It was unclear if the guide worked for Tui or not. When giving her "Welcome"/ information speech on the coach, her answer to a lot of information was "I don't know the answer to that/ Ask the captain". No life jackets offered for children. Photographers quite pushy, we didn't want to be bothered all of the time. Very limited food options. Unclear if food suitable for vegans. For the money we paid it wasn't a bad day out, but if you have any dietary requirements I'd take your own snacks

The first two bays that we stopped in were litter strewn and not at all scenic. We spent an hour and a half waiting to go at the start. The refreshments consisted of a tiny cup filled with flat Pepsi. Everything was tip tip tip

This trip is worth the views alone, stunning cove scenery and crystal clear waters. Booking with tui gave our group access to unlimited soft drinks and house wine and beer. Probably worth taking some cash aswell though for the times if your party gets hungry before food is served as signal goes out so card machine doesn't work. Lunch was good, marinated chicken was lovely, meetball, pasta and salad just what you wanted some fresh food. Boat can get a little crowded little difficult to navigate.

Alles in allem hatten wir einen sehr schönen Ausflug. Die Buchten waren sehr schön, das Schiff war zwar etwas in die Jahre gekommen, hat seinen Zweck jedoch erfüllt. Das Essen war simpel aber gut. Die Musik war jedoch zu laut und penetrant. Ein paar weniger Passagiere wären gut gewesen, es wirkte etwas überfüllt und nicht jeder hatte einen Liegeplatz.

Leider wurde von Anfang an durch die Tourleiterin eine sehr angespannte Situation erzeugt, wir wurden bedroht, falls irgend einer der Tour Teilnehmer meinen sollte sich zu beschweren oder ihren Anweisungen nicht folge leisten zu wollen. Wir an der nächsten Bucht aussteigen müssten und selbst sehen müssten wie wir zurückkommen können. Auf dem völlig überfüllten Boot mussten wir zwei Stunden lang warten ohne Getränke und Essen. Auf dem Boot gab es viel zu wenig Essen für alle so das ein großer Tei

Der Ausflug an sich war toll, jedoch wäre die Info gut gewesen, dass man eine eigene Schnorchelausrüstung benötigt. Da damit geworben wurde, dass man bei den Stopps schnorcheln gehen kann, gingen wir davon aus, dass es Leihausrüstung gibt.

Er was geen echte begeleiding. Enkel een woordje in een beetje Engels van de kapitein bij het vertrek en aanmeren, maar wel uren oorverdovende muziek tijdens het varen zodat een praatje maken met andere reisgenoten moeilijk was en je de prachtige omgeving niet ten volle in je kon opnemen.

De eerste stop is aan een strand waar een niet zwemmer juist kan geraken . Het eten is redelijk . Dan vaar je 10 min verder naar een soortgelijk strand . Hier moet je zwemmen of je mag op de boot blijven zitten . Na een korte stop vaar je verder naar nogmaals een gelijkwaardige ligplaats . Ook hier kan je als niet zwemmer op de boot blijven zitten . Daarna vaar je 1u15 terug naar de haven . Conclusie, je hebt niets gezien wat de moeite waard is en je kan net zo goed op de eerste plaats blijven

It is appalling that a company with global responsibility and accolades of environmental sustainability should allow plastic straws and plastic single use fly away cups to be used on sich a tour. Everything is wrapped in plastic, the light plastic, which the less responsible members of the public on the tour let fly into the sea. Turkey appears to be a rubbish dump. The tour is beautiful, the landscape wonderful but Tui needs to make a better and lasting impact on improving environmental values

Really enjoyable trip, made some great family memories! Crew were amazing and loved the titanic music :p would 100% recommend. I would recommend there being a need for decent level of swimming for each family member and my youngest 8 took her own life jacket to ensure safety. Also bought the photos taken because they were so good and these were also sent to our email. Food was also good which the whole family liked. This trip really made our holiday and was a nice day away from the hotel.

Eerste baai super mooi en gaaf. Tweede nog redelijk 3de voor ons gevoel ergens gewoon aangemeerd. Minder was het eten en wat mooi zou zijn voor deze tour is ergens aan te meren waar je meer kan snorkelen meer kan zien. Over het algemeen een leuke tour om mee te maken.

