Overpriced to get in. The Fast passes are then a further €70 pp up from about €40 last year. Food is exorbitant. Gold option offered by TUI is not worth it. Advertised as speedy entry to park. In reality, the guide gets the tickets and you join the general entry queue. Huge queues for rides, even with fast pass. Lifeguards seem disinterested and are not proactive in managing queueing system. And were negligent and disinterested with regards to safety when I was there

We did have a good day, the TUI coach / provider was good . However aqualand as a whole wasn’t the best experience - organisation for fast past was chaos , staff in shop were rude and all the videos we watched on YouTube mention 35€ cost for fast pass we were prepared to pay this but on arrival it’s €70 per person for fast pass - absolute rip off !Considering the cost of the entrance . We went to a water park in Crete last year , same time no need for fast pass and a lot more included in price

Lots of choice for slides. Something for everyone and the teens loved it. We found it quite pricey, 36 euros each to get fast pass even though tickets were 68 euros each. 10 euros for each photo and 7 euros for a small locker. Apart from price, we did enjoy it. We did feel the time we had was short after a drop off after 10 and pick up at 3.30. Would have preferred longer

Aqualand itself was brilliant and our 5yo has the best time on all the slides (there are so many there for the smaller kids!) We paid for 'Gold' which I feel was a waste of money. We arrived after the main opening so there was no 'priority entry'. The free gift for kids at the end is a baseball hat so obviously our son was a little disappointed. We arrived at around 1030 and had to be back on the coach by 340 when we could easily have spent longer there! It was a shame to leave so early.

We paid for the Aqualand gold ticket, 2x adults and 2x children, using our gold ticket we skipped to the front of the queue, x2 Sunbeds, 2 gifts, 4 ice creams and 4 drinks included- we felt this was great value as drinks/ food is expensive in the park. Sunbeds are €5 each if purchased separately. Fast tracks are a MUST in the summer months, you can be waiting around 30/60 mins per slide without. Martin our tour guide was lovely and helpful, great day all round!

The park was quiet but for the price you pay there are not many slides. The food prices are horrendous €5 for a bottle of water and €20 for a thin pizza. The service from staff inside was so rude. It’s a lovely park but not worth the cost of £55 which did include transfer

We were staying in Cala D’or and it took us 2 hours each way which was not disclosed when booking, due to pickups. The time in the waterpark was quite short- we spent the same amount of time on the coach. The waterpark it’s self was great, no need for a fast pass as no queues since early June.

We as a family of 8 enjoyed Aqualand. However, the price of roughly 40€ was expensive per adult & child to get fast track.. I wouldn’t recommend getting the gold pass though, I payed for an extra 4 adults, being children, 15,14,14 & 10 for sunbeds which they didn’t need but there wasn’t an option as it went under a group booking. Also the free toy you get, was a little miniature football on string which broke within 5 minutes, didn’t even get a free toy with Aqualand on it as a memory.

We had to get to the coach at 3.45 which was so early so we spent the day rushing around to go on the slides rather than relaxing and enjoying it. The actual park closes much later so it would’ve been nice to have more time there. That is also why I felt it wasn’t such value for money.

We enjoyed the trip very much and nothing to do with Tui at all, the excursion was brilliant. It was just at aqualand we felt fast pass guests were more catered for, like....LOADS of waterslide rings for fast pass and on some rides we had very long waits for standard double rings. There didn't seem to be enough, so wait times were longer.

Wasn't aware there was a storm due and it was too late to cancel as booked late. Got collected early even though the park remained open post storm. Rep who collected said tui rep at hotel already knows and will be able to refund or give a complimentary ticket however this wasn't the case. Have reported further and not heard back

Getting the gold pass through TUI was well worth the money with all the extras we got. You really need to get the fast pass at the water park though otherwise you can be queuing for 30+ mins per slide. This makes it quite expensive for a family. Some slides felt a bit unsafe and we flipped out of the rings / boats several times. The park is also a little tired and could use some updating, but overall we still had a good day out!

1) Tui booking app implied there was priority access to the park with the gold package, but this was not true and we had to join the long queue for admission. 2) the price of the package did not feel like good value for money. 3) the afternoon pick-up should have been later to allow more time at the park.

The rides were good. However, communication from the TUI guide and from park staff was poor. The TUI guide was most unhelpful and a complaint has subsequently been submitted about her. The gold entry benefits were not as promised. No fast track entry - gold pass holders had to join the queue with everyone else.

The ques are very long and fast pass people really are treated much better. It's not fair on those who can't afford to spend a whopping 26 euros extra. We saw fast pass people get on a ride 6x to our 1. We believed that we had got a fast pass in with the TUI booking price. That's what it sounded like when advertised and the rep we spoke to led us to believe it but no. Poor advertising. Plus we only got 4 hrs there which made it even worse value for money. Coach needs to pick up much later!

