Wrong seats allocated on plane and unhelpful staff. Rep in hotel and on excursions friendly and excellent and knowledgeable . Your App rubbish. Couldn’t book lots of things and had to ring one of your shops - staff there very helpful. Not told about transfer arrangements till landed in Verona. Manchester Airport dreadful - put me off flying. Hotel not value for money though nice. So a mixed bag.

A beautiful day out scenery spectacular, the disappointing thing was If you didn’t do the cable car and cannot walk too far there was very little to do apart from visit a cafe or look in the three gift shops, but still enjoyed the day.

Guide was good but could have done with another stop. Also my son could not attend due to not feeling well and they refused to return even some of the money because they said it was within the 24 hours and I should get back from the insurance. I think that's really bad business.

Great day out, well planned, very friendly and informative guide and fabulous driver, amazed how they drive big buses around all those hairpin bends.

Unfortunately we had a very wet day! At the summit the cable car was closed for obvious reasons. We enjoyed seeing the countryside and learning the history from our guide who was very knowledgeable.

It was a long day but we were able to see a lot. Unfortunately when we got to the top it rained so e could not see very much at all. I was glad to have brought my waterproof and worn trainers.

Throughly enjoyed the trip and the marks would have been higher but it was a joint trip with both English speaking tourists and German speaking tourists meaning the guide having to explain what was coming up in both languages meaning by the time he had done this in one language the point of interest had often passed

It was a whole day tour with breathtaking views! Enjoyed every minute and the guide was really nice and organised. Really worth it!!
