What to expect
Die Freiheit und das Gefühl, mit Höchstgeschwindigkeit durch die Luft zu fliegen, sind ein kaum zu übertreffendes Erlebnis. Und das in der tropischen Umgebung der Insel Sal, mit den Bergen als Kulisse.
Sie werden von Ihrem Hotel abgeholt und zur Basis gebracht, wo Sie bei Ihrer Ankunft mit einem Erfrischungsgetränk begrüßt werden. Nach einer kurzen Sicherheitseinweisung und Einführung in das Ziplining fahren Sie auf den Gipfel des Berges und erreichen nach einem kurzen aber spektakulären Spaziergang die Plattformen.

Die Aussicht ist mega, allerdings finde ich es zu teuer dafür das die Fahrt nur 1 Minute und 30 Sekunden dauert. Die Wartezeit ist sehr lange und die Mitarbeiter schreien sich gegenseitig an! Das Begrüßungsgezränk hat auch gefehlt! Alles in allem trotzdem ein wunderschönes Erlebnis.

Alles snel snel tekenen en in de auto naar boven doodmoe aangekomen na 124 treden ongeveer met 35 man snel snel iedereen harnas aan. Welkomdrankje niet gezien ja er stonden 5 kleine flesjes water voor 35 man. Beneden ook gevraagd om welkomstdrankje maar deze zeiden die krijg je boven nou niet dus.

Amazing views and friendly staff and made us feel so safe!! There is a short uphill walk of 124 steps which was a but tiring but still was an amazing experience. We did the sunset time slot and it was beautiful.

Der Aufstieg ist sehr kräftezehrend und teilweise kritisch. Teils defekte Trittstufen, Handläufe die eigentlich keine sind und die auch keine Sicherheit vermitteln,da sehr oft defekt. Personal und Guids sehr freundlich und nett.

Der Reiseleiter sprach von einer 10 Minuten langen Abfahrt, am Ende waren es 1,5 Minuten. Dennoch hat es irre Spaß gemacht! Auch der Aufstieg war schon ein Erlebnis - der Ausblick ist der Wahnsinn!!! Schade war, dass wir sehr zügig wieder verabschiedet wurden da die nächste Gruppe ankam.

Lt. Beschreibung sollte es einen Welcome Drink geben, diesen haben wir nicht bekommen! Die Beschreibung der Tour ist nicht gut, da es hier ziemlich steil viele Meter mit Geröll den Berg hinauf geht und dies teilweise nicht gut gesichert, da die Pfosten nicht fest im Boden verankert waren und teilweise die Seile fehlen. Wir hatten die Tour zum Sonnenuntergang gebucht…der war aber noch lange nicht erreicht als wir zum Hotel zurück sind. Die Guides und der Flug waren super!

Die Wanderweg zur Zipline ist sehr gefährlich und bietet keine gute Sicherheit nach oben an. Equipment ist in einem verbrauchten Zustand.Personal sowie Aussicht sind Top sowie die Fahrt nach unten ein tolles Erlebnis.

Zip line and guide were good, felt it was a bit unsafe on way up to the drop. Lack of proper handrails and steps damaged. A bit expensive for a 2min ride. Hired a go pro for 20 euros and did not receive my footage as stated, not good. States welcome drink, none was given, overall not impressed.

Bei dieser Buchung war von TUI ein Willkommensdrink vorgesehen. Diesen hat man nicht bekommen. Der Ablauf vor Ort bei der Zipline war katastrophal. Man wurde wie Schlachtvieh durch die Anmeldung und den Berg hoch getrieben. Alles musste schnell schnell gehen. Von No Stress war keine Spur. Keine Einweisung. Mann musste schnell einen Zettel unterschreiben. Durchlesen war nicht möglich. Danach vor Ort noch verweilen war nicht möglich. Die Ziplein selbst war wenig aufregend. Zu langsames Dahingleit

Was a great experience, and we really enjoyed it. Not very fast compared to other zip lines, but a good view and felt safe. Quite a long wait at the top as they do a lot of people at once, but two can go at a time which is good. Doing it through TUI we were advertised a free drink which never materialised and none of the staff knew about it. Contacted TUI to ask why this didn’t happen and they didn’t respond. Would also say it is a little overpriced for what it is.

De transfer van het hotel naar de plaats van bestemming was prima geregeld en prima uitgevoerd. Na aankomst was er een duidelijke en heldere uitleg. Er werd weinig aan het toeval overgelaten. De klim naar de top was best pittig. Na een uitgebreide voorbereiding was de afdaling spectaculair. Top!!

