Auschwitz was one of the largest concentration camps built by the Nazis during World War II. The remains of the camps are currently inscribed on the UNESCO World Heritage List and serve as the most important Holocaust memorials, evidence of the terror that occurred during the war.From the center of Krakow, an English-speaking driver will take you to the town of Oswiecim, where the museums are located. Then, accompanied by a licensed guide, you will tour the museum and memorial sites, including the former Auschwitz and Birkenau concentration camps.Learn more about the Nazi Holocaust and the functioning of the camps. See the poignant exhibition halls, barracks, gas chambers, and other buildings at Auschwitz I. Then, take a closer look at the guard towers, ruined buildings, and memorials at Auschwitz II (Birkenau). Your guide will narrate everything you see with attention and sensitivity.

Due to the extremely high visitors’ volume and internal policies, Auschwitz-Birkenau reserves the right to cancel tours or guides at any time, even a few days or hours before the visit. If this happens, you will be informed and if possible, offered an alternative date or program