Our Guide was fantastic the coach trip transfer was excellent we even arrived early. It’s not worth doing the fast pass entrance as it meant nothing, they also ran out of the ice creams we wanted!! We queued for over 40 mins for food which meant we lost over an hour of fun waiting and eating lunch. The park overall was great fun and my kids and husband really enjoyed their day out.

Aqualand was fine although expensive through your tour and we only actually had 4 hours at the park due to timings with the tour operators. Our issue was the transfer which took us 2 1/2 hours which is ridiculous. We were picked up 1st and dropped off last. We had to go via the aquarium as well and multiple hotels on the bus. Very bad planning in what was a 10 hour day for us with children. took us 45 minutes on the airport transfer which is close to the park. we feel we were mislead on cost

The booking was easy on the TUI app and we were given adequate information up to the date of our visit. The water park was good but I’d advise to take your own food and drink for the day, it’s extremely expensive. For example, it’s around 15-20euro per meal.

Overall the waterpark itself we really did enjoy and whilst there we had a fabulous day. However the coach journey to and from took 3 hours each way, from our hotel by car it is around 50 minutes. Once we were picked up we went 2 hours out of the way to pick people up when the logical thing to of done was for the coach to go the furthest destination first and work its way back! The guide also did not speak English which was a hinderance when explaining this issue!

We booked the gold fast track option which when we got there wasn't honoured and cost us an extra €128 despite paying for it through TUI when we booked it. The park itself is very tired, food is the usual really expensive bad quality that you would expect. Drinks are also mega expensive too.

There are some good slides, two pools, one with waves and some small slides for kids. If you are not keen on big slides, unfortunately, the small ones are for kids only. So the only quiet alternative for adults is the pool and the "lazy river". The food is rather expensive. A set meal - a burger, chips and a drink, for two, will cost you just under 40 euro. Overall, if you like big slides, its a good place to go to.

My family of 6 arrived, paid for the locker, and beds and joined the queue for the first slide. It took us 45 min to get to the top as the Fast Pass people were allowed to jump the queue. After this we decided we were going to have to purchase Fast Passes too, though my children said they would feel awful walking past the people without the passes. In short, there is no point going unless you purchase the Fast Passes. Bring your own picnic. The 4pm bus home did feel like our day was cut short.

The children loved the park. It was, however, very expensive. Lots of added extras to buy on top of Tui price… Fast passes (these really were needed in August to avoid long queues in the heat) Food was very expensive. Lockers It was great to have sunbeds and ice cream/drink included in the price of the ticket. We all enjoyed the park. The rides were good and varied. Staff/lifeguards were very efficient and it was clean and well run.

Our guide was not very helpful didn’t speak to us at all on the coach journey just counted passengers on and sent us to the wrong place to queue when we got there so we then had to join the back of the queue to get in

The slides and pool were fantastic. Safety was kwy at every entrance and exit from the slides. Only down side was the price. A little expensive to get in plus once your in its extra for locker and fast track ( which if you don't need so much coz it's quiet they will still sell to you) make sure you have a good breakfast b4 you go, coz pizza is €19.50 and resembles a thin restouratie style, either cheese & tomato or pepperoni its still €19.50. Luckerly we got vouchers included.

Unfortunately had an issue with delay with transfer without acknowledgement and location of pickup not being clear cut. but after a call we still got picked up and location was resolved. But would’ve liked communication previously. However, the guide more than made up for this delay with her enthusiasm. So Alisson, very well done! The aquapark itself was fantastic and would recommended to all. Overall, definitely worth the booking!

Aqualand was great. Went at the end of September, still hot and quiet so no need for the fast pass at this time of year as there were no queues. The food was okay although very pricey, €20+ euros for a pizza alone was a bit much. Lockers are €11 to rent, with €6 given back once you returned your key. The major let down was the transfer being 30 mins late, wouldn’t let you on without a mask demanding you buy one from the chemist before boarding, although this was not displayed anywhere

The journey was ok. Too many pick ups in a way to the park and drop offs. Park is closing at 6, but we had to leave at 4. That was a disappointment. Extra 2h would make a difference. Park in itself is ok, but not the best… wouldn’t go there for a second time. The lady guide was really nice.

The coach was booked for 8.15 at the Galleon for pick up but it had changed its name so was a bit confusing but found it on Google maps. The coach didn’t arrive so phoned and got through to contact number. Said it was an hour late and arrived at 9. Guide on coach was great. There was 2 drop offs, one to the aquarium which dropped off first and then to to water park. Aqua land was fantastic, you could take your own food and drinks in and beds were 5 euros. Pick up 2 hrs before closing

The waterpark itself was brilliant however the amount of time we were given to experience it was very disappointing. We were told we would be picked up at 09.15 but this didn't happen until 09:35. Upon arrival we were then made to wait another ten minutes whilst the guide collected tickets. By the time we entered the park it was after 11am to then be told we had to be back on the coach for 16:15 even though the park didn't close until 6am. More time would have made this experience worth while

Good day out put wasn't worth paying the extra for the 'plus' experience. I and others assumed that 'fast track entry' to the park meant the rides - no it was supposedly a different queue to enter the park (there wasn't one - we were told to get in the long queue by the park staff). It was another 32 Euros each for 'fast track entry to the RIDES'. We didn't bother, but had a good day as the queue's weren't too long - just make sure you take plenty of food and drink due to high prices inside.

