We liked that all the activities were in one area. It was a good variety of activities. Having the hot springs at the end was good.. Option to do the waterslide a second time. Would have preferred to be able to do both the zip line as well the hanging bridges, instead of choosing just one.

My entire experience from beginning to end was not only pleasant and well organized, but I additionally felt valued and appreciated as a customer and visitor to Costa Rica. Joseph, worked at my hotel, Planet Hollywood, and set up my excursions and Mega-Combo. His professionalism and hospitality aided me in feeling confident that I not only received a great deal, but that I also made a wise decision to book with TUI. My trip leader Austin was also very knowledgeable, and funny, on our trip.

Henry, our guide, did a fabulous job of helping us throughout the tour. He was patient and understanding of his guests’ needs. For example, when one of the guests got sick while on transit to a tour event, Henry took the time to ensure the individual felt better. It was efforts like these that showed Henry cared for his guests. Overall, the tour was awesome. We all immensely enjoyed the different events with down times mixed with more active events. The events were well thought out and planned.

This is one of the best tours in costa rica I recommend everyone visiting to go on this tour I learned alot about the country and also had the best time on every part of the tour they take very good care of you all day with a great lunch as well one of the best experiences of a lifetime for me especially ziplining which was my first time they make me feel like a pro highly recommend this tour please join them for a lifetime experience

I have requested a response from Urania’s supervisor - this experience was unacceptable as we were sold a family excursion package when she knew that we had a two year old. The excursions were NOT suitable for a cb old that age and my baby was in the bus for five hours! When I went the next day to explain the situation to her. The Zip Linning was fun, and the Hot Pools were nice. The "Mud Bath" felt like you were dipping your hands into Hot Chocolate and pouring it over yourself, I was expecting an actual "Mud Bath". The Horseback riding was just OK. For the distance you have to travel and the cost I would not recommend this trip. The Driver, Tour Guide and All Buena Vista Personnel were Excellent!!

The guide was wonderful and so is our driver which we did unfortunately have to pay an extra $50 for because other people canceled but we could not read book for another time. It was a little bit disjointed and confusing and I wish there was more information upfront. The horse ride was fine. The zip lining was probably the best part and the food was very good But overall a bit disappointing.

Our guide, Andreas, was extremely knowledgeable about the history of Costa Rica and the flora and Fana in the forest. We really enjoyed the bridges walk because he was able to give us so much information about what was around us. Waterslide was a little rough and our legs got banged up so we wouldn’t do that part again. Horseback riding was great because they made it easy for you to get on and off the horses. Costa Rican lunch was wonderful and the mud bath, steam room, hot spring were great

We enjoyed the zip lining! Out of this world! Guest zip lining I’ve ever done, so surreal to think you’re flying in the air that high and you can see the canopy tops! The lunch was delicious, and we enjoyed spending time in the hot springs. The mud bath was made to be a pool of mud that you could bathe in, but it was a pot of mud that you rubbed on your body, hand by hand, a little disappointing. The horseback riding was fun. And we really enjoyed learning at the cultural center.

Only criticism was the Zip lines, they rush you through so quick, you can barely catch your breath or see the beautiful surroundings, I nearly had an accident because one of the guys on the bridge was very inattentive. Otherwise a great day out!!

I’m disappointed I didn’t get to see any animals nor did I get to see a waterfall. The ones offered at my hotel allow you to see animals and see waterfalls and zip line. And I never got to taste any chocolate. It was a biscuit.

Jason and Richardo were excellent. Water slide, horse riding, hot springs, lunch and cultural experience were all great. Only down side was the long ride and traffic. Richardo was a great driver! Tractor ride to the springs was fun too.

Overall trip was amazing. It was a fully packed day that provided all the activities we wanted to do in Costa Rica. Bryan, our tour guide, was wonderful. He was personable, knowledgeable and made clear all of the days agenda and what we needed to do. I appreciate that we were able to safely leave items with the driver and Bryan while we did activities. Transportation was great too. Clearly a well oiled machine on the process of different pick up locations. Great day!

