We both had food poisoning from the hotel food so couldn't go , were told that we couldn't get a refund unless we saw a doctor. Wasn't offered any alternatives even though we cancelled before the start of trip and the holiday rep was quite demanding and rude . Someone else in the hotel said they would not like to give a refund or alternative due to their commission. Not the best service 😕

Polish people on the bus got on my nerves I fell sleep miss english say about the trip. 2 buses where going one with french i rather been on the french bus. Lot of things in Gibraltar change lot since 2017 I dont know if I go back one jewellery shop was nice and one clothes close for dinner so I couldnt go back due to going back to bus all the pefume shops still most jewellery gone very pricey buy things to take home was very disappointing the crystal shop had gone of all not much there like

Just booked the gibralter shopping experience which was basically 2 hrs on the coach and a faff to get onto gib. We were gappy to make our own way to Main street shopping, felt rhe cost of £34 each fir the coach ride a bit much. Guide was very good though

Really good trip, coach journey was about an hour from Costa del Sol. Guide was really nice, so friendly. Shopping was good but long and Gibraltar is small so I would recommend doing an excursion such as dolphin watching or the rock tour to fill the time up

To be honest it's a long day and if it's just a shopping trip it would be a good idea to limit the amount of time instead of combining the day with different excursions, that's just my opinion.

The journey to Gibraltar was quite good but on the journey back the driver missed our stop and if I hadn't been paying attention and pointed it out we would have been miles away from our hotel.

The trip was good but the travel time was not as expected. First pick up was also last drop off so an 8 hour trip turned out to be over 12 hours. The guide was not interested in the people who wanted to go shopping, we had to be back on the coach before anyone else. We didn’t do the trip as we have not long since been. The guide told us the people taking the rock trip are normally about half an hour to an hour late, so why not just meet in the middle and give the shoppers an extra half hour.

TUI rep was great. Transfers were on time. We booked our own activities whilst in Gibraltar. Going in and coming back through customs was rather chaotic which was the bad part of the day. The last time I went was approx 20 years ago and it was a lot smoother. We felt guilty as we were the last ones back to the coach as the Gibraltar staff kept telling us to change queues due to us having children with us.

Unsere Reiseleiterin u. Vollblutspanierin Sonia war Mega. Ebenso der Busfahrer Daniel. Er lenkte den Bus souverän durch manche enge Passage. Sonja sprach sehr gutes Deutsch und hat sehr viel Humor. Trotzdem wir ein Taxi zum Abholpunkt nehmen mussten, brachte uns der Bus bis vor unser Hotel! Gibraltar ist interessant. Wir haben nicht viel eingekauft, da wir eigentlich alles haben. Der botanische Garten ist ein Ruhepunkt dort und sehr zu empfehlen.

The coach did not make a comfort stop despite the trip taking almost 2 hours going to Gibraltar and over 2 hours coming back, the seats were also very uncomfortable and due to being faux leather were very slippy

Felt we needed longer as we were only able to shop half of main street and grab a bite to eat before we had to be back on coach. The queue getting through customs was really long and took up lots of the time on way in, wasn’t as bad when leaving but had to be back on coach by 3.15pm and didn’t actually get off coach until nearly 1pm, so had just over 2 hours all in which wasn’t long enough. We were told that the time you have depends on queues but the actual picking up of people took too long 2

Good trip ...apart from rep worse one in 44 yrs travelling chewing gum when on mic and never shut up from leaving to Gibraltar loads people wondering when she going stop..total rubbish coming from her..when I asked her to please don't chew when mic is on replying was yes yes good ?? Then starts talking and chewing again quite a few was saying making them feel sick .WORSE REP EVER! not good for the good company what tui is

It was a good experience, did a good shop and got a few bargains. The only thing that we had 20 people on our coach, some were able to shop and also see the caves and monkeys, but we were not given that choice of these.
We were disappointed, would have done this as well.

I’d totally recommend this trip. We chose the shopping day but should have chosen the trip to the rock. There would have been plenty of time for both. The guide was excellent, translating flawlessly into 4 different languages! The bus was perfectly on time. Comfortable journey. An inexpensive trip.

My partner and I enjoyed the whole thing. Our Guide was great gave us a lot of information about safety and border control also she gave us information about what we could bring back from Gibraltar. Was a very pleasant lady and we had a super time. Thank you to our guide and thank you TUI.

