The Tui rep should have provided 1) itinerary 2) map where bus collection, it was not clear at all 3) rep should have also explained that you need ********** currency to set up a pre paid card. Very important 3) Tui app could have all this info available nothing. Overall it was an average day, brought down by Tui inability to communicate above. We ended up paying for our own transport. Is there any chance of any refund of this with Tui diabolical customer service ?
