What we expect
Dieses Abenteuer in den Anamuya-Bergen beginnt mit einem Hochgefühl und wird im Laufe des Tages immer besser. Sie beginnen am Morgen mit Ziplining - 12 Seile auf 18 Plattformen - und sausen über das Blätterdach des Regenwaldes. Nach einem dominikanischen Mittagsbuffet können Sie noch im Anamuya-Fluss schwimmen, bevor Sie zu einer Ranch fahren und eine Fahrt mit dem Geländewagen unternehmen. Ein adrenalingeladener Tag.

Zip lining was brilliant highly recommend, buggies were good could do with more time on buggies rather then stopping for waterfall and taste coffee etc (just to sell products) also be aware there are alot of steps on zip wire if u struggle. Also be aware once u get picked up u then stop at a petrol station to get onto a bigger bus this also happens on way back, we were collected at 7.30 and got home about 4pm - we arrived at the place around 10am and were finished around 2.30 fyi

Entgegen der Ausweisung keine deutschsprachige Reiseleitung, keine Sicherheitshinweise oder Anleitungen in deutsch, weder für Buggyfahren noch für Zipline. Krönung war die nicht ausgewiesene Verkaufsveranstaltung von Kaffee, Rum und Öl. Dafür war der Preis zu teuer. Für rein deutschsprachige Urlauber nicht zu empfehlen.

We had the most amazing day. Pick up and drop off were efficient and on time. Our guide Eddy, Ramon and Mani were very informative on the journey telling us about our surroundings. The buggy rides were thrilling and we had a great instructor PJ who was very upbeat bad fun really making the day. The length of the ride was perfect. We then stopped and tasted local produce - coffee/chocolate which was great.The ziplines were so fun. All staff very helpful and friendly which made you feel very safe

After our fantastic buggy ride and zip line which was superb we were told to wait in our bus for our guide, Sammy. He did turn up hour and quarter later and told us that we need to wait for another bus as this one will have to especially for us go to our hotel even that was the one we arrived in. So he left us on the parking lot in another bus and left. After hour and half another driver turn up and didn't know anything about us going with him. But he did took us very unhappy. Time lost

Der Ausflug war sehr teuer. Mittagessen eher dürftig . Sonst war es super. Die Buggy‘s haben eher schlechte Gurte. Nichts für Menschen mit Ängsten im Straßenverkehr. Guide tun alles, damit sich die Leute wohlfühlen.

Wir wurden sehr früh (7 Uhr ) abgeholt. Der Transfer hat knapp 1,5 Stunden gedauert. Der Guide war sehr nett und deutschsprachig. Vor Ort wurde zunächst die Jungle Buggytour durchgeführt, der Guide konnte kein deutsch, hat dafür englisch und spanisch gesprochen. Was etwas schade ist, weil am Ende der Tour etwas zu Kaffee, Kakao und Kokosnuss Anbau und Vermarktung berichtet wird. Darauf hin findet in Zuge des ziemlich dürftigen Mittagessens (Hotdogs)eine Verkaufsveranstaltung statt.

Het zipline was top, maar de buggytour was meer een verkoop tour. Voor dat je gaat rijden wordt je eerst een winkel ingeduwd, met een verkoop praatje. Dan ga je buggyrijden straatje heen en weer , dan even ofroad . Dat heeft ongeveer 20 minuten geduurd, tot mocht je al zwemmen. Na het zwemmen weer 10 minuten rijden voor het eten(knakworst met brood) en ja weer een verkoop praatje in een winkeltje. Nou toen weer verder, paar minuten, toen zat de tour erop.

Insgesamt ein toller Ausflug; Die reine Buggyfahrzeit dürfte etwas länger sein. Essensangebot (Hot-Dog) recht dürftig. Verkaufsveranstaltung war etwas zu aufdringlich. Transfer war recht umständlich mit dem vielen Umsteigen anstatt eines Direkttransfers. Ziplining war sehr gut.

Service appréciable avec un guide au top et qui fait de son mieux afin que tout se passe bien. L’expérience est inoubliable et le personnel très sympathique et axé sur la sécurité. Le coût des photos souvenir reste élevé mais le personnel dépend essentiel du tourisme.