Man hat sich gut aufgehoben gefühlt. Die Mitarbeiter haben alles wichtige zur Sicherheit auf der Zipline Fahrt erklärt. Ich fand auch toll dass man eine Actioncam mieten konnte und die Aufnahmen im Nachhinein zugeschickt bekommt.

The zip line its self great, the rest a real worry, The driver was going so fast we were bouncing around like mad , rough ground so not pleasant, When we arrived, asked to sign a disc with out any information at all. We asked about the instructions on safety, we then watched a video no guidance on what to do , how to hold on etc , very poor , back in the transport, more bouncing, why do the Ho so fast? Walking up to the top was ok , rope definitely need attention, ground very unstable. No drink

Die Fahrt dahin war schon aufregend, richtige Straßen gibt es ja nicht. Dort angekommen wurde man einmal gewogen und dann ging es nach oben. Ich bin von der Kondition leider nicht so gut aufgestellt und musste immer mal Pause machen. Das war gar kein Problem, der Guide hat einfach mit mir gewartet. Oben angekommen war es ein toller Ausblick und die Guides haben auf die einzelnen geachtet auch wenn man nervös war. Die sind auf einen eingegangen und haben dir die Angst genommen. Einfach super

Auf Fotos haben wir immer gesehen, dass Helme getragen wurden. Bei uns gab es keine Helme!!! Wilkommensdrink??? Auf dem Berg gab es Wasser aus dem Tetrapack.... Ansonsten war es ein tolles Erlebnis! Vielleicht sollte man in der Beschreibung erwähnen, dass das letzte Stück auf den Berg doch nicht unanstrengend ist und für den einen oder anderen zum Problem werden kann!

Great view from hill top & worth going for that. Zipline isn’t hugely fast; it’s only 1:10 in terms of slope; unsure it gets more than 40kmph, but it’s a good intro and once you’re off you enjoy the view. So it’s fun. You can take your own camera (and you get included the loan of a rubber elasticated holder that attaches to you, or for 20E can borrow a GoPro, or 40E a 360 camera. 360 photos/video a bit disappointing so I’d prob advise go for normal camera. Can pay by card or cash.

Der Aufstieg zum Berg war recht mühselig, abgebrochene Steinetreppe, das Festhalteseil hing überwiegend durch. Manche gingen in FlipFlops hoch, das sollte man unbedingt besser beschreiben. Das Erlebnis hingegen war großartig und hat voll Spaß gemacht

A fabulous exhilarating experience. The climb to top of the hill was strenuous but the ride down on the zip line was well worth the effort. The staff were all very friendly and efficient. Safety was always uppermost in everything they did. If they could provide a better way to reach the top of the hill, it would be so much better for less able bodied people.

Transfer heen en terug prima. Zipline locatie voelt een beetje gehaast. Je stapt uit en dan hup hup, formulier onderteken, wegen en hup de jeep in naar boven. Verder de begeleiding en veiligheid van het harnas ed allemaal prima. Ziplinen ansich. Het had voor mij persoonlijk nog wat sneller gemogen. Niettemin toch een leuk tripje.

Das Personal der Zipline überbrückt Wartezeiten auf sehr eindrucksvolle, lustige Weise und nimmt evtl manchen Leuten dadurch auch die Angst etwas. Es war dadurch sehr kurzweilig und mit viel Spaß verbunden.

Der Ausflug war sehr gut organisiert. Lediglich das Fahrzeug was uns gefahren hat, war etwas unbequem. An der Zipline musste man einen kurzen Aufstieg bewältigen. Man wird mit einem tollen Ausblick belohnt. Nach dem Anlegen des Gurtzeugs ging es nach kurzer Wartezeit los. Die Abfahrt könnte vielleicht etwas schneller sein, aber es hat trotzdem sehr viel Spaß gemacht. Auf jeden Fall empfehlenswert

The zip was a decent length and great over some water. The ending was soft which was great. Didn't like the walk up to the start from the drop off point though. We're not young although not too bad fitness wise but we had to keep having little breaks on the way to the top.

Je wordt door tui netjes opgehaald en terug gebracht. Die service was top. Alleen bij zipline gaat het anders. Geen briefing geen uitleg. Meteen een papier tekenen. Je klautert over losse stenen met een kapot touw voor houvast naar boven. Boven aangekomen gaat alles snel, tuigje aan korte uitleg. Tui mensen moeten eerst want die moeten weer met auto weg. Heel onpersoonlijk. De ervaring om 1040m naar beneden te gaan was wel erg leuk.

