Helt magisk! Vi ble tatt godt i mot med lokal te. Alle var blide og hjelpsomme. Kamelene så ut til å være godt ivaretatt. Nydelig ridetur på ca 45 min opp i fjellene mens sola gikk ned. Så en utrolig god middag i teltet. Beste maten vi har spist denne turen! Underholdning med sang og trommer, og så «fire show». En ti av ti opplevelse.

I throughly enjoyed my experience, the camel ride was scary but amazing. The locals were kind patient and accommodating. The food was amazing and the fire show also was fabulous. They did put a good show on; so was worth every penny. The food was delicious. I would definitely recommend.

Every part of this excursion was excellent. Transportation, camel ride, dinner and entertainment was amazing. So much effort was made to make it such an enjoyable evening, with lasting memories. A special call out to our camel guide, he was very kind, and takes awesome photos! Fabulous value for money. Do not miss this one.

This experience was amazing, the staff were exceptional telling you what we would be doing and answering any questions asked, they made sure you felt safe and assisted you on and off the camel, the camel guide could or is a professional photographer, the sunset photo he took was amazing. The meal was fantastic, the best chicken tagine I’ve had and the amount of different dishes were all delicious and all home cooked or prepared. The entertainment ended a great day A must do experience

Het ritje op de kameel was leuk en de gids maakte mooie foto’s. Het eten in de tent was best lekker en smaakvol, maar werd ontsierd door luide muziek verderop. Verder was het niet echt een tent, maar een betonnen schuur met tapijten aan de muur. Ook zat je met je rug naar de zonsondergang toe, dus dat was niet zo bijzonder als het verkocht werd. Voor een tripje was het wel leuk, maar wij hadden net iets hogere verwachtingen

The camel ride was amazing. It was nice to see the camels appeared well looked after. Wasn't so keen on the long wait for the entertainment. It appeared we had to wait for other guests that had a far later booking.

Wir haben über das Reisebüro eine Übernachtung in der Wüste gebucht. Das ist leider nicht eingetreten. Wir hatten dementsprechende Eingepackt und hatten andere Erwartungen! Das Reisebüro hat sich mit TUI in Verbindung gesetzt und uns eine einen lächerlichen Betrag von EUR 21 gutgeschrieben. Wir sind darüber sehr verärgert!!! Leider hat dieses negative Erlebnis unsere Nerven sehr strapaziert und uns den Urlaub NICHT verschönert. Das Reisebüro ist sehr bemüht und kann nichts dafür!

Alles was prima, alleen de extra stop onderweg bij een olie en kruiden praktijk is geen onderdeel van het programma en voegt niets toe. Mede hierdoor waren we nog maar net op tijd voor de zonsondergang. Verder helemaal top!

Everything about this trip was great. Our driver Khalid navigated the busy roads expertly. He was such a friendly and helpful young man. The camp was comfortable. We couldn't manage a camel ride but without asking we were taken by quad bike to the top of the mountain to see the sunset. This was followed by a tasty meal and brilliant entertainment. This was a lovely surprise! Well done to everyone

This was an amazing experience from the journey there to the camel ride, dinner and fire show at the end. Our guide/driver was lovely and all the staff on site could not have been more helpful and courteous. My husband has some difficulty walking and they made sure he could still enjoy the whole experience.

The camel ride, dinner and show were great. There were problems with pick up told to be at reception half an hour earlier but then not picked up till later. Driver didn't speak English si didn't know what was happening. Stopped on the way at a cooperative and served tea but then told to get back on bus again. Was very expensive compared to other trips booked through get your guide and wasn't as well organised wouldn't book a tui trip again.

The driver was very courteous and we felt very safe with him behind the wheel. Everything was absolutely brilliant and every aspect of it was enjoyed by us both. The only slight improvement that we think that could be made was that there was too much food served and we were very concerned about waste. We were told journey would take 40min it took 1hr 50min.We were told we could buy wine this was not the case no alcohol there. Food was awful we couldnt eat it. Then a lady of 71yrs old was thrown from a Camel to the ground. She was badly hurt and had a bang to the head!!!There was noone there with First Aid and they wouldnt call an ambulance or doctor. She had to sit on a wonky chair for 2 hours until our driver returned and then sit on the bus for 1hr 40min to her hotel. It was awful trip

We were told we were going to be picked up at 5pm when I booked it. We waited in the lobby. No one came. We had to make a phone call to the excursion people to be told it was too hot. Will be picked up at 6pm. I was not given any information regarding this. I would not of known unless I phoned.. Yes, it’s only an hour of my day, but I’d give up my day bed which cost me early to get ready a bit annoying to be fair.

The desert provided a fantastic contrast to pool time and the guides made it a real experience by dressing us in some traditional clothing, taking pictures for us at certain scenic spots and then providing us with some brilliant entertainment whilst we had a very filling dinner! What an incredible experience, a real immersive experience into Moroccan culture. The camels did look a bit bumped a bruised, but they were seen roaming free for water and being fed well. The food was amazing, and the additional entertainment brilliant. Our guide on camels was quiet, didn’t say anything which was a shame. The coach was comfortable- but note this is about an hour from marrakech

Would have been nice to have been advised over hour drive to venue, and to have tour guide talking about Morocco and the desert instead of silence in the taxi and on the camel ride.

