Great

The Cenote experience and guide were excellent, it included cave and open cenote. We did this with teenage children, and they all really enjoyed it. As other have mentioned, you are left for several hours after the experience at the cenote site with nothing to do. We got to the cenote site around 9.30am, and were told the bus pick-up was at 3pm. Cenote tour lasted about an hour and a half. I'd still recommend the experience but take food or money for lunch and be prepared for a long wait.

No confirmation of pick up time, but got my hotel to make all the enquiries and was collected from hotel as expected. Good journey to cenote, and given a choice to leave there at 3pm or 5pm. Tour was really good in spite of constant rain and we finished before 12, with 3hours to sit around waiting. Then we found from one of the group that we had to wait at a shop a good distance from the cenote entrance. During the wait for the journey back, got multiple mosquito bites.

The denotes experience was very good and well organised this lasted for about one hour and a bit. Then we were left to amuse ourselves in the heat for 3 hours. There were places to eat and also toilets but nothing else. We were able to go back in the largest cenote as it was not compulsory to wear a life jacket! We had to walk ALONG way back to our pick up minibus.THE Cenote visit was worth the money but we should have returned to hotels much sooner