Superleuke ervaring! Klim omhoog is goed te doen en het zeker waard voor alleen al het uitzicht. De mannen van de zipline zijn lieve mensen, professioneel en leuke entertainers die je bezig houden tijdens het wachten tot je afdaling naar beneden. Opgehaald en weer afgezet bij het hotel!

The Zipline staff and experience was very good however, the TUI element was a total sham! The TUI driver did not say a word to us, he asked the Zipline staff to get us down first so he could then load us back into the Landrover and return us to the hotel. What was sold as a "half day experience" ended up being just over 1hr from collection and return to and from the hotel. Our advise would be to book direct with Zipline as it's much cheaper and get a taxi.

Loved it but be prepared for a hike partway up the mountain. You need to be fit! The zipline experience was superb! 10 out of 10. Our guide Carlos from TUI was fantastic. He was warm, fun, and knowledgeable, and very helpful throughout the trip. The zipline itself was such an adrenaline rush, and the staff was safe, fun, put nervous people at ease, and kept things orderly.. Be prepared for a hike partway up the mountain. Remember you need to be fit, it's a 20 steep hike.

Het ziplinen op zich was heel veilig en leuk, de wandelweg er naartoe minder (afspanning weg of afgebroken, los grind dus stevige wandelschoenen zijn nodig, pittige klim die niet voor iedereen geschikt is). Heel tijdig opgehaald, plus daarvoor! TUI deelnemers moesten als eersten omdat de chauffeur stond te wachten. Geen drankje vooraf of nadien, geen tijd om even rustig te genieten van de omgeving of de sfeer. Snel weer in het busje en snel weer naar het hotel. Jammer.

Wir hatte: Zipline bei Sonnenuntergang. Der Blick war herrlich. Bringt zwar keine 100 km/h, aber war wunderschön und Funny. Das Begrüßungetränk hat gefehlt. Was uns allerdings nicht störte. Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr hilfsbereit. Wir hatten eine Dame dabei, die eine Gehbehinderung hatte. Da man die letzte Strecke zur Zipline zu Fuss bestreiten muss, war fraglich ob sie das Abenteuer miterleben kann. Ein Mitarbeiter hat sich ihrer angenommen und sie bis oben gestützt und begleitet. De autoreis er naartoe is al een belevenis op zich: lekker hobbelen op de weg. De begeleiding van de activiteit is heel behulpzaam en vol humor, met kennis van zaken en een lekker muziekje om je in de stemming te brengen. I expected a safety briefing which wasn't given. It also said welcome drink. We were given a plastic cup of water when at the top of the climb to the zip line. We then waited over 90 minutes until after 6pmgor our turn to use the zip line. Overall it was very much an anticlimax. We chose the sunset trip but as it was after 6pm when our turn came it was past sunset and getting dark..

The zip line itself was brilliant but we were not told about the steep climb to get to the top. Then, there were large queues to get your zipline equipment on you. Then the Tui people were told to all move to the front of the queue as the Tui rep wanted to get off quickly, so it was a rush to the bottom and then straight in the car we never got any drinks or dancing as was told by our rep at the hotel.

Goede uitleg en ook gezellig personeel. Alleen de katrol was niet in orde. Deze liep aan. Daardoor ging de zipline heel langzaam, zo langzaam dat ik maar net over het water heen kwam waar ik ook stil kwam te hangen. Personeel heeft mij naar het einde moeten slepen. Heb dit aangegeven maar kreeg er geen reactie op en kon vertrekken. Dat vond ik wel jammer.

We really enjoyed the zipline experience. The view was stunning. The only downside was that, according to the TUI experience voucher, welcome drinks were included, but we didn’t receive them. Other than that, the whole experience was very exciting. We would highly recommend it.

The only reason I didn't offer a 10 was the lack of information given before booking, this experience includes a very steep climb over uneven ground, participants should be warned you need a good degree of fitness and no disabilities - also to wear trainers.

2 h auf dem Berg anstehen für 1min Fahrt. Steht in keinem Verhältnis. Bei mir wurde ein Beinkurt beim Anschnallen vergessen. Wurde nur zufällig durch anderen wartenden bemerkt. Wenn die Wartezeit auf dem Berg max. 15min beträgt währe das Ganze ok.

