Start by snaking your way through the labyrinthine El Call, the ancient Jewish quarter that's characterised by arched alleyways and narrow corridors. You'll have time to capture photos of the Gothic cathedral's stained-glass windows – if you're a Game of Thrones fan, you'll recognise the steps – as well as the pastel-painted houses that line up along the River Onyar.
