We were first pick up and last drop off so on the coach 1-2 hours longer than others. There were too many pick ups. We picked up people who we then took to another coach. When we got to the first drop off it was at the same time as 5 other coaches.The queue to see El Golfo was all the way back to the car park and the queue for the toilet was very long. We nearly missed the time to be back. Having been on rather coach so long , I had to use the toilet. We were also hurried at Tinmanfaya.

Great

The guide and driver were excellent. Pick up on time and those picked up first were dropped off first. Lunch was plentiful along with wine and water and ice cream Visit to the fire mountain was excellent with no queuing. Long enough at each stop Just felt possibly €10 over priced. As actual tour did not start till 10am as we spent hour and a half driving to other southern resorts first.

We enjoyed the trip. It was quite cold at the volcano so could have advised caution stokers to take a jumper for that part of the trip.

Great

I really enjoyed the day - the guide was fantastic. You do get to see a few things, but I feel it's a little rushed in places - would have been nice to have time to explore the gift shops more. Lunch - not many options for vegetarians! Unless you like Salad and chips?

Guide local, very knowledgeable and loves her island! Driver excellent around tiny roads at Timanfaya national park. Lovely lunch in a traditional village. Found it hard to find correct bus as many arrived at once for different tours...sign on window would have been useful!

We didn’t enjoy the uncertainty around which coach to get on as not clearly marked / identified, although once our coach arrived I was called by my first name. Both guide Nelly and driver Carolos did a good job looking and advising is throughout the trip. I recommend the camel trip which we initially did not pay for but enjoyed. Given the wide experiences good value for money without the stress of driving yourself.

I really enjoyed the caves and getting plenty time to explore when we were at the destination. For the price paid I think the camel trip should be included as there wasn’t anything to do if you didn’t pay for the camels. The pick up and drop of times on the bus were painfully long and it felt like we were on the bus forever which spoiled what would have been a top class day. However the caves were incredible and the volcano experience was absolutely liberating. Absolutely incredible.

We was not informed in change of different coach and not having a Tui guide as booked. The Tui rep told us the wrong place to wait for our pick up , because of not knowing this, and it was 20 minutes late. A purple coach stopped and we thought, that’s not ours, the tour guide got off coach, no Tui uniform on, we turned to walk away and she shouted out my name, she said Tui decided to shove us on here. What’s the point of having Tui app, when you don’t bother to inform of any changes ! We told our hotel Tui rep the next day and she said she would look into it.