The guys running it were great, funny, happy, helpful and obviously very experienced in what they were doing. We thought it was a really different and enjoyable place to be, like out of a movie. The only thing I would say is maybe advise people there is quite a long walk up the mountain to get to the line. We would definitely do it again ??

Leuke ervaring, zonsondergang was aanwezig. Wel lang boven op de berg moeten wachten daar de levering met harnassen via de ziplijn naar boven kwam vast te zitten. Het was een hele operatie om dit gerief boven te halen zodat beide lijnen toegankelijk waren. Spijtig ge´noeg geen party meer voor ons als we beneden kwamen.

Sie sind alle sehr herzlich und zuvorkommend, tolles Ambiente und einer spricht auch perfekt deutsch, englisch, französisch und portugiesisch. Man bekommt eine kurze und verständliche Einweisung und wird dann noch gewogen. Man fährt ein Stück mit dem auto und läuft den rest nach oben mit einer gigantischen Aussicht. Festes Schuhwerk ist wichtig da es doch die Steine auch mal rutschig werden kann und gut zu Fuß sein. Alles in allem ein tolles Abenteuer was ich definitiv wiederholen werde

Alles in allem waren wir sehr zufrieden! Die kleine Wanderung auf den Berg war etwas anstrengend, aber für die Aussicht von oben war sie es mehr als wert! Die Nachmittagstour (16Uhr) mit Sonnenuntergang war von der Temperatur her perfekt. Die Fahrt nach unten war ein Erlebnis welches wir jedem ans Herz legen können! Die Mitarbeiter/Animateure haben sich sehr viel Mühe gegeben und haben das ganze am Schluss noch abgerundet! Wir können es wirklich jedem empfehlen! Danke für den tollen Nachmittag!

Mis sold by TUI staff Linda. Bearing in mind my age(68) she should have been more honest. A 7 minute upward walk she said. It must have taken me 25 minutes on precarious steps that are in dire need of fixing. I had to use my inhaler on the upward path. The guide was kind and caring. At the mountainn top. One paper cup was available for all to use for water.

They didn't say how high the climb was being a 64year old male I made it with a struggle. Also they said you got a drink as part of the experience when I and others got to the top we got a warm beacker of water each then did the zip wire when I got to the bottom they asked how it was then offered me a drink which I accepted a little later I was getting on the transport and they charged me €4 for the drink which was small and not worth the price or experience.

Das Team vor Ort ist super freundlich und ausgesprochen gut gelaunt.. der Weg den Berg hinauf ist etwas mühselig, da es kein richtig befestigter Weg mit Stufen ist. Dafür entschädigt dann der Ausblick wieder, wenn man da oben angekommen ist. Für die gute Minuten der Zipline, sind die ca. 50€ etwas to much.

Zipline super, die mit arbeiter gut gelaunt, party danach super aber zu kurz. Schlecht habe ich gefundet dass mit transport und alles muss alles schnell laufen man hat mal nicht viel zeit etwas zu trinken und danach music und mit den mit arbeiter zu feiern. Weil den transport schnell weg muss. Dass sind zum beispiel verlorenes Tourismus geld. Weil mit der hitze will man bestimmt etwas trinken.

The pick up was 25 minutes late and no apology for running late. We got to the zip line and it all went fairly straightforward. We had to sign the paperwork, they did a briefing and then took us up to the zip line. Felt safe and secure, generally well organised. They offered us a drink when we had finished but despite saying a drink was included, we were charged. However, overall a good experience and would recommend.

The staff were fantastic, helpful and friendly, no stress as they say, the only thing I would say and have seen on a lot of reviews is that we did not have any of the dancing etc they advertise as being provided after the zipline has been completed, so maybe you need to drop this from the advert as clearly it is a hit and miss event.

Wir haben die Tour um 16 Uhr gebucht mit Abholung im Hotel. Wir waren um 15.45 Uhr in der Wartehalle und haben bis 17.15 Uhr gewartet, es kam niemand! Die Tour hat daher für uns nicht statt gefunden! Die Tour war super. Von den 100 km/h waren wir Lichtjahre entfernt. Es fühlte sich eher so an, als würde man mit einem frisierten Mofa den Berg runter fahren. War trotzdem wunderschön. So konnte man die Aussicht auch besser genießen

De zipline was leuk om gedaan te hebben. We werden opgehaald met een auto en reden toen richting de zipline. We kregen alleen geen welkomstdrankje, dit moesten we wel krijgen want dat stond in de mail. De zipline gaat niet 100 kilometer per uur maar ik gok 40 kilometer per uur.

