It would have been informative to know what a 20 minute stop was for, as we had only been on the bus for 30 minutes. When people started to get on the bus we realised why we had stopped. We were waiting for another group to join us.

The guide was always in a rush, despite there being elderly clients. The lunch was poor and unlabeled. Chicken under cooked, fried egg completely cold. Visit to the colosseum was good.

Tour guide was excellent, a professor who seemed to know everything about Tunisia and its history. The locations were all exceptional. The only thing I'd fault is that the lunch wasn't too good. But all in all it was a great day, I'd highly recommend it to anyone.

Mohammed our tour guide was excellent and made us feel very welcome, safe and informed. We really appreciated the care he took with the day and provided great knowledge of Tunisia its history and the local vegetation and customs. Our driver Mr Bashir got us to and from all of the stops with great care.

This tour was really interesting and well worth doing. Kairouan and the El Djem Colosseum were both impressive and great to see in person. It was a very popular trip, so there were lots of people on the coach. Lunch was okay — simple but filling, with rice, pasta, and salad. Drinks weren’t included, so you do have to pay extra for those. Just a reminder to bring some cash to tip the driver and the guide, as they both did a good job. It was a long day, and on the way back everyone fell asleep

Not too long spent at each attraction - enough to view not too long to get bored. Excellent multilingual guide. Comfortable coach. Tour shared with French speaking couple. Not ideal but well managed by guide. No alcohol served at lunch.

I am on a permanent crutch and told your TUI rep that 8 couldn't walk that far. The Mosque had many steps I couldn't manage. The mosaic museum was too far to walk so 8 sat on the coach whilst they all went. Lunch was ok but we had to pay for water and tea. The Colosseum was too far to walk so I stayed on the coach. 9.5hrs on a coach was very unpleasant. I would like a refund as YOUR REP did not advise me of distance to walk. He said it's not far. Tour guide said it's a long walking trip

Overall it was very good. The guide was informative but spoke a little too fast at times while your brain was still figuring out what she said, you missed a bit in the middle ! We visited El Jem amphitheater many years ago, this time adding the museum with the wonderful mosaics to the trip made it even better

It was quite an expensive day trip. The Grand Mosque at Kairouan may be important to Muslims but was not much of a spectacle; the Mesquita in Cordoba, Spain, was fascinating but then it was also a Christian cathedral! The Colosseum at El Djem was amazing, and the mosaic factory and coffee shop interesting, having seen the Roman mosaics at the Bardo. The main problem was that guide was very difficult to understand; his having to alternate between English and German was wearing.

The guide was good but difficult to hear him sometimes. The mosques were rushed but coliseum was good. Trip too long on coach. Lunch poor and rushed.

Enjoyed the guide, very knowledgeable. The colosseum at El Jem and the grand mosque at Kairouan were the highlights. Didn’t enjoy the Aghlabid basins - felt it was a pointless stop and perhaps more time should have been allowed to spend at Kairouan souk/medina. I felt the price was a little expensive for the experience on offer and £50-60 would have been just about right.

We didnt get to go on the excursion. We were supposed to leave at 7.25. We waitted until 8.30 and the driver never turned up. He alleges he was there from 7.40 until 8 but he definitely wasn't. We are very dissapointed as we were really looking forward to this excursion

Poor value for money. Mostly German language spoken by guide, limited English in comparison. Underfoot conditions hazardous, handrails hot to touch, steps unsuitable, very hot conditions not catered for well enough. Hotel lunch poor quality, limited amount and choice. Drinks offered charged for with no alternative drinking water. Mosaics very interesting. Driver excellent. Long day in heat. Very tiring for some. Not a legend excursion to positively recommend in full to others if asked...

The guide Ayeeda was excellent as was the driver, ayeeda was very knowledgeable and friendly, the whole trip was relaxed and unhurried. However, I thought the prices for the trips are a bit steep.

Our guide was really very informative however due to the distance covered it was more of a coach tour and it was obvious that we stopped at certain places to receive a sales pitch. It was also fairly clear that the non English contingent got preferential treatment, particularly from one of the salesmen. Unfortunately for him we understand enough French to translate him communicate his dislike of English

Usual delays in picking up from multiple hotels and then a further wait in a village for a bus with a set of guests from a different resort to join us. However the guide was very good and the sites were certainly worth seeing. Especially the coliseum.

The coach had air conditioning that was hardly different from the temperature outside. The first stop at what was supposed to be a good view of the city was ridiculous as there wasn’t anything to see. The tour of the mosque where people were “celebrating” the circumcision of a young boy (also known as child abuse) was - what’s the word ? Boring. I’ve travelled extensively over North Africa and the Middle East and this was one of the most boring tours I’ve ever been on.

Der Ausflug zu den 2 Moscheen, zum Museum und zum Kolosseum waren an und für sich sehr interessant. Was mich mehr gestört hat, war das der Guide ein sehr schlechtes Deutsch sprach, was die Verständigung sehr schwierig machte. Nicht zuletzt hab ich mich gefühlt wie auf einer Kaffeefahrt. Uns wurden ein Aussichtspunkt gezeigt im Gegenzug dazu mussten wir uns eine Teppichvorführung anschauen. Er machte auch viel Werbung für Souvenirs an diversen Geschäften. Das passte so gar nicht ins Programm.