Couldn’t go on excursion as we went on previous Andalusian excursion which in part was a DISASTER would welcome a conversation with someone over the health and safety relating to the inclusive 3 course meal location selection. As for the reason we could not go to Gibraltar when we went to the orange farm we were given items to sample, and one of the samples caused my body to have a reaction causing sickness and diarrhoea I probably will not get a response to this as companies don’t look at nega

The pickup time on the app says 0751 the actual pickup time was 0835 not only did we miss our breakfast we had to wait an hour wondering if the excursion had been cancelled. I telephoned the tui number to find out it didn't open until 0900 Spanish time. We were very disappointed

The best tour guide ever! 90 minutes of constant history and information from Torremolinos down to Gibraltar and the same back (but let us all nap as well). Through border she's there to help and just a brilliant day all round! Thanks to Miguel the coach driver aswell.

Bus driver and tour guide were the best part about the day. Could not say a negative comment about them only negative was the time of the journey time mainly due to the fact of waiting on people who wouldn’t be bothered to be at the place of pick up or departure on time and expect everything to wait on them!! Tbh I’d have expected them to be left behind due to this

Everything was very good until I bought a Bacardi and coke in the entertainment lounge and they gave horrible cheap Bacardi and changed me premium prices for the cheap rubbish.I therefor didn't drink in the hotel again.I know this happens regularly but as an ex landlord I can tell the difference and think something should be said about this and I believe you should take it up with the hotel management.

Sonia the TUI holidays rep on our guided visit was incredible what a fantastic and enthusiastic person - we had a brilliant time she was so engaging and entertaining with our entire group. Die Zeit um Gibraltar auf eigene Faust zu erkunden, war absolut ausreichend. Die Wege sind kurz und zum Europa Point fährt man ca. 10 min mit dem Linienbus. Dann schafft man auch noch den Besuch des Botanischen Gartens, mit der Seilbahn auf den Felsen und wieder herunter. Und auf dem Weg zum Busbahnof kommt man auf der Main Street noch an zahlreichen Shops vorbei. Nicht so schön war, dass unser Guide schlecht deutsch sprach.

Overall enjoyed the whole experience, it was our third time doing this trip with yourselves, the bus journey just seemed extra long this time, not sure if it was because of the pickups schedule which seemed to include hotels far out of the area. Tui is niks te verwijten maar Gibraltar op zich is teleurstellend. Het is vuil en van het originele patrimonium is niks of weinig nog terug te vinden. Alles is overbouwd! Typisch verengelsd! Jullie gids daar en tegen maakte heel veel goed. Haar kennis over de geschiedenis zorgde ervoor dat de reis minder lang duurde en aangenaam was! Een dikke 10 voor haar en de buschauffeur!

We were given the wrong information regarding bus pick-up time in the morning. Despite this, we were still at the bus stop in time, but the bus had left without us, so it must have left early. We were so disappointed and even though it wasn’t our fault, the rep refused to give us a refund or put it towards another trip.

The whole day was just short of 12 hours. Virtually 7 hours was on the coach largely due to pick ups which I felt was excessive. The guide told everyone to keep to their original seats but someone decided to sit in mine which left me very irritated. The guide left 4 of us behind at pick up at the beginning of the day. Fortunately he returned and all was well. Although the travelling was long and having to get off and back on the coach for passport control was annoying the trip was fabulous

Only a shopping trip, so can't comment on the tours. Just like going to a sunny British town. OK for that. However, the prices are not cheaper, apart from the customary duty free goods(of which you can only bring back 1 litre of spirits, and if you're a smoker I believe it's one sleeve. Sat on a coach for 7.5 hours( no toilet or refreshments) to experience an average lunch sat at a below average cafe was quite honestly a waste of a day and money. Driver and guide were excellent

Our Guide was excellent, we had a problem with our coach that was sorted in minutes and with no impact on us at all. Her knowledge, language and explanation of the different excursions that were going on was clear and consice. Her personality was pleasant, joyful and friendly which helped make the day very good.

There were far to many pick ups after our hotel, resulting to a 3 hour journey to Gibraltar, (there were others on the coach picked up and droped off after us goodness nows how long they were on the coach). The coach was late picking us up, we were told to be there early at 7am. There was delays with a sub trip on the same coach meant that we had to wait for thier mini coaches at Gibralter. This made it, all in all a very long day with no toilet breaks on the 3 hour journey. Gibralter was good.

The bus picking us up with half an hour late which resulted in me having to stand at the side of a busy motorway having to call Tui to see if it was coming or not. Once the bus picked us up everything else went amazingly. The bus driver and tour garden where exceptional. Only thing I would say is, it was annoying having to listen to everything 3 times in 3 different languages.