Super Tour, der Fahrer hat uns auf der Fahrt zur Zipline und zurück zum Hotel noch einige Dinge gezeigt die so nicht auf dem Programm standen. Der Aufstieg zum Startpunkt der Zipline war etwas beschwerlich, Personen mit Gehbehinderung kommen hier schnell an ihre Grenzen. Kann diese Tour jedem empfehlen der keine Höhenangst hat.

Die Mitarbeiter waren alle sehr freundlich. Laut Beschreibung sollte man bis zu 100 km/h erreichen, es hat sich allerdings sehr langsam angefühlt. Cool wäre, wenn man die tatsächliche Geschwindigkeit messen könnte.

The pick up, zip line experience and safety aspects were all very good however, we were too rushed to return as the Tui rep had further pick ups to attend to. This made the experience somewhat less than it should be as there was no time to discuss the zip line with other attendees and share thoughts.

Es war meine dritte Zipline-Tour (2 x im September 2024 und jetzt im Mai 2025) . Die sind immer gut drauf und freuen sich tierisch wenn sie einen wiedersehen. Übrigens waren die auch im Oktober 2024 im WDR in "Wunderschön" um 20:15 Uhr Sonntags zu sehen.

No welcome drink as such. Some plastic cups, water, juice and grogue provided on the mountain. TUI guests were asked to go first because our drivers were waiting for us. I was expecting to enjoy a carnival atmosphere and morabeza. but my mistake - it's not for TUI, so I recommend booking direct for the same price. It felt rude to leave while someone danced for us. Zip line was ok. As an experience it felt overpriced.

Bedienung der Kamera wurde nur oben auf Nachfrage kurz erklärt, dadurch schlechtes Bildmaterial, 20 € wurden nicht zurück erstattet, auf Kulanz 5€. Es wurde auch nicht darauf hingewiesen, daß man mit der oberen Stange den Blickwinkel drehen konnte. Begrüssungdrink war erst oben, Flaschen und Plastikbecher wurden kommentarlos oben hingelegt. Insgesamt zu teuer für weniger als 2 Minuten Fahrt

Die Anfahrt zur ZIP-Line ist sehr hügelig, aber mit dem Jeep gut zu bewältigen. Die letzten Meter müssen Treppen hoch gelaufen werden. Die Guides legen Pausen mit den Besuchern ein, damit es alle gut schaffen. Der Ausblick von oben ist einmalig und die Abfahrt mit der ZIP-Line super.

Het personeel van de zipline is erg enthousiast, wat aanstekelijk werkt! De klim naar boven is niet te extreem, de zipline zelf is fantastisch! Als we beneden aan kwamen werd er ons een drankje aangeboden. Dat dit uiteindelijk betalend bleek te zijn was jammer, net zoals het feit dat we als TUI-deelnemers onmiddellijk en vrij gerusht opnieuw naar ons hotel moesten vertrekken. Het had fijn geweest om nog even rustig van ons drankje en van de sfeer te kunnen genieten daar.

Wir wurden mit einem Jeep abgeholt und die Fahrt ging über eine ziemlich holprige Piste. Den Rest des Weges musste man zu Fuß bewältigen, es ist für manche etwas steil, aber niemand wird gescheucht! Oben gab es Groque und Häppchen und eine fantastische Aussicht, die kurz vor Sonnenuntergang klasse war. Die Fahrt an der Line war beinahe zu kurz, aber das Gesamtpaket war wirklich super! Unbedingt machen!!!!!

Local Guide was brilliant going and coming back. Took us off road after to see kite back, sals original salt lakes, a drive around Santa Maria. The top line was daunting but the anticipation was far worse than the ride itself. It was higher than expected but not as fast as expected. The team at the zipwire were fun but professional and safety was very important. A great experience both me and my wife would recommend it. Excellent.

Was a little confused when we arrived as to the check in process. Two sides to the desk didn’t know if they were different? Some people helping themselves to drinks from a fridge, wasn’t sure if that was the welcome drink? Stood around before the briefing not sure if we were in the right place!!! The TUI guy who took us to the zipline however was fantastic. One other thing……don’t recall it saying that there was a hefty hike to get to the zip wire. I’m pretty fit but was still breathing hard!!