Fabulous adventure! We took our two kids (6&9) on this trip and it was action packed and so fun! The kids did the ziplining on their own which was great. Wonderful views from the ziplines. The horse riding was fun, I'm a rider but my family are all novices and the horses were impeccably behaved. We were apprehensive about the waterslide but it was an awesome, unique experience that everyone enjoyed. Lunch was delicious and the hot springs were a nice way to end the trip, some were very hot!

I enjoyed the whole day, the climb up to the top of the zip line was quite steep and I was a bit daunted by doing the zip line but it was worth it. The water chute was faster than I expected but got down in one piece All in all an excellent experience

A good day out with lots of activities but not too long. I didn't enjoy seeing the Ox strapped to the sugar cane machine, I appreciate it was to show how things use to be but not necessary now. I guess it's strapped to the machine all day every day which I personally didn't agree with. Apart from that a really good day out.

Really enjoyed the zip lines, these were incredible. The horse riding was also great, although could have been a bit longer maybe an hour rather than half an hour. The sugar cane and pottery info session was interesting but felt very brief and a little pointless- maybe guests could have a go at the pottery making to make it a bit more interactive. Waterslide was good fun and the hot springs were lovely. The guide, Bryan, was very informative and friendly.

Guide and driver were great. Was a little worried about the safety of some activities. Hanging bridges were not closed off and yet our guide informed us they aren't safe at the moment due to being hit by falling trees some weeks back. Lunch was moved to a restaurant unable to sell beer due to "an important meeting" and photo of my husband zip lining has not yet appeared on his email despite the organisers saying they've resent it. We did not enjoy the very long transfers. Be honest about time.

We did ZIp Line, horse riding, rain forest water slide, cultural discussion and mud bath and spa. It was all excellent and great value for money. This included a nice buffet lunch. Long trip and feeder coach on poor roads but unavoidable.

David was an excellent guide--very considerate, patient, and knowledgeable. The bus ride was interesting and pleasant, and the lunch was very good. All of the guides at the different locations were great. We enjoyed the close-up views of the monkeys, toads, and sloths. I loved walking on the canopy bridge in the rainforest and floating through the river with crocodiles. It was an amazing day! Overall, I think the activities were well planned.

zipline, slide, and. horse riding were nice albeit a bit short. The hot springs were disorganized and not very clean. We were told that people that didn't want to do the zipline could still use the hanging bridges but were told upon arrival that they were closed. We ended up having to have one person stay in the lobby area while others did things because we brought an infant so it was a waste of money for that person.

Everything was great. However, a few things you should probably notate on your prior email list. 1)wearing sneakers/hiking shoes etc is a MUST. This is not optional as climbing the rainforest to zipline cannot be done with anything else. This was not mentioned in the email. Bringing a pancho, a must because seems like most likely you will get rain! Yes, you sell them but we already had them at our hotel. Bringing a jacket! It's cold when it rains. These were never mentioned in the email.

The tour for us was too rushed, especially going over the Hanging bridges. I would’ve liked to have taken some pictures of the surroundings as we walked over the bridge but I couldn’t as we virtually ran over it.

This was also a “bit of everything” excursion. We went down the big jungle waterslide which was great, could have gone more times had we moved ourselves more but it was time for lunch so we missed out there, discovered how sugar, coffee & chocolate was made, chose between hanging bridges or zip lining, rode horses, used volcanic mud as skin masks and bathed in the (very) hot springs. This was a fun day out albeit expensive as all trips are. Meal & guide both very good.

This trip was extremely well organised, the activities were all brilliant, I could have stayed in the hot springs all day. We started at Riu Guancaste and it took us just over 2 hours to get there and 3 on the way back so a fair bit of travelling due to the poor road conditions. This is the best value trip we have done.