We went as a family of 4, kids are 8 and 10, we all had a great time, the buggies were great with a combination of driving through a village and on tarmac roads and a dirt track through a forest stopping off to visit a lake to have dip to cool down. The zip lines were awesome, kids were a little hesitant but loved it after completing the first one

Leider war der Ausflug ohne deutsche Reisebegleitung, obwohl dies eine zugesicherte Bedingung war. Die Buggy-Tour und das Ziplineing waren ganz toll, jedoch die Versorgung zum Mittag sehr dürftig. Insgesamt hat es Spaß gemacht, wenn man wenigstens Englisch kann und nicht viel Hunger mitbringt.

De gids was top! Heel leuk om tijdens de busrit naar zijn verhalen te luisteren. De buggyrit was leuk, vriendelijke mensen, alles ging vlot. Tof parcours met kinderen. De zipline was leuk, goede begeleiders, veilig, mooie uitzichten. De weg er naartoe was leuk om zo het binnenland eens te zien.

Buggy rijden en de zipline waren spectaculair. Je mag de buggies echt op hun staart trappen op een tof parcours met leuke bochten, ruig terrein en diepe plassen. De ziplines gingen door prachtig gebied. De lunch was echter karig, de gids was nogal vol van zichzelf en de organisatie wil heel graag foto’s en producten verkopen tegen pittige prijzen. Maar wij kwamen hier voor het avontuur en we hebben een heel leuke dag gehad!

Bremsen und Sicherheitsgurte am Buggi waren nicht in Ordnung. Führerschein wurde nicht kontrolliert. Die Tour hätte durchaus mehr Offroade Charakter haben können, hat trotzdem Spaß gemacht. Zipline war super!

The whole day was exciting food was good and the tour guides were very friendly. What we didn't enjoy was having to wait around over an hour at the end for the other group to finish so we could go back to our hotel. We were wet and muddy and just wanted to get back.

Sensationelle Action! Erst mit dem Buggy off-road durchs Gelände düsen (besser keine weißen Sachen anziehen), dann zwölf Mal abseilen. Wirklich ein Erlebnis, wenn man da 800 Meter lang über den Dschungel flitzt. Alles sicher, man braucht keine Angst zu haben. Die Guides sind alle superfreundlich und helfen bei jeder Etappe. Wir waren happy!

Buggies are a massive con. Drove along the road for 10 min, turned onto a dirt track and did a u turn back they way we had come. We drove past the where we started and took the next dirt track off the main road. Followed the track for 5 min to a river of sorts. We were allowed 10 min at the river, not long enough to get in although it was't very clean so didn't want to get in anyway. Then back to center for basic lunch (hotdog) and brief chat about coffee and chocolate. Total driving time 30 min

From the minute we were picked up the guide (Santiago) kept us informed of our route, the various things we passed on the way and some local information. Our buggy guide (Young Boi) ensured we all knew what we were doing but had a very light hearted nature which made it a fun morning. All of the zip line instructors were very knowledgeable and ensured our safety. This made me, who has a fear of heights, comfortable enough to enjoy the trip.

This was a great day out. We were picked up in an open truck and taken on the journey to where the trip started. It started with a get together to go over all the do's and dont's and safety aspects. Then you got in the Buggy's and all followed each other on the roads and muddy dirt tracks. After that it was lunch. Then off to do zipwiring through the rain forest, it was great fun, but also hard at times. Then off to have a meal at a traditional home. Amazing food.

The whole excursion doing the Jungle Buggies and Zip lining was well worth the money and the guides were great fun. Particular shout out to Driver Ryan, Bus Tour guide Melvin (?) and Buggy guide PJ. I have two point of criticism though 1. TUI should really make it much more clear that you have to have a fairly good level of fitness for the ziplining as there is a lot of climbing stairs. There is also a level of physical fitness required when doing the activity and none of this is mentioned. My partner had to bail out of completing the course because it became too much for him and even I was struggling with the amount of stairs etc. 2. I have been charged twice for the photopass I purchased for the Jungle Buggies. I have sent an email to bring this to the Runner Adventures company attention and very much hope this has been an innocent oversight that will be rectified.

Trotz meiner Höhenangst habe ich mich an der Zipline extrem sicher gefühlt und konnte diesen unglaublichen Spaß genießen. Leider wurde aber bei der Buchung nicht die Buggy Tour an der Veranstalter bezahlt, sodass wir nur Zipline gemacht haben. Bis heute (2 Wochen später) habe ich von tui noch keine Rückmeldung und Gutschrift diesbezüglich bekommen.