De reisleiding bij de zipline is echt geweldig. De reviews die je leest over de wandeling naar boven, maken je lichtelijk nerveus, maar echt….maak je niet te druk, want ze nemen alle tijd en het is een klim van hooguit 20 minuten. Je mag je eigen tempo bepalen. Echt relaxed

The briefing was a joke as couldn't hear due to the very loud music playing. The staff on the ride were either very kind and nice or didn't listen and weren't bothered. The main reason for the low score is that we were on the top for over an hour waiting for our turn. Our group was small at 6 but there were already 20 odd waiting and a further 30ish joined us shortly after we arrived. My wife chose not to do the ride as she had worked herself up due to waiting so long and it got very cold .

Fantastic experience the only downside was the GoPro we were told it would last one hour but actually it last less than five minutes albeit we did get the 20 euros refunded I would not recommend this additional service buy one of those straps from Amazon if you want to take a video.. Apart from that it’s an absolute must when you visit Cape Verde.

Das Fahren mit der Zipline bei Sonnenuntergang war ein tolles Erlebnis. Zu Beginn hat man gemeinsam mit der ganzen Gruppe einen Aufstieg auf den Berg. Von dort hat man eine grandiose Aussicht über die Insel und das Meer. Sicher haben wir uns bei den jungen Guides auch zu jeder Zeit gefühlt. Leider hat uns der TUI-Fahrer einfach dort stehen gelassen und ist ohne uns gefahren. Ein Fahrer des Zipline-Unternehmens hat uns dann dankenswerterweise wieder zum Hotel gebracht.

Het team is super grappig en dat maakt de ervaring. Het ziplinen zelf is gaaf, super mooi uitzicht. Maar de groep is erg groot. Wij waren met 40. Voordat iedereen z'n tuigje aan heeft en opgesteld staat ben je een half uur verder. Maar overal super cool om te doen voor dit geld.

I enjoyed the spinning I could make myself do on the zipline. I did not enjoy the hike to the start but that's because I have bad knees. My finance had to use the different mechanism for people over 100kg but couldn't figure out hiw to make it go faster.

Selve oplevelsen ude ved Zipline var kanon. Alting perfekt. Men køreturen derud under al kritik. I en TUI jeep med en fyr der troede det var rally kørsel. Total uansvarligt! Vi har kørt på mange ture hernede og "vejene" er jo hvad de er, men alle andre har sat farten ned og forsøgt at køre roligt over sten og den slags. Ham her skulle åbenbart se hvem der kom først og hvor mange gange han kunne skride ud i sving. 100 km/t i ørken med sten alle vegne. Det overrasker mig i ligger navn til det!

Au top du top, de la pure adrénaline. La vue est vraiment imprenable sur l'île, après un petit effort, la récompense est là. Le personnel est vraiment aux petits soins si vous avez des soucis pour marcher. Ils sont tous très sympas, on a adoré cette excursion qui nous a été recommandée par notre déléguée Serena. It was a high energy excursion from start-finish. Being picked up in a 4x4, the driver, the drive. The actual coming down the zip line I remember saying i’d do that again.However I couldn’t hear the safety instructions. My partner told me that a man he walked with fell twice up the cliff. We were first down the zip and my partner said he was left standing on edge fully harnessed but not sure on whether to jump as man left him saying ‘your good to go’. We left cliff sitting.

Die An-und Abreise in dem in die Jahre gekommen Jeep war etwas gewagt.. Der Fahrer war wirklich top ???? nur das Fahrzeug hatte auf dem Rückweg leider auch noch einen Getriebeschaden was den Gesamteindruck leider runter gezogen hat.

Het is leuk voor 1 keer. Volgens mij te duur voor 1 rit van ongeveer 2 minuten, het mooie uitzicht en de enthousiaste staff maakt dit wel voor een stuk goed maar het draait uiteindelijk om de zipline.

The zip line ride was fantastic. A great view across the south end of the island from the top of the hill, and a really exhilarating ride which includes going over the e sea before landing. In terms of improvement, it wasn’t clear on the scale of the climb from where the car dropped us off to where we stared the descent. It was very steep and rocky and we were thankful we’d decided to wear trainers. Some were in sandles and really struggled.

Ein Wort - Sensationell!!! Unser Fahrer war der Beste. Er hat uns, nicht nur auf der Zufahrt zur Talstation, sehr viel über die Insel Sal erzählt, er hat uns, außer auf den Berg selbst, die ganze Zeit begleitet, dafür gesorgt das wir immer einen Guide hatten, der dafür sorgt, das wir die ersten waren und wir gefilmt wurden. Im Anschluss wurden wir entlang der Salina in St. Maria gefahren, mit Stopp für Fotos. Das Ziplining selbst zum Sonnenuntergang ist ein Spektakel für die Fotoschau. DANKE !