We had a major problem when we got to Gibraltar the driver forgot his ID he could not get through the border And we were delay over one and a half before we got transport to entering Gibraltar stood in a carpark in the head of the day . Same on the return we were stood around for what seemed an age. This spoit our day

Overall the trip was amazing. Our tour person was very helpful and always kept us informed on how many pick-ups on the way and done English very well. Thier was a few minor downfalls which was... The coach driver didn't remember his passport. Some people were very rude to the tour operator and to be honest should of been kicked off and made thier own way/ back. 100% cred to her for staying calm in those situations. Hope she doesn't have to experience that again

The guide really only gave out basic information on the procedure for crossing the border. I've done this trip previously & the guide has provided a lot more information about the history of Gibraltar on the way down.

Having been to Gibraltar twice previously and doing the usual rock tour and St Michael’s caves I wanted to enjoy more shopping time and exploring the town without feeling rushed. Although it took us roughly 2 hours both ways including going through passport control, I had a thoroughly enjoyable day. The weather was beautiful if a little too warm ( shouldn’t complain) the people friendly and a variety of shops bars and restaurants. A thoroughly enjoyable da.

Guide Sonia very knowledgeable lovely lady . ,but the pick ups took as long as the journey ,we were told 1hr 30mins approx to get there ,it was 3hrs each way and we weren’t stuck in traffic it makes it a very long day travelling that long .

Late leaving, and nowhere near enough time in gibraltar,35 minutes to see st. Michael's cave and the monkeys is poor. With poor mobility the caves are inaccessible in the time given. 10 minutes only for europa point, then return to coach park, and walk to main street, with an hour left before 3hour journey back.no time to eat. And no trip to the med. Side of the rock where the beaches are.So a 10 hour day ended with just about 2 hours to see and experience gib., pretty poor value.

Leuke excursie met veel informatie onderweg in Engels en Nederlands. Alleen als het in het Nederlands was gingen alle Engelsen praten zodat je niets kon verstaan. The whole experience was great. The tour guide was so good at her job made us laugh made the bus journey pleasurable . Told us everything we needed to know I would recommend Gibraltar it's beautiful. I done the dolphin watching when we got there would highly recommend it.

I thought it was very overrated. Not even summer season and packed. To much faff with passport control then getting back on the coach then off again before we could get off to the shops. Paid extra €47 to go up the mountain to see the monkeys and was only there 10 minutes if that!!! Complete waste of money!!! Would have been better if we had hired our own taxi up there Instead of a trip, then could have stayed longer.

Enjoyed the opportunity to visit, not too long to wait through border control but for less able bodied people lengthy queueing could be difficult and high season could take much longer. Good shopping area and food outlets but need to advise better on currency to have available, shops are not happy to take euros and often want cash sterling. Excellent guide and good value for money. We didn't go on the additional tour to the monkeys.

The guide and driver were excellent. We chose the shopping trip hoping to take the cable car to the top but it was closed due to high winds. So in retrospect we'd have been better on the guided tour with a minibus to the top. Enjoyed walking round though.

Everything went according to plan! Guid Mitarbeiterin hat ja sehr viel erzählt manchmal auch zu viel. Auf entsprechenden Hinweis das die Gäste immer die gleichen Plätze im Bus einnehmen sollten, kam die Antwort das wären nicht Ihre Regeln und wir wären ja nicht in einem Flugzeug. Beim Einstieg in den Bus am Hotel konnte man nicht einsteigen so wie sich die Gäste angestellt hatten,sondern sie arbeitete Ihre Liste stur von oben ab egal wie lange die Gäste die rechtzeitig am Bus waren ...Sie kamen dann in der Reihenfolge der Liste.

Very good destination. The border control is slow and political but tour time management needs to take more account of this. We were 25 minutes late being picked up on outward journey despite being asked to be ready 30 minutes earlier than scheduled. Also we were 30 minutes late leaving Gibraltar coach station. The guide was more interested in passengers sending voice messages to Gary than checking our welfare and updating us on delays.

Booked with TUI for peace of mind . Coach arrived on time at allocated pick up. The bus was clean and tidy with air conditioning. The tour guide was happy and approachable and the journey through passport control was smooth with the guide instructing at all times . Had a wonderful day in Gibraltar shopping and the return journey was pleasant. There was nothing I disliked.