The bus transport from the hotel was very prompt. The guide was clear with instructions for drop off and pick up. She made a point to tell us to mind the captains announcements, but it was very difficult to understand over the tannoy. The swim stops were amazing - beautiful areas. It might have been good to know what was on offer for lunch beforehand so I could make provision for my 6 year old, who wasn't keen on the lunch.

Jusqu'au retour belle balade en mer l'eau très propre dans les criques,boisson comprise avec du bas de gamme dans des gobelet en feuille de plastique et boisson de marque hors de prix. Retour catastrophique car on sait pas trop bien se qui sait passé mais à tout moment le bateaux risquait de chavirer et je sentais bien que c'était pas normal, des gens en pleure pris de panique j'ai bien compris que on s'éloignait côtes pour revenir en triangle tellement les vagues était forte .

The bays we stayed in were literally 5/10 minutes apart we stayed for an 1 hour 30 mins in a tiny bay were there was another boat and far too many people. We then had lunch which was good but the traveled 4 minutes round a corner to another bay and stayed for an hour same thing too many people. Then traveled to another bay 5 mins round the corner for another 40 mins. Real disappointment given the cost

The swim locations were lovely, the music was good, I would have liked to known more about where we were at each location and the background/history of the areas. The lack of food options was poor, there was some problem with oil so there could be no chips or alternative food cooked for our kids, they didn’t like the food that was served to us so it was a long day with no alternative options on the menu

Erg leuke ervaring gehad zelfs dolfijnen gezien! De bemanning en kapitein waren vriendelijk ook vooral voor de kinderen. De zwemstops waren alle 3 kort achterelkaar maar wel leuk en ruim de tijd.

Staff seem more interested in cashing in on a captive audience, free drinks we're small and very sweet ok for children. If you opted to buy your own the drinks were expensive, the photos at 40 euros were also expensive for what they were. They would have sold more if the prices we're reasonable

TUI… exertions must be booked within izmir we had a great deal getting to our destination on time as TUI didn’t issue the service providers our booking details so our travel seats where not available. I had aslo had to cancel a 4x4 trip because our vehicle wasn’t available. And now i wont get my three payments back. So not happy about it his £72 is still a great deal. But the boat trip was amazing so im trying to get myself worked about the experience we missed out on yesterday

Long trajet pour arriver à la 1e crique on y reste à peine 20 min On redémarre pour la 2e où on reste une ********** heure Le repas est servî au moment où on redémarre donc pas top de manger quand bateau bouge et on arrive 3e crique Aucune des criques ne sont propres niveau de la partie « terre » On devait avoir plage de sable fin qui est inexistante Eau pétillante et dessert (glaces) payants Repas n’est pas ouf non plus Bateau tanguait énormément au retour Rapport qualité prix zéro

Absolutely appalling trip, delays getting they’ve, the bus driver didn’t even know we had booked on and refused to take us until he phoned tui rep, got there and couldn’t find the boat, the food isn’t what is advertised on all the photos. The worst bit about it is there was no safe usable kids life vests what we have done if there was an accident or we had to use it emergency, and when we asked if we could have a life vest for the kids the staff told us oh no there all faulty, absolute shambles

Wir waren auf dem Boot und sind nach gut einer Stunde erst losgefahren. Während der Fahrt war die Musik so laut, dass wir uns nicht unterhalten konnten. Die angefahrenen Buchten waren alle ehr klein und mit Steinen übersehen, sodass ein aussteigen schmerzhaft für die Füße war. In der Bucht durfte man sich nicht fortbewegen, sodass es eher einer Sardinen Dose gleichte. Das Essen war leider nicht gut, aber das ist hier nicht das Problem. Die Tüte Chips oder ein Eis für je 5€ ist einfach zu teuer.

L hôtel très propre , qualité de l accueil super , infrastructure top. Restaurant très bien. Animation super . Tout était vraiment très bien, le seul petit bémol était au niveau de notre chambre . Un mobilier un peu vieillot et un tout petit minuscule balcon pour une chambre familiale ( nous savions nous y asseoir uniquement à deux et très peux de place pour mettre sécher notre linge de bain

Het was een enorm stuk varen voor het eerste baaitje met mini strandje wat er vies eruit zag met achtergelaten vuil. Dan kort varen voor de 2 andere baaien waar de strandjes ook erg vies waren.Er stonden achtergelaten vuilniszakken enz Wij vonden het te lang op de boot en vrij weinig te beleven. Ook was er geld verdwenen van een passagier en ik vond de bemanning niet erg meelevend Ik vond het erg tegenvallen en zou het niet weer boeken Ik vond het tegenvallen