Insgesamt ein tolles Erlebnis. Nur vorsichtig für die Gummis ( welche als Leihgabe ausgegeben werde)um das Handy zu halten werden 5 Euro verlangt. Bei Ankunft wurden Getränke angeboten , welche vor der Rückfahrt teuer berechnet wurden. Das Begrüßungsgetränk oben am Berg war dann kostenlos.

Our driver that picked us up from the hotel was brilliant. He told us he was just a driver but as he was taking us back he told us all about the history of the place. He was incredibly passionate and made the tour 10x better. The boys at the zip line course were 10/10 as well. Such good fun

Zeer leuke activiteit om te doen. Je krijgt eerst een veiligheidsuitleg waarna je naar een wandelpad wordt gebracht om zo naar de top van de berg te klimmen. Uiteindelijk is het mogelijk om je spullen in een rugzak te stoppen en deze veilig terug naar beneden te brengen. Boven op de heuvel krijg je ook nog iets te eten en te drinken. De zipline duurt ongeveer anderhalve minuut. Het is dus zeker de moeite waard.

Good pick up in tui jeep The road to the Zipline in bumpy but fun Get to centre and sign a disclosure form and briefing then back in jeep to 3/4 of the way up the rest on foot( quite steep) At the top tui guests are lined up and had harness on first. We were the first down The ride lasts about 1-2 mins not very fast Good employees lovely and talkative At the bottom there was someone starting to sing/ dance but tui guest were not allowed to stay we were taken straight back to hotel, :(

Een hele mooie ervaring om mee te maken! Je word begeleid door een enthousiaste groep mannen die met muziek een leuke omgeving te creëren om vanaf 103 meter naar beneden te gaan. Om boven te komen moet je wel nog een hike maken van 15 minuten maar dat maakt de ervaring nog wat leuker! Enige om rekening mee te houden: doordat je met een grote groep gaat moet je wel rekening houden dat het even duurt totdat je eenmaal aan de beurt bent

Transfer war super Unzureichende Info hinsichtlich Anstieg zur Anlage (steiler und steiniger 10-15 min. Fußweg ohne Beschattung) sowie anteilig unsichere Wegabschnitte. Für kleine Kinder und unfitte oder ältere Erwachsene eine Herausforderung. No concerns re safety at all. We took a rucksack with us to put sunglasses, phone etc but was provided with a bag at the top to put all valuables etc in. The zip wire ride is very comfortable and there is no " bounce" back at the end as with smaller zip wires. The walk up lasts approximately 5-10 min ( you are taken up so far in transport); this walk could be quite difficult if you had poor mobility. Experience from start to finish lasted 3 hours

Die kostenlosen Getränke auf dem Berg waren sofort vergriffen und reichten nur für 1/6 der Leute (aber man kann unten ja wieder alle Getränke teuer kaufen)… Was auch nicht ging war die deutsche Reiseleitung! Es wird alles mit viel Musik und guter Laune gemacht, die Sicherheit kommt dabei aber absolut nicht zu Kurz. Man kann sich eine go pro leihen (20€) was auch bei der Einweisung gesagt wird. Das letzte Stück bis zum Gipfel muss man laufen das ist nicht ohne mit vielen Treppen und Unebenheiten . Nachteilig ist das bei viel Wind quasi jeder zu „leicht“ ist und man Mühe hat wirklich bis ans Ende der zip line zu kommen. Dennoch absolute Empfehlung als Erlebnis was es so sicher nicht überall gibt.

Really great experience, only negative thing is if you have mobility difficulties it is quite a climb to top and very uneven ground. Staff were great and made us feel reassured and were lots of fun. Would definitely do it again.

The zipline staff were friendly, engaging and customer focused, working in a safe and diligent manner. The driver was brilliant. Very engaging, passionate and informative about the island. Someone who deeply cares about the country and eager to share the culture with you. The drive to and from the zipline experience felt like a mini guided tour of the island - amazing! Zacc (I'm sure that's his name) is a brilliant ambassador for TUI. Thank you, my family enjoyed every second of it.

The experience itself was excellent but over very quickly with little opportunity to use cameras on the line as rental of gopro and services to sell memory cards were obviously more pressing. The walk to the top was also an unexpected hike.

