The experience was great, lots of information but the magic retained. Staff were superb. All excursions seem expensive but are well organised, the animals seem well cared for and they are well staffed.

Our reindeer ride was rcheduled to a different day and there was notling we could do. . The elf on this was snowballs and she was amazing. Very disappointed twice around a track that had been made. Very slow walk and kept stop to stretch the time out. After paying over £500 I feel this was very very over priced. Don't feel we got to experience the reindeer ride fully.

I booked it prior to the holiday and the info said your party would be in one sleigh but we were in 2 separate ones.(there were 4 of us) this wasn't a problem though, just thought from the description that it would be more of a sleigh that we could be in together rather than a sled. Also it was quite late in the day. I know there is limited daylight in lapland but think it might have been better earlier when more daylight. Loved the campfire/sausages and it was all still a magical experience.

It was a lovely experience. The time of day we went made it so magical as it was dark and the trees around were all glistening in the lights that were sporadically placed. I think it might have been nice to see where the reindeers lived and get a bit more up and close to them as we only saw them in pulling the sleigh.

This was my favourite of all the tours. The forest was beautiful and it was lovely being pulled by the Reindeer.

I am annoyed that the date was moved with no email to inform me - what was the point of booking in advance for a date if it is moved last minute? TUI was useless when I called up and have still not responded to my complaint. The reps were also useless and unavailable. The sleigh ride itself was lovely.

A lovely experience however not worth over £400 for 4 people. It mislead you to think you were having a 2 hour experience where in reality you spent 15 minutes maximum with the reindeers. Really would not recommend as Tui is over priced and extremely disappointed with Tui for this. Can get it for a quarter of the price elsewhere.

I pre booked this excursion and when we arrived found it had been moved to 2 hours later, wasn’t too bad but it was pitch black so phots were difficult and ate into our evening. The ride could do with been a little longer as it’s very expensive.

This has been one of the best experiences of my life and a huge thank you to all the staff, the reps, the guides, elves and all the amazing staff at your Winter Hotel for making mine and my son's holiday such a memorable one. I'm terrible with names so can't name them but they were all incredible in going above and beyond their call of duty. Please do make certain they're given the praise they all so richly deserve!

I didn’t feel like the sleigh ride was very good value for money. I went on a husky ride the night before with a different tour operator and it was much longer. If you book outside of TUI then you get much better experiences.

Amazing experience. A must when in Lapland! The kids adored it and adults too! Very well organised so no queuing for anything and chance to stay warm in parts of the evening!

The entire trip was magical starting with the Christmas welcome on the flight, the Christmas Cottages were stunning in a wonderful surrounding, the TUI reps were fabulous, the trips were the best we have ever done. A truly special trip.

This is a magical experience being pulled in a sleigh in the snow by reindeers!! An experience you can’t recreate anywhere else in the world but Lapland!

It’s an expensive excursion that did not last very long. It was still magical and thought the safari itself was lovely and such a great experience especially as it was just turning from daytime to nighttime. It could have done with reindeer feeding or some other interaction being added including more photo opportunities.