We had a great time, really enjoyed the camel ride, the guide was excellent, lots of fun and made us feel like we were in safe hands. The trip is far enough out into the desert it felt like a proper dessert experience, but be prepared there are lots of other activities in the area. Driver was punctual, careful and friendly. Dinner was tasty and generous , we got more than we expected with musicians and a short spectacular fire show. Only small down was musicians too loud while eating dinner ??

The over all evening was enjoyable, but the food was a little slow. After the camel ride we sat in the tent with no one telling us what was happening. We waited a long time for food and water Had to ask for water in the end And the food took over a hour to come, which was a shame as it was great value for the money and car driver was friendly too.

Mustafa our driver was punctual friendly looked after us. very well. The people at the camp were also very welcoming and took good care of us. The scenery was stunning and the fire show was very impressive. The TUI description of the trip should make it clear that the camel ride is one hour long and the main focus. Our TUI rep had phoned to say that we were vegetarian and had been told that there would be plenty of choice - we enjoyed the starter, but the main dish was almost exactly the same!

Our driver Mustafa was fantastic !!! He drove nicely even though its very busy here. The camel ride and guide Hussain was lovely and funny too and made it a wonderful experience. Food and fire show was outstanding. Been lucky to go on lots of trips in my life but this one was well up on the top of our list of best experiences Please make sure Mustafa and Hussain get some good praise. Great door to door service. All staff we encountered we very friendly and helpful. Greeted with complimentary tea. Fantastic and plentiful food. Evening entertainment that includes music and fire show which was excellent. Great value for money; highly recommended. In winter months; ensure you are wrapped up as it gets very chilly. Water and tea available but if you want other drinks; take them with you.

We enjoyed this experience very much as all aspects excelled. You go quite far into the dessert but that means the scenery feels authentic. All the staff were smiling and polite from Mustafa (taxi) to our camel ride guide and when the food was served, very tasty and plenty of it. Gute und Sichere Anreise (ca. 1 Std.), unser Guide ist recht ruhig und sprach französisch. Um auf einem Kamel zu reiten, sollte man körperlich fit sein. Die Landschaft ist sehr schön. Das Abendprogramm ist nett und unterhaltsam, und das Abendessen mehr als reichlich.

Our driver, Mustafa, collected us promptly from outside our hotel and told us lots of information about Marrakech and the Agafay Desert on our ride to the destination. He even stopped at a shop to buy us water. He ensured we were well cared for and helped us with our head wrap and clothing to shield us from the sun. The camel ride was amazing and the sunset phenomenal. The singing and fire dancing was fantastic, as well as the food. Mustafa made sure we had the best time and got us home safe :)

It was really good however we were served first and then had to wait until. Large group arrived quite sometime later to finish their food before the show. Due to the long wait a number of guest wanted to leave. Overall the trip was really good and the staff were very attentive

Een echte aanrader. Onze chauffeur Mustafa was perfect op tijd, is heel omzichtig gereden en ons welzijn was voor hem zeer belangrijk. Het evenement zelf was heel verzorgd: de kamelen lijkten professioneler verzorgd dan diegene aan de straat, waar we voorbij reden. Avondeten was eerlijk en lekker en de show met het vuur was een leuke add-on. Zeer storend was, dat ter plaatse kamelen en quads (4x4) dezelfde wegen moesten delen: dit kan effectief tot gevaarlijke situaties leiden.

To be honest, we had some doubts about the camel ride, since it wasn't mentioned in the description, but we actually enjoyed it a lot. We had a private tour and the camels were not mistreated at any point. The tour was lovely and the scenery was breathtaking. The dinner itself was absolutely delicious and the entertainment was fun. We did not see any of the ants mentioned in some previous reviews. We can genuinely recommend this activity.

First visit to Morocco

Enjoyed everything about the tour. Bus was late so tried to contact rep with no reply till following day where he proceeded to tell me Tui weren’t responsible for that tour as they didn’t do one with 4:30 pick up. I told him Tui had texted me that time for pickup would be 4:30 not 5. He said Tui didn’t deal with 3rd parties which I said it’s concerning Tui took my money, trip was booked via Tui app.

The best experience ever. Our guide Mustafa picked us up from our hotel, very polite and welcoming guy. We went to the location and we had Moroccan tea,water and traditional biscuits. We saw the camel stables and we took pictures. Then we had a traditional clothing and we went for our camel ride. After we had traditional dinner witch was lovely and also local musicians and a fire entertainment.

Amazing experience throughout. From mint tea on arrival to sunset camel ride in traditional dress. Delicious tagine cooked local meal in the tent during dusk whilst being entertained. From the taxi driver to the camel guide and entertainers all so friendly and helpful.