Leider haben wir pro Person 49 Euro für den Ausflug bezahlt. Dies wurde uns von Lorenz, unserem zuständigen TUI Ansprechpartner gekauft. Vor Ort haben wir dann gesehen, dass die erste Person 49 € bezahlt und eine zweite Person nur 35 € hätte zahlen müssen. Unserer Meinung nach müsste das direkt vorab preislich gestaffelt sein. Außerdem stand in dem Ausflugsflyer von TUI ein Preis von 45 € pP. Deshalb sind wir der Meinung, dass wir für den Ausflug zufiel bezahlt haben.

Health and safety needs addressing. There are no safety barriers on or in front of the platform where you hook on. One of the staff was showing off. He swung over the edge of the mountain whilst hanging from the cable and wasn't hooked on. He is an accident waiting to happen. Visit Zipworld in Wales to see how health and safety is taken more seriously.

Zeitgleich erschienen doch unerwartet viele Touristen, ca 30 dann, dennoch war es ein tolles Erlebnis, Guide und Mitarbeiter mega freundlich und gut gelaunt. GoPro ausleihbar für 20,-, dafür kann man dann das Gefilmte mit der Speicherkarte mitnehmen. Kühle Getränke und sehr kapverdianische live Unterhaltung an der Basis. Oben Säfte und Snack. I would not really ever chose this activity as I have a fear of heights, however I wanted to do the zip wire as a promise I had made to someone I had lost. the staff was fantastic they were very friendly, up beat and funny. One member of staff could see that I was looking unsure. He made a point of speaking to me said he would look after me. Once attached the guide talked me through and if it was not for him I would not of gone through with it. The view is outstanding and well worth the climb.

Einmalige Aussicht und ein tolles Erlebnis das leider viel zu schnell zu Ende war. Die Wartezeit war länger als der Spaß mit der Zipp Leine. Aber man hat Urlaub und somit Zeit. Es macht auch Spaß den anderen Gästen bei Abfahren zuzusehen.

It was a great view from the top. Slide was a bit slow for me as I’m just over 40kg. If you’re light I’d recommend doubling up with someone so you’d go faster. Other than that it’s was a great experience. All the staff were really nice and thorough with safety. If I’m back in Sal, I’d definitely go again

I was with my grandson. I explained to TUI reps that I would not be zip lining myself but my grandson would be. As he is only 12 yrs old I would have to go with him to the centre. I still had to pay the full amount for myself instead of a spectator place.

Good safety briefing beforehand. A great trip across across rough ground and up to the station. Then a climb up the path to the top. Great views and an excellent team to fit and adjust harnesses etc. Very safety conscious team. The zipwire is very gentle (I'm 70) and it's my first zipwire. Afterwards a great local band played and danced in the on site bar. There was absolutely no rush to go and was all very pleasant.

Wunderbarer Trip. Abfahrt war super. Hätte gerne noch länger sein können. Aufstieg war beschwerlich, aber der Ausblick dafür umso besser. Auf dem Berg wurden Getränke (auch alkoholisch) und kleine Snacks gereicht. War vollkommen ausreichend Nette Jungs, waren super drauf. Sehr netten und engagierten Fahrer. Er hat uns nach dem Ausflug noch die Salinen von Sal gezeigt. Großes Dankeschön.

This is a very special experience that i thoroughly enjoyed however the coming down the zip line was the easy bit, it does state that this is not suitable for people with reduced mobility and that's true and it does state there is a bit of a walk to the zip line but what it doesn't state is that it is about a 15min walk up very uneven and crumbly steps with only ropes to hold on to! You need to be fairly fit to cope with these awful steep steps.

I was very anxious about zip lining and although the staff were very good, I sometimes found their flippant comments rather disturbing. I realise they are doing this day in day out and they know it is safe etc, but I don't think they really helped someone who was feeling terrified. Having said that everything went well, and I enjoyed it, and in the end was pleased I had done it.

Ik heb mijn vrouw zover gekregen dat ze dit deed. Uiteindelijk lukte dit om een nogal technische reden. Je vertrekt vanuit een rustpositie: je hangt vertrekkensklaar (met haar ogen dicht) totdat men laat vertrekken terwijl men elders zelf in het onbekende moet stappen. Waarop ze eerder afhaakte.

The zipline experience itself was so fun, the guides/staff were great at putting you at ease and all well organised. Even the Tui guide who picked us up from the hotel was great, telling us all about the island as well as taking us to the salt mine close to our hotel which was not expected.