The day overall was very enjoyable however I have arthritis in my fet and knees and it was very difficult for me to walk back to our hotel (approx 1 mile plus) We had a taxi to the bus but coming home there were no taxis available and everyone else on the bus was dropped off at their hotel

Der Guide (junger Niederländer, leider den Namen vergessen, irgendwas mit J) war super nett und hat alles super erklärt. Hatten gute 4 Stunden Zeit, was völlig ausreicht. Falls jemand eine Fahrt mit dem Cable Car plant, macht es sofort am Anfang. Ihr steht 1 1/2 - 2 Stunden an, Aussicht lohnt sich aber. Grenzübergang für EU-Bürger geht flott und auch die Kontrolle der Einkäufe war in 2min erledigt.

The bus journey was far to long , on the coach ,just after 8am , spent 4 hours shopping , then back on the coach 415 ,didn't get back the hotel until 745, which was hard going sitting on the coach , can't fault the coach driver or tui guide they were really good ,.at least now we have seen it. One off the bucket list

We loved our time in Gibraltar, had a lovely meal at Little Rock restaurant for our Anniversary. Shopping is great. Coffee shops good. The coach park is a short walk up some steps, so could be difficult for some. The high street is a straight road with a very slight incline that you don’t really notice when you’re looking in shops. We didn’t use the duty free but could be a bonus for some. Throughly recommended Gibraltar whichever tour you take as we have done them all.

The experience was well planned and enjoyable. The guide was knowledgeable but a little too sarcastic for me. The day was spent on our own time taking in the sights at our leisure rather than on the planned excursion which was better for us as I don’t walk well

Einen Tag zur freien Verfügung war wunderbar. Ich war mit der Seilbahn auf dem Berg und bin runter gelaufen. Es gibt viel zu sehen, die Rocktour bietet nur einen kleinen Teil. Außerdem ist die Zeiteinteilung flexibler. Ich habe jedenfalls den Aufenthalt genossen.

Loved Gibralter the first times i visited. After a while it becomes a little stale. The increased journey time due to pick ups, the restrictions in purchase of goods and the longer queues at passport control makes it less enjoyable. If it is your first chance to visit I recommend you go just to see how much tax you are privoliged to pay in the UK.

When we got off the coach in the carpark I didn't like the fact that someone was there taking a picture of you as you just arrived. Didn't ask permission to take a picture of my children. Then when we returned to go back to the coach they had made a little display on small plates with our pictures. I then got told that I couldn't take a picture of the picture they had taken of my children and myself. They were very rude and I questioned the guide about this and what they did with the pictures.

The bus came as stated ..and we had Barbara who was lovely and very knowledgeable and interesting throughout our journey...our driver Danielle was just as nice someone had a fall on there knee he cleaned it and looked after her 10 out of 10 for both of them...our trip to Gibraltar was lovely

Good trip and worth the money but a few things let it down. The buses don't have toilets - they really should for the length of journey. Also no planned toilet stops. I heard someone ask for a toilet stop and they were refused… the guide even said ‘we know people have bladder problems’ - extremely unacceptable. Also, the guide talked over the intercom the entire way there. It was in 4 languages which is understandable but he was relentlessly repetative. Could have been done much quicker.

Der Reiseleiter Hans, war spitzen mäßig. Sehr gut organisierter Reiseleiter. Nur leider waren Engländer dabei, die sich dem Reiseleiter Hans und uns Gästen gegenüber unmöglich verhalten haben. Auch der Bus Fahrer Paco hat uns sicher ans Ziel gebracht.

Having 2 young children with us, the shopping trip felt like a bit of a drag with the children (bless them). Without children I think it would of been much more enjoyable. Don't get me wrong, we did have a really great time there. Well worth the visit so please do book and go.

Abseits der Main-Street wird es interessant. Einfach den Linienbus nehmen und man kann viel entdecken - Tourist Office Mackintosh Sq. hat super Stadt-/Buspläne. Mittags bei Roy auf dem Casemates Square Fish and Chips. Zum Abschluss dann noch drei/vier Geschäfte aussuchen und den zollfreien Einkauf nutzen. Hätten gern mehr Zeit gehabt - und schade, dass es nicht mehr über Start-/Landebahn geht - damit hat dieser Ausflug viel von der Einzigartigkeit verloren.

We opted for the shopping trip, we had a lovely wander about, bought some bargains tax free. Tge coach trip was enjoyable, the guide Hans was great. He advised the passengers to expect a queue at passport control, but couldn't believe it when there was no queue and we got straight through. Coming back there wad only a small queue which wad great. I would recommend this tour.