We vonden het een hele leuke ervaring! We werden met een busje opgehaald bij het hotel door Mustafa. Op plaats van bestemming kregen we eerst thee. Daarna een rit op de kamelen van ongeveer 1 uur met genoeg stops om foto's te maken. Daarna eten in de tent. Het eten was niet bijzonder, maar de hele sfeer was ontzettend leuk. Kampvuurtjes aan, groepje mannen die muziek maakten en op het eind nog een vuurshow. Wij (moeder en dochter) vonden het een hele leuke excursies en alles was goed geregeld.

Everything was very good,the camel ride,the entertainment and especially the food. Only small downside was the wait between activities otherwise overall it was very good.

La experiencia en general ha sido satisfactoria, el espectáculo de fuego final es muy divertido. Lo único a mejorar que nos han pasado a recoger por el hotel una hora más tarde de la que nos indicaron . Tuve que ponerme en contacto con ellos para solucionarlo. Una hora esperando es demasiado tiempo.

We enjoyed the lovely guide. He was very knowledgeable and kind making sure no one got lost. He gave a lovely insight into Islam and took us to a few shops to get our bearings. Super familiarisation tour so we can visit independently later. Only issue we had was a couple of fellow tourists who were very rude and arrogant about the local customs, kept going off and getting lost and turned up late for departure time. The guide dealt with them very professionally.

Unieke avontuurlijke ervaring. Fijne chauffeur die ons ook hielp bij het kamelen kamp. We waren met onze kinderen van 2 en 4, dat ging prima. Wel goed vasthouden op de kameel. Het was super leuk om in berber outfit op de kameel te zitten. Het eten was lekker, leuk entertainment erbij. Het was erg koud zodra de zon onder ging. Onze gids had ons dat vooraf nog geappt, dat was erg prettig.

Had a lovely driver who stayed with us during our whole journey through the desert. The camel ride was lovely and the guide took us some photos and made the camel ride fun. When we got back to the tents we had a lovely traditional Morrocan meal which we enjoyed! And the entertainment was amazing!

Excursion réservée sur le site en ligne car le représentant de tui à l’hôtel refusait de nous la vendre. Aucun regret, départ de l’hôtel en voiture privée et climatisée, arrivée au site, dégustation d’un thé à la menthe préparé devant nous, balade à dromadaire et arrivée juste au bon moment pour admirer le coucher du soleil sur les dunes. Timing parfait, personnel très sympa, soirée spectacle magnifique et repas excellent. Tout était parfait pour un prix vraiment très raisonnable.

We really enjoyed our experience. Abdul who drove us from the hotel was fantastic and friendly. And explained so much about Marrakech. The food was delicious and the views were just amazing.

Wij vonden het een geweldige ervaring, alles was goed geregeld , we werden opgehaald bij ons hotel en het was ongeveer 45 minuten rijden onze chauffeur Abdul sprak goed Engels en legde onderweg uit wat we allemaal zagen, hij heeft ons goed begeleid. De kameelrit was fantastisch, de man die de kamelen begeleid heeft mooie foto's van ons gemaakt met onze eigen telefoon en van de mooie zonsondergang. Was een mooie ervaring zeker aan te raden.

What a great trip . Really enjoyed camel ride for 1 hour great guide and very professional. Only thing i would say it doesn’t really mention camel ride in itinerary we only saw it in the reviews ,would be useful if thus was updated for others looking at trip . Entertainment was great and food was brilliant. Was no rush everything was done in a casual slow pace.

The driver- Abdul, was fantastic, very friendly and forthcoming with information about the local area. The meal was traditional while remaining friendly to all. Would definitely recommend this experience.

Don't book if you expect white tents like the movies, it's far from that! It was a beautiful evening, beginning with a camel ride, which was amazing but in the desert there were lots of hills! Seeing staff hit the camels was quite upsetting. Not much communication from staff regarding where we ate. Food was edible, expect the tent to be crawling with ants.

Amazing experience! You go ride a camel in a group during sunset and eat a big warm dinner afterwards in a tent. If no clouds, you can see the stars. I wish there was more explanation of the program on the website and by the organisers at the spot though.

A cool experience that’s a change to the hustle and bustle. Would recommend, however it wasn’t an hour long camel ride and it didn’t show the sunset nor were we spoken to throughout the whole ride. The food was good but again, no communication or explanation as to what was happening/eating. In total we were about 4 hours including 45 minutes travel time each way.

Our driver (Mustafa) was fantastic and professional shout out to him, we did ride the camels, this was a unique experience, the ethics of riding them is of course up for debate and how they are treated during the experience they were at times whipped for example no obvious cruelty or malice but not nice to see. The meal was lovely and the entertainment and views were great would recommend.

Tutto perfetto, l'esperienza merita davvero. Ottima l'organizzazione e la qualità della cena. Consigliatissimo , soprattutto per chi non ha mai cavalcato un dromedario nel deserto.
