This trip on the Mersey on the Dazzle ship Snowdrop was magical! My sister and I were celebrating her 70th birthday. What a wonderful way to see Liverpool, from the water! And the audio commentary was excellent. Highly recommended!

Always ride on the ferry whenever we visit this great city which looked fantastic on a lovely sunny day. Discounted fare made it even more enjoyable especially on the historic Royal Iris. A must for any visitor.

Well organised and punctual. Comfort minimal. I have a mobility problem, and the stairs were difficult. No assistance was offered. The commentary was disappointing, as it was often hard to tell which building was being described, and on which side of the boat it was located. Run out of space...!

Great day out. Weather was perfect nice and sunny. The ferry was great explaining what you were viewing. The shop was having problems with the card machine which made people have to wait but it was all ok.

We enjoyed the boat ride although the speakers weren't working where we were sitting and it was difficult to hear the commentary. The loading and unloading was quick and efficient. We loved that the boat sailed out on the hour so didn't have to lock into a specific time. The price was good too.

Easy to book online. Great way to see lots of things in a short time, the onboard info was great The Only snag was it didn’t tell you That you needed to go to the ticket office to get a ticket, I presumed the download was our ticket, luckily we had time to sort and didn’t miss the ferry