Transfer coach was dreadful - non working air con in stifling 34 degree heat, with air con water dropping on us from vent - Covid risk. Given the cost of the trip, this is unacceptable. Would recommend longer time at the park with a later departure time, as with the queuing needed for rides, it doesn't leave enough time to try all rides. The park is great, the staff work hard and the site is clean. The excursion is very expensive, particularly for families.

The park itself was good although very busy which is to be expected as it is the summer holidays. The bus that took us to the park was an hour later than it originally said it was going to be and also picked us up 2 hours before the park shut which was a shame as we didn’t have as long in the park as we expected. We could’ve made our own way there and had more time in the park, so the transfer side definitely let the excursion down.

What Tui provided was great. Aqualand itself is extremely overpriced. The staff at Aqualand were not particularly friendly, although the safety marshalls were.

The place was a good experience for the family however not great. The reason for this was some of the areas were run down, very expensive food for the price and what was delivered and not enough explanation about what to expect when you got in for example locations of beds to put your stuff and lockers being available. We have done it now and won’t be returning. Better maintained parks elsewhere .

Booking experience was good, we had plus booking so got sun bed each and 10% vouchers that were useful. We then paid for fast pass in the park, not cheap but worthwhile meant on certain rides got to quicker. Food was good and plenty of space. I would like to see a package including fast pass offered wher a bit more discount is levied.

Pros Organised trip to Aqualand - less stressful than making own way. Cons * plus fast pass option very misleading. Thought would get fast pass for attractions, as in previous years. This was not the case. The only reason why I chose Plus option * clearer info needed re: pick up location - vague description. * face masks needed on transport not communicated. People charged for masks to board- delayed boarding.

The TUI staff were great in regards to the transfer and our rep was informative and friendly- the waterpark itself is a fun day out and I recommend if you have time to go. There are lots of fun rides to choose from and plenty of places to sunbathe also. The food there is very expensive- about 19 euros for pizza and a drink. With the TUI transfer we got to the waterpark about 10:30 and were getting picked up at 4pm. Be prepared for long queues but if waterparks are your thing then its worth it!

we enjoyed the water park but the tour wasent helpful, also the coach turned up very late blaming traffic but once we was on the couch there was no traffic at all so we had very little time at the water park for what we paid for, so we was very disappointed

Park opens 10am-6pm.Transfer was 30 mins late with no explanation given. Collected at 9:15 arrived at the park for 11am.Had to stand around in the baking sun for 15 mins while the tickets were collected from the kiosk by the rep before we entered the park.Each ride had a minimum of 30 min waiting time unless you pay €36pp for fast track pass.Factor in an hour for lunch and then had to be back on the bus for 4pm.Only Spending 11am-4pm at the park for the price of a full day is very poor value.

Not impressed by having to wait on coach at venue for guide to collect tickets then slowly distribute up and down the coach. Very poor given I booked on line and e tickets are in use. A little inefficient and frustrating for all customers.

Bus arrived 40 minutes after it was due to pick up. When at location, had to wait outside bus in scorching heat with no shade for tickets to be distributed. Both of the previous impacted one of our party who has mobility issues and the standing/waiting times had a knock effect to their enjoyment and activities the subsequent day. Limited activities on site for smaller children and not all food/drink kiosks we’re open and those that were, weren’t selling their full range of products.

Good waterpark with fun rides. Plenty of shade around for when you overheat. Food is excruciatingly expensive. Plenty of storage lockers. The bus was nearly 30mins late in the morning. Finding out where it was required a call back to the UK & no less than 3 reference numbers! I had a call back once the bus had arrived. Really needed to message the rep. Were made to stand in the sun for 5/10 mins as we hadn't bought 'fast passes. Tui element needs some work.

I went with my two children a boy 8 and girl 12. I will say that it was the children's favourite day for the whole holiday they loved everything about it. Also the transfer guide and bus driver were so professional and kind. I felt we paid enough for admittance but inside there was an option of a fast pass it cost roughly 90 euros we could skip all queues I did feel bad for the kids in the normal queue Also please bring flip flops or swim shoes the ground gets so hot it is like walking on lava

Trip was cancelled. Wasn't informed. Had to ring helpline number to find out where the coach was and told it wasn't coming. Waited 45 mins. Trip moved to the next day although I had arranged to meet my sister and nieces there so can't meet them. They booked with others. Water Park electricity went down for about an hour so no slides working...

Overall it was a very fun trip, the water park has plenty of great slides for kids and adults. But prepared to get thrown around and bashed a bit on some, a couple of them aren’t for the faint hearted. We were a bit disappointed that we had to pay for a locker as on the ticket it said it was included but apart from that and the not so great air con on the bus, it was a very good day.
