It's a must trip absolutely fantastic, prompt pick up and return, the guide in my opinion walked to quickly my partner and I were on occasions left behind as my partner does struggle to walk fast, then dropped further back taking photos, but still well worth it

Hotel pickup was excellent - the driver kept us informed of his pick up times. He even came to pick us up at the end as we exited out of the salt mines from a different part and couldn’t find our way back to the taxi! There are a lot of steps and walking. The salt mines were incredible though.

Pick up was as planned. Driver was polite and escorted us to the entrance. Salt mines were amazing. A lot of walking but well worth the effort. Didn't feel at all claustrophobic, until the fast elevator back to the surface which I didn't enjoy. Some of the chambers are spectacular. Excellent.

Exceeded my expectations! The queuing system by language into the attraction could’ve been clearer but the guides were proficient historians and the chambers were incredibly well constructed. Would highly recommend as a must-do experience when in Krakow.

Well organised and picked up as finally arranged etc… however I booked the trip for 10.15 and the day before was told it would be 2 pm so we had to rearrange our day.

Given a pick up time not where I asked a little walk from where I was staying . Time for pick up was 12.50 which I acknowledged the night before . At 12.00 while I was in my room I checked my ticket to get into the mine and that said 11.45 so I panicked rang the number but was told I needed to speak to the tour operator which I didn’t we went to the pick up for 12.50 . Other people had experienced the same Please please inform people if the time changes in future

The mines are definitely worth a visit. Very clean and dry inside I thought they would be damp. Only thing that wasn’t good and happens a lot from what you read in the reviews is they change your time. We should have been picked up at 11.25 and they changed it at 19.30 the evening before to pickup at 14.25 which was very annoying as we had to rearrange everything we had planned.

This was not a hotel pick up. Driver was awful, poor English and he stopped off to get food for himself on the way. Journey took 90 minutes, we ended up getting an uber back which took 20 minutes. Apart from transport the salt mines were very good

The “ hotel pick up “ was a 25 minute walk each way We are based in the square and had to walk to Jewish quarter I paid for a hotel pick up so was not best pleased Other than that the trip was good Driver was helpful The tour was exceptional

Would recommend this tour whilst visiting Krakow. The tour company were fantastic and very efficient. Got in touch week before tour to confirm pick up venue & time and kept in touch leading up to the tour. Bartek our guide was brilliant.

Fantastic tour, excellent guide & no problems at all with understanding what she said. The only issue was the company who took us to and from the Wieliczka Salt Mine did not contact us when they said they would regarding pickup point and time, I tried lots of times Tel and email them but no answer.

The tour was very interesting and guide explained everything. Michelle T the driver was on time to pick us up from the hotel. Was a lovely guy very cheerful telling us what food to try and where to visit. All in all a very good day

Brilliant day out
The driver Kristian went out of his way to pick us up and dropped as off as close as he could to our hotel
I have to say it’s a lot of walking mostly down on stairs and level ground
The lift on the way out was very claustrophobic but safe as houses it’s the original mine lift

A great tour from start to finish. We were picked up from our hotel by our driver Adrian who was really helpful and friendly. We were transported in Mini Van with another family so felt like a personal experience. When we arrived our driver took us to the entrance and retrieved our tickets and arranged the pickup point and time. When the tour started our And was really funny adding to the enjoyment. Our guide also answered all the parties questions. The pace of the tour was great also was about 3hrs and I didn't want it to end I could have explored the mines all day.. The salt mines themselves were amazing and a must see if visit Krakow or the surrounding area. Great trip and I would definitely recommend.

Cannot fault this company one bit. Kept me updated of pick up time in the morning. Driver was very friendly, had a laugh and a joke. His English was brilliant.
The mines were disappointing, however our guide was very informative.
Be prepared to have a long walk after the tour to get to the lifts!