Bonjour, Avant toute chose, nous aimerions vivement remercier notre représentant TUI, Gokhan!! Il a été d'un grand professionnalisme en nous indiquant clairement les activités à faire avec des enfants. L'expérience qu'il nous a proposé, nous a complètement conquis! C'était magnifique. Nous avons très bien mangé et surtout nous en avons pris plein la vue! Merci pour l'expérience. Et surtout encore merci à Gohkan (représentant TUI au Kustur). Nous aimerions qu'il puisse le savoir.

Eine schöne Rundfahrt. Es wird zunächst die am weitesten entfernte Bucht angefahren. Die Stopps werden zunehmend kürzer. Das Wasser in den Buchten ist glasklar, die Strände sind meist steinig und leider oft vermüllt, aber das müssen wir Menschen uns selbst ankreiden. Die Bewirtung an Bord ist nicht herausragend, aber okay. Leider lief rund eine Stunde laute Elektromusik - danach wurde es poppiger. Hätte ich bei einem TUI-Ausflug gediegener erwartet. Aber auch andere Reisegruppen nehmen teil.

It's not an expensive trip in the grand scheme of things, so don't expect much in return. There was only one physical beach we visited, and two coves if you're a confident swimmer. We took a pact lunch, as we know we're fussy, so we didn't eat, drinks are in the tiniest plastic kids party cups, sweets and snacks are expensive, and they'll take photos and sell you them at 5€ each.... It's a fun day for one of the cheaper excursions, just don't expect t the earth and you won't be disappointed.

Le personnel est sympathique, la nourriture est **********. Le trajet en bateau est de toute beauté. Je n'irais pas avec des enfants en tout bas âge car... un peu long (ou alors prévoir des jeux). MAIS, on n'a jamais vu la plage de sable doré promise. Alors oui les criques sont jolies mais du coup la description est frauduleuse. Dommage. On m'a remboursé 5% du montant total.

The boat trip was great, we stopped for swimming 3 times. The lunch provided was good and service at the bar was easy and had no queues as mostly the drinks were already poured and on the bar (soft drinks/beer/wine) and self service for water. Overall I would say that the price was reasonable for the whole day, the staff were friendly and a nice atmosphere

Weinig informatie van tui. 'S morgens zelf moeten zoeken welke boot. 'S avonds chaos voor de bussen. En wisten niet welke bus en werden op onvriendelijke manier geholpen. En dan kwam er nog is bovenop dat de reisleidster van tui op de bus zei als je op de verkeerde bus zit moet je zelf een taxi nemen en betalen. Wat niet oké is en eigenlijk ook de fout van de reisleiding want ze vertelde niet welke hotels welke bus. Ze zei dezelfde bus als smorgens. 'Smorgens hadden we een kleine bus geen grote.

Was expecting beach stops as advertised but they were pebbly coves full of rubbish. Toilets were not very pleasant to use. Food very basic and not very appetising. Staff were OK, photographers were a bit pushy. Overall OK but wouldn't recommend. Booked for our wedding anniversary and wish we had done something different

It was an absolotly fantastic boat tour perfect views and 3 stops for swimming and snorkeling but my favourite part was the pod of dolphins we saw on the way back! Managed to capture them on video too! Absolotly amazing!

The trip itself was good. We enjoyed seeing the dramatic coast from the boat and swimming in the bays. Food was sort of ok, but unfortunately the wine was undrinkable. It tasted like sweet wine massively diluted with sparkling water. My main complaint was that there was nowhere to escape from cigarette smoke, even during lunch! Other than that it was a good day. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful.

Amazing experience. My children 9 and 11 had a wonderful experience snorkling , swimming and jumping off the boat into the crystal water. Photo boys were easy to haggle down , so well worth some snaps . Get into the queue for lunch early or late so you can sit at a table …. Top tip ?? enjoy!!

The boat had room for finding sun or shade. The swim stops were great with plenty of fish to see in the water. Only soft drinks but for a trip with children perhaps not a bad thing. Plenty of soft drinks. Lunch was more than ok. Saw dolphins on the way back so made the day. A full day trip with efficient transfers. Good value.

