The end of holiday meal time clashed with the huskies trip meaning we had to cut huskies trip short by 30 mins and rush to get ready. This was picked up by resort reps.

Absolutely loved the experience as a whole but got to be honest-it wasn't what we expected! I must have misunderstood but thought we were all going to be sat in the sleigh and not actually driving! My husband wasn't happy and our allocated elf thankfully stepped in in to drive our 2nd sleigh.

We are a family of 3 and all loved our husky tour experience. The staff were so passionate about the dogs and you could see they were all so well looked after. The experience itself was amazing, the views whilst on the husky ride were out of this world. We would highly recommend this activity.

An expensive experience but excellent. Never felt rushed, staff were very knowledgeable and friendly. We absolutely loved this experience, would highly recommend!

I loved learning about the history of the huskies and how they are all rescue dogs, got to meet some puppies which was a lovely surprise, dream come true, perfect experience

Had a great time with the huskies, our guide was very friendly and informative. I was nervous but was reassured by the leader and definitely had a wonderful experience.

We loved the experience as we could put them to bed afterwards and were allowed to pet them. The husky dogs were so friendly and the provider was really knowledgeable and you could tell he and the husky dogs loved it.

The husky “farm” is amazing, the staff clearly care and take time to explain about animal safety and care. The experience was fantastic, going in the evening made it even more magical by seeing the northern lights.

Amazing experience! Worth every penny, we won’t forget that morning in a long time! The day we went it was -19 degrees so wrap up warm with plenty of layers

We were aparty of. 12 ,6 kids 6 adults and we all enjoyed every minute.It was great that they reccomended that all the adults should have a go at driving the sleigh as it was a magical experience.They let us pet the huskies and put them back to their kennels. We went into a hut with a roaring fire and had berry juice,and got a chance to ask the guide all about their huskies.Tui were great with the tansfer to and from the sleigh tour.

I booked the husky trip at home for Saturday the 10th December at 2pm I arrived at the hotel Thursday late afternoon. That evening a piece of paper was under the door saying Friday 9th pickup at 8:10am. I queried this with the rep who said booking online only guarantees a place? I booked it for Saturday as it was our free day. Also my 13 Yr old was charged adult the husky team said why had we booked 3 adults I said tui site charges adult for age 13 she said they charge from age 15 ,ripped off.

This was a great experience. We weren’t told though that one person rides the sleigh as a passenger while the other person steers the sleigh. So if you go with 2 children on your own it can be a bit of a problem as it’s only 2 per sleigh and one is at the back. However it was so much fun! Very cold so wrap up and have a snood to cover face. Staff very friendly and answered every question about their husky’s.

The whole experience was amazing, couldn't believe how magical lapland is until we went. Having the TUI staff and elves made our experience even more magical especially the festive finally on the the last night. What can I say from getting on the plane to landing back in the UK after our 4 days holiday was truly magical. Thank you to the whole of TUI staff and elves involved in our experience.

This is advice to the hotel and what info is made apparent at booking. Hotel had a stritch check-in time of 4pm. We had not been told this, so after a 3am start waiting around for an hour in the lobby for our room was horrid. Especially as other rooms had been done and were being allocated to arrivals after us. Also we were given access to a cupboard to put our things, but it was piled high with bags etc and I was just not happy leaving expensive items in our cases unattended, so we had to unpack both our suitcases in the lobby to get pcr tests out. Just a bit rubbish. If I knew I would have packed differently. The hotel food was OK. It just felt disjointed like you were putting just random objects on your plate, that didn't make a meal. Chilli Concarne but no rice. Bolognaise but no pasta, lovely meat in gravy but no veg. Everything ended up with chips. Very salty chips. Puddings, biscuits galore. Hot drinks lovely. Weirdly juice taps only available in mornings, orange, Red Berry, apple juice. So it was water and hot choc for my son. So now the good stuff. All staff polite, kind and can't do enough to help. We traveled with our disabled son and they were open to any requests. The apartment we were issued was superb, clean and tidy, but obviously well used and little things need maintenance. Wonky cupboard door, spot light surround had fallen off just tlc. The rooms are arid dry, no mositure at all, it's all underfloor heating so it's very hot. Take a good face and body moisturiser. The cold and snow drys your skin out as well. The snow Village seeing Santa and the tasters for huskies and reindeer are fantastic. We paid for 1hr husky safari and its an experience that can't be put into words, fantastic memories. On site was Captain T and the gang, and we encouraged our boy to take part, it made his night to play and dance along with other children. He loved the naughty elves, which has become a reason for all sorts of mishaps since coming home. The party held at Y1 for all Tui guests was a lovely event. And the panto and fireworks a nice touch. All in all a fantastic holiday at Christmas time made us feel very festive. Loved the beauty of Finland, the snow, lights, music just epic

The best trip we’ve ever done! Driving a team of huskies with my Dad and Grandson in the sleigh. Bloody amazing! Totally magical and beautiful experience.
