L efficienza di appoggiarsi a questo sito è stata azzeccatissima... Presentato il voucher in damrak riceviamo i biglietti per museo Van Gogh e gita sui canali.. il fatto di poterne usufruire in qualsiasi giorno e in qualsiasi ora(ovviamente secondo orari di servizio) rende più rilassante la permanenza nella città. Ovunque il personale è davvero educato e accogliente!!

Le voucher pré commande est à échanger au préalable dans un seul endroit à Amsterdam, près de la gare....pas super pratique, Pour le van gogh le billet est un billet prioritaire mais absolument pas coupé file, il permet néanmoins de générer une attente prioritaire sur les files de couleur jaunes Pour ce qui concerne les visites elles sont intéressantes et à faire... Voilà mon opinion.

This museum is really interesting, and of course you need to get the audio guide for the full experience. Great for those who don't know anything or even just a little about Van Gogh, and even those who know quite a bit. I'd definitely recommend. However, I don't know if this actually saves any time because you have to wait in line to exchange the voucher for a ticket anyway, so you definitely don't skip any lines. The canal tour is pretty good; just the right amount of time and you see quite a bit of the city without having to be on a bus.

Ho evitato la fila e cambiato il voucher velocemente Bello il museo, non altrettanto la crociera a causa del battello poco confortevole. Ad ogni modo discreta funzionalità del sito.

Bello il museo. Ma trovo assurdo ritirare i voucher vicino alla stazione invece di stamparli su internet.

La prenotazione è stata inutile in quanto abbiamo dovuto metterci in fila insieme a coloro che dovevano acquistare i biglietti nonostante noi avessimo già cambiato il voucher. Inoltre dal vostro sito non era possibile indicare l'età della ragazza ( 17 anni) che non avrebbe dovuto pagare il biglietto per il museo mentre attraverso voi l'ha pagato per intero!!!

Enjoyed the cruise, very informative and a good introduction to Amsterdam. I feel that you should point out to your customers that the cruises are well attended and we were not aware that people could reserve seats so may not be able to select where you sit. Regarding museum was unmissable and it was a real privilege to get up close to these unique works of art. Again felt a little mislead as was given vouchers to exchange for tickets which meant queuing for tickets then queuing again to enter museum. It wasn't quite the experience I expected as did not jump the queue but the price was reasonable but a bit irritated at having to queue.

Demande de changement de date pour raisons professionnelles vérifiables et justifiables. Réponse de Musement: Désolé, pas la politique de billeterie... Je trouve assez déplorable qu'un simple changement de date, qui ne demande ni annulation ni remboursement, ne soit pas possible. Il s'agirait pourtant de la qualité de votre service client.... qui de ce fait, est plus qu'à revoir. Je suis outrée et ferai tout, à l'avenir, pour prendre mes billets ailleurs. Dommage...

Both these were a great success and it was very good not to have to wait in line for the Van Gogh exhibition,. We did have to wait and hour to get on a canal boat and then longer before starting but it was a terrific trip. We were given the wrong days (Fri Sat instead of Sat/Sun but fortunately managed to go on Sat, after another Musement booking, to Keukenhof (booked separately by my daughter Joanna Faulkner) went fine except that we gave up waiting for the return bus after 1.5 hours and travelled independently into Amsterdam via Schipol airport. This was because of the flower parade, which is understandable, but we were given no warning of this and neither were other passengers, some of whom had plane flights etc and were upset. Some warning should have been given. Our holiday is over now, so we shall not need a discount from you. Thank you for the things which went well! Regards Jane Faulkner

Mauvaise surprise en apprenant qu'il fallait réservé une plage horaire à l'agence Lindbergh la veille de la visite. Sinon le bateau très bien

Quando mi sono presentata allo sportello della compagnia per convertire in voucher nei biglietti mi è stato detto che questa soluzione valeva solamente per il weekend, nonostante al momento della prenotazione su questa pagina avessi selezionato un lunedì sia esplicitamente indicato "DISPONIBILITA': tutti i giorni". Dopo aver specificato che lunedì era l'unico giorno possibile per degli amici che passavano per Amsterdam in giornata, la ragazza allo sportello mi ha convertito il biglietto per il museo di Van Gogh con l'entrata Fast-Track previsto dall'offerta in un biglietto usufruibile qualsiasi giorno (mettendoci in coda per la biglietteria del museo alle 9.30, non abbiamo dovuto aspettare molto per convertire questo biglietto in quello effettivo per entrare al museo ma questa è stata fortuna). Ho poi scoperto un'ulteriore discrepanza di informazioni per quel che riguarda la crociera: durante il periodo del Light Festival è possibile fare questo tipo di crociera solamente entro le 16, mentre su Musement è segnato fino le 21 (!!!).