It helped that the weather was perfect, and the boat was not full. Lunch was excellent in terms of choice and speed of service. We stopped at 3 beautiful spots for a swim/paddle. TIP: take pool shoes due to rocky nature of coves. Would highly recommend - a great day out.

C'est pas les baies du nord mais du sud. L'accompagnement du guide laisse à désirer. Le vin et les bières dont imbuvables. Le repas est très moyen. Manque de sécurité. Transfert en retard. Jolis paysages mais une des baies remplie de détritus.

Freundlichkeit der Mitarbeiter ist top, jedoch ist die Verständigung nicht immer einfach da nicht jeder Englischkenntnisse beherrscht. Das Hotel ist schon etwas Sanierungsbedürftig. Die Teppichböden lösen sich teilweise. Sowieso sieht der Teppich stellenweise schmutzig aus. Die Rutschen waren nur beschränkt zugänglich (2 1/2 Stunden am Tag, 1h vormittags und 1 1/2h am Nachmittag).

Wir haben den Ausflüg über die Tui Smartphone App gebucht - völlig unkompliziert vom Strand aus :) Abholung vom Hotel funktionierte reibungslos. Auf dem Schiff selbst war die Verpflegung inklusive, freundliches Personal, frisch zubereitetes , leckeres Essen - hier gab es entweder einen auf dem Meer frisch gegrillten Fisch oder Hähnchen. Eine Auswahl vorab konnte man via Smartphone App nicht tätigen - einizger Minuspunkt ! Alles in allem sehr schöner Ausflug !! Empfehlenswert !

Super Ausflug, unbedingt buchen. Ein Stop war in einer Bucht mit Höhlen und warmen Erdquellen, ein weiterer mit natürlichem Ton für eine Gesichtsmaske. Das Mittagessen war einfach mit gegrilltem Fisch oder Hühnchen, eine willkommene Abwechslung zum täglichen AI-Buffet. Ja Badeschuhe sind empfehlenswert, falls man an einem der Strände möchte. Tolle, aufmerksame Crew mit abschließendem gemeinsamen Tanz und die Besucher am Strand der letzen Bucht haben ebenfalls mitgetanzt. Kurzer Transfer.

Nice boat, lunch was good and plenty of drinks. Not great for younger kids or non swimmers as it’s deep getting off the boat, and the beaches are really small and are just big pebbles. Tour guide might as well not have been there. All she did was shout at people to get on buses and then during the tour she just sat smoking, having a drink and swimming. No interaction with tourists and didn’t make herself appear at all approachable.

Great trip but we had no representative from tui when we were picked up for the trip and were left to find the boat ourselves! On return the tui rep was trying to deal with us all but wasn't helpful in telling us which bus we were to get on and just told us to sit down! Then we had to wait 40/50 mins for our bus, standing in 35° heat! We were not happy!

Helaas was de ophaalplaats bij het hotel onduidelijk waardoor we een taxi hebben moeten pakken. De boottrip was heerlijk! Denk eraan geen nieuwe badkleding aan te trekken, bij de eerste stap veel mensen onder de olie op huid en badkleding. Stops daarna niet en schoon water. De afstap vanaf de boot is diep, dus denk niet dat je van alles mee kunt nemen. Waterschoentjes is handig. Eten en drinken aan boord is helemaal prima

Wij hebben een heerlijk ontspannen dag gehad op de boot, niet de druk dus er was ruimte genoeg om voor iedereen een fijn plekje te kiezen. Lekkere lunch, genoeg te drinken en mooie stops onderweg waar je lekker kunt wegdromen bij het uitzicht, een duik kan nemen vanaf de boot of rustig het water in kan lopen.

Der Ausflug war eigentlich sehr schön. Das Boot war großzügig und nicht überfüllt. Essen und Getränke waren reichlich und lecker. Das Personal sehr freundlich. Leider waren die angefahrenen Badebuchten alle komplett steinig. Es gab keinen Sandstrand und ohne feste Badeschuhe war es uns und anderen nicht möglich überhaupt an Land zu kommen. Es tat so weh an den Füßen. Die drei Badebuchten waren auch leider komplett identisch.Auf den Steinstrand sollte auf jeden Fall hingewiesen werden.