Bei inkludiertem Mittagsbuffet sollte wenigstens auch ein Wasser mit im Preis inbegriffen sein. Stopp an der Zisterne Kaiourans mit Terrasse ist völlig unnötig.

Es wäre schön, noch mehr über die Geschichte des Landes zu erfahren, auch über das Leben der Menschen heute. Für meinen Geschmack kamen Architektur und Baustile zu kurz, auch auf nachfragen. Die Adjektive „größte, schönste und erste“, reichen zur Beschreibung nicht aus. Ein traditionelles Mittagessen wäre schön gewesen. Von der Tour bleibt insgesamt ein positiver Eindruck. Erschreckend zu sehen, ist der extreme Müll und die Umstände in denen die Menschen leben, was unkommentiert blieb.

Unsere Reiseführerin Aydah (?) und unser Fahrer Hedi waren super. Es wurde sehr viel erklärt, auf Englisch und auf Deutsch. Sehenswürdigkeiten einmalig. Essen in Buffetform war auch gut, Getränke mussten jedoch bezahlt werden, aber sehr preiswert. Die Zeit verging wie im Fluge bei 35 Grad. Zeit zum shoppen gab es zwischendurch auch.

Unser Guide Salah war top. Er hat uns viele interessante Informationen über Tunesien, die Geschichte und Kultur und die besuchten Sehenswürdigkeiten gegeben. Wir konnten jederzeit Fragen stellen und hatten an den einzelnen Orten Zeit, um uns umzusehen und zu fotografieren. Das Mittagessen in Buffetform war auch gut. Wir haben den Tag sehr genossen.

Der Guid (Salah) hat uns sehr viele interessante Informationen gegeben. Bei der Anfahrt gab es auch viele Infos zu Land und Leute was die Busfahrt kurzweilig gemacht hat. Man merkt dass er Freude an dem Beruf hat und ich würde immer wieder eine Führung mit ihm buchen

Der Guide (Salah) war sehr nett. Man merkte, dass er mit Freude seinen Beruf ausübt und hat uns Land und Leute, Geschichte und Kultur in Ruhe und sehr interessant näher gebracht. Wir hatten an allen Orten genügend Zeit, uns umzusehen, auch wenn wir nicht alleine losgezogen sind, und konnten jederzeit Fragen stellen und Wünsche äußern. Die eigentliche Reisegruppe war sehr klein, nur der vorherige Transfer, bis die Gruppen nach Sprachen aufgeteilt wurden, war lang. Gute, entspannte Busfahrer...

Alles hat reibungslos geklappt. Unser Reiseführer Salah hat uns sehr kompetent, mit viel Leidenschaft und Improvisationstalent geführt. Sein Deutsch war ausgezeichnet, und er hat nebenbei auch noch auf Französisch übersetzt. Es gab Gelegenheiten zum Einkaufen, aber alles absolut ohne Druck und ganz natürlich. Das Kulturerlebnis stand im Mittelpunkt.

Sehr gute und viele Informationen von Salah, dem Guide, der sehr gut deutsch sprach und sich sehr gut um jeden kümmerte. Zeitlich war alles sehr gut geplant, vielleicht etwas zu gut: Alles folgte Schlag auf Schlag, es war keine Zeit mal 30 min. alleine die Sehenswürdigkeiten zu erkunden, nur am Schluss im Colosseum gab es Freizeit.

Unser Tour-Guide Salah war super. Er konnte sehr viel interessantes Wissen an uns weitergeben und man hat gemerkt, dass er Reiseleiter aus Leidenschaft ist. Das Mittagessen sowie die Besichtigungen waren alle sehr gut. Man hatte jeweils auch Zeit die Umgebung selbst anzusehen oder um einzukaufen.

Doppelt hält besser

Salah macht einen sehr guten Job als Reiseleiter. Man kann seinen Ausführungen gut folgen. Allgemein hatte der Reiseleiter ein sehr hohes Wissen und konnte einem vieles erklären. Wünschenswert wäre für jeden Gast eine Wasserflasche, ansonsten waren wir wunschlos glücklich.

Es war eine sehr schöne Tour in kleiner Gruppe. 8 Gäste + Reiseführer und Fahrer. Salah unser Reiseführer hat alles sehr gut erklärt und auch für schöne Fotos genügend Zeit gelassen. Die Gruppengröße war wirklich spitze, da jeder auf den anderen achtete und somit alle tolle Erinnerungs Fotos machen konnte, dies wäre bei einem großen Reisebus unmöglich gewesen. Auch beim Mittagessen in Buffet Form war für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei.

Pünktliche Abholung am Hotel, sehr freundlicher Reiseleiter, der sehr viel Wissen vermittelt, es wird viel gesehen in jeweils angemessenem Zeitumfang und die Fahrt ist sehr angenehm.

Die Tour an sich war wirklich interessant. Unser Tourguide hat viel, ausführlich und sehr interessant erklärt und ist dabei immer auf Fragen der Teilnehmer eingegangen. Der ganze Ausflug lief in sehr lockerer und entspannter Atmosphäre ab.
