The bue lagoon was really magical but it all felt a bit rushed- in reality we only had an hour in the pool so longer would have been better. Also needed some guidance regarding how to use the lickers etc

Lagoon was virtually pitch black as it was so windy you literally couldn’t see in front of your face . Pretty disorienting Water was lovely and warm but the visual aspect ( which I guess kind of sells it ) wasn’t there.

The great team at blue lagoon managed to get the venue fully open just 2 weeks after eruption of near by volcano, so our tui trip could go ahead. Outstanding performance all. Will say it was an experience travelling down the new entrance road along side and over the larver field but this added to the fire and ice experience.

Lagoon was great but would have liked more time. When we booked it says 2-4 hours for trip. We had less than 2 hours from arrival to get back on coach, by the time we queued to get get in , got changed etc it felt a bit rushed.

I would like to suggest that you increase the time that is allowed for HOLIDAY makers to have the experience. We were collected late and therefore arrived late at the lagoon. I understand that our time there was extended but, the rush from getting out of the lagoon to get on to the coach was utterly unacceptable and completely ruined what was meant to be a relaxing experience. Sadly, as brilliant as the coach driver was, it felt like rushed school trip. I not recommend anyone to book with TUi

The experience ran well and was obviously well practiced. We hit a lot of traffic out of the city so we lost out on about 30-40 mins of experience time. Obviously it is an expensive tour but Iceland is generally an expensive place, and the finished experience, outer spa and pool area as well as the staff made it absolutely worth it to me. I will certainly go back if I ever go again. I will certainly tell others to go if they get the chance.

Booked the evening blue lagoon tour which followed an hour after we got back from the golden circle tour, Picked up at 5.15 back at the hotel for 9.30, had around 2 hrs in the pool, super warm after being out in the cold of iceland, well worth doing me and my daughter loved it, clean tidy extravagant, Due to the times we went we saw the lagoon in the light and dark so another bonus!

Childrens drink (x1) are not included and not advised unil afterwards. 700isk for a juice which I thought wsa free. Eveneing is greta but we couldnt see further than 10 mtrs due to the fog/steam/heat. Would definetaly enjoy a trip back in the light of day

Great experience with the blue lagoon. Coach driver was very friendly and informative. Think maybe a bit more lighting or spot light checks as an accident could easily happen. Only thing I would say is pick up at bus stop 9 definitely needs improving. Total chaos

Very smooth service to and from the lagoon. One of the best experiences we had whilst in Iceland! The lagoon is beautiful and we were so glad we visited in the evening, it was very quiet (not overcrowded) and peaceful. We also really appreciated the flexibility that TUI has for booked trips and rearranging them for another day. This meant we could see/ do more in the time we had!

The whole experience was great but I think customers should be told to go with their swimsuits on to save embarrassment getting changed for some because you are not given a towel until you get out of the lagoon

Blue lagoon was amazing. If I went again I maybe wouldn’t go in the evening as we went in winter and it was just pitch black so you couldn’t really see the lagoon while swimming. It was an incredible experience in the hot springs and the face mask and drink provided were great! I did feel a bit abandoned by the staff as there was only one guy there who was the bus driver and just dropped us off. We didn’t get shown in or shown where to go or when to leave. We just had to guess

The tour was brilliant. My only issue would be the fact i believe there were to many people booked so a bigger coach was arranged which meant we were delayed a fair bit in leaving meaning we only got just under 2 hours to get changed, explore the lagoon, get changed back, visit the shop and be outside for the coach.

Fairly expensive for the amount of time we had in there 1h 30mins. Having said that, it was a fantastic experience and not something you can do everyday. The wristband system was fantastic and a great way to get your drinks. The showers were lovely and hot with shampoo, conditioner and shower gel provided which was a great touch. The lockers are spacious and hairdryers are provided too. A must do experience.

Enjoyed the blue lagoon itself. However, it was all Very rushed. Were picked up 30 mins later and told, which led to only having 45 mins in the blue lagoon due to the tight return time from the driver. Personally I don’t think it was worth £111 per person for such a short amount of time. Im sorry but, not recommend anyone to book this trip through tui due to this.

