw Rhino’s! So much to see and enjoy. Anyone not doing this tour would be missing out. If you do one tour in Senegal, this is it.

Camion jeep un peu ********** bruyant. Explications principalement en anglais et beaucoup moins en français. Sinon la promenade et la vue des animaux étaient très chouettes même, s'il s'agit d'animaux en semi liberté. Nous avions réservé via TUI en Belgique au prix de 70 euros mais à notre hôtel le prix était de 65 euros avec en plus la possibilité de voir les lions avec supplément de prix,

If you only do one trip on this holiday it must be this safari with the Lion enclosure added. An absolutely mind-blowing view of animals in the wild .The guides seem to know exactly where to find the animals which were clearly wild but not worried by us. We got excellent views of giraffe, antelope, monkeys, buffalo zebra and ostrich and others. In the lion safari we had a huge male lion eating on the bonnet of our highly protected vehicle with a lioness on the roof. Absolutely amazing

Informative English speaking guide on the bus and on the safari itself. Booked in advance on the website in the UK, when the option of seeing the lions wasn’t offered/available, unable to upgrade the trip as we didn’t have a 72hr window. No air-conditioning on the transportation, making the return journey a tad unpleasant

Het was een leuke activiteit. Zeker voor de kinderen. Alleen jammer dat we niet bij de leeuwen konden. Dit zat niet inbegrepen bij de excursie als we op voorhand boekte. De mensen die in het hotel ter plaatste nog geboekt hadden, konden wel naar de leeuwen. Dat had ik wel graag geweten op voorhand.

Der Park ist in keiner Weise Vergleichbar mit Nationalparks im südlichen od. östlichen Afrika. Es handelt sich m.E. eher um eine Schutzgebiet, in dem verschiedene Tierarten, die ursprünglich auch nicht zwingd dort heimisch sind, Schutz finden. Schade finde ich, dass die Guides rauchen im Park während einer Pause nicht unterbinden. Leider schmeissen die rauchenden Touristen dann auch noch die Kippen auf den Boden. Die versprochenen Tiere haben wir gesehen.

Schöne Safari, großes Reservat, die Tiere haben viel Platz. Die Reiseleiterin hat in 3 Sprachen auf dem Weg zum Park übersetzt. Negativ fand ich das unser Busfahrer während der Fahrt vom Hotel zum Park Whatsapps geschrieben hat. Deshalb gibt es beim Punkt Sicherheit auch Abzüge. Der Guide im Safaripark war sehr nett und hat darauf geachtet das wir auch Zeit haben zum fotografieren. Es war ein schönes Erlebnis.

Wir waren nur zu acht. Allerdings erhielt die portugiesische Familie auf dem Weg ausführliche Erklärungen (auf Portugiesisch natürlich) und wir drei Sätze auf Englisch. :/ Die Rangerin sprach dann sehr gut deutsch und englisch. ???? Gesehen haben wir Giraffen, Zebras, Nashörner, Warzenschweine, Antilopen etc. Die Tiere waren (als wüssten sie es) direkt am Weg. :D Alles in allem ein schöner Ausflug.

Leuke uitstap die je zeker moet doen als je nog geen dieren in het wild hebt gezien. De gids probeert zo dicht mogelijk tot bij de dieren te komen. We hebben ook veel uitleg en leuke weetje meegekregen. Aanrader!

The excursion was really great and exceeded my expectations. I swa more wild animal varieties than expected and had a great commentary from the guide throughout the excursion. The commentary from the TUI staff on the transportation to Bandia was also great as I learnt a lot about the people of Senegal as well as the country.

A great guided tour of the park with lots of info about the animals from our guide. Saw everything we were expecting to up close and plenty of stoppage time to get the best photos. Could have done with a little longer at croc lake to get some refreshments before we headed back to the hotel.

Auf der Safari haben wir alle vorher angekündigt Tiere gesehen und es wurden uns viele interessante, für uns noch unbekannte Infos zu den Tieren gegeben. Der Guide war sehr nett und konnte gut englisch. Wir waren sehr zufrieden.

Das Hotel ist sehr schön und modern, allerdings gibt es zu wenig öffentliche WCs und die Bars waren immer mit Wartezeit verbunden. Das Angebot der Getränke müsste man auch noch etwas erweitern, für jeden etwas dabei aber noch ausbaufähig für 5 Sterne!