We were on 'shopping trip' and Gibraltar was fab! The guide was lovely and spoke at least 5 languages. However she had to constantly translate information in 4 languages whilst on our coach down to Gibraltar, she hardly took breath, not her fault (Tui) but not in any way relaxing first thing! She actually asked some people to stop talking(!) as it was affecting those listening for their languages (90% UK 10% 3 diff EU), it was like being on an international school trip but not the same fun!

Minus marks for the weather ????. The journey was speedy. Fortunately, not too many pick-ups so we seem to arrive more quickly than I remember from past trips. It’s a pity there wasn’t something in place to do rather than just constant shopping as there’s really only the Main Street and certainly no shelter when the weather is as appalling as it was (Not blaming Tui for that). However, does seem a little on the pricey side for just a bus journey….but c’est la vie

Nothing at all wrong with TUI guide or the excursion just didn’t really think it was a great shopping experience. Customs is a bit of a pain there, not particularly good shopping from my own taste/ opinion. Supposed to be tax free but even M & S charge same as UK! Small Fish & Chips with mushy peas, was £15.50 ! Everyone spoke Spanish there. People on trip that went to the caves, really enjoyed it so guess if you want to do that , trip is worth it.

The guide Fred was fantastic . He gave lots of information along the way in 4 different languages. Gibraltar was a very vibrant city. Lots of shopping choice. Great for buying honey rum for my son. And gifts for the family. The cable cars were good to the top of the rock. The view was fantastic. We saw the monkeys they were nice.

Overall really good. The guide (José) was great and it was impressive to hear him talk to us in English and German. His sense of humour was appreciated. He kept us informed about timings and what to expect at the border crossing. The coach was good quality and comfortable, but I'd recommend a coach with a toilet or maybe making a quick rest break, as the trip is 2 hours each way. Thanks also to our driver, who I believe is called Emilio.

We booked shopping trip thinking we could make on way to the rock for a look but cable cars were not going as too windy. So 5 hours of shopping was going to be way to long, we then went to see a taxi that has a guide that takes you around the rock with 3 stops for £25 each. It was fantastic and well worth it. So would recommend not to book the shopping trip if you want to go the rock and to book the rock excursion with free time also to shop.

Wir sind mit einem anderen Reiseunternehmen hier. Auf Anfrage bei einer Ihrer Mitarbeiterinnen im Hotel,konnten wir bei TUI diesen Ausflug buchen. Nicht nur der Bus war top aber vorallem unsere Begleiterin die uns stets sehr gut und sehr freundlich betreut hat. Auch als uns der Zoll bei der Ausreise kontrollierte war sie sofort unterstützend an unserer Seite. Im Übrigen war alles in Ordnung. Der Ausflug war am 29.12.23 ab Hotel RIU Costa de Sol. Nochmals vielen Dank.

Das Problem ist die Wartezeit beim Zoll , wenn man Personen aus England mit im Bus hat . Wir waren schon öfter in Gibraltar , da kam der Zoll noch in den Bus , checkte die Pässe und fertig. Die Ausreise dauerte diesmal über eine Stunde !

We had a fantastic day out. The Tui rep Sonia actually made our day. What an intelligent and funny lady. She spoke of the history and pointed out interesting things, also on the way back she told us of a film meaning “the boy” in English which we will look for. It was great walking around all the shops in the sunshine and had fish and chips recommended by Sonia, lovely. The highlight of the day was Sonia though, my 19 yr old son has autism and he loved her. Asset to you. Please acknowledge her

Vor einem Jahr haben wir bereits den Gibraltar-Felsentour-Auflug gemacht und waren begeistert. Nun entschieden wir uns für diese Tour, um Zeit zu haben, mit der Seilbahn auf den Felsen zu fahren und uns das Natur-Reservat anzusehen. Natürlich hätte man stattdessen auch shoppen gehen können, aber das hat uns eher nicht interessiert. Die Reiseleiterin Carmen war uns schon vom vorigen Jahr bekannt und man kann sie nicht genug für ihre Umsicht, Zugewandtheit und ihr Wissen loben.

The guide Frederic was so lovely, my niece lost her TUI sticker and wanted another. Frederic took the time to write her name on the sticker and give her another one. For a 5 year old, this made for a memorable moment.

Außer jede menge Juweliere gab es nichts besonderes zum einkaufen, was ich in Deutschland nicht zu dem Preis oder günstiger bekommen hatte. Das Zollfreie einkaufen finde ich irreführend.