Het was een leuke boottocht. we werden keurig opgehaald en weer teruggebracht. Het was alleen wat lang. Varen, drie keer zwemmen en toen weer terug. Ik had meer uitleg verwacht en het eten was redelijk ijs moesten we kopen en gelukkig waren we vroeg en hadden we een goede plek, bovendeks, wel in de schaduw, maar veel opties waren er niet. Bovenop in de zon of onder in de banken. de matten om te zonnen lagen erg dicht op elkaar.

Der Ausflug insgesamt war schon schön! Wir wurden pünktlich am Hotel abgeholt und zum Schiff gebracht und waren erst gegen 18:00 Uhr zurück. Es wurden vier Buchten angefahren und dort eine Pause gemacht, wo man Zeit zum Baden/Schwimmen hatte. Das Mittagessen war einfach gehalten! Nudeln mit einem halben Fisch und Salat! Hätte man gerne lieber ein Stück Hühnchen gehabt, hätte man es vorher (1Tag vorher) bestellen müssen! Wussten wir nur leider nicht! Ansonsten war es für diesen Preis okay!

Lunch was provided which was really good value for money. All day music was blasting out, I’m 27 and even I thought my head would explode with it. Just needed to be turned down a bit. I’d understand if it was a party boat but it was full of families. The tour was 10 til 5.30pm which was too long, all three beaches were the same, really stoney and it hurt your feet to even stand up. Paid £14 for 2 bottled beers and 2 ice creams! So you definitely wasn’t having too many beers to get throu.

What a fantastic day!! This exceeded our expectations. We stopped at some stunning bays where was was able to swim and explore the area. Staff were really friendly, I was travelling as a single female with two children aged 17 and 12 I felt safe and would highly recommend this experience.

Great
Het geluid op de boot was slecht dus je wist niet goed hoe lang wat duurde. We vertrokken veel later dan gepland zonder te weten waarom. Bij het afstappen van de boot bij het strand weinig tot geen hulp, dus veel natte tassen met inhoud zoals mobiele telefoons en camera’s. Lunch was goed!

We enjoyed the swimming in the sea, but found stopping 3 times to swim a bit boring. It was lovely to see dolphins out the window. The food was very tasty and lots of variety

Decent sized boat with a top decking to sunbathe, the crew were brilliant and very attentive. The cove stop off's were great to for a swim and picturesque.

We were late leaving due to a family being late. Could be more cushions upstairs, lots were having to share 1 between 2/3 people Bit more communication from the staff of what to look out for at the stops. One stop had a lot of sea urchins on around the coast

A really good trip and day out. Fun for all the family. Very good value for money and well organised. We loved the swim stops although the beaches are stoney and beach shoes are definitely needed. Loved the dancing competition on the top deck and the sun-beds are nice and comfy to sunbathe on. Lovely lunch too. Very enjoyable day out.

Was top, wel een lang stuk varen voordat je bij de zwemstops bent en als je daar eenmaal bent zijn het 3 stops vrij snel achter elkaar. Enige wat misschien anders kan is dat op de ticket vermeld stond dat het voor 12 jaar en ouder was, maar er toch heel veel kleine kinderen mee waren +- 15 stuks, niet vervelend maar ook niet op gerekend.

De reis was goed geregeld en top. Lekkere lunch, mooie zwemplekken en vriendelijke bemanning. Nadeel is, bij de Tui informatie over deze excursie staat niet alle informatie (juist). Wat we uiteindelijk kregen was meer. Een (vrij lange) heen- en terugreis met de boot. De boot vertrekt rond 10:00 en eerder kan je al aan boord. Er wordt niet alleen frisdrank gratis geserveerd maar ook bier en wijn (bijzaak, al het frisdrank is met suiker, geen zero/light). Er staat bij Tui een zwemstop vermeld, dit zijn er uiteindelijk 3 die allemaal vrij dicht bij elkaar liggen en 40-60 min. duren. De hele reis staat er gezellige muziek aan op de boot. Was zeker een leuke ervaring :)

The trip overall was a fantastic experience, but it would have been nice to be told that the beaches visited were pebbles and there was stones and rocks to negotiate when getting off of the boat. You definitely need a separate pair of flip flops or better still aqua shoes to wear so that you still have a dry pair to wear on the boat after visiting the beaches

Lovely boat trip, staff on board were brilliant, boat was beautiful as was lunch, only complaint is that the top deck had far too many sun beds on so people trying to move around were falling on people that were on the side sunbeds or sat on the benches on the sides, it may of been better to remove the middle rows so people could move easier