Hotel was great. It was a Very well organised and planned trip. Plenty of thought out contingencies for the bad weather by the trip organisers too. Plenty if messages from Tui too to keep us abreast of things happening and possible delays with trips and flights.

I enjoyed the overall experience the only thing I would change is having added time as I feel like we didn’t get as long in the lagoon due to timings of the group getting on the coach and through reception at the lagoon, this took some time. But I would definitely recommend the experience as the blue lagoon was a dream!

I was very disappointed that the same trip I booked early as recommended was 75 pound cheaper on the bus. And your team on messenger said that was a special rate and only after a hour of back and forth when we forwarded your price promise. They still stated was not refundable so we cancelled as was allowed and rebooked. Also would like to highlight to read your t and c the error code 409 comes up.

The experience was beautiful in every way. Immaculate facilities, friendly staff and a jaw dropping, relaxing experience. We took our 10 and 11 year old both of whom thoroughly enjoyed it. Would do it again in a heartbeat.

Our guide Liza was amazing! She was SO informative about the volcanos on the way to the lagoon ... We also had her for the golden circle tour. She needs a raise! She's fantastic! She was there from start to finish for the blue lagoon tour, took us in, gave us wrist bands, told us exactly what to do and where to go for out drinks and face masks, honestly she made the excursions! I usually fly budget as I always thought that package holidays are very overpriced but I can see why. I have just booked another holiday with TUI to Cape Verde and I will recommend to everyone! I am already thinking about booking Iceland again as it was the best holiday I have ever been on! I am very impressed with how TUI handles the weather conditions and are on the ball with swapping and changing excursions and staying in touch by text and through the app pretty much every day of the holiday. You exceeded my expectations and made our holiday! Thank you TUI for a trip of a lifetime :)

For every trip and journey we took we were asked to stand outside in freezing temperatures for up to half an hour at a time. We were soaked on one occasion having stood out waiting for a coach to take us on the Golden Circle tour. I appreciate people are often late for trips but if they are, then so be it! A window of 10 minutes should be allowed - it's ridiculous in such cold temperatures even when we were all togged up with warm clothes and waterproofs. Our experience at the Blue Lagoon wasn't as described - it said 2-4 hours but it wasn't pointed out that two of those hours would be travelling time - by the time we followed the rules about showering, changing etc we literally had an hour in the pool which wasn't long enough for the price paid and we were left very disappointed!

The experience of the Blue Lagoon was fantastic. However, we felt as though the whole experience was rushed as we only really had 45 - 60 mins in the lagoon before we had to be back for the 8pm departure. This was no where near enough time to fully enjoy the experience, and definitely was not value for money.

Liked blue lagoon, golden circle, northern lights. Not so keen on South Coast tour as late start so rushed at stops & too long on coach., also Whale watching as very rough meaning little chance of spotting anything. Would rather these two cancelled on the day so could explore Reykjavik more.

Coach picked us up late, we arrived late and were very rushed. We went at night, nothing to see. Water is lovely and changing facilities and showers were spotlessly clean as were the towels provided. Shampoo, conditioner and shower gel all provided. Not sure it was worth the money for just over an hour and a glass of wine, but something you don't want to miss.

Honestly from start to finish the service and guidance was fantastic. The Covid tests and forms etc were quite stressful however all the TUI staff we called couldn’t be more helpful. This was a treat for my daughters 21st and the whole package deal was absolutely perfect for us. If I had just one gripe it would be our hotel got changed at last minute which was fine the hotel was lovely as were the staff. I had asked for something g to be put on the room for my daughters birthday and this didn’t happen.also we had a triple room but one bed was like a campbed and the mattress was really hard which to be honest I was really disappointed with as the holiday did cost a lot I expected a normal bed. Apart from that we had a lovely time

The tours and experiences we're great, would of liked a little more time at the blue lagoon on the evening tour, only got about one hour swim time, but still amazing exprience. The tui app proved to be very helpfully espically the message service on the app allowed easy communication, well organised tours from the tui app. We we're sold a food voucher by the tui rep for the le kock restaurant for a burger meal, the restaurant service and food was terrible, was served a raw burger. The hotel centre midugur was lovely hotel the only picky thing was if you was to go for breakfast later in the morning the food would be cold. Overall a wonderful holiday with great experience and memories.
